5th Fleet Security -

Private - Commander

As a member of the 5th fleet Security Battalion, I manned the 3rd floor with little reward, until I started rising the ranks, and eventually became the Commander (equivalent of BCMD). I instituted programs to make the 5th Fleet Security Battalion a better security force, especially with a lack of Shock Troopers at their posts, but my career eventually ended in 5th Fleet when the server decided that 5th Fleet should be removed because there were 2 security battalions on the server.

 

Shock Troopers -

Commander

I worked out a deal with the Shock Trooper Commander at the time, for my 5th Fleet to transfer into the Shock Trooper Battalion. I was allowed to become Executive Officer (I can’t remember exactly because Shock Trooper Commander Fox, became a Regimental position and had 3 Commanders under him (Can't Remember if it was at this time or before hand)). I was granted the lore position of Commander Thorn, of the shock troopers for a time.

 

Blaze Troopers -

Private - 2nd Lieutenant

I spent some time as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Blaze Trooper Battalion that did not last very long, it was comprised of all T5 Donators.

 

Republic’s Naval Fleet -

Crewman Apprentice - Commodore

I joined the naval fleet as an opportunity to get away from security at first, then started to main the job under Max, when he needed some assistance with the program. I would host my trainings and help run the ship, and eventually reached the rank of Commodore. At the time a Commodore was the head of a branch, I was in the Chief Medical Officer, and Commodore of the server, regulating medical training and making docs for the program.

 

Shock Troopers [ V2 ] -

Enlisted - Officer

By this time, I went back to security because it was what I knew the best. Most of my friends were in the Shock Troopers, so I rejoined, working my way up to an Officer position from the ground up, until one of the best days of my IFN Career…

 

5th Fleet Security [ V2 ] -

Commander

Eventually after fighting and scratching for it. 5th Fleet Security was reintroduced to the server, and I was appointed Commander again because my term never officially ended. I made completely new documents and trainings for the battalion. However, the Regimental Commander position for 5th Fleet was the Naval Rear Admiral, so the Admiral of the ship continually meddled in the affairs of  5th Fleet. I eventually resigned from the position because of the meddling, along with something that came up with life.

I, after a long break from Garry’s Mod, went back to IFN, and found the 187th Legion. I eventually rose to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant and met with old friends, then found out about Synergy Roleplay.

Republic Medics -

My First Battalion on Synergy Roleplay, at the time of joining, was very new to the server, and still under the command of Joah. I was interested in it because of my Medical Roleplay past and I eventually became the Medical Trooper Assigned to the Galactic Marines, in charge of medical trainings and their medical records. I was eventually pulled off of the Galactic Marines assignment, and resigned from the battalion.

 

Galactic Marines -

Private - Executive Officer

I joined the Galactic Marines, because of my experience with them because of being a Republic Medic. They were serious, but they still had fun. I worked my way into the role of Galactic Marine, and eventually Keller’s Unit. After a few Battalion Commanders, I was granted the title of Commander Keller for the Galactic Marines, and eventually then promoted to Executive Officer. I helped remake and improve some of the GMACT trainings, as well as work to try and make the battalion a better place. I eventually stepped down from XO and Keller to focus a little more on real life. After a bit, i came back to the server and the Galactic Marines. I was granted Legacy Captain, for my Previous Roles, and came back into the swing of things, eventually rising to Colonel again.

 

Republic’s Naval Fleet -

Crewman Apprentice - Officer

I have two chapters with the Republic’s Naval Fleet on Synergy Role Play. I was a Helping hand in the engineer program along with Bro, to make the Venetor Extensive Engineering Hand Book, as well as worked to becoming an officer for the Fleet Promoting Roleplay on the Venator with multiple uses. I eventually stepped down after some time here to focus on my time in the Galactic Marines again.

The Second time the Quarter Master Program was in complete shambles same as the fleet for a bit. I, having previous experience in both the Medical, and Engineering Branches went to help the Quartermaster Branch and attempt to improve the Fleet itself, I worked and eventually felt that the republic Fleet became stable again, especially in the Quartermaster Branch and went back to the Galactic Marines.

 

Attack Regimental Commander -

The Attack Regimental Commander Qal, is in need of vacation according to some, to others I run Firebase Zilo. I have stepped in to squash the bad reputation of some, as well as to stop in-fighting with others. I have been working with the Attack Battalions, 212th Attack Battalion with its sub-units 2nd Airborne Company, Ghost Company, 501st Legion, 327th Star Corp for a short time, and the Galactic Marines. I was initially asked to think about the position, not seeking it out, but after asking around, I felt like the position would be nice. I eventually applied and have been working with the Battalions with the exemption of the Galactic Marines, because it seems to be a Specialized Battalion now. I Intend to do a Regiment VS Regiment (Attack VS Recon) with the Current Recon Regimental Commander Grum, as well as have run Competitive Simulations between the Attack Battalions and intent to organize a standard for LAAT “Edicate” for Extractions and Infiltrations.

New Administrator - Veteran Administrator

I was a Game Master Officer, and a dedicated Game Master for brining Passive Roleplay events to the server, I thought that everyone was already doing a ton of the Shoot-Em Up Events, so I wanted to bring in the chance to Role Play for those that do not get to do it as often.

 

Staff [ V2 ]-

Administrator - Veteran Administrator

I reapplied for staff after my break from the game again, and i want to say stepped in at Administrator, I eventually joined the Game Master Program and have been trying to think of new events to bring to the Server.

