Within the Galactic Marines the first time around I worked my way all the way up to Colonel under the leadership of Commander Enkilla, during this time period I was learning the ropes of the server and I can definitely say I learnt a lot on how to not only present myself as a good trooper but to be a good leader within a battalion. I learned a lot of strategies that people around me had put in place to better improve myself as a trooper. This helped me immensely and I can definitely say was one of the best experiences I had when joining the server. However, I felt my presence was needed to help better another battalion that I felt would be more suited to my tastes which were the Republic Pilots.

I joined the Republic Pilots at quite a high position and worked my way all the way up to the XO position. As this was a very unique and special battalion I had to conduct training for a lot of new members of the battalion as well as furthering the knowledge and abilities of the lower ranking pilot members. I had to improve upon my patience within this role as flying a fighter doesn't always come easily to everyone. Whilst in the position I had to work with regular training schedules, as well as constant physical training (PT) to ensure that my men were always geared up and ready to fight anything that came our way in the skies.

I moved on to a different experience on the server and found myself within the Blaze battalion trying my hardest to keep it running in the first dying days of the blaze battalion, upon finding out that it was being removed I stayed for as long as possible as I was an XO for the battalion under Mister Fister who was a great commander and I definitely learnt a lot of off him, however I was not able to stay as long as some people such as Max (The one that was permanently banned). I saw that there was no longer anything I could do to help the Blaze battalion so I moved my sights to a new experience.

Of course being a Blaze XO was fun and all but I found my interests shifting to a new kind of experience on the server, one that I had not taken up before and that was the Republic Fleet (Naval). As a member of the fleet, I was able to lead multiple battalions at once from a stationary location as well as conduct the air traffic control center (ATC) allowing the pilots to take off to defend the ship. My duties as a naval started to consume me more as I became an officer in the fleet to the point where I had dropped my clone character altogether. Roughly around the time, I was a Commodore, I started to look back into my clone character and found myself joining the Galactic Marines on the side, however, my focus was still on the fleet. I ended up becoming the Rear Admiral of the ship but unfortunately, that didn't quite work out all too well, so I decided to rejoin the Galactic Marines under their new leader, Dill.

When I was in the Galactic Marines, I worked my way up the ranks from Captain to Colonel under Dill, within this role I inspired many troopers to be active and encouraged serious role-play within a battalion with little to no members at the time. Whilst in the position of executive officer of the Galactic Marines I upheld the position of Magma Trooper Leader for over a month of time and showed my dedication to the role by bringing about new systems for which the Magma Troopers used. I even went as far as to leading my own "elite squad" within the battalion for a few missions during this time, it was called "Dragon's Elite" and was made up of roughly 4-5 members and we were seen by others in the battalion as the best of the best within the Galactic Marines and by the end of my time as a Galactic Marines I was serving under Forseen as an XO for the battalion as his second in command.

I then had a little bit of a hiccup here, I became Ahsoka Tano within the Jedi Order, focusing more on a new way to enjoy and play the server, which was extremely fun. At the same time, however, I tried out and made the position of Scorch in the Republic Commandos. Note this is where it goes downhill. I was removed from my position of Scorch for - Full transparency - cheating during the tryout by having extra armor, this was most upsetting but I took it as it was only fair. I continued to play on my Jedi as Ahsoka Tano until my computer, unfortunately, died on me. It took me roughly a month to get a new computer which in that time I had been removed from the staff team and the position of Ahsoka Tano. I used the month off that I had to reflect on the mistakes that I had made, and intern I find I became a better person out of it all and with this I looked for a new battalion.

I took my experience leading the Galactic Marines Magma division, back into the Blaze Trooper battalion when it was reinstated onto the server. I served as a 1st Lieutenant for this battalion under Commander Appep and proved myself to be worthy enough of being promoted through up to the rank of Major. With this position I helped Appep lead the Blaze battalion through its already fleeting members and kept it somewhat alive during its dying days, bringing in new and exciting training regimes to help improve not only battalion standards but communication as well, but alas I felt my ultimate goal was moving into the ARC battalion so I too could better myself as a trooper and player on the server.

