Older than 3 months 2. Have a minimum Rep of 300 3. Have at least 350 Posts (IE you use the forums alot) This criteria was decided by the forum staff team and is subject to change based on community feedback / Forum performance If you meet these criteria and do not have the ability to post a gif PFP, please message me on the forums in a DM. For context there are currently 71 Members that have this functionality.
