  1. Battalion: Coruscant Guard RP Name: CC-1010 Commander Fox Date: 2/22/2021 Reason: I just can't do it anymore I thought I could but I can’t. This past month has been so mentally taxing that I am just done. Everything I have tried to do, someone has come to me and told me I am wrong and after I explain why I do it they make me out to be a bad person. I am done. I cannot take it anymore. I try to make myself out to be the best person that I can and people take it for granted. I hope everyone reads this and sits back and realizes what Kindness gets you. My mental health takes priority over everything. I loved my time as Fox enjoyed all the RP that came with it and it is something I will Cherish. If I can leave people with one final message it's just do not change yourself for anyone, remember your values and do not be afraid to try something if in your heart YOU want it. Goodbyes: I’ll reach out to you.

  2. Steam Name: beaverraveparty RP Name: 332nd Executive Officer Vaughn RP Rank: Executive Officer Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:104907581 Battalion or squad you are applying for: 501st BCMD Rex Experience: PVT-XO Since day one, I have spent all of my time on this server in 501st and worked through just about every rank throughout the battalion, with a few exceptions where I’ve skipped a rank or two. My time in the NCO core is when I actually began working hard and finding myself enjoying the server more and more. During my time as an NCO/SNCO I was a part of the JT regiment as a JTO and the 332nd subunit as an officer there as well. Both of these positions have helped me learn leadership skills and also the skills to be a good mentor and role model to others in the battalion. I learned how to also host training, recruit new people and train new people into this regiment/subunit and make sure they understand their role in it. Once I achieved the rank of Warrant Officer I decided I’d help the battalion out more and joined a dead ARF regiment as it’s only ARF Officer and with no ARFL I was basically running it all alone with the help of REGL at the time. During my time as ARF Lead and Warrant Officer I decided I’d leave 332nd and join Torrent Company as Boomer. This was a big step for me because I never saw myself being a Lore Character on the server. After getting Boomer I got ARFL and grew the ARF regiment into one of the most popular regiments in the 501st at the time. We had more ARFs at this time than I had seen since I had joined the battalion. After my term as Warrant Officer and working with the NCO core on making sure they are doing things the right way and being like a big brother to them, I was promoted to Captain. This was kind of crazy to me, I never expected to make it this far at all. As a Captain of the 501st I began helping out wherever I could. I was helping the new Warrant Officer’s with whatever they needed as well as keeping up with the NCO corps still. During my time as CPT I also began learning from the Senior Officers how to be an even better role model and mentor to everyone wherever I could be of use. I learned how to do some officer tasks such as disciplining when needed and also promoting when deserved. Eventually after putting in work as a Captain I was promoted to Major and eventually Lieutenant Colonel. During my time as a Senior Officer I helped the Junior Officers by teaching them all the skills I had learned from the Senior Officers before me. After some time as Lieutenant Colonel the position of 332nd Vaughn opened up. After applying and getting an interview I got the position and a huge promotion to the rank of Commander. This was amazing for me. I now had a unit to myself to help grow and become better people in the 501st. As Vaughn I have worked hard in getting the 332nd to be somewhere a lot of people want to join and I have consistently had a really good group of active troops as well as a good group of Officers and Jedi to help me lead and make some slight changes to the subunit. Also during this time I was now a Commander in the 501st. I learned from the current Rex of the time (Marvel) How to lead the battalion as a whole and be a real leader and mentor to all those around me. Him and Atlex have taught me so much throughout my 5 ½ months as a Commander under each of them. Recently I was promoted to the rank of Executive Officer of the 501st. This was an amazing blessing and since then I have been working as hard as I can to make sure this battalion is running smoothly, even though it isn't very tough as we have an amazing core of Officers who are always eager to help out and help wherever they can. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I think I should become Battalion Commander because I have the maturity to help lead and get people to listen to me. I have the approachability for people to come to me about problems or anything else they ever need to talk about. I have the patience to always try to get into most situations level-headed and listen and observe before I react. Another thing I am good at is being a mentor and guiding people to be their best selves. I have worked with several of the people in our battalion to help them grow into great officers who I am very proud of. I’ve been in the battalion for quite a while and with that I’ve come to see what the battalion needs and how to tend to this specific type of a battalion. With this experience, comes knowledge and I’ve come to know and understand the ins and outs of this battalion and it’s something I treat like a family. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: I do. Availability: Availability: I work 7 days a week from 6amEST-6pmEST, so anytime after 6pm EST till whenever I go to sleep just about. But everyday changes due to my field of work. But discord I am available pretty much 24/7 as I always have my phone on me. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: Executive Officer Vaughn has played for 1290:34:39 Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want the 501st to continue the activity and roleplay we have had for the past 2 Rex’s. We are in a great spot as is but a few little things i’d like to change/fix are: Jedi: I would like to work with our current Jedi officers to make the 501st a more appealing place for a Jedi to be welcomed into. Senior Officers: I’d like to create a system that gives the Senior Officer corps a more set picture of what their roles are in the battalion and have them have more say in things. Junior Officers: We have had a good group of officers throughout the past few months and would like to see them continue moving on. I'd like for them to be able to be more independent and not feel like someones watching over their shoulder constantly. Warrant Officer: Continue the system we have for WO but have them work closer with Senior Officers to help guide them to be the best officer they could be. NCO/SNCO corps: The system we have in place is great but there's always room for improvement, I’d like to get the SNCO corps working more with the NCOs to guide them and be a good helping hand when needed. 332nd Company: I have worked very hard to get the 332nd to be where it’s at right now. We have a great number of clones and Jedi who are active and work well as a whole. Would like to work with future Vaughn in finishing the new tryout we have in progress and try to keep a steady number of active people and teach them how to be good mentors to the rest of the battalion. Torrent Company: Torrent Company is in a good place and spot with the current Appo but one thing I think could be worked on is having the people in these positions act more seriously around base during events and other times. Most of these troops have been shown to be serious in the show and they should portray them as such. Regiments: Our current regiment system is in a good place, but nothing is perfect. I will work with the current REGL in making sure the regiments are run properly and have a good influx of people. Intel: Not gonna lie, I am terrible when it comes to Intel stuff/doc stuff but our intel team is amazing and our ITD is a genius. I have no suggestions for them as of right now but there’s always something that comes up through each day. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

