Because I keep getting this question in game, In pms, Over teamspeak, etc I have decided to lay it to rest here. I will not be applying for Bacara. I do not have the time needed to make a good/attentive BCMD. I love 21st and it will always be my home, but it is also time for me to experience more things and put myself in a position where I’m more accessible to the rest of the server. Frankly I’ve been very insulated as Keller, focusing on just my battalion. I have not been making friends in other battalions or have really acted like a community figure. I rose really high extremely fast because my work ethic and dedication to 21st was what was needed in their command structure at the time. I have left 21st and joined 212th. My plan for the next few months on synergy is very simple: Engage in more RP, Try and make friends within and outside of my new battalion, and be a good officer in 212th. Maybe one day, after I have had time to open up experience new stuff, I will return to 21st as Bacara. As of right now, I’m leaving it to those with more experience.

I am big on learning and believe there is always something to learn as well as teach if you pay attention. I am especially focused on the building aspects of gmod, as I believe I have a firm grasp and understanding of the building tools and how to create quality structures from nothing. I have taught several dozen people how to use the tools at their disposal to build and improve events. Can confirm, regular Z-6 has this issue and it can be replicated by simply engaging the safety and then unengaging it, you have to switch weapons before the Z-6 will fire again.

Wanna know the realllllllyyyy weird part, I didn't have to change mine, the old simple third person bind that I use on F1 works for the new system LOL.

(3 sentence minimum): I am now in a far better place health and time management wise than when I left, I have only recently come back to playing on the server and have had more fun in days than I had in months elsewhere. I see a lot of great things going on in the server and want to be part of that momentum. I want to contribute to the community once again and help keep the server on the great trajectory it is on. I feel like I have a great deal of experience staffing for both this community and similar ones and have a lot to bring to the table in terms of experience and maturity. With over 13,000 hours of Gmod, almost exclusively spent being staff in one community or another I have observed or taken part in almost every possible situation that could be imagined and like to believe that I can bring some measure of that experience to bear in helping in this community once more. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I had a blast the last two times, I originally came over at the founding of the server as a Head admin and believe I assisted in getting it to a stable and decent place. I had a lot of fun helping set things up to lay the foundation for what the community has become. I returned for a short time as a Senior Admin a few months later mostly because I missed it but realized shortly I was still not in a good place, as I was sleeping 2-3 hours a night due to severe sleep apnea and was slowly losing my mind because of it. I am now in a far better situation and have been staffing elsewhere for the last few years but feel it is time to come home again. Name: Aphex RP Rank: PFC Suggestion: I am not sure how many people this really effects or how easy it is to modify the position, however I can say it effects CG as we have to have weapons out and on safety during DB, but the location of the weapon info and the who is speaking thing overlap and it is impossible to see who is talking.... apologies if I am making any mistakes in the format of the suggestion. seen here: Implementation: I am not sure what I am supposed to put here, but basically I suggest moving who is talking up or the weapon info display up.
