 I've held multiple Positions in 212th and has been the only Battalion I've been in for the clone side. Ive taken up leadership roles and high positions and it has helped me become the person I am on this server.

The Jedi Order is the role I've obviously been spending the most time on, At this moment I hold the position of Yoda and with this position I have worked on Ironing out the outstanding issues with the Order, With the Disciplinary System and the Evaluation of Masters, There's still work to do but My High Command have the same vision as i do and i have my full faith in my Masters

 

Lastly I Hold Positions in the TR Program and in Staff and it helped me raise my confidence and also helped me transfer it into other roles.

 

Why should you become Chancellor?

 

When Initially being a High Position in Jedi I aimed myself to go as high as i can go, Upon getting Yoda and Palpatine being removed, i felt as i achieved that, but now with Palpatine on his way back i know myself that I can take on a Higher Role and excel in it, this is what i said when i went for Yoda and I still stand by it, I give my utmost dedication to anything put towards it and give all my passion to such role. Why should I become Chancellor? In short my Experience within 212th and Jedi and my ability to adapt to situations and the work on the problems that arise. As Chancellor I believe its no exception and I will bring those skills into a role such as this.

What do you feel the role of the Chancellor is?

 

To Understand what it entails i've made sure to get the info I need from Relevant people while also looking at previous Chancellors.

Plain and Simple Palpatine will be overseeing the Branched of the Servers, Clones, Jedi, Naval, BH

Secondly, with this being the First Chancellor  since Removal of Senators, The Initial job of the next Chancellor will be bringing it back together and setting up the roles for it and having control in it.

Along with the Senate, The Chancellor will be Morley RP Oriented in the server aside from his duties with High Command.

Within High Command the Chancellor will be hosting the High Command Meetings and will be able to sin in all the meetings of the Branches and be advisory and Voting on Issues.

When it comes to Yoda and MCMD, He would be the ones dealing with them

Lastly, My Authority would go as high as being able to remove applicable positions

Where do you want the Republic Military to be at the end of your term?

 

I will be splitting this into 5 Sections and the Last Section on the overall look I want to see.

 

In Terms of the Marshal Commander, As Chancellor i would be making sure that the past standards of the role will be upheld, I believe I should be able to work with him to help him manage his Regimentals and also work with him be involved more within the evaluations of battalions and making sure they uphold the standards of the GAR.

 

With Senators, I've been vocal about if they were to be added back they need to have a sure guarantee that they won't fail and become the shell it was at the end of the Senators Last time. This would mean I would be aggressive in the people who take on the role of Senator and define set duties and set requirements to make their role succeed. Senators can not fail, they are crucial to the quality of RP and I want them to uphold the highest standards of that.

 

Bounty Hunters I feel have been outcast lately, due to changes to maps and rule changes, I believe bounty hunters must serve a purpose, same with Senators, for them to work they need the RP to make it work. I believe there are a lot of restrictions put against them and it's hard to do activities on BHs and I would try to give them a lot more freedom while not overstepping lines within the rules.

 

Naval has had an excellent resurgence as of recent under great leadership, quite simply it needs to be maintained and go ever higher. Naval should hold the highest authority in daily base operations and I believe they need to be respected by everyone alike as they hold important duties.

 

For Jedi i have a clearer outlook as I am the current Yoda, So if i was Chancellor, I would obviously need to get my replacement and although i already have the outlook of that could be. Jedi still need work to do and my High Command already share my ideas so basically as Chancellor i would continue assisting them in that as its something i'm passionate about

 

Overall with these Ideas in mind I want to make the Server fun again, cause to be blunt, It has been on a downward spiral and this server could use a boost with a role that provides RP along with Senators and also oversees the branches and overall boost this server.

 

How do you plan to change the Republic Military under your command?

 

For myself, as chancellor, I need to show a massive presence as a whole and be a guiding light to all branches and make sure everything runs well, like a ticking clock per say. I will make sure meetings are held, decisions are made and also make sure things don't get left behind and get everything working together and as Chancellor i need to be shown doing that for anything to succeed.

A Lot of this will echo what i've been saying above, I want RP to be a crucial part of this server. Senators will need to be heavily involved in the daily activities in the GAR. Same goes with Bounty Hunters. Its time we get people wanting to come on this server, things should be going on, there shouldn't be long periods of people doing nothing and with my work towards the MCMD, The Next Yoda, Naval and Regimentals, We can improve the daily events within the GAR and it will happen.  The Overall feel of this server needs to be vibrant and impactful to all sections as a whole. Under My command I will make sure the branches uphold all the standards and only make sure they are improved. There's no room for failure in this and i am absolutely dedicated to doing this right. For the future of this server.

Some people did not deserve to be wiped, and yet you still did it. Man up, and remove the people who need to be removed, not just wipe the whole thing because of select individuals arent doing shit Also other applicants are better

Never taking punishmental actions unless the Directors forced you. What Reassurance could you give us so that you wouldn't repeat this behavior as Palpy is the biggest boy position on the server when it comes to non staff things.

