Maybe Billiam was right, they player DON'T know what they want. This gets brought up and debated so many times its dumb. The server will CRY AND COMPLAIN about how long DB's take, how long promos take, etc. but then as soon as someone tries to change something "Oh My gOd YoUrE rUiNiNg DebriEfsaisa{I" It truly amazes me, how people care about someone saying "go up one", like really? That's your concern? Sad. Second off, for those saying "it improves roleplay", if we have reached a point where someone saying "Go up to sergeant" is considered "roleplay", then you might as well just shut the whole thing down, because roleplay must be dead. Third, the difference from saying "Go up one" and "<name here> go up to sergeant" is literally 2 words different. It does not matter. Fourth, "Do it the professional way". Have you heard ANYONE on this server who promotes give a promotion? It is literally two seconds of "ya did good, go up to <rank>", there is NO PROFESSIONALISM in promotions. If there was, everyone would give rousing speeches, and coming from THE man who does them, I can fully say no one does it. So don't say "be professional". +1 Unbelievable.

It was established at the High Command Meeting (voted unanimously) and then it was unanimously accepted at the normal meeting. The PEOPLE wanted it changed.

-1 First off, we just changed it. So like? Come to a Commander Meeting and discuss it there, oh wait, you don't play the server. At all. Second, the position is basically useless. The Base Commander is a glorified doorman. Why should he be able to be Marshal? Doesn't make sense at all chief. Unbelievable.

+1 Jania is a SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER map than the current Endor garbage-fire. I crash constantly, and have constant frame issues.

Ok, this may come off wrong, but this has gone on for far too long. Whoever the fuck is training staff members and NOT telling them to use STEAM IDs needs to be fucking removed and demoted and should feel very bad about themselves. I, myself, was banned EXACTLY LIKE THIS LIKE A WEEK AGO! AND NOW PEOPLE ARE GETTING BOPPED LEFT RIGHT AND CENTER BECAUSE THE STAFF TEAM HAS NO CLUE HOW TO BAN!!!! Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing. To those who are saying "nO wE wErE tRaIneD toO uSes SteaMID", you clearly are either A) One of the few who didn't have a terrible trainer or B) Clearly ignore the fact it is happening, because I've ran across so many people who kick/ban by name. Unbelievable.

So now we need to find a way to create an ENTIRELY NEW SYSTEM based off the clearance, how would this work? To use the scanners, you need to have the card PHYSICALLY ON YOUR PERSON to activate the scanner. Already, this just makes things significantly harder as now you have to find a way to CREATE a new system for key-cards. So now you need a Dev if you were to follow this. Difficult, and I would argue actually hurts the suggestion, as now you would need someone to develop a fix for it.

-1 We tried to do this before, ya' boy Duck tried to implement a key card system and it was denied. But to actually discuss it, it would have to be added to each persons job, however, say you are a Commander who uses a trooper job, do you have to have clearance spawned to you? If you account for the jobs people of rank use, then you would have to spawn a NEW CARD EVERY TIME someone respawns. Not only is this complicated and would create a lot of issues, but just downright unnecessary. Then, we have to decide who gets what? How do we update it based off promotions? For example, a 2ndLT gets promoted to Captain, would he have to get a new card? It would have to be spawned for him based off his job. Finally, it just seems like unnecessary additions to the server. Take the opportunity cost of adding this and compare it to anything else on the workshop. There is far more important things we could add, than have to deal with a complex key-card system. To sum this up, you would need to SPAWN A CARD FOR EVERY PERSON IN THE SERVER EVERY TIME THEY RESPAWN. Tell me how that is a good idea. It's not.

If you cared you would've: A) Followed the format B) Actually realized what you did was wrong, instead of complain about missing tryouts Like y'all need to really think before you say things, it is not hard.

+1 Bring back one of the finest battalions this server has ever seen. Their level of roleplay was unparalleled, and was so high-quality, it simply has not been seen since. Now that we have an actual base and a reason to need engineers, they are more necessary then ever.

+1 Nightmare is someone who truly cares for Synergy. From its inception, he has ALWAYS come, played, and spent his time doing good by the server, being someone who cared about the people in the community, as was truly an icon of it. Yes, we wasn't always the most serious, and had a few controversial moments, but who hasn't? He did NOTHING to deserve a perma-ban. He did NOTHING to incite drama, and has ONLY done things that affect him, and not Synergy as a whole. Nightmare does not deserve a community ban, and should be freed on all platforms, as he is an innocent man, who abides by the rules. He has had some slip-ups, but he never crossed too far over the line, and plenty have done far worse and still roam around today, he (I feel) was hit with a ban due to his affiliation with some people, and he is just an innocent bystander who was shot in the middle of a shootout. This man is an icon to the Synergy Roleplay community, and deserves to be able to still be a member of that community.