Upon joining the ARC battalion I was restarted at the rank of private, whilst here I was trained in the new system of that was created by Fizzik and many other great commanders after him. I tried to perfect their ideas and ways of being an exceptional trooper by working my hardest in all aspects of the server. Upon seeing this the commander of the battalion at the time, Dope granted me the named character Fives and eventually worked my way up to lead the ARF division of the battalion. Although this was an amazing experience for me I felt like I could move forward from this point and be in a more exclusive and more experienced battalion in which I thought it was ultimately time to return to. The Republic Commandos.

I tried out for a few positions before the recent Republic Commando wipe, however after the wipe when certain people were pushed out to remove the bias and favoritism that unfortunately plagued the most elite section of the Galactic Republic, I got into the Commandos first try as Atin. As Atin, I have held the position for almost my full two-month term now and have tried as hard as possible to be the best I could be for not only my own squad but also my fellow Commandos. I offer my wisdom of the server to all Commandos and assist each and every one of them as the need arises. I have lead Omega Squad in the absence of our previous Niner, Alistair, many times in the past as well as after he was promoted to Ponds.

I served as interim Niner for 3 weeks training my replacement and running the squad. We managed to have on of the most successful squad's activity wise under my leadership. I them returned to Omega Squad as Atin. My first RC member. I have found great success and I know that I can not only make RC active and respected, but I can bring them to new heights.

While serving as interim Niner I was also a Head Admin for the server before eventually transferring to DarkRP.

Lastly, I have served as Gamma Squad Lead, Jatine, for the last weeks of Icefuse before the “Joah Incident”.  I have lead my full squad to many fun missions and have really honed in my leadership style. I have built my squad with great members who have trust and reliability within one another.  They can react to many situations and back each other up based on instinct and trust.

 

Synergy

 

When the server first came out, I was given the privilege of becoming the first Ordo Skirata under Duck as Kal’buir.  I had a great time and was really able to tune my leadership abilities to find the balance between being too tough and too soft.  This was one of the best times I had on Star Wars RP. I really felt like having a small squad that came together and did Mando’a learning sessions in the Jedi Library(yes this really happened, the original Null learned to speak some Mando’a), and I truly believe I can recreate that same fun and bond that the original Null shared.   I led Null for a few months until my resignation in August.

I left my position of Ordo, because of my move overseas.  I was supposed to be there for a year, but it was cut short due to some medical reasons.  I then came back to the server and regained my position as Ordo, under Cipher. I was Ordo again for a short while until I moved on(we all got wiped).

At this point I took a break from RP and focused on staff and Training.  I was a TRM before I left for my trip, and I came back as a TRM again(fun fact I was Naavi’s first pick for TRM, along with Bazoo). With this we created a New TRO test, new grading documents and other things.

After some time, I took a break from the server.

About a month later I came back and went into Doom’s Unit under Jayarr.  I started as a private and quickly moved my way up to Warrant Officer. At this point I asked Jayarr to stay as WO, in order to help the Battalion’s numbers.  If you remember the DU RP, that was partially my doing(the record was 22 on at one time. I then went to captain and stayed there helping the battalion continue to grow.  After some time I felt like DU was in a really good place and I left for another battalion.

I left for Republic Medics, and have been there since.  I have helped hone in the RP for RM. I have been a captain since my transfer and have done my best to help the Battalion.  I was in RM for about a month and a half, and I made my way up to Major in RM and created several trainings for them including a Triage Training. After about a about and a hlaf my computer died and I took another break from the server.