So the times where the Directors stepped in for the Punishmental side of things, In the case of Disciplinaries, The System was very flawed and open to bias, I worked with the council to iron out the changes and make a fair and just system, Since then we havent actually had anything where they to step in on, However with those situations ive learnt to know when to take action and to make sure its fair and overall knowing when to get tough with the Jedi.

To give more assurance, when they stepped in on Council, The high command of Jedi and I made the tough decisions of Evaluating and Removing Masters from their rolls, as much as it was sad to do it, it had to be done and with that it made me a tougher person myself, In total ive learnt to put my foot down more and make sure that the right decisions of made. With that we are doing tougher evals and making better decisions

So overall, Ive gradually become a tougher person for actions like this and ive made steps towards that and I believe Directors wont need to step in again.

During my time being your Windu, there have been times which I felt that you weren't able to put your foot down without being pushed to or forced. If you were to be Chancellor, how will this change and what reassurance can you give me that this won't be a problem.

I believe over time i have gradually got to the point where ive been able to put my foot down, I could only learn this through experience and that is what happened. I have full confidence in myself with a role of this capacity that I will be able to make the tough decisions and put my foot down. I have believe in myself that i wont need to be pushed and will be able to stand my ground in that fact.

As for stress, obviously thats something I believe i can handle, I know when it gets too much I can take a step back and get right back into it, theres ofc been times where I have periods of stress has yoda and ive worked to overcome that. So i believe my time as Yoda has helped that.

This man has put his heart out to try and give everyone fair treatment and has been constantly fucking stomped on and taken advantage of, he finally puts his foot down and stands up for what he believes in and what he feels is right and everyone turns against him.

This recent council wipe that he chose to do a couple hours ago, shows to me that he is willing and able to make the tough calls to get things done properly even when it might be putting his own position on the line. He originally wasn't sure about how it play out and asked me my opinion, told me he wanted to do it but was worried of the backlash. He told me that it was the plan he wanted to go with and when I asked him "Would you be willing to lose your position over this decision?" without hesitation he replied "Of course, I'm willing to put everything on the line to try and improve the council."

This shows he is willing to do what it takes and try different things. Personally I feel due to this, he is the most qualified applicant for the Chancellor position. A position in which you can't put friends over the server and at times you will need to make hard decisions like the he just made.

Any of these people that are pissed off at your decision involving the council & the people that would have been too scared to do it themselves and to those that supported the decision and then when the decision was made and you realised you were also being wiped, turned your back on Gears, huge fucking shame on you. You know who you are.

Keep your head up @XGears, I know you've been to your breaking point and back several times, but I believe you can do it.

I am also a firm believer of high staff not holding super high ranking positions especially such as palpatine because then there is 1 person holding a whole lot of high ranking positions and are either divided between those things unfairly or they go on doing things unchecked by others because they are holding all the positions that are able to challenge said bad ideas.

Since I'm on my phone and can't quite format things totally, this is adding onto my original -1. The dude should still fix the issues that he has created before moving onto an even higher position that oversees even more things and prove his ability to clean up and fix his jedi and follow through with his full term of yoda. 

 

Ps: not directed at you forseen, this is just in general and quoting you to add to my point because people will say that he can just fix stuff as palpatine. Which is something that he should not be doing.

I could see Gears becoming palpatine... Some day later. Right now, his attention must be to focus on the Jedi order as a whole. He did the wipe, It shows that he put his foot down and made a really tough call. However, To be a blunt as i possibly can be, it did in a SENSE come at a bad time. Let's say just for example he gets accepted for interview and does get palpatine, then he would be palpatine and not yoda, therefore not really having much of an impact on jedi affairs and that would basically leave it up to whoever mace windu is to fix the problems. To Quote @Egg "Wipe and bail" This is not me harping on gears, just being blunt and honest from a somewhat outside perspective. You are currently Yoda, you made the wipe, Now you should focus on fixxing whatever cause the issue to become wipe worthy, then when the jedi are back in a good state, go for palpatine. you have people who want to work with you to fix the problems, so let them help you, but like @Forseen said, "Don't get stomped on or taken advantage of" 

-1 for the time being even though i do see the quality of leadership within you, i just think that you need to be with the jedi till the end, whatever the outcome may be.

I can count the amount of times a Yoda has actually wiped/or removed a chunk of masters without the Directors or Founders coming in with one hand.

This man has big nuts and theres alot of respect to be had there but as much as I think he would probably be a good Palpatine the timing just isn't right with counsel just being wiped.

Having one person focusing fully on Jedi gives respect to those active people that love Jedi, while Palpy does oversee the Jedi its not at the same level of initmancy you get as being Yoda (Same with Marshal and Battalions) as the position of Palpy distances you at a certain level so you can make decsions objectively.

I am going to still hit you with a +1 because your potential as an applicant but the timing is not the best thing for the order.

 

Also you 4heads  don't -1 because the other person is  a better applicant, your voting on the person and the experience they bring to the table. 
the Directors will sort out who fits the position best (Or everyone could get denied that would be a gamer move and its worked before)
