+1 In my time working with cloud in multiple battalions I can assure you he has only had one goal in mind the entire time, and that is to overall improve the foundation of the battalion whose base can no longer support them, and this has literally been seen time and time again. Cloud is not afraid to call in on retired members to assist him and utilize those who are on to do so either, but he also isn't afraid to tell people to get out of a position they no longer deserve to be in. If Cloud had never asked me to return to the 187th to assist him with the relaunch and upon looking seeing it as bad as it was, I would never have asked for a waive in applications, would never have worked with Tino and got that battalion to where it was when I left, The most active. Cloud also called me in to help with the 104th- Although that was quite tough I mainly handled the battle communications of that battalion and major disciplinary actions which @Brooklyn had witnessed one too many times. All this to help the battalion cloud had asked me to discipline and get their skills up to standard. And than that leads me to returning to the 41st Elite Corps, I was asked to come chill out and help out where I can but unfortunately I just dont have the time to dedicate to Synergy anymore and have not assisted him. But, what does all the above mean? Every statement I mentioned was cloud trying to better a battalion and ask for help, if he couldnt do something he asked someone who could, he isnt afraid to search for help and ask when needed, and he can also make the vast majority of his decisions by himself and support this application whole heartily

+1 When my battalion had no battalion commander, and I was asked to return to Synergy to assist it- It was Tino who helped me as a 2ndLt deal with most of the idiotic captains I had at that time as I ran for BCMD. Without him and Omalic that battalion would not of had the initial ability for one, myself to go in and apply for BCMD, but obtain vast members and bypass rank issues due to my low rank. As a friend Tino has helped me quite a bit with battalions and got me to where I could sit 187th down properly. No doubt he can succeed. Enjoy.

Alright, I have now sat back and watched this battalion for a while now internally, And sheesh i have to say- I do not think its at the best its ever been, im gonna have to say its very much from that. I just see mass toxicity through the battalion now, its full of drama, and far out I dont think you have the ability to have faith in your own decisions unfortunately. I do not see you has a sufficient leader, or a sufficient role model unfortunately. YES i have fun in the battalion, but this is simply because of the people I go off and roleplay with, so more specifically i have fun with others more than our own battalion. I believe new trainings implemented to achieve the officer ranks is also not the best- but thats because i rather experience than a training, so i very much rather to utilize all NCO ranks and promote when ready rather than hoping they listen to a training, which most dont. But you need to understand, This opinion is simply because we have 2 different styles of leading a battalion. You seem like an alright bloke from the times we have chatted, but i do believe someone with a bit more confidence and experience should step up

you've got your dates wrong. 2017 wasnt pumpkin GC, that was when I was GCL Reed idiot. +1 tho, during my time as this mans Battalion commander, it was obvious to me that he needed more, he needed to progress in a battalion that was i guess more prestigious that 187th. When he moved to rancor, it only went up from there. Best of luck

-1 this is dumb, you have ARF. Most battalions remove the SharpShooter or in your case Sniper job and merge with ARF anyway. I think if anything youve gone about reviving it all wrong and whoever is guiding you into doing that needs some guidance themselves. You dont add more diversity to something to bring people in, that only further spreads the limited people you have and at this point its none. And on top of that, its great to know the lore on a wiki page but how about how it functions on the server? You have GC and EC, GC does exactly what you want, EC is a mech based group why are we adding snipers when we have a squad to do that?

Why are people annoyed that a Head Admin is applying for this? Who cares, the higher you go up in staff the less you have to do, do we no longer follow CoC? Do we not go through NA-A-SA-VA-HA? High staff as a high command allow for better communication with others also, such as Directors, Founders etc, compared to a basic bitch normie who has no connections. so +1

I dont know how to vote this application- but, Although I do not play anymore, one constant issue I have always seen from Regimental+ is the fact they always have ran the exact same way, carbon copy of the regimental before them, same with Marshal. I went and asked Korm to get the regimentals to see if we can change it up a little and he agreed, if you get this position I dont want to see you AFK or sitting in a channel, I dont want to see you roleplaying with specific groups you have an interest in. We need a different play style honestly, I have been playing for over 2 years now and theres only been 3 regimentals I thought worthy enough to make the changes that was needed, none so far have stepped up to the plate since, those are Joe, Billiam and Koval. What changes will you make to the regimental structure as Marshal, What will you do as Marshal you cant do as an Attack regimental? You can roleplay as an Attack Reg or a normal trooper to benefit the server, so what will you do?

Im 19 and havin a blast

+1 - I entrusted this man with my 187th and quite frankly, he has kept it alive in the form of blue, Thank you and continue. But with that being said, i know you are aware of this, I always tell you this and those around you when I see it, Fix the quantity over quality issue. You have mass numbers which could be good, but I would like to see them become great, it may mean you need to knuckle down and get a little more serious yourself.

