its a hard balance to keep up with.
my fucking inactivity. this really is a damn shame, and im really sorry it had to end like this.
I really had good intentions and keep promoting rp, tournaments for my attack regiments but I believe I cant do this shit anymore. im such a let down to the regiment and you guys deserve 20x better than the way you guys are being treated by your regimental. im sorry once more it had to end like this.
The position I hold feels like it could be done better by someone else. You know why you are . In the middle of my term 1st term I really felt I was getting burnt out. I put up a post leaving feedback which I put as be serious and stuff, and this was the result.
It feels like every time I get on the server its not to have fun, but to do my duties. I was going through the motions. Oh game master stuff gotta do that this week or I get beaned. Oh TRO stuff gotta do that this week or I get beaned (good thing i resigned from that, it was a pain - sorry all tr's).
(I know what yall are already typing so what just resign from those positions, well staff is really important to me to help out the server but more importantly my Attack Regiment, so I needed to keep up in order to build dupes for not only my Regiment but the Recon Reg too + staff is really inactive, its hard to get a good staff member)
Really the only fun part of the server was interacting with my Attack Regiment, doing fun events and building fun sims.
Honestly If Senior was still around I would've gone for it, and let someone else take the ATK Reg mantle because I'm not longer fit to hold it.
Senior helps me still interact with the attack but also the recon and allow me to take a sort of backseat. sadly Directors (and many more) found it to be a useless position, which I heavily disagree on. 4 months as Reg to move up to marshal? thats fuckin retarded. with senior you go 2 months reg 2 months senior.
I also want to spend time with my other friends and play other video games - R6, Arma 3, Rocket League to name a few
this will require me to shift my focus from gmod and into irl. hopefully i can take better shifts and better grades.

@Perri - its hard to stay in contact with you because you go online in the night. but thats just it, you are always on at night and thats good - if people call out your inactivity thats because they never see you at night. anyways perri you trained me in some naval stuff and your doing well in your term. 212th is and has always been in good hands

sorry everyone i let down, writing this up really did make me tear up and reminisce on the fun times i had on the server. the only thing i lastly hope for is everyone had fun, and everyone i interacted with i've had a positive impact upon.