  3. I didn't want to make this but I felt it was necessary since I have a lot I need to get off my chest. Recently, it has marked my 4th anniversary of playing on Synergy. This is kinda crazy as a never saw myself playing on a community for this long. I usually like to hop around and not make any commitments, however, with Synergy this was different. I felt welcomed, and the server made it possible for me to start something new. This is exactly what I did, and now we are here. Now I am not going to turn this into a post where I call people out, or @ people to let them know how much they have impacted me, because those people know who they are. I wanted to make this post because I wanted to give some advice for the future, as well as tell you guys about something things going on in my life. I think if this community is going to need to head in the right direction, then people need to stop belittle everyone and either making fun of them, or just down right disrespecting them. When those things start to happen, communities like these fail and fall to the ground. Now, I am not gonna say that I haven't attributed to these actions, but I have been working on it, and trying to help people out who have been disrespected. Another thing is to stop giving shit to the leadership team. They are honestly doing the best they can, and are trying to help make the server better, then back when it was 2018-2019. This Leadership team is probably the best one, and the more you guys bitch and complain to them, the more rushed things get, making updates underwhelming. Updates take time, as well as patience, so I think people need to understand that more to really get the best outta each update. My Life Now I am not a very interesting person, however, I think synergy has helped me out a lot with my life. Back when I started playing I didn't really have a lot of IRL friends. I normally talked to my Online friends, rather than my IRL friends. Synergy helped me get out there and really make new friends, and I met some people that will probably be my friends for the rest of my life too be honest. I use to go on retreats and help people, and Synergy helped give me a role I can then do that with here. I also worked hard in my school and was able to go to college, and work towards my goals as a aerospace engineer. That leads to now, were I now take a helping role on the community, and try the best I can in doing so. Now on to the stuff that I really want to talk about I wanted to take this segment of the post to give some advice. I may not be in a role, that some of you may think, to give advice, but I think there are people out there that need to hear this. Never stop trying to achieve your goals in life. People are gonna try and steer you down a wrong path, and take you away from those goals, but if you put your mind to something, and get some self determination, then anything can be possible. I was not in a very healthy state back when I started college. I am 5'9" and I weighed 228 pounds. I was fat, and I knew I couldn't live like this and I wanted to fix it. So, I got to work. I put my goals into working out, and I pushed myself every week, and after a few months I managed to lose 30 lb's and gain a lot of muscle. Anything can be possible as long as you are willing to do so. Another thing I want to say is Don't let people get to you. You wont succeed, and find a way to live happily in life if you let people in it try and tear you down. If they say something bad about you, or make fun of you, then use it as fuel. Let it fuel you into being a better person, and to move forward in life. Throughout my time on synergy, I have had people bully me, harass me, treat me like shit, and just down right belittle me. I may have let it tear be down then, but I look back at it now, and use it as fuel to help others through things like what I had to go through. Last thing I want to say is cherish your friends and family. If there are any people in life that are gonna help you succeed, then it would be your friends and family. Love the people that love you, and you wont feel alone in life. I cherish the friends I made in synergy, and I hope they know I will always be there for them. One thing I want to leave you all with is this quote, " Once you know what failure feels like, determination chases success." (Kobe Bryant) you want to talk about a quote that helps keep me motivated, its this one right here. Well I hope this reaches somebody, and that people read this and think about it a bit. I am so glad to be a part of this community, and I hope to stay here for a while. And no I am not making a TL:DR as I want people to read this post. You lazy ass's can yell at me all you want.

