Why should you become a Regimental?:

I want to be Regimental for a lot of Reasons but I’ll just start with an introduction. I want to be Regimental because I want to steer SOBDE into a better direction than where it is now. I want SODBE to be what it was meant to be. A highly skilled and trained group of clones, that are tasked with the most dangerous missions that the Republic has to offer. I want to bring SOBDE to become that image by embracing its unique side. I want to bring SOBDE away from it’s Outreach role where they can Choose battalions to outreach to, and make it to where they can Host things for everyone. I want them to focus more on being there to assist everyone, rather than focusing on individual battalions. I also have been in SOBDE many times, and have learned the insides and outsides of how they operate. This is going to be the last position I'm going to be on the server and I want to make it count. Like stated above, I want to bring SODBE to become more of what they are meant to be rather than the basically “Jedi” type they are seen now.  The Ideas that I want to do for the Regiment will be listed in the “Where do you want your Regiment at the end of your term” .

Being in 41st has been one of the greatest experiences I have had. I have made friends, and helped lead its people to the way it is today. I have helped out some of our sergeants, and trained everyone to be ready for what is to come, and being in scouts means that I am in a place of leadership for the regiment. I do what I can for them, and if I am presented with this role. I will help out my people to become better as a team, and better as a unit.

CG was a great choice for me because it taught me that if you can be a dedicated person to something, then you can accelerate at it.

Now this was if not the biggest role I have ever had on a server. At the time I was a co-owner/Founder of a Server, and the owner said I will give you this and I said sure, and as it. I made damn sure to keep the server running. As Admiral Yularen it was quite different from this server. We didn't have a navy. It was just Yularen as a High command in the server, and I was in charge of keeping everyone on the ship running at 100%. Now this might be irrelevant to this position, but I just want to show you all that I can fulfill a role like this. I will not leave Regimental until I know that every single person in SOBDE is doing their part, and I will improve on anything and everything anyone needs.

During my Time as Navy SEAL XO I was in charge of running the SEALS when Panda wasn't on. I would lead my SEALS with precision , and  whenever we were tasked with important missions I would be there to see it through. I also wouldn't have been like the other commander and rarely spend time with their troops, but I would be there to help them out each step of the way, and each time we would all have fun. I hope that getting the ball rolling for all the members in SODBE  will be great for them and be fun for all of us in SOBDE

Where do you want your Regiment to be at the end of your term?:

 I Want SOBDE to be in the best possible shape it can be. I want all the squads to act like mature, and respectable people on the server, but also have fun and really work with each other on and off the server. Here are a few things that I would like to have done before the end of my term. 

• Completely re-do the outreach system. Have the Squads instead of “having” to choose a battalion/regiment to work with that it will be optional. I want SODBE to focus more or so on the server as a whole. Spending more time hosting trainings that help better battalion performance in combat, as well as just working as a coherent unit. I also want SOBDE to be more or so the Peak of what everyone should be. They should be the best they can be, and That they can help out anyway they can, and just be an active role in helping better RP. 

• I want the Squad Leads to feel like the BCMD’s they are. In SOBDE, as well as the Server, they were treated/viewed more as CMD’s in a battalion. As Regimental I want to be more an Advisor and step in when I need to, and watch from the background. I want to do this to allow the squad leads to make their own decisions, and be what they wanted to apply for. 

• I want to cut down the mingeness to a zero. I want to do this by Keeping the Standards that were set by previous regimentals. Its a 1 strike policy. You mess up, you are out. The ONLY exception would be if the individual wasn’t directly involved, or it was an accident, from there I would consider a demotion with Harsh PT. SOBDE is something that should be the best of the best, and set the standards for the server. 

• I want to help Jedi be a great part of the Regiment. I want to work with Arligan to actually receive his permission, as well as work with him to fill the jedi, and help them become a vibrant part of the Regiment. 

• I’d like to work with the Current GM Leadership to help get SOBDE their own events. I believe that SODBE don’t receive their own events, and are always either going to events with their outreach, or going on events on a full server deployment. If I can work with the GM Program, then maybe SOBDE can get more events for themselves. 

How do you plan to Improve Relations within your Regiment?:

I plan on Improving Relations within the Regiment by getting the squads to do more stuff together. These things include game nights, inter-squad sims, and events together. With these Ideas I believe that the squad will begin to work well with each other, and overall be the best they could be at working with each other.

But you seemed to take my criticisms of you to heart (specifically when it comes to outreach). If everything you say in this application is true, then you're destined to be a great Regimental Commander. However, there is an elephant in the room (feel free to respond if you wish).

You've been in SOBDE a multitude of times and have held the Squad Lead position of Hunter twice. Both times, you left it prematurely. Not a fan of how that looks, personally. I don't understand the entirety of the circumstances, but even when you had initially approached me about going for RCMD, you seemed as if you were dipping your toes in the water so to speak -- very unsure of yourself, and unsure if you wanted to even commit to the server.

This is not a good attitude when it comes to a big position like this and should you leave this prematurely, then I can see support of you in the future to go down quite a lot. You seem to really care about SOBDE, but the only reason you got back on the server is to be with them in particular. You've even said in the  past that you're not here for the community, but because you wanted to chill with your SOBDE friends.

Is there anything wrong with that? No. But again, it's a bad attitude for someone who wants to be a Regimental Commander. It makes me fear that your plans to open us up to the rest of the server would likely fall through... and that's a really big one.

I Understand. I did have commit issues when I first spoke about it, and brought it up to you and a few others, but honestly I dont have any commitment issues atm. I believe now that I want to be here 100% for SODBE to help pick it up out the "Funk" its in right now. I also have all of you as SL/XO to help me out if their are any issues, and I like to make my communication with you guys a strong suite. I think that the thing that brought me back and is 100% going to keep me here is the server. Everyone is a friend to me, and are always fun to be around, so yes I want to finish this term as it is my last postion I will apply for. I want to make it count for the server, and the Regiment
