The moment that got me hooked on Synergy (before I went Awol and vanished) was being online super late and not much was going on. Being a new boyo in DU I had no idea what to do and wasn't even sure if SWRP was gonna be my thing. Then I met @Butterswho took me and several other DU on a marching tour of the base while we whistled "Don't worry be happy" as our cadence. Then we went up to the brig and stood outside the doors having a staring contest with CG, all while whistling our cadence. Then Butters called "Operation Scatter". We all booked it in every direction we could inside the brig doors, lept over the railing and me being the new guy with no skill points, was caught almost instantly. I was then sat in the brig for 10 minutes, apologized to the CG and then the current doom at the time @Trixxpops on after being woken up to call us all morons and to say how disappointed he was in all of us. I wrote a letter the next day on Google docs to apologize and man was I hooked since then. Still get the itch to come back now and then. One day SoonTM

Last say from me and still he has my support, but people need to stop bringing up the past and really ask about the 21st and what he can do supporting them. He's been appointed by HC to 21st, to help restructure it and rebuild it, and he has with assistance from others also tasked. Does he want to continue to show that support and stick around the battalion? Obviously since he's applying for a higher role in the unit and has been working well amongst it according to other 21st members posting. We can't all be judged on our past, if we were than we'd never have anyone come back during any sort of circumstance (ban, kick or blacklist).

2/10 for me It was a really sudden event (20 min notice tops) and when we spawned it it wasn't really explained. I changed to my job thinking it was a normal event and got berated with "Become CC, Read the Sign" over and over again, even though I was was trying to change (just need to say it once to one dude). Once we got into the actual event setting up for teams was quiet un organized. Numbers were very uneven and when I was picked for a "leader" role, the GM was very hesitant about wanting me in the spot, due to what I believe is my current rank. Roles in Events if chosen randomly should be completely random regardless of rank. As for when we went into the sim, we were given a very brief idea of what to do, we breached and cleared the area, somehow more units were there saying the area was compromised even though it was fully cleared. Once we found the hostage taker we tried to make a deal, once the deal was made we tried to comms into the Sim command for instructions. We didn't receive any. We even told the GH who was the hostage taker in OOC that we couldn't reach anyone via comms so we're gonna just roll with it. Setup to take out the hostage taker when they were moved out to a main area. We then took out the hostage taker and were told we failed. Once we failed we were told we'd get an explanation, we did not and then they wanted us to move on. I do believe this could have went way, way better with more organization.

I'm gonna step in here. I asked Dennis to come aboard and help out. Why? Cause I knew he would get shit done, he could handle situations that were brought up, and he was a great person to bounce ideas off of. There was no "holding power" over me and I'm honestly getting sick of this "Owen Puppet" meme. I had just as many good ideas back when I was Doom as both Dennis and Maddoxx, who were helping me at the time. Honestly most of the time I'd have a basic idea and between the 3 of us, we'd sort it out into something that worked. +1 from me because he gets shit done, he doesn't take BS, and he's always come back to help out whatever battalion he was asked. Regardless if it was a BCMD or HC asking him too.
