Thank you for your honesty. I could really care less what others say since the situation was between you and I know how the server works with certain members. If anything I can ask for it would be to reduce the permanent status to something relevant. Ive been here long enough to understand that things should not have escalated the way they did and using the term "suck start a shotgun" was not my prerogative towards you. everyone is only human and the amount of stress that I was going through in a battalion that had leadership out to get me. It didn't cause me anything but negativity. Through thick and thin I have been an avid supporter of synergy roleplay and created lush environments with those who do not like me. Sadly the world is full of hateful people and some will never understand what someone is going through. the entire way the ban was handled in my personal opinion was completely scuffed and I am not the only one who agrees on that. It went from a removal from a battalionn to a perma ban. I also can guarantee worse things have been said to other people and they have received a slap on the wrist because of positions and/or rank. this server is not perfect and for those at the end of the day who are gonna sit here and make it there lifes work to destroy someone else.. you need help. also a P.S For the people who like to "retire" from synergy then play theses games on the forums because they didnt like someone at some point in time. Please use relevancy from the actual ban itself and stop being so self centered. if you truly "retired" then why are you gate keeping. (bro dropped a warrant officer report from 2022)

Outside looking in you guys dont see it. Its almost everyday when we ask to fly a LAAT But no one gets out and support Jobs end up just sitting in the LAAT while a ARC trooper or any other person who got in it first wont get out. Its not just me who sees this. Support is dying and this will fix it

Name: Butter RP Rank: Captain So If you all are unaware of the current situation with support Troopers on the Server It Is As Follows Player Pop - Below 60 Players Any Pilot Trained Can Fly Player Pop - 61 to 80 Players It Goes To Support Trooper Jobs Player Pop - 81 to 100 Players It Becomes Lore Character Jobs Only Player Pop - Above 100 Event/Boarding Parties (Only When Needed) These Are The Server Rules For Flying. Now I Think It Is Unfair that Support Personnel Go through ATC Training, Engineer Training, Pilot Training for Attack Ships and Support Ships, Then A Battalion Tryout Just to be a Support Trooper and then Have some random person Steal there Laat Because "they are pilot trained" or "the server pop isn't high enough" First Off When have we actually gotten to those populations where the server is playable.. I mean honestly we get to 80 pop and Its a slideshow This is no offense But those Player Pops Should not be that High.. No Its actually so much simpler. Suggestion & Implementation This Is What I Propose Remove The Player Pop Entirely. Make The Rules Be As Follows All Support Troopers Have immediate Prioritization Over Spawned In Aircraft. During Deployments If Limited Air Vehicles Slots are available Let Lore Pilots Get Dibs Then If None are there Go To Support Troopers If there is more Aircraft Than Support Troopers Then Allow The Pilot Trained Personnel To Aid and Assist Kind of like how the 104th Have all authority and Dibs on AT-TE's and TX's same thing here. Lore Pilots Fly The Reason Im even Suggesting this is for the simple fact that support troopers have been The Lowest recruiting branch on the server. Thus Because We Cant Even Do Our Primary Job. Which is Be a Pilot. We are Glorified Armor Dropping vehicle repairing Engineering Mechanics. But That's not all we want to do. Hell If we wanted to be Engineers so bad we would all band together and try to get the engineer job back. This is justa simple suggest That if gets approved will Actively Make More Use out of Support Troopers and allow us to do our Jobs Its Sad That All other Branches Get to Do their Jobs Whilst our can get stolen and we just sit there. Let Actual Dedicated Pilots Fly and Do what they enjoy. if you wanna be a pilot so bad then join support. +1 Dude has been gone for almost a month in JRTC comes back and gets banned. WTF is wrong with yall. Like I understand yeah server rules but stop banning people who have years of service that consistently come back and make a player base for the server. There are many alternative routes you can take other than just banning a Player a Veteran Player as well. Man Was an Officer in a battalion a Subunit Leader and the Regimental lead of the 104th. Some people may not know but the 104th isn't in a to good of a spot at this moment and this is not the time to be playing fuck fuck games with our leadership. Unban this man use proper Adminship and offer a fair trial and hear out his story before you just ban him while he offline. This aint rust we don't offline raid around here alright. Huge +1 for the first idea. There should always be more NCO's than officer and people like the grind and satisfaction of being told "hey you have done great work in the battalion its time for you to ascend to the next level of being" and also who even liked the MSG rank anyway.

One of the biggest +1's ive ever given. Long overdue. SO is way better than DD and always will be. My best time on synergy was as blackout and im sure other can say the same. Sadly if it does return i wont be able to see it due to me being overseas atm. I have full trust in mystic that he will be able to implement and utalize SO to the max. I encourage others to look back at the glory days of SO and remember the great times and how happy and active the 21st was back then. this isnt an option conform or perish