  5. Look. I hate to sound this jaded. But every single application I've seen in the past 6 months has said something along the lines of "I'm gonna communicate with the GM team!" as some sort of filler, whether or not they ever plan to say a word to the GM team's leadership or even any GM outside of their normal communication. As a member of SOBDE and as a member of the GM team, is there any more elaboration you can do on what kind of events you'd be talking about/how you'd approach talking to the GM team? I am only asking this because I know you used to be a really good GMO at the beginning of my GMD term and I know you know how the system works. But I'd like to pick your brain about the above question.

  9. Massive +1 Throughout my time in 501st, Abraham has been extremely helpful to me in every possible regard and knows what he is doing in a command position. I am very excited to see what he would achieve as Rex. Good luck!

  10. Steam Name: Synr.gg | Tomm RP Name: Senior Jedi General Kit Fisto RP Rank: Lieutenant Colonel Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:184547615 Battalion or squad you are applying for: 41st BCMD Gree Experience: Clone Ranks: 212th Attack PVT-WO This was the first battalion that I joined and truly went after trooper life. I learned a lot from it, how to be a leader, how to train others, and what it means to be an officer. I joined 2ndAC and from the start I made a name for myself and almost a week after I joined I got invited to join Parjai Squad. During my time in 2ndAC I was led by Mater who is now Cody and he taught me a lot and what it means to be liked and heard in the battalion. I then decided to be a medic and went for MEDO and, after a few weeks, MEDL. MEDL was a great time, I brought many people into the regiment and really enjoyed the RP it brought me. It helped me meet new people and become a face of the battalion. Being in the 212th has really helped with my leadership skills and how I plan on working with the battalion of 41st. 501st Attack PVT-SGM (MEDO) Rancor PVT-1SG (JETL) Rancor PVT-SFC (SUPO) Republic Commando Omega Squad Jedi Order: Iri Camas Eeth Koth Arligan Zey Arligan Zey was a huge accomplishment for me. This was the time when I first became a Master in the Jedi Order and what really drove me to do well on the server. Being in SOBDE as a Jedi really changed my outlook on things like how they are run, the discipline, and when to be serious. Having this background was really beneficial to me because I was able to go from chilling out mode to all out PTS is active stay serious. For the most part SOBDE had a one strike system if you were to get arrested for a valid reason you were most likely to be removed so the sense of knowing not to mess up really helped me adapt to who I am now. As Arligan I oversaw the Jedi and the Trooper tryouts to make sure everyone was doing their job and staying focused especially during tryouts. During RP my job was to form synergy amongst the other squads and make sure they worked well with one another. Being Arligan is where I learned leadership and how to oversee different squads and make sure that even with their differences they could work really well with one another. Ki-Adi-Mundi Ki-Adi-Mundi is where I learned how even from nothing you can make a comeback. When I joined the 21st as a Jedi there were not many members at all. As Mundi I was able to fill up an entire Jedi Roster, with new lore characters and maintain that for a long time during my time as Mundi. There was a lot to be needed during my Mundi term, back then there was a “curse” on Mundi because people would get in and within a week resign from the spot due to the hard working environment. The 21st was set up like “21st…oh and we have Jedi”. When I was Mundi the clones and the Jedi were not linked at all. I was told “you do Jedi stuff, I’ll do clone stuff” and as a Jedi you have to be able to adapt and learn how to work well with the clones so that is what I did. First thing was to establish the connection between the two groups who didn’t want anything to do with one another. I made sure that on my Jedi Roster we had KU and SO spots for the Jedi to make sure the connection between the two was there. I made new tryouts for the first time and truly grasped the idea of “this is broken, it needs to be fixed” and that is exactly what I did and was one of my proudest moments I had. Jedi were interacting with the clones and the clones were interacting with the Jedi. Being able to work with something that didn’t get much love and make it blossom is such a good skill I could carry over to sections of 41st when it needs it. Having this background as Mundi really is beneficial when it comes down to making decisions that help benefit the battalion. Kit Fisto x2 1st Time in DU: Great experience. Simply put it is truly where I put my name out for myself. People knew me as Kit Fisto and that helped me in the battalion as well. Leadership was very important here as Jedi in DU wasn’t too well known. I was in charge of hosting Tiplee and Tiplar and making sure the people in those spots were active and making sure they were doing their job in that position and hosting tryouts and trainings. To take out from this was more making sure to manage the spots that were in DU and making sure the jobs and tasks were being fulfilled. This helps because if someone is in a spot and is not doing well I have learned to try and talk to people and motivate them when it gets hard to really focus up and continue or if I have to remove them and free the spot for someone new to come in. 2nd time in 41st: I joined 41st about 3 months ago and it has been one of the best experiences for me on the server. I joined 41st and within 2 weeks became the Improcco Jedi Lead. Mainly due to my reputation, I was liked and I did great in other battalions and it helped push me ahead of other contenders. As Improcco Jedi Lead I was able to use all of my previous experiences and make sure to manage and evaluate members within Improcco both clone and Jedi. Managing clones was anywhere from evaluating future candidates and making sure the people in spots already were doing their part. The 41st has been such a fun time and is why my drive to go for Gree is here. I want to see the battalion grow and from my past experiences and things I have gone through I am now ready to take that step as BCMD. Why should you become Battalion Commander?: I should become the battalion Commander of the 41st due to my extensive experience and the passion I have for the battalion to see it become the best it can be. Respect in the battalion: Over my time in the battalion I have talked to many members and have gained respect from them. Whether it be, because I am someone they like to talk to, or from my professionalism during events and deployments. Many people know that if something is