Coming back, about 2-3 months ago, to the server I went into Rancor (RM was removed). I started as a SGT and worked my way up to CMD Havoc, leading the battalion along with Fizzik who was Colt. Sometime later the suggestion for Alpha ARC to replace Trauma’s Unit. I was given Valiant and currently hold the position. The squad has been full for some time and we have all been having a lot of fun working with Rancor. When Fizzik got Blitz he promoted me to Executive Officer, the position I currently hold in Rancor.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

Leadership - Becoming a leader in this community has been one of my goals from the very beginning.  While I have been an RC squad lead in the past this will be my first time being the leader of a larger squad.  I have been the only XO(CMD on IFN) with no BCMD before, however I feel it is not the same. I have no doubt that I not only have the ability to lead 41st, but train them to be leaders, so if they ever leave or when the time comes for me to step down, I will have created better leaders for the server.

Experience - I feel as I have stated in my previous answer, that I have had a lot of leadership positions on the server within multiple different battalions each with their individual outlook on how things should be run. I feel as though I can bring these all together and take out the positive qualities of each of these to create a great and immersive experience for all members of the 41st, and those we affect.

Loyalty - While looking at my experience both here and on Icefuse, it seems as if I jump ship at the last second, and while I sometimes feel that way as well, it just never felt like I deserved going for the BCMD spot.  I always felt like someone else deserved it more. With this in mind I know I have what it takes to lead this battalion to great success.

 

I know that I am the right choice for this position.  I have a lot of leadership experience, as well as a passion for greatness(I’m a little arrogant sometimes).  These traits will not only help me lead the 41st, it will help me train my troops to become better leaders themselves.

I understand that I am not in 41st currently. Regardless of that fact I know that I can lead them to greatness.

Availability: I currently have class twice a week totaling eight hours. Other than that I’m available the rest of the time. If I'm not in game I can be reached via discord, TS or steam message. 

Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I’ve played since the inception with about 3 months worth of breaks. I have about 3000 hours worth of playtime on Clone Wars across Synergy and Icefuse Networks.

Time for some brutal honesty. Whether some people would like to admit it or not, 41st has a very bad reputation on the server. This is the biggest issue I want to address. I want to have 41st become well integrated again into the community and well respected again. Not only do I want this for my term, I want 41st to always continue this way well after my term is over.

-1, Sorry bruh. I believe Egg is not only the better person for the role but you don't have any experience with the 41st. Honestly, don't go for this position, it just won't work out and doesn't make sense for you to go for it. You and the 41st have beef and I believe you becoming the BCMD would tear the battalion apart. This just seems like a powerplay to take "care" of people you don't agree with. Also this application has things taken from another App you did.

To start off, personally, I don’t think you are qualified for this position. My first reason is that you have never association yourself with the battalion as a whole. The time you have associated yourself with the battalion is when you or Fizzik is starting drama which is unnecessary. I feel like the drama between both battalions is the reason you are going for this position. Most to all 41st agree that you are not qualified for the position. Also, another couple reason is your time in Rancor you have tried to remove my troopers ARC training multiple times. Egg, our current Commander Gree is probably one the best commanders on the server and the longest running one. Also, I have heard from many people that you and Matra’s plan is to wipe the battalion if you or him get the position. Also, this application seems like a power play in my opinion.

You don’t deserve it and frankly every application you put up has been denied. You and Fizzik are always starting Drama with the 41st. You are always in the middle of everything drama. You always taking the smallest thing to an HA for no reason when we can resolve with with each other but no you have to hide behind people but can’t fend for yourself. You are making my ARCs do pop fucking quizzes for ARC training for no reason. 41st doesn’t need you we are in a positions where we are fine without you.

While I think both candidates are very well qualified. I would like to see both have the opportunity for an interview. Community opinion is helpful but most are partisan when it comes to power or rewards. 

Specifically, I have seen Dragon put in immense work in RANCOR he has helped @Fizzik rebuild the unit's weak NCO  corps. Which in turn helped repair the battalion as a whole. I believe he has the ability to do this again with 41st but like I said an interview for both candidates would be the best possible option in my view. 

