Imma gonna be honest bro, if you would've joined like a little while ago, I would probably be on the supportive side of the spectrum but, to fully understand the internal problems and such of a battalion, you would need to build yourself some relationships within the battalion and getting the full grasp of them. -1.

-1 - I hard agree with this statement. You have a tendency to be immature with going with different situations when handed to you. I do not believe you're fit for this position at this current time.

+1 - Despite the applicant's previous actions against the community, obviously they have been allowed back in and hasn't conducted any breach of misconduct ever since their re-entry. Digging up the past won't be enough to change my mind imo. I also, believe that this applicant would be better suited for the position based on their carefulness and I've also previously worked with Rohan. Nothing but positives in my mind. You got this man, I believe in you.

I definitely would like to hear a more detailed and long-term plan that you have for the battalion before giving my vote. This application is a little barebones and similar to the others replying on this application, I would like to see more before giving my vote.

-1, Surprisingly, Comics spittin' facts. The petty indefinite 'LOA/ROA' shortly after being demoted sounds like a very toxic thing to do. I personally don't see the difference between being a CMD and the rank below that. I don't really know you in-game from besides the statements brought up within this application and this makes you look like you just want higher power of GM rather than doing it for the benefit of the battalion at this current moment. I am open for my mind to be changed, but till then, i'm holding my vote. Good luck, nonetheless.