 

Why should you become a Marshal Commander?:

The rank of Marshal Commander is a privilege, and the individual in this position is in charge of the Grand Army of the Republic. I believe that I should become the next Marshal Commander because of the experience I have in the Grand Army of the Republic. I believe that I can bring the battalions closer together, have them play on the other battalions weak spots, and bring more Roleplay to the server. There’s always room for change, improvement, and removal. I believe I have helped bring the Attack battalions into a good spot, numbers and work wise. I am a chill guy, that will break you if it will make you better as a hole. I believe that the Marshal Commander position is largely an Advisor role, which I believe is the same for Regimental Commander. However I think for the best of the Grand Army of the Republic as a whole, and plan to make the Grand Army of the Republic the most well oiled machine that this server has seen.

Throughout my experiences I have become an experienced Leader, and I have seen many people rise through the ranks, as well as helped them. Multiple of my subordinates over the years have moved into higher positions. Some say I can bring the best out of people, as well have seen the worst.

 

Do you understand the lore of the Grand Army?:

“After a decade of development and training, the first generation of clone troopers was called into action. Placed under the leadership of Grand Master Yoda, the Grand Army of the Republic made its debut in the Battle of Geonosis, storming the Separatist stronghold and engaging the droid army with the element of surprise on their side. Clone troopers fought side by side as they repelled the enemy from the battlefield, ultimately forcing the Confederate forces into full retreat from the planet. With Geonosis secured, the Grand Army claimed victory in the first battle of the Clone Wars—so-named for the clones who composed the Republic's armed forces.

Throughout the conflict, the Grand Army of the Republic was deployed across the galaxy in order to put an end to the rebellion of the Separatists. The Jedi Knights assumed direct command over the clone troopers, becoming Jedi Generals of the Grand Army. Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:

Galactic Marines: Throughout my career on Synergy Roleplay more than 90% of it involved the Galactic Marines. Through my time in the Galactic Marines, I had achieved the rank of Executive Officer, as well as held the title of Keller. When the Galactic Marines first received their “rework” into the current system of GM, I was one of the first Elite Troopers that the battalion had, and to be classified as an Elite Trooper, one must have the a few requirements: (GMACT 1, GMACT 2, GMACT 3, bEOD, bTECH, ARC, MED, and ENG.) To become Keller, you must have been in Keller’s Unit which requirements are: GMACT 1, GMACT 2, GMACT 3, bEOD, bTECH, ARC, MED, ENG, Pilot)

 

Republic Fleet: I work my way into into multiple positions, Chief of Quartermaster, as well as Engineering Officer. I co-authored the Engineering Handbook for the Venator Extensive Map.

 

Staff: Throughout my time on the server, I have always been interested in bringing Roleplay to the playerbase. I eventually applied for staff, and worked my way to the rank of Veteran Administrator, and participated in the Game Master Branch. Through the Game Master branch I achieved the title Game Master Officer, and managed a lot of quality events, that most of the player base enjoyed.

Where do you want the Grand Army to be at the end of your term?:

Where do I want the Grand Army of the Republic to be at at the end of my term. Well I would like,

The Grand Army of the Republic to become closer as a group, We are brothers after all. We do not need to be “Superior” and treat others differently because of Battalion Reputations.

Get a Standardized Grand Army of the Republic Meeting, that way all Grand Army Troopers are in the know about what they should be seeing, as well as be expected of them and their battalions regularly.

I would like to fill the Grand Army of the Republics Roster. High Command and Battalion Commanders.

I would like to establish some Operating Procedures for certain scenarios, that preferably has everyone doing something, mostly there own jobs.

I wish to bring more Roleplay into the server, thinking of new ways people can get recognised for their work and dedication, to their Roleplay.

I wish to END The curse on the SOBDE Regimental Commander Position.

 

How do you plan to improve relations within the Grand Army?:

I want to improve the Relations within the Grand Army of the Republic. More Meetings… Yes I know, The last thing you want to be doing in a roleplay server. If meetings are more frequent then that monster of a 3 Hour Commander Meeting will never happen again…

Regiment VS Regiment as well as Regular Combat, and Training Evaluations.

If Battalions have a thing that they can compete with it has brought them closer through competition.

 

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:

I completely understand, and, preferably, I would resign from the position if I could not fill the time demand for this position.

 

Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Marshal commander rank?:

I completely understand.

Qal is an amazing leader, and I have seen him time and time again bring out the best in his subordinates, including me, when I eventually became a Commander of a battalion. I don't really know how else to describe it. He was my first Commander, and i'll be damned if I don't +1 this.

This guy can do it, and the personality this guy has is pretty great.

The work ethic is great, his roleplay is great, and leadership from what i've seen, overall very fit for this role. 

He's extremely good to work with, decently easy going. He's a very great fit for the role of marshal commander.

I think Recon should be out scouting the Surrounding Area More (Patrols or on Defcons). Attack should be Manning Battlements (HQ).  Specialised should be manning Battlements (Outposts). And SOBDE coule run QRF. But Things can Change this is only one Idea of Many.

+1, This man is over QAL-ified for this position, overall I do enjoy him as ATK Reg and he'd make a good Marshal Commander especially with his small bases and how he leads and listens to his troops makes him good for this job!

This is a pretty easy response to make.

 

As it had disheartened me when you left GM for attack regimental (only for use to change to specialised and you join back) I can see you only doing more good as you progress upwards.

Calms, collective and caring. Summarises Qal quite nicely. Probably the best option we have to replace Rider. Heck, even rider told me he suggests Qal for this position.

Unfortunately I haven’t talked and worked as much as I’ve wanted to with you due to our time zone differences. I can’t state from my own POV if you’ve done a good job or not but I can however trust my fellow ATK BCMDs who believe you’ve done a good enough job to seek this position.
