+1 I would normally type out a lengthy speech detailing the numerous reasons for why Xaze should become Marshal Commander, yet I feel his record speaks for itself. He has, time and time again, proven himself to be one of the finest leaders in Synergy and his exceptional dedication is a testament to that capable leadership.

+1 Xaze is the man for this job. I may not have much to speak on regarding his recent endeavors and feats, but I can tell you about the character and diligence of Xaze. I first met Xaze quite a few years ago. I was serving as Attack-Recon Senior Commander and he was running for the position of Recon Regimental. After a lengthy and difficult interview process, Xaze earned the position and was placed under me. For context, he was formerly BCMD Fox before becoming a Regimental and in entirely different regiment than he was under, so I had my reservations about him. He proved every doubt wrong. He had numerous documents and plans ready to go from day one and already was making the rounds with his battalions. He worked tirelessly to earn the trust and respect of those serving under him. He was always active with all the battalions beneath him, assisting them in any way possible; whether it be in training, creating documents, or just hanging out. Xaze was apart of those groups and brought the regiment together as a community. Xaze was one of High Command's finest and I have complete faith that he can lead the Siege Regiment through any struggles it may face and that he can promote prosperity and stability for each battalion in it.

This is the future of Star Wars Role play, and I feel that the administration of this organization need to see that this is where the next step for our server lies. I expect the full implemenation of this to be done as soon as possible to ensure a quality and realistic situation for all the players. +1 I would normally post the same meme from Ginyu about how Nightmare will restore the Jedi Order with Tibetan Buddhism, however I feel that this is a very serious time. Nightmare has shown more dedication to the JEdi Order than any other member, and I would go so far as to say he is the most dedicated we have EVER seen. Name me another person who has lasted THIS long, worked THIS hard, and has tried time and after, denial after denial, to better this Order. This man has dedicated years of hard work and service to improving the Jedi with his full strength and conviction. No person is better suited than he is. Nightmare is the soldier we need. Give him the chance.

+1 This man managed to run DU and keep it alive and growing. If that isn't a testament to his leadership I don't know what is. Some other posts have stated you can be a little goofy or not the most serious at times, but what they fail to see is that you can rise to the occasion and be a serious leader. You know when to have fun and goof with the boys, but also be able to command them and accomplish the goal set before you. Try to be a bit less goofy though when you get the spot, but overall you are a good candidate for the role.

-1 Yeah so Trig summed up pretty much everything. This man brought all of the points right out of what I was gonna say. From what I've seen and heard over your term, it appears that nothing really has changed from the past administration (Not a good thing), and there is still struggles in activity for the battalion, a lack of care for the lower recruits, and a number of other problems. Sorry bud, but the big man is back for his throne.

+1 This man is beyond a reasonable doubt one of, if not the best leader I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Egg is the heart and soul for the 41st Battalion. He is fundamentally ingrained in the culture, conduct and structure of this battalion. He has served with honor and distinction as the longest-reigning commander in his time, for good reason as he has weathered many storms, making him the most experienced man in leadership on this server. He has unparalleled skill in maintaining and growing a battalion to glory and greatness. Egg has been there for his battalion since Day 0, and has had unmatched loyalty. No one man could claim to love this battalion more. If you want a man who will pour his heart and soul to the 41st, he has done it before and continues to do so. He is Commander Gree. Egg's careful guidance and steady hand has not only led his battalion to success, but he has also served as an advisor to the greatest leadership this server has seen. Those who seek the best help go to the Big Nate, as he knows solutions to most problems. His experience has led him to know how to be great. I could go on and on about how he is the most fit, but I feel that the point has been made clear enough. Egg is the man for this battalion. He is the man who will lead it to a new era of prosperity and growth. Egg, the true rightful claimant to the battalion, will be back. Make the 41st Great Again!

+1 Nightmare is the closest thing we have on this Earth to a deity next to Steven Seagal. Nightmare is an Akido Master who has spent time honing his skills in Buddhism and leads a spiritual movement known as the Ikko Ikki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ikkō-ikki). Now I know what your thinking, Akido has never been proven to work in a real combat situation which is a fair point, but Nightmare is currently the heir appearant to the Dalai @Llama/Yoda, and if a man held in that high regard can choose him to lead the Buddhist people into the future than this man should be Yoda 100%. Nightmare is the longest reigning master, he suffered through many tyrants (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tyrants_of_Syracuse), he has seen the best and worst of the Jedi Order and survived the 2nd Mongol Invasion of Japan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongol_invasions_of_Japan). In all seriousness +1 this man has waited patiently and now hes gonna usher in a Golden Age.

+1 Tino is the best possible choice for this role. His unending dedication to the SOBDE, and to the people within it is unmatched by any. He has led his team with honor and distinction, keeping it active, friendly, alive and successful. He has proven time and time again that he is capable of high-class leadership, top-tier management, and overall illustrates what a leader truly should be. Tino, like all of us, isn't perfect, but is perfect as he is. I see some criticism claiming "he's mingy, not professional etc.", when in reality he knows the difference between work and play. He knows when to have fun and bond with his team, creating a great environment. He also knows when to serious up and to take the mantle of leadership when the times arise. He knows how to balance this game well, and that makes him a cut above most. This is a man of conviction. A man of integrity. A man of perseverance. He is the best choice for the role. He is The Man.

-1 Not only is this last-minute and out of the blue, but also if you really look at the app, it is quite vague and almost bare once you take out the fluff wording. Not the best, and no offense, but this is the weakest of the other two applicants.