bothering them they can come to me and we can resolve the issue at hand. Working with the people in the battalion and helping them grow has been a big influence on my reputation within the 41st. I am a great role model in the 41st and most people look up to me, and that goes a long way when applying for a spot like this. Leadership and Experience: I have proven to the 41st that I am a good leader and that I am dedicated to the job. My leadership from other battalions and inside this one has given me great opportunities. An example would be joining Improcco and my relationship with members inside the battalion. An example of experience I have is being in several battalions that needed fixing. I have been able to accomplish that so when the time comes; I can work and adapt to make sure the battalion is in a good state and make sure that when I leave, I leave it better than I found it! Motivation and professionalism: The 41st is mainly structured as a Recon battalion; however on the server we are part of the attack regiment. Being able to implement both in situations would definitely keep people motivated to participate in actions the 41st goes through. Little things like going on patrols and being able to be quick and unnoticed is a valuable asset that I want to bring into the 41st. I want there to be a reason to get on your trooper other than just to get promoted. I want people to enjoy their time and want to stay in the battalion. I believe doing things that are fun and relaxing is the best way to do that. Being able to recon and then make a plan to attack links both of those Recon and Attack mindset. Encouraging more Alien Translations is a concept I’d also like to implement. As for professionalism I want the 41st to have a better name for itself, I have heard that to some people, 41st minges and so working on that is top priority to me. As Gree I want to be the role model of the battalion and prove to others that the 41st is how a battalion should act and operate. These are the things during my term I want to fix and work on as Gree: Lack of Decision Making: Make sure that when things need to be done to actually follow up and make sure it gets done. Recently things have gotten said and never actually get implemented so making sure things are getting done is top of my priority. Battalion Meetings: 41st has not been one to really host meetings whether it be NCO, officer, or Battalion meetings. I want to start hosting these more often because it helps with the communication among everyone in the battalion. As of late there has been a lot of miscommunication so being able to sit down with people and hear feedback is definitely a path I want to bring 41st down. Doing this overall helps with the health of the battalion and helps make sure the Enlisted, NCOs, Officers, and commanders are all on the same path. Rank Structure: Recently there has been a lot of confusion between what ranks can and cannot do. Making sure everyone knows what their rank can do is going to be a top priority of mine. I want to make an in depth guide for each rank to better enhance the skills each rank needs / what is expected out of each rank. Sub Units: Sub Units is a big one, Improcoo has been doing a great job but there is always room to improve things, making Improcco stronger and better is a great mindset and something I plan on doing whether it be defining how their roles work or how a tryout is held. Currently, Green Company is suffering from a motivation issue. Most 41st members are disinterested in Green Company because they see a lack of enthusiasm from some of the Green Company leadership whether it be with roleplay or just hosting tryouts in general. Green Company to me is the face of 41st making sure it runs smoothly is very important to me. Reworking GC leadership will be a top priority of mine in order to get Green Company back to being the forefront of the 41st battalion. Activity and Promotions: 41st has not had ideal activity recently due to the lack of interaction amongst higher ups with new recruits. When new people join the battalion and don't see their commanders on they will lose interest in playing on the server. Making sure that the leaders stay active and promote trainings and roleplay is something I will be paying attention to and understanding that if someone does not meet the standard of doing those things they will be given a new rank. In order to see an activity change the leaders of the battalion will need to start stepping up and doing things on their own and encourage people to participate within the battalion. As for promotions, I do not plan on adjusting too much with how promotions work, however in order to make sure someone is doing the job of their rank I will be increasing TIG for certain ranks to make sure they grasp what their rank can do and the role of their rank. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes I do! Availability: EST Time Zone Monday - Thursday: Early morning then 6PM EST - 11PM EST Friday- Early Morning then 6PM EST - 3AM EST Saturday- All Day Sunday- All Day Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I have been on synergy since 2018 and have been on and off for 4 years. Do you have a microphone?: Yes I do! Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: By the end of my term I want the 41st to be an exemplary battalion and one that others use as a role model for their battalions. I want this view of professionalism to be expressed but also relaxing. I want the 41st to work well and be a respectable battalion amongst the other units that are on the server and have a sense of chill and laid back but serious mindset when it needs to. By the end of my term, I want to break the issues of Green Company by having dedicated leaders in the regiment who will motivate new members to not only join Green Company, but want to thrive and take their place. With the Officer Corps they should be able to work on their own and not need a Commander watching over them when they make everyday decisions for the battalion. By the end of my term they should be trusted to be left alone during events and deployments and know how to show 41st professionalism during those situations. By the time my term is up activity inside the 41st should have increased and with that, more things to do during server downtime should be encouraged. With rank structure, the battalion should fully grasp roles of each rank and know what it takes to be promoted by putting in work, leading, and maintaining a healthy work ethic that only betters the battalion. Communication by the end of my term should increase by a big magnitude. High Command in 41st should be open and form discussions with the lower ranks to better grasp where the battalion is going and what high command is doing to help the battalion grow. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

