Hello all, for the past year and a half I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a member of management, and TRD for three years before that. I appreciate all of you who have assisted me and helped innovate what Synergy is today, I hope I did a good job. Unfortunately life just gets busy and I dont want to stifle new ideas by being idle or not as attentive and hands on as I have previously been. I will still be around on TS occasionally as I doubt CT Headquarters will come to an end, but I will be ‘resigning’ from Clone advisor as well as forfeiting any discussion of the Legend tag, I just would like to become a normal player again. Thank you all for playing a big part in my life :)

Hello :) The intent of the CC exam was to allow players who have previously played CWRP to skip the traditional training to save both their time, as well as our playerbase and staff teams time. Assuming a CC training take 10 minutes we've saved 14,070 minutes or 234.5 hours of our players. for the select times a player with ill intent comes on the server, its much more reasonable to have a staff member spend a couple minutes typing up a ban, then have a staff member train for 10 minutes, then have to spend a couple minutes typing up a ban after whitelisting. Jayarr sums it up really well, and if you look at the CC numbers I still keep track of below, we are well below peak TR program CC numbers making the TR team obsolete with staff members taking the occasional training and the rest going through the exam. Also for a short amount of time we had it so CCs could pass the exam but still needed a whitelist and it would lead to players in our late night timezones disconnecting after completing the exam because no staff would be available to whitelist. @Lovestruck

The following questions will be removed from the CC exam: If a commanding officer calls face formations " L R A R F" Where would you be facing when completed? If a commanding officer calls for a single column formation where would you line up? If a commanding officer calls for a firing line what would you do? Lore: sometimes Other: Below is the pros and cons I believe the faces and formations provide to the community Pros: Enhances RP Standardized formations/faces all players know Cons: Prolongs the CC trainings/exam Makes tryouts miserably boring While there are lots of good things faces and formations bring, nobody actually uses them other than in trainings and tryouts. Afterward it's back to running around and shooting. Not all of the formations are even useful formations, the VIP and Prisoner diamond are taught, but who the hell would actually call those, its way easier to say “hey surround and protect the vip/surround and detain the enemy”. If battalions want to be unique and start utilizing formations they could easily create the RP through formation trainings in combat situations/simulations etc. There are ways these callouts can be utilized, but it doesn’t need to be taught to new players, and will speed up the training process and get them in the game faster, hopefully increasing our player population to users who would otherwise disconnect from the long training and make it so our trainers don't have to spend as much time and can get back to their battalions.

Because I keep getting this question in game, In pms, Over teamspeak, etc I have decided to lay it to rest here. I will not be applying for Bacara. I do not have the time needed to make a good/attentive BCMD. I love 21st and it will always be my home, but it is also time for me to experience more things and put myself in a position where I’m more accessible to the rest of the server. Frankly I’ve been very insulated as Keller, focusing on just my battalion. I have not been making friends in other battalions or have really acted like a community figure. I rose really high extremely fast because my work ethic and dedication to 21st was what was needed in their command structure at the time. I have left 21st and joined 212th. My plan for the next few months on synergy is very simple: Engage in more RP, Try and make friends within and outside of my new battalion, and be a good officer in 212th. Maybe one day, after I have had time to open up experience new stuff, I will return to 21st as Bacara. As of right now, I’m leaving it to those with more experience.

If I passed away and a Garrys mod funeral is held for me, or a text screen is placed with "In memory of Sock Monkey" I would roll over in my grave horrible taste is a perfect word to use, It acknowledges that the people are trying to do something good, but in poor fashion. -1 reasons stated above, public 'graveyard' not needed

There has been a clear distaste from the community and the TR program when this rule was formed, I protested it heavily initially, but didn't have much say in the final decision, which is fine. I would like to see it go though, and hopefully the server suggestion passes. I am guilty of this myself tbh, when @JBFox first protested a TRO rule that he didn't agree a few weeks ago I was pissed cause I was like damn, I made this rule and you're trashing on it, go away. I was able to sit down with him though and get his take on it, and initially I held a vote for TROs to remove it, but I didn't get many votes counted, so I am removing it myself because I disagree with the rule myself now (it will be removed starting friday for TROs who care ;) ).
