  1. -1 (Re-Written) Leadership Qualities; I've found upon analyzing his qualities as a leader, I've noticed some self-evident traits that enable me to firmly believe he lacks leadership qualities. One is the state of ARQ training which was a concept intrusted to him to lead. Not only did anger confusions and hatred stem from it's working, but it leads to entire ARF division rendered useless. When dealing with situations regarding men outside of his battalion, I've noticed he's both hateful and spread full of drama and misinformation as to convey whatever image he seeks to spill in the server. Personal Traits; He does not own up to issues or problems generated by himself evident if you attended training/sims with him during his rain with the 91st. That's about the only issues I've seen personally. Experience; I will say he does have the experience backing him in terms of tenure. Though upon utilizing it, how effective were his leadership and management skills displayed by him? I can only assume based on the time I've had interacting with ARQ and 91st and I'd say not terribly effective. Recommendations: I think you need to begin to analyze how you handle situations and begin spearheading operations, striving to make it work even in the face of failure. Working with battalions treating everyone like civilized adults. I'd then recommend improving leader qualities regarding person to person interactions and being the miracle and not waiting for one.     Steam Name: Master Oogway RP Name: Larry Steam ID (SteamID Finder) STEAM_0:1:54864595 Regiment you are applying for: Specialized Regimental Commander Experience: 501st My first battalion joined was that of the 501st, where I headed operations and tactical operations as the rank of Staff Sergeant. My duties extended from recruiting, training and my personal favorite, instructing all those on the basics of tactical awareness (formations as it applies to situations). This was quite useable experience as it expanded my horizon on information pertaining to the fundamental operations of the Battalions and their pertinent functions, Dooms Unit Dooms unit was one of the only times I joined a specialized battalion. I was not there long but my time spent with the current sitting Commander Doom was very much enjoyable and enabled me to see the benefits of a specialized Battalion within an active combat scenario. Special Operations A bulk of my time was spent in the well-renowned battalion of special operations, spending nearly 4 months within the battalion. I started off as the rank of SGT upon transferring from Doom's unit. Upon entering the battalion I saw a vision that would soon be Special Ops. Where I then spoke to the command present with changes I wanted to make and the issues I wanted to resolve for the battalion. After much debate between the commanders, I received my shot under the supervision of XO Bumblebee and Commander Jet when I was granted the rank of 2nd LT. After 24 hours of taking charge of the battalion, I double our numbers and expanded our reach beyond what could have ever been expected. It's been noted countless times the effort, time, and management skills I've applied to Spec Ops. Bringing it to its superb standard held dearly today. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: There is a multitude of reason(s) I'd feel I could be a productive regimental commander. Which will be listed as followed: Managerial Skill(s): As it has been dearly noted by many ranging from my spec ops management skills to my lesser known leadership qualities displayed within the Jedi Order. I've always lead with my men as my number one priority when making decisions regarding their well being. Including speaking to them about changes and policies that will enable them to progress into any profession within their respected branches desired. That being said, I respect the management skills of all those leaders bellow me, giving them full responsibility of the functions they are representing. As the point of management is not to take charge or spread the workload amongst those striving leads bellow me. Creative: As it's been quite known by the server, I look at issues quite creatively looking for the roots rather than look at its leaves. I typically use my creativity to think of solutions that are outside the box. Examples of this can be seen in Special Ops, such as structuring our patrols to incorporate more of our cloaks to give more incentive for recruits to join. Hard working: I've worked hard in everything I do. As it's been listed previously, I do not do anything without being sure I can put the time and effort into the project for at least a minimum amount of time. Do you understand the lore of your regiment?: Yes Availability: Monday - Friday 12:00pm-4am Sat-Sun 9pm-12pm Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: Commander SO x1 Knight IV in Sage Apprentice in Sith Roleplayer of the week x1 Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: I'd like to see the battalions working cooperatively with each other more frequently, such as hosting duel training exercises. I'd love to see the specialized battalions used more during missions such as for defense operations, boarding or flanking purposes. I'd also like to see the battalions interacting more with attack/recon regiments. Overall, my goal will be to push for more interactive training/events. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: Here are a couple things I'd push for to improve the relations of those within the regiments: (a) Bi-weekly meetings: This will allow us a chance to improve communication with one another (b) Interactive Training In House; To expand relations with the regiment as a whole Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes

  6. +1 Highly motivated, fairly mellowed personality with a deep understanding of the lore of the order. Both a leader that inspires his followers and motivator to work hard. No many words can describe the quality within his leadership ranging from his polite manors to respect from those below. He takes suggestions, striving to improve the order with an open mind. Thus, in my opinion, he has the qualities and dedication to the order that we can only hope and pray for a Master of the Order.
