-1 Man, I was the other SA who was watching because it was suspicious you racked up so many kills so fast, then when I spectated I watched you look at a guy running to a fight and all your shots went straight into his back, it was very purposeful in nature as it wasn't 1 or 2 stray shots.

-1 I get wanting explosives but have a suggestion for a separate job, trooper heavy's have to become HVO and lose their minigun to get explosives, wouldn't be balanced if they kept their minigun and got explosives as base kit.

-1 GC just got it and already people wanting to take it away, but there's no suggestions for hunters mark which is 41st thing. And it doesn't make much sense for civilians to have drones. It seems like you're trying to remove what makes GC special and you didn't even talk to the BCMD whose battalion this change would affect.

Firstly in this situation we don't have 2 rocket launchers and mines (unlike HVO), we have the Z6 and are trying to add one launcher. Secondly you probably experienced pushback because adding a minigun with 2 rocket launchers and mines. Thirdly minigun is bad against aircraft so this will expand our arsenal

My only question if that's a thing then how would people be able to forge passes? I'm sure doing this could cause issues with metagaming as people will check them for a basepass before asking for it and metagame the hell out of BH.

Honestly -1. most current senators are inactive or annoying. The ones who aren't inactive don't follow senator rules either and it would just be more minge to add more spots

Overall I'd say +1 to this as Gmod is wonky and you have to click to put a weapon away so this can cause accidental RDM if you don't do it fast enough. Of course if this went into effect you would need a way of either proving someone shot on purpose or proving they were innocent. otherwise people will shoot others to be a dick and be like "it was an accident"

Just saying the promotion that was just happening was a BCMD spot. Boss is a BCMD for an SOBDE squad and ALL mandatory promos are applied positions.

This is gonna be short. I definitely feel like you deserve a second chance and only did what you felt necessary to keep 41st alive. As far as the "slander" accused by Egg and them its clear with the evidence provided by yourself and Grum that egg had trouble disciplining people and was just content with letting 41st minge which would make yall top for removal in favor of a new batt. Ive seen him be complacent with minges that join the server late in the night (EST time) all because "they'll just keep coming" so its jot a stretch to think he'd have the same attitude to those under him. I hope that you come back to the server without the toxicity or the drama. I enjoy seeing capable individuals in positions of power in the community

I have to give you a +1 and thats because it was a while ago. Plus this is just a game. That's something these people always forget, you're not actually CT #### you're still you. This is semi serious rp not "that's against lore ban him" type of server, not only that but the offenses were a long time ago and sometimes people do change. Of course you know if you fuck up again they'll just ban you again and you probably wont get another appeal. I urge everyone who -1ed him to put yourself in his shoes, why would he come to the forums to appeal like this if all he planned to do was just minge and get banned again?

His actions were to further the betterment of DU. You can't deny that he took steps towards the betterment of the battalion while the HC and officers did little to nothing. When I had problems with your DU breaking rules anything I said was ignored unless I brought it to Ninja when he forced you to take care of it. Your battalion has been the mingiest on the server. During my time as CG if I was not arresting a CT it was 9 times out of 10 a DU. Ninja was the only reason any rules were enforced.

I know I don't really play anymore but I gotta +1 this. This ban was complete BS anyway, Ninja didn't leave just because of not getting doom, he had more important issues thanks to IRL stuff as everyone has. In fact Owen knows FULL well how upset ninja was when he had to leave to the point he was almost crying and was choking on his own words. He didn't want to leave and explained he would be around but not in game. He offered to help and Owen accepted his help. Not only that but Owen/Doom had given Ninja the tag after Ninja joked about it. Ninja worked his ass off, Ninja tried helping. He did EVERYTHING in his power to help. He was given a role within DU to help take care of issues within the battalion and he did that. He worked his ass off to make DU better because so many rules were being broken and no one in DU HC was cracking down on it. The tag btw was an agreement between Ninja and Owen and the ONLY reason his tag was taken away was because he recieved a video and brought it up when the video showed a bunch of DU including Dennis being minges. Not only that but Dennis has a terrible track record as a minge. Those who played BH on anaxes will remember his crusades which happened most of the time for no reason. As far as the accusation of him leaking information is false as most of his conversations involved DMs. In short Ninja did nothing wrong, the tag was given by owen from a joke, ninja did what he was supposed to as an advisor. His ban is bs and something that shouldn't even have happened. PS ALL of the conversations that were used as evidence were either DMs or things said in a separate non synergy discord. PSS For what Cyan said, First off no Ninja is not XO in 7DN, and even if he was whats wrong with him talking to old friends. He's making a ban appeal because the ban was bs. Doesn't mean he's coming back to gmod, it just means he doesn't wanna be banned from the community.
