Disclaimer: This isn't my Ban Appeal, I'm just doing this for Dinaric, all questions asked I will respond with what he has told me on discord word for word.

Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal: Firstly, I wanna go through everything that I remember off the top of my head of what happened and what did not happen. So I’m sure the entire community knows what happened, what I did, and all the other stuff along the line. For those that don’t know or barely knew the story, I will list it but shorten it as well. Long story short, I’ve been minging on the server for fun, maybe just a couple times, mostly involved me acting stupid on the intercom, and I think that was practically about it. Here and there, I’ve been banned on the forums (or got warning points thus being restricted to do anything). I told a few community members to hang themselves which was stupid of me. Made an alt account with a swastika, etc etc. Basically edgy stuff.

Many of this actually had to do with my IRL issues, but won’t get in depth with them, as I don’t look for sympathy from anybody, and because I am not desperate for some sort of attention like the YouTubers who make “apology” videos but I will cut it to the chase. I’ve had issues going on in my life and I was trying to do things to kinda take them out of my chest and it unfortunately went to the server, a server which I had more fun on than I would anywhere else on GMod. Unfortunately, what I thought was fun to me also resulted in me getting kicked & banned a few times. Yeah, I knew what I was doing, and I knew everything that got me banned was literally all against the rules and stuff. I can’t really say I regret any of my decisions I’ve made, but I do formally apologize for causing trouble to my guys on the server and the founders included, along with anyone else I may have bullied/argued with on forums or anywhere else on Synergy. On top of the “Swastika” crap I used, it was me trying to be funny but of course all of it was wrong, and I do formally apologize for that sort of behavior. I’m really not that type of person and you could ask any person of the community what I have ever talked about. I’ve acted dumb many times in voice chat when I’d talk to people on TS, but never made racist comments, jokes, any of the sort. I don’t expect forgiveness tbh, I am way beyond that, but I really would like to come back to Synergy. “Why should this guy come back haha?” Because when I joined Synergy back in August of last year I thought it would just be another server to forget about playing which is 99% of my experiences on other servers on garry’s mod. When I started playing for a week I legitimately got into the community and how the server operates. I’ve met many great people since then, had tons of fun, and all of that never stopped for me as I’ve been doing new shit on the server. I truly never had any intentions to minge or screw the server over, none of that stuff. I’ve been staff all the way up to Senior Admin for the longest time, and not to mention, was heavily involved in the server non-stop as part of being staff, or just actually playing and being involved in server events, battalions, etc. As far as my actions, again, I cannot say I regret them, but I really do apologize because that’s not something I truly wanted to happen on Synergy because I really do enjoy playing on this server, and had this not been true, I would’ve been banned so many times a long time ago. It honestly felt like it’s been a year since I even played on Synergy. One thing I can definitely say is that since I’ve been banned, I’ve been focusing on myself, with work, taking a huge break from video games, and I’m definitely a lot more different than I was before. I can’t prove it by just putting 45 words in 5 different sentences, but I can definitely show it if and when I come back. I felt like I’ve taken some time off a bit and made a ban appeal at the correct time. I truly would appreciate being able to come back to the server on a good start as I have when I first joined Synergy, and get involved in the community once again. I can only say so much here but I know I would still have yet to prove anything I’m saying to be true, and to prove that I’ve changed from my idiocy. I never wanted to be on the bad side of the radar for Founders, any of the staff even, or anyone in the community in general to put up with my stupidity and what I’ve done on the server, and on the forums. I never want these issues to happen again and I don’t want to add another ban onto my record, and I don’t want to go through the process of having to ask to appeal again. So again, I apologize, and hope to see you all on the server soon. Thanks for reading.

I personally am not well informed on the whole situation involving Dinaric's ban but outside of the memes I hear about it what he did was extremely dumb. You sound pretty sincere and I can't personally hold any grudges. I am willing to give you a second chance. If you get one don't fuck up.

Damn. This is actually one of the most heartfelt feeling apologies. Given how you acted before your ban I did not expect this at all. However I will say this, I do remember what you did and how you where acting fairly vividly. You where a complete and total ass. Hell That an understatement. I’m ok with you coming back, but I believe it should be on a short leash until you have time to prove yourself. if you get this second change bring back the old hard working dinaric I knew so well.

It's honestly really heartwarming to see this apology. I wasn't involved/very aware of the situation when you were banned, but I can very plainly tell that this apology is extremely genuine and sincere.

if thats true then its gonna be a HUGE +1 from me. even if its not, the lengthy ban appeal shows that he truly is sorry IMO and synergy was literally created from second chances. Besides playing (non harmful stuff) over the intercom is funny and everyone is usually upset when the person doing it gets arrested or banned
