I personally think the interview phase is what really matters but I do think that more people should be involved within the interview phase and who determines who gets what. I honestly think that CMDs of the battalion should be involved or at least be present in the interview. Just to hear it

I agree with DirtyDan. I can say I've seen some apps that had a lot more -1's than +1's and they at least got to the interview stage where they were later denied after their interview. Some were even accepted but very few from what I remember.

Bug Type (Server:): Jedi Health and Armor Issue Severity level (Low - Medium - High): Medium Evidence (if you can): NONE Description of the bug: When you swap to jedi your health and armor is lower than what its supposed to be and it goes at random for instance once I die it goes to 1000Health 275armor then if I were to die again it would go to like 900HP 200 Armor. Its at random How can we recreate it: Not really a way to but I would try going on jedi and checking it out

If anything the damage should be reduced as a whole to 300-350 and raise mag to 10 shots
