How do you feel your previous term went?: 

I think most people in HC and on the server would agree with this statement I am about to impart upon you.

My first term was basically dealing with Drama for a good two thirds of it. 

Now I am not complaining about it as I am not someone he runs away from a problem and accepted the challenges associated with each on and attempted to help where I could. This drama varied from personal drama between a few members to commander reports and almost everything in-between.

I have also managed to use my time with the other RCMDs to bring some change and activities to the server. Most notable the Battalion Sim Challenge, a PvE variant to BvB that partakes on a rotating schedule with BvB. Me and Noble are the main proprietors of the sims but the other RCMDs and members of HC have contributed idea and opinions. This started only 3 or 4 weeks ago and thus is still in its infancy.  

Other than that I have tried to be a more serious member on the server but also having a bit of a light side when needed. Chatting with members of my Reg and others, hosting some trainings and trying to help my Reg remain stable. Especially in the turbulent times the server is currently in.

Why do you wish to remain a Regimental Commander?:

There are many things I wish to do from my first app that I never got around to doing  due to 1 thing or another.

I want to work with the other RCMDs and HC to coordinate trainings and scenarios based around the aspects of the batts who will be partaking. I am aware that 21st, CG and DU do wish to bolster relations with other batts and increases the level of comradery on the server.

I also wish to delve deeper into other issues plaguing the server and work with those I need to to improve the server as a whole for all members along side the rest of HC. 

I am a stronger lover of the RP aspects of the servers (Probably from training TECH and EOD too many times) and thus care deeply about the "RP" aspect of Synergy. It has bee eroded over this year, due to the pandemic and the server numbers been lower than desireable. But the time for idleness and lollygaggin' is over. It is time Synergy enters a new age and gets out of the recessions it is in. 

For this to occur the server must embrace more the fact this is a bloody RP server and not shy away from this aspect. Encounters and Events have been on the up but still are lacking RP elements. Inciting passive rp, combat drills and patrol systems will allow for the player base to be more fluid and mobile rather than the current system of them stagnating and going AFK to play other games like Among Us [Which I am guilty of from time to time] or others.

This may change if I start work again but will mainly reduce the time I can be up till to about 7pm EST [12am GMT]

What have you achieved within your regiment during your past term?:

As stated earlier, quelled many different instances of Drama and allowed for Batts in the Reg to move on from these into better directions. 

the SPEC REG at the 1 month mark or so was the most active Reg on the server,  during this time I was partaking and hosting trainings and other small skirmished with them and bolstering the relations between them. This was halted due to Drama once again but I digress.

I have also implemented the BSC alongside other HC members to allow for a PvE competitive experience for those who prefer it to PvP. 

What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your regiment?:

Inter battalion relations -

The recent drama in the Reg has caused some social issues between them, these have been mended but need to be bolstered further. One of the best ways to do this is to perform trainings and exercises with the batts and allow them to work together. I plan on using my SA abilities to also build puzzle/challenge dupes. Relying more on teamwork and communication rather than "doin' the shoot gud". This will also spread out into the other Regs.

Roleplay and communication within the server -

The level of roleplay on the server and the methods and way member communicate to each other is significantly lower than what is desired on the server. many people have commented the lack of respect some members show others. Batts often get jealous and suspicious of other batts if something where to happen and Gossip runs rampant, devolving into Chinese whispers as the messages get's distorted over time.

One easy way to improve relations is to do the simple games Nights. but this is already held and is not necessarily helpful for on the server. The aforementioned trainings can also assist in this endeavour but another approach is also possible to combat this specific issue. One server activities and games. Not necessarily sims or challenges but on the some vain. These are more like party games and team building exercises to help people to calm down and unwind while also remaining active on the server. This could be the return of my favourite Hunter Killer [The Hidden for all intensive purposes] or even a recreation of Among Us or something similar to Fall Guys in game. This will also break up the monotony of FFAs, NPC Sims and other CSR base trainings that are very cookie cutter.

I am fully aware.

-1 during my time in Dooms unit, you quite possibly tied forseen for worst reg. (No offense forseen you were just inactive as shit) however you had no idea about any of the drama in DU untill about 1 month before the bans, and it was when others brought it to you after a large meeting. While DU HC had been attempting to fix things you came in three complaint forms, and report forms and never asked our side untill after accusing and me getting angry in commander chat. 
 

state of the regiment- you can focus in game all you want but the battalion you cane from is in absolute shambles and it looks like no attempts to fix anything have happened. 21st has less than 20 members in it I’m pretty sure after their XO leaving they have closer to 10. While the other two have hit rough patches and only as of recent have you made any attempt in DU or CG. 
 

TLDR: your first term has not went well, and just being somewhat active in game doesn’t account for the other failures that have happened.

I think you're by far one of the most capable regimental Commanders, it would be novel if people actually utilised you like a regimental commander and quit pretending it is up to you to sniff out drama. You are a stand back leader for them to reach out to but I digress.

I think you're a fantastic role model and Specialised is rather lucky to have you, in my humble opinion.
I find it quite funny that your regiment always seems to dig itself into more and more issues, truly a test but you are still standing.

From my perspective I have seen Gadget help the Specialized Regiment quite a lot. Whenever there was an issue with the 21st or having any drama, Gadget would always help and solve the issue effect immediately. I think you have done some great work as a REG Commander. I would love to have you again as a REG Commander.