 

I also would like to see the issues between 41st and yourself be resolved. As it reflects negatively on both candidates and is a major factor as to why I am hesitant to +1 either candidate.

Author's Note: I know many will assume I am biased on this issue. You're entitled to your opinion but I just want the best for both units. Playerbase is crucial but the attitude is just as important)

 

EDIT: Due to the way some individuals have been handing this election I am changing to a +1 for the moment since Dragon has handled it gracefully which is a big part of being a leader.

 

Moral: If you don't act right you can lose support keep that in mind

I'd like to comment on this. I only had Xeight do the test because he was a victim of Tofu's wipe. Tofu during his term, decided to wipe EVERYBODY's ARC training. I'm still trying to fix it, and instead of having people retake all of the training, I allow them to take the W&T test to prove they know the training. If they pass, I reinstate them. If they fail, I have them train again. Your guy Xeight, who is the only one I tested, was a victim of Tofu's wipe. The night he came back, I was too busy to test him, so I allowed him to be whitelisting him, while making a note to test him later. This "pop quiz" is just me allowing him to keep the training, instead of making him retake all of the training, it's actually doing him and you guys a favor.

And before you ask, I've had TONS of people take the test to reinstate the training, and yes, I can provide proof.

Egg has not let the 41s down hello? He’s been my commander for one year now and he’s done great things for the 41st. He works constantly to improve the battalion even when he’s not on. He paid money just to get us green company, I don’t know how that’s a let down.

To be honest I don't have an issue with you...it just the fact that you have decided to run for the position of a battalion you have never been part of that made me -1. If you had joined the 41st, taken the time to understand how we are run, and then decided to run for BCMD then that would be a different story. Your numerous experiences both on synergy and icefuce show that you lose interest in a battalion fairly quickly (couple months), as a potential BCMD Gree, you can't do that. I have seen what happens to battalions with inactive commanders, they usually fall apart.

Also side note...having colorful text made you app kind of hard to read.

Obviously the 41st boys is going to have the biggest impact on this app since its their battalion. And they have been in it for a long time, but i feel as though you guys are being way to hostile, when everything you have said has either been proven wrong or given a valid reason for....

Dragon is an amazing leader, and a better person he has lead all of RANCOR with Fizzik and Khufu and they have done a damn good job at it. Even though he hasnt been in the battalion doest mean he instantly should get denied, there are probably a few people that got a BCMD spot that havent been in said battalion. Im sure he will carry on Eggs legacy and be a fucking great commander put your diffrences aside and try to unite, talk to eachother and get some knowledge on what Dragon is planning.

oh and taking some things off an old app is something EVERYONE has done so stop -1 for that reason

There's a reason why Egg has never went for Palpatine when he's already proven himself the dedication and passion that he has already shown to the battalion. He's content to make sure his boys can both enjoy themselves and fulfill their role in the battalion.  Sure, everybody has their ups and downs but you do not have the same  aptitude and knowledge in dealing with the 41st as the man who's been both the longest standing commander in Synergy, but the only commander of 41st here. 41st retains many of their officers that have over 1 year of activity within the battalion or more simply for that reason. We in the battalion could've moved forward, go for a position of higher power or leave for another battalion. Hell, I don't think we've ever had a senior officer from the 41st rank transfer out of the battalion in the entirety of Synergy history. In fact, Egg's been Gree since before the community division when Joah formed and molded Synergy. You have no idea of the machinations that run this battalion nor the people who keep it running. In fact, I don't believe you've ever had any major contact with any of us before you made this application. A simple talk and understanding of your reasoning would've been appreciative but when an unknown enters the equation, I will not accept this. Until you have shown a competent understanding or at least obtain a level of familiarity with us, I will -1 this.

-1 Dragon man i love you and i hope you go far but i do not see you fit for this position. Egg has been Gree for so long and he knows the battalion better than anyone. So i would either like him to stay where he is or Option B. Someone in 41st can come with a new set of fresh legs and lead them. With you having no experience in the 41st and the 41st having MULTIPLE people that are more experienced and would fit better with the People in that battalion. I don’t doubt your leadership skills as you can handle it but I also do not think this position is correct for you.