  11. Hi @Sriracha I appreciate the response! When it comes to plans, I'll provide a detailed explanation in how I seek to achieve in relation to the battalions. When it comes to communicating with Gamemaster Department while any soul is able to do so. For me it is about continuously being in contact with the team and ensuring that the wire is live throughout my entire term. Where throughout events and deployments I will look at the AR and collect the opinions that were had of the event, especially a deployment and bringing forward potential ideas for where it could be fixed. Gamemaster Approach Furthermore, on those plans and I believe I will explain them better here. When it comes to SOBDE in specific I will be in constant communication between the Gamemaster Team and SOBDE Command about both ideas and complaints with recent events. I personally believe that there should be more events focused on specific battalions, but to move further into the rabbit hole of Squad specific deployments potentially so it gives the opportunity for the battalion and specific members to adventure into the life of that clone. Of course, this would not be on a regular basis depending on how discussions go, however I am ambitious on pushing this forward. Ideally, by negotiating a trial stage and hopefully this idea expands into other regiments as well. I personally believe the AR is not utilise and I seek to change that throughout my term when focusing on the regiment at hand. For me if I am successful in doing so, it should hopefully develop on the bonds listed above. As the priority is to be consistent with regular meetings with both Rancor Command and SOBDE Command along-side the Gamemaster Team. By voicing the opinions and issues directly to the team in a clear and constructive way, where it will not just benefit the battalions at hand, but also the Gamemaster Team. The reality being if an event is good it raises morale and especially if it consists of both battalions having fun on a regimental deployment it promotes a good attitude between both parties. And when it comes to specific ideas for events at mind, an simple example being a squad based deployment for the location of Sev on Kashyyk. Or a deployment based on the Imperial Era where the "Imperial Commandos" come into the equation as its something new that would create excitement and the potential of future ideas. The same would apply to Rancor, where the "Battle of Coruscant" with Fordo which could be a great deployment in which the entirety of Rancor could partake. Its about bringing the screen into the game and having the community partake in events that are focused around the series, its a step in the correct direction in a more roleplay intensive environment. When approaching the Gamemaster Team I will contact a Gamemaster Officer to arrange a time to speak on a detailed level, providing both documentation and opinions on ideas and issues that the battalions have had. I will provide my own insight and suggestions in remedies and work with, not against the Gamemaster Team. As, the Gamemaster would know the limitations of an event so being in a vocal setting where we can discuss and look at remedies is essential. And when discussing "in-depth" an example being a "Omega Squad" or an "Alpha" deployment, I would ask throughout the meeting for Gamemasters and Helpers, that are familiar and able to perform the lore. To push for "accurate, well developed and fun" events. @Mavelle Does this also answer your question? Rancor Plans When it comes to activity, I could simply say encourage more tryouts or a simple training system for getting your ARC status yet I will not. While, I wish to promote a hands off approach with limited interference as I trust in the abilities that Claw, the current Blitz, possesses I will be in constant contact with him from day one. When it comes down to the ARC Program itself I will be discussing with Claw potentially a new system to be put in place when it comes to the claiming a specific training for the scheduled days, with also the proposal of an EU dedicated time for those that are unable to attend throughout the later hours. It covers the community entirely and promotes a fair and accessible system. When it comes to activity, it becomes a tricky topic because the control of members joining can be limiting. However, I aim to by the end of the first week have circulated throughout the community discussing issues that people have had with the battalion in question, this being SOBDE and Rancor of course, once done I will collect the information and meet with Claw to discuss an action plan