  1. So they didn’t have any purchases on the last ark server but it’s definitely possible on ASE but I’m unsure on how ASA works as I have not played it.
  2. Doesn’t matter to me, the only issue I see with creating a mega tribe is resource management and giving roles to specific people.

  4. +1, one of the main goals I had as 21st BCMD was to set up a line of succession for the battalion and Cucumber is the next in line. For the last month, maybe month and a half I have relied on Cucumber to do pretty close to all the work within the battalion to prepare him for the position. From what I’ve seen from him I can comfortably say that he will do well in the position and keep 21st prospering for at least the next 3 months.

  14. I do think you are the right candidate for the position, or at least you could do it well. But to be honest the app seems very cut and dry to me, not much juice in it. It just seems like you want to continue on with what the order has been doing, not much of how you are going to change it. What is going to make you stand out from past Yoda's?

Steam Name: CHOOV RP Name: Galactic Marines MEDL WO Luther RP Rank: Sergeant Major Steam ID: 76561198130494652 Battalion you are applying for: Battalion Commander Bacara Experience: I have a lot of experience on the server so I will just list a few of the main accomplishments I have achieved. Jedi A lot of my time on the server has been as a jedi, I started off as Luminara and ran the 41st as a BCMD equivalent while they didn't have a Gree for a few months. Through my work within both the 41st and Jedi, I achieved the rank of Jedi General and eventually went on to become Obi Wan Kenobi. As Obi Wan, I worked closely with 212th High Command to achieve many great things, eventually becoming a Legend within 212th. After deciding I had finished everything I set out to do as Kenobi and wanting to do more, I ran for Shaak Ti. My time as Shaak Ti was short but I helped other battalions improve their jedi systems as I did within 212th. After my Shaak Ti term, I ended up going for Arligan Zey, where I helped SOBDE rework their jedi system, until eventually resigning. Captain Gregor I was the first of a long line of the new generation of Gregors, who at the time was the BCMD of SOBDE. As Gregor, I worked on the Grey RC system and improving upon the squad system within SOBDE. At the time I was BCMD, SOBDE was flourishing but still trying to work out the Grey RC system as it was new to the battalion. Palpatine My time as Palpatine was very short due to me being in the military and my Grandpa passing away so sadly I couldn't do much with the position. High Staff I spent a lot of time within High Staff, obtaining the rank of VA twice, HA, and even Director. I valued my time within High Staff the most, it taught me a lot of valuable lessons and I got very close with a lot of people. Within my time as High Staff, I worked very closing with not only the staff team but the GM team and even the High Command team. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: With the Galactic Marines in its current state, someone needed to apply for Bacara eventually and be there to help support the battalion, and I believe that person is me. I’ve been a part of this community since 2017 and since then I have accomplished many things and experienced so much. I have received a lot of knowledge and experience throughout my time on this server and just sitting here doing nothing with it bothers me so it’s time to put it to use. I know that I haven't been in GM for a long time but I believe that I know what to do to fix the battalion and that I am ready for this position. Hopefully by the end of my term I can help spread my knowledge and experience to others within the battalion and lead a long line of success within GM. Availability: My availability is a bit tricky since I don't figure out my schedule for the next day until the day before. But with that being said I know that I can put in the amount of hours and time to hold this position and I am usually available from 3pm EST - 8pm EST everyday. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: 3554:31:06. - On and off since 2017 Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: General Battalion: Within the battalion itself, I want to push for more activity and interaction between everyone. This push starts with the BCMD being active and setting an example for the rest of the battalion of what to do. It then trickles down to the Senior Officers, Juniors Officer, etc... Not only will I push for the officer core to be more active and productive but the Sergeants need to do so as well. Besides activity I want to push for more trainings to be hosted such as AV-7 and TECH training, which we are in charge of. Officer Core The officer core is a very big topic within GM and it needs to be addressed. I would like for the officer core within GM to set a better example for the rest of the battalion. Given the position, I will be holding the officers to a higher standard and will not be afraid to hold them responsible for their actions. With that being said I would like to finally solidify a solid group of commanders within the battalion to help me do just that. Every officer will be re-evaluated within the battalion and those who step up the most will be rewarded. NCO Core The NCO Core is in a decent position right now, with a lot of newer people stepping up and trying to help out the battalion. If given the position, I will push for more NCOs to take more responsibility by giving them the opportunity to take up leadership positions, such as regimental lead positions. I will not only give them the chance to take more responsibility but I will be holding them to a higher standard. I will enforce the rule of hosting at least 1 training a week, but I will also be adding in more requirements to get promoted as an NCO. I haven't fully ironed out what these requirements will be yet, but it could be something as simple as hosting 1 TECH/AV-7 training a week for example. Subunits Another big topic within GM, is the subunits, Keller's Unit and Special Operations. Through my eyes both subunits right now are lacking and not upholding the standards they should be. The changes for these subunits starts with re-evaluating their tryouts and remaking them if I need to. I would not be doing this job alone however, I would entrust in the current subunit leads to spearhead this project and I will give my input when needed to make sure the subunits are restored to their former glory. Leadership Positions Right now if you look at GM, there aren't a lot of people who are stepping up to make the battalion better. If given the position I will find people who are willing to put in the work and put them into leadership positions within the battalion. By filling these positions, it will help build a well oiled machine, making the work load lighter for everyone. Communication Communications within GM is very bad in my opinion. As an enlisted member of the GM, I have very rarely heard any sort of news of what's being worked on within the battalion. This is something I would like to fix by being the bridge between the officer core and the enlisted members of the battalion. Not only will I work on the communication but I would like to establish a strong WO and strong officer core so that the enlisted will at least have a clue as to what's going on. I will establish a consist schedule for battalion meetings, officer meetings and sergeant meetings so that we can talk about the battalion and any suggestions to implement within the battalion.   18. +1 I just hope that the dev team is ready for every battalion on the server to put up a suggestion for a 3rd sub unit; because if 1 battalion gets a 3rd, everyone is going to want a 3rd.
