Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I say this every single time I have applied for staff, and it will always remain the same, I want to set an example for staff members to follow, there should be no room for laziness. I also want the ability to help my community like I have done many many times before. This server has always been a family to me, so I want to return to helping it as best as possible. It would also be great to come back to the server, with the same amount of force as I had once done. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I rose through the ranks rather quickly I would say, staff kind of came naturally to me, and I loved doing it. I was always active, as well as participating in the training program quite frequently. I felt like I made a good change to the staff team, I feel like I impacted the disciplinary side of things quite well. I have never had a staff report against me, in the years I have been staff, so I would say that is a good thing. I felt like I was a useful asset to the staff team, and I felt needed. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes

+1 When I was Bacara, and Dennis was BCMD Doom. I will admit, he was very mingy, but I knew him better than most. He showed me all of his work that he did for his battalion. Dennis is a hard worker and it is evident that he can handle the logistics of being a BCMD. Dennis and I have always been friends, but that does not sway my reasoning for giving a +1, just as I knew him better than most, he knows me better than most. And he knows what is expected from a Bacara. He understands it is a serious position to be in, and that he is the FACE of the battalion. I had a thoughtful discussion with Dennis prior to posting my +1, and Dennis promised me that he will uphold the standards expected out of a BCMD, including the standards set for Bacara. I understand why many may -1, but that is due to ignorance, Dennis has had issues in the past, I will admit. But you never know what can come out of someone if given a chance. Dennis is the best option for Bacara in my wholeheartedly opinion. And I examine everyone in the battalion for their potential to live up to such a position, and so far, Dennis has stood out the most for me. He understands he won't be able to just focus on doc work, but rather the battalion as a whole. Dennis has worked hard to get where he is in the server, and I feel he is absolutely the best candidate eligible at this point and time. Be the face of the battalion that it so needs

+1 I haven't been around the battalion in a while, and I am only just now starting to come back. But judging from what I have heard about your activity, I believe you aren't meeting the standards this battalion has set, a standard that was set as a MINIMUM requirement. Yes, you may have enough hours in Gmod, however, most of your hours are from being AFK, otherwise, I wouldn't be receiving a constant string of messages stating your lack of activity. I have always believed that if a BCMD is failing to uphold the standards that they have set in place, then they do not deserve the leadership position they were appointed to. Appointing yourself to a position, such as intel director, is appropriate for a BCMD to do. However, some individuals are more active, as well as more motivated to be in such a position. From all that I have heard about you and the way you function, you are unfit to be a battalion commander. - Matra / Bacara x2, Keller x2

I love this entire community like a family. But I have been burnt out for so long, I just can't go any longer. Gmod has become dull to me, due to how much I have played it. I know I have resigned before, so I may be back, I may not be, it depends on if the 501st, or 21st ever need me to rise from the grave again. I shout out a lot of people typically, but there are so many of you that I love, so I won't shout out anyone this time. I may be back, I may not be... if one of my battalions needs help I will come back out of necessity. Farwells: There are too many of you that I know, you all know who you are. Everyone I know, I will miss you, including everyone I don't know.

+1 I have been on this server since the very beginning, and before then. I have seen my share of BCMDs, a lot of bad ones, a lot of good ones. You are one of the good ones, you bring your troopers moral up just by your presence, which can be hard to achieve.

Battalion: 21st RP Name: Battalion Commander Bacara Date: 1/30/2020 Reason: I have been in this position for almost 6 months now, I promised if I became what I deem as inactive, I would resign myself. If I am not going to be giving my 100% in a position, I feel I am useless in that said position. It saddens me to do this, but at the same time I feel there can be a more active Bacara. I have been in this battalion for 5 years in a row, I have seen it at its best, and at its absolute worse. I have been in leadership positions for the better part of those 5 years, and I am attempting to expand my horizons to other battalions.