which he is both comfortable and committed in doing. Furthermore, providing input on potential new officers to elevate in his battalion without pressurising and being both truthful and blunt on the issues that are affecting the battalion. Finally to extend my reach, to discuss with Claw the development of ARC Programs in all the battalions to create those chains where Rancor and battalion ARCs in specific, where all ARCs are connected. Finally, when it comes to relations between SOBDE and Rancor while I have mentioned the outreach program, it has been brought to my attention that is not the concern or method of approach. For me now, the Bi-Weekly meeting will be used for complaints, suggestions and queries which both Rancor and SOBDE Command will be able to take to me directly and I will voice that opinion to the rest of High Command. However, I will be looking at creating scenarios that encourage both Rancor and SOBDE to work together, for example through deployments. Yet to be perfectly honest it does not seem necessary at the moment as both battalions seem to be in the good of grace with each other. Bonds As you mentioned, with the "strengthen of bonds" my ideal focus is that both battalions mindset when coming onto the server, it being a game and not some form of political fight or a simple chore. I will be trying to contain the "political" side as you will so that both battalions are not subjected to it, I simply want you all to enjoy coming on the server without the need of needless drama and a liaison report pending on your shoulders. As discussed with Lyonaxis its about the "Freedom of RP" and I am devoted in delivering that outcome. Once again, communication seems like a throwaway term yet I do mean it dearly as that is my focus. Through communication the rocks smooth out. And besides "Freedom of RP" I look at providing a platform for each community member, especially in the battalions in specialised to be given the option of approaching me, telling me what is wrong, then fixing it. Which sounds simple and it clearly won't be. Being in constant contact with High Command and Rancor | SOBDE Command will keep the chain live as mentioned earlier. I see the possibility for SOBDE to develop into a very RP intensive and well portrayed battalion as it is already headed that way and for me to push it further is to provide the opportunities listed above. I feel like negligence has been the luck of the draw and I seek to amend that, by being vocal and straight to the point. Being in constant contact and open to criticism where I have made a mistake, but finally being that spearhead that will go through doors to make things happen. Bonds can not be artificial and forced, they have to be formed naturally. When you create a positive environment through a well thought and executed event, morale as stated previously is high, everybody is in a good mood so people are more likely to be social and engaged, which in-turn creates friendships inside and outside the battalion. This is what I want for Rancor and SOBDE. Quality control is essential, this is why with every decision it will not be mine by myself, I will speak to Lyonaxis and Claw and beyond that the battalions as a whole. "A team that trusts, is a team that triumphs". But I completely agree with you @Sriracha on this... I'll attempt to explain this better, I would prefer not to be a bridge between both battalions and I firmly against operating as that. More like a bridge between High Command and the battalions directly if you would. At the current moment I would argue that the relations between Rancor and SOBDE are solid and all I seek to do is maintain and let it develop naturally through the options set above. The reality is we are all adults and I would expect if a member of Rancor had an issue with a member of SOBDE that they would follow the necessary chains in their command structure without directly going to me, which is what I will iron into place. My overall approach as I hope I have made clear, is to provide little interference and act only if Lyonaxis or Claw and any future candidates ask me to do so. Of course, there could be situations where my interference will be heavily needed, however I will provide a mediation role and provide input on suggestions and issues and overall provide you with a professional and honest Regimental when discussing matters with High Command and pushing forward battalion opinions. The value of a Battalion Commander is that you are independent that you are able to run the battalion as you see fit, of course within rules and reason, and I will protect that freedom.