+1. I believe an outside influence is absolutely required for this battalion. It would benefit a lot from it. And for those saying Dragon has no 41st experience, I went from 91st COL to ARC BCMD, and the battalion thrived. He has Recon experience, it's part of the same regiment.

Thankfully I have the option to be unbias since I only joined the community very recently, however I have seen enough and soaked up  a fair bit of information that will allow me to make this decision.

So far, every time I have seen a 41st, they usually screech and get arrested. It isn't just one guy doing it consistently, it's relatively high NCO's and JNCO's. This to me shows a complete lack of competent leadership in the current command of the battalion, because it seems like to me, and to any new player that the 41st are a minge haven.

Looking at Valiants achievements, he has made his way to XO, and Rancor is one of the most serious and well-developed battalions on the server, they have made a name for themselves as elite ARC troopers, and it shows. I rarely see any minges in Rancor, and the decisions made by their command are well thought-out and developed. Valiant has played a huge role in building RANCOR up to what it is today, I would like to see someone as competent as Valiant in a BCMD spot, and I am curious to see how the 41st would turn out under different leadership, as it seems like it's just the same shit with 41st on a day-to-day basis with inactive leaders and mingey members. A few discord announcements doesn't fix your battalion, actually being there and enforcing the rules does.

I will be supporting this applicant for Commander Gree, as I believe that he could do great work for the 41st, and rid them of most of their problems.

Realistically, I don’t see a problem with a copy, paste of the experience section of your application? Your experience doesn’t change, it grows..

I have seen Dragon lead battalions before, and lead them well. I feel as though, should he be given the chance he would excel!

Sorry but I disagree to this.. He wrote the application still, it’s his experience, if he were to rewrite it, it would still be the same as that’s how experience works... Also he has added his new experience on here too?

-1 - Egg has been the longest running Commander and Gree on the server, at 1 1/2 years. He has pulled this battalion through hard times with his bare back. He is dedicated to this battalion. I feel like this app is more of a powerplay than anything, you have no experience with the 41st, you have never been in our battalion, and you are not qualified for this position. I suggest you reconsider your thoughts, and maybe rather than powerplaying for commander, join the battalion and give it a go, if it really needs help, help it from the inside. Egg will always be Commander Gree in my heart, and if you take that away, I fear many 41st may be gone, whether that be your plan or not, good luck.

Alrighty boys its time

I decided to put this app up not because I have a vendetta with 41st, but because I legitimately thought I could affect positive change.

I'm going to go over a couple of things now:

1. The fact that people sat in a channel and prepared -1s ahead of time without reading the app is despicable, the evidence is first -1 was posted 2 mins after I posted my app. No way someone found it, read through it and typed out a -1.

2. Some of you said that its stupid that you minus rep'd someone on their comment but  @BlackiSblackhad 6 -reps on his post, one from the same person who "Hey fucknut, don't disagree a post just because its a -1 on a commander application. You look like Alexz when you do stupid shit like that yeah." you know who you are.

This whole app imo shows the worst side of this community. And tbh it's almost all 41st or RC who are doing this on my app. This is the stuff I wanted to fix, but if yall want to stay the same, go for it.

Your accusing me of a whole lot of shit you can't prove. I happen to be friends with the people in that channel, I was in the channel long before this app got put up. We were meming around as HOPE Squad. I still got a Screenshot, this was right after we changed our names back.

As for the "Didn't Read" I didn't have to read it I noticed it was the same as your previous APP. Plus in the little bit you did change, I read and quoted you even on a mistake you left in it. Regardless of course I came in with a biased opinion as you TOLD me you were going to run before you did it and I told you IN TS that I disagreed with it. What I wrote was never prewritten, it was all written after I read the application. Thanks tho.