-1 You said it yourself, you've only come back full time to the 501st a week and a bit ago. With Sugga and Dylan both applying it honestly seems like a slight power play I wont lie, You're a 2ndLt, Getting Waived when the current applicants are worthy candidates, It just does not add up. Can you not dedicate actual hours to the battalion and work your way up to a rank that allows you to apply, whilst doing so helping an already existing battalion along the way? There is no hurry for a BCMD at all, the 501st has retained numbers from the Merge with 187th I understand your need to help them with issues, but this is not the way to do it in my opinion. There's only a few circumstances that I will agree to someone pulling legacy and then getting waived for a BCMD position; 1- There are no other applicants, the battalion has no structure and cannot support itself and is in desperate need of someone to come back or come from the outside to assist. 2- There is no one higher than you to apply for the position. 3- There are no good candidates worthy enough. From what I see, the 501st has amazing numbers, Has officers, There are most definitely people higher than you in the battalion applying for the position, and there are good candidates. Don't change something that isn't broken or working, take the time and effort to actually play and get to know this battalion before applying. You've said it yourself you have been back without legacy helping and gone full time for a week. Also is this a copy and paste of your 41st BCMD application and just update/edit the layout of it? Because you are applying for the 501st not 41st, I dont care if you know 41st/Green company lore... So i would double check your application my man and edit that up. Overall though, again -1 there was no need for you to be waived in the first place.

Some things I have to stress though: At this point in time, I would like to see a more interactive approach to the position of regimental, Quite frankly the regimentals are very sit back, overview, wait for an issue to come, and host simulations and training's for people. I want to see you start showing more roleplay related situations and boost the roleplay presence on the server, new people want to play with BCMD's+ to show off, You're another person to show off to, so be there to let them. If you only plan on hosting trainings/simulations to boost relations then I would probably -1 you straight of the bat if I didn't know your past experience firsthand. 104th doesn't even have much of a battalion to build a relation with. Trainings and Simulations are all good and well on paper, but if you actually look at the amount of people who go to trainings/simulations and compare that to an event, you will probably get more people, So why not join them in an event, have them pair up? Evaluate whilst having them lead you, this way you actually gain an understanding of the issues the battalion has first hand, and start preparing ways to improve that, rather than having to host a training/simulation. Ontop of that, your presence in an event and having the battalion lead you will also make others feel more comfortable going to you for issues because they see and interact with you more often, not that they should skip COC but if they needed to go or talk to you, they already have experience with you before hand. I wont lie, the generic way of being a regimental is getting old, and I am personally waiting for someone to actually do something different that changes the way people want to approach the position of regimental, too many people are stuck in the same way of thinking, every application is almost a carbon copy of the one before it, and im waiting for someone to truly stand out and do something different. When you responded to Foxey, you didnt even mention any ways you actually plan on fixing things with 104th at all, you just mentioned the obvious stuff that anyone can see is wrong with the battalion. How are you actually going do anything with them? Just through trainings/simulations? They lack numbers also what is your plan to boost numbers? I will give you my verdict if you can answer the final dot point, depending on your answer I will update this to a -1 or +1 *Update* He answered the above question and the result was not good at all, shows a true lack of knowledge in the mech based regiments, along with no actual way to develop and assist, You do not need to be a Mech reg to assist with documentation. -1

To showcase good content etc for the server it takes a lot of time to edit those types of videos anyway, you wouldn't want to drop shit content that reflects sub par gameplay of synegry. Ontop of that, viewership on garrys mod has dropped, the games nearly 16 years old lmao

Bruh i played last week... This is from my experience, As i am AUSTRALIAN these are things that happen to me and I find myself having to deal with. Just because you may not be, does not mean others aren't. This isn't a thread to start drama or anything but the things I see that could use some work, Like the build up towards events, involving more roleplay like the example above because I have experienced it maybe twice since 2017. Not the shit that happens during an event, thats fine, as my example reads above its the approach towards encounters etc. But when I do see Base Ops on during an event its normally just one person anyways, But once again, I think you people forget, I am australian my timezone is not EST/PST or any other ST time zone there is, so actually take what i've said into account, because like i said it happens to me. Whether the community is based American it doesn't matter, if things like that drop off the later in the night it goes for you guys, the worse the gaming experience and the experience overall I get on Synergy, Normally when I am on it is later, but its literally just encounter after encounter which starts from us getting randomly shot at in courtyard, There is no base ops or a nice style of approach to the event, This isn't a base ops issue per say but trying to find a way to be incorporated and change the the start of an encounter would benefit base ops also, while also making it very more immersive.