  12. @AtlexYou made the right choice. 501st came to me asking my opinion on this change on what would have to be give/swapped and what would be gained. It did not seem worth it in my opinion(losing multiple lore characters, and 332nd skins on all 501st jobs).

  13. Abraham is the person I see running this battalion. I've been around from when he first joined the battalion up to now (obviously) and I've seen the growth of him in a tremendous way. Never before have I seen someone learn so much about how we run a battalion, someone who is patient enough to deal with the stuff we deal with every other day, and a person with more than enough experience to run 501st as Abraham. I know he's gonna do great. He's been such an amazing help before, during, and I'm sure after my time as Rex to this battalion. It's been a long ride and I'm glad the 501st is going to be left in his hands. +1

  17. Very sad to see you go, I was eager to take you alongside CG under my wing and welcome you to the rest of Siege fellas. Nevertheless I will continue to look after the battalion and help the Officers out with anything they need of me. I think you've been a great Fox and I thought you progressed yourself in a nature many don't often as a BCMD. You learned from mistakes, adapted, and overcame them. Issues arise and some things are just out of your control. No matter what it's always a pleasure speaking with you, and I hope you win that money on iRacing my friend. 🏎 I hope to see you around some time.

  18. I typed a huge message out for Noodles’ Spec Reg application but it was closed while I was typing it. But I’m going to retype it because I got shit to say. Noodles in my opinion has been the best BCMD I’ve been under in the few years I’ve been on Synergy, he has transformed CG into an amazing, active battalion even while being dealt a bad hand. He has been one of the most intouch BCMDs I’ve ever seen, intouch with CG and with other battalions. On many occasions I have seen and been with him while he reached out to other battalions to get feedback on CG. He has changed the image of CG for the better and has put in a lot of time to make CG how it is. The move to Operations was a great move because we were misrepresented in the specialized regiment and every single deployment was the same ol thing over and over again even after he had spent weeks talking to the GMs trying to get it changed, so in my books, the move to Operations was good because atleast he was trying something after talking to the GMs didn’t work. The next part I’m going to talk about is the amount of stress that he has been put under by the members of this server. The amount of bullshit that you guys have flung his way is enough to make a commercial farm to shame. I have seen him in meeting after meeting, drop whatever he is doing, just to handle the next serving of shit that was brought to him. I definitely think that he was unfairly treated by this server, like CG and most Commander Fox’s, but the amount of stuff he had to deal with is more than any other BCMD on this server. I’m sad that he voided his Spec Reg app and resigned as Commander Fox, but I’m also glad to see him remove a big stress caused in his life. And I’m going to wrap up this essay with two words. Fuck y’all.

