DU PVT - BCMD
I joined in November of 2018 and instantly fell in love with the scuffed aspect of DU. I started doing as much as I could, I joined MED to help heal people and keep them alive. As soon as I could I applied for MEDO to help bring more people into the MED branch. I rose through the ranks of NCO and recruited like a machine to get a solid group of people to make DU active. I then became MEDL and made DU a MED battalion and made sure that all of my medics were the best they could be. I was then promoted to officer and quickly to commander, I then took over as REGL for DU and started to fill branch lead and officer spots as best as I could. During the Doom of my time was inactive along with the XO I took it upon myself to start molding DU into what I thought it needed to be to make it a modern and competitive battalion. During my first term as Doom, I put in LONG 16 hour days for the majority of the term. These were spent recruiting for both NA and EU timezones. I promoted people who I knew could help me branch out in all timezones. I slowly started to build up Dooms Unit numbers, when my second term started i began focusing on the small things, all documents were updated and brought to a good standard, Havoc Squad was fully implemented and rolled out with little to no hiccups. Every single document and branch etc were looked at and evaluated. During this time I was also building a good and steady officer corps to continue on after my term was over. During the final months of my term, I began getting ready to hand over the reins to the next Doom to make everything as smooth as possible and to help continue to make DU a good place to be. 

My current time as XO I have continued my work on the little things, Intel has seen huge improvements with the roster and how they work overall along with numbers boost. REGL has seen more steady work and across the board system for future dooms to come.DISC has seen small improvements with changing hands it is hard to keep the good momentum going but slowly it is improving. I have kept Havoc Squad full and active and worked on an expansion for its weather for the worse or the best only the future can tell. All systems I have worked on are ready for the next people along with those people being ready to take over. 

Base Ops 2ndLT - Commander 

I first joined Base Ops when it was re-added to the server, I became chief of mining operations on endor. During this time I wrote all documents needed for all the RP and keeping track of it. However, I was swiftly promoted to Chief Of General Operations and oversaw all sub-branches and implement the lore characters at the time. These systems were all used for the most part until revamped recently. During my time as Commander, my goal was to make Base Ops fun to be on and to help promote RP while on it. For a short while, we switched to a ship and I was charged with making sure that everything ran smoothly on a daily basis. 

Jedi Youngling - Knight 5

While my time in Jedi has been quite short and my start was not the best as some may know, after my rocky start I threw myself at Jedi wanting to learn and get better, I joined shadow as on my sith I was an assassin and wanted to do some more RP with shadows. A shadow manager spot opened up and I applied shortly after I became a knight. I then helped implement revisions to the trials and helped work on docs to help the future shadows with their RP. I then stepped down from the shadow manager as I had a lot of IRL things going on and DU needed a lot of my attention. I was promoted and worked closely with Mace / Patricia to help improve myself and the Jedi order.

Staff NA-HA / GMO

During my time in staff, I achieved many things I wanted to do. I helped improve many events and systems that the staff team used. During this time I pushed myself to make a lot of content for the server. I had many different storylines going along with my favorite one Abeloth. I was GMO for a short while and helped out to train new GMs to help the future of the server.         

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: 

I wish to become a regimental commander for many reasons, I see this as the next step to further myself on the server and further myself in RP. My time on the server is storied and long and I have experience doing just about everything in one battalion. I want to further myself by helping more than just DU, I wish to know the systems of other battalions and see what I can help do to improve them. I also plan to be very active in-game to help further RP not only withing my regiment but with others as well. I

I wish to continue the great work of Jad and Crimson and keep lines of communication going, I feel that this is the time with Rancor joining SPEC that it will be a good time for all of the battalions to help each other improve. Overall keep/improve communication, help each battalion address specific issues, make sure all systems are ready for the next person.

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?:

I feel that relations right now are good, however, that things can always get better, keeping everyone happy is never perfect but can you can always try. I also feel that trying to do cross battalion training, now more than ever with the event server can be a really good thing for everyone to work together and improve. 

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: yes

Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: yes

Before I gave Sniff my support for SO BDE Reg, I had concerns that he was regressing in behavior and am having similar concerns with you. You've been a bit less meme-y in game, but now a new concern of your temper has arisen. You're a very passionate guy but there's also been instances where you completely lose control of it.

Your time as Doom was great, you applied yourself to assisting in Jedi held trials for your named Jedi and would even jump in to help out other battalions in events if they needed them.

While I have had my cases of getting in heated arguments with people over certain topics and what not, I have put it upon myself to avoid these situations as best as possible, If I feel that a situation is going to escalate beyond talking and into arguing or yelling i will remove myself and then leave the server. It is the simplistic way of avoiding getting toxic or angry over a game. I give myself time to cool down before retiring to the server.

No. Before you were blacklisted from your youngling trials (or after I cant remember) you told me you should have passed because you had the same answers as someone else that was doing the youngling trial which is the stupidest fucking thing that I have ever heard from your mouth. I should've chosen to do something but I decided not to cause at that point I didn't give a fuck about the order cause it was fucking shit, and I like how you are bringing things that involve me even thought you are the one that should be persuading people into +1ing your application. Regardless of Dennis’s behaviour, and whatnot. He is a lad who has good aspirations and always works hard to better things, I mean. In the past I’ve done stuff, which is questionable from getting on the server drunk as fuck, been arrested multiple times and had a few Mishaps. Yet, He is a good role model who a lot of DU look up to and he could put that into the specialised regiment. He knows how to have fun, and he knows how to put his foot down.

Since all three of these posts all relate i can address your concerns that you may have! Now most of the concerns are about my "maturity" and previous incidents that have happened. While I have had my fair share of past mess ups that people bring up however that was 4-5 months ago now, and while some people may say well look at what happens "when Ryan streams he goes back to messing around and not caring" however this is quite the opposite, all actions that are taken are most likely talked to shock before hand and approved by management / founders, every other day of the week it is normal and the one day that everyone gets to have a bit extra fun.

While some people may not understand or not speak to me on a daily / or timely basis the people who know me can vouch for this, I am a very straightforward person and blunt, I don't enjoy trying to beat around the bush, if its a brash subject for myself of others i believe that the best way to deal with problems then let the grow and become something larger. While some people may not think this is best way to deal with things, for me it has produced results in DU and helped bring the battalion to the forefront of the server.