  19. I’m very sad to see you go. You have been a great friend to me these past couple months and have made me feel so welcome and invited into the CG. I didn’t care about how people might have viewed your leadership because in my opinion you ran one of the best CG’s I’ve seen from an outward position. The cries of police brutality and unfair arrests have been curbed largely to you and your ability to take input and put forward changes based on it. I’m sorry I couldn’t have sat down with you and talked and hoped to find a good area for you going forward. I was too busy with my own life things. I do still apologize for that. I will miss you my friend.

  20. Sad to see you go man. Sometimes you gotta block people out, as it’s the only way to improve on yourself. You did a good job, and did what you thought was right. Don’t let people tear you down as it will only mentally drain you. Use it as fuel to help fight back and improve. if you need anyone to talk too. You know I’m here man.

  21. Huge +1 for my guy over here! He may not have an insane amount of experience or time on the server, but his maturity and leadership push through any cons people might have against him. He is more then fit for the position, and even tho I am an NCO I see how he treats everyone equally, and puts in the work behind the scenes to pull this battalion together. Abraham is someone you can sit down and just chill with, and someone you dont have to worry about for missing qualifications or ideas. Hes always active and promoting rp, especially within the NCO core. My guy has brought nothing but good vibes around the battalion since day one, and I cant see anyone else better fit for the position then a New York Knicks Fan himself.

  24. -1, you didn't talk to 1/2 of the regiment which makes up about 90% of it's members I also think it's funny how you want to make RANCOR and SOBDE work together but you were so bad at getting CG to work with anyone you moved them to Operations I can't see you being a capable RCMD at all especially not for such insanely separate battalions which you know nothing about

  25. -1 When I was contacted by multiple different sources especially from my battalion asking if I was informed about this I was extremely confused. The fact I had no clue you were even interested in the posistion yet alone applying for it is quite bad. I can not support this application if you're gonna ignore half of the regiment while making it. If you even just sent me a message or did a quick 5 minute talk you would have a understanding of the problems my battalion currently faces and possibly be able to help, give your advice or anything like that which could help me understand if you're good for the role. -Current BCMD of SOBDE "Gregor"

  28. Guys, i am generally slighly scared to +1. (I appreciate the sentiment of being honest, and I understand why you would be "scared", who says you're not confident? To me the most intimidating thing about these positions is the commitment being made, 3 months is a long time, I would be concerned if you weren't intimidated. However you shouldn't have expressed it for these guys.) +1

  29. +1 I haven't been apart of this server for a while, and I only joined a few weeks ago, but Vaughn has treated like a member of the 501st family since the start. Vaughn is such a great guy to talk to and I think he has some really good ideas to help strengthen the officer core in our battalion. It's been such an honor to work under him as Vaughn and I hope I can see what he can achieve as Rex. Best of luck! ps: you're the goat :)

  38. Has anything at all changed from this last staff app? It's been exactly a month and you haven't talked about anything that was put in the comments of your last app. For context; I really don't understand what the thought process is here. If you got 10 -1's and were denied on the same date that you put up the last app, what has changed in the past month to make you think it would be magically fine ~30 days later? Still a huge -1 from me. If you have something that would make up for blatant homophobia and transphobia, or even a single sentence saying that you've improved as a person, I'd love to hear it.

  39. This reminds me of my TRO interview LOL I initially -1'd your app while I was on the toilet and didn't get to say as much as I personally wanted to. Your application is extremely bare. 21st is always gonna be one of those battalions where people expect quite a bit from a BCMD app for them. They've always struggled and had poor public relations in the past. The problem with your app isn't your intentions. Wanting your battalion to thrive and have good numbers is perfectly fine. What most people expect are plans. What are your plans to get there? Do you have any ideas to increase 21st's numbers and activity? Do you have any other ideas or goals for the battalion besides general activity. It's also not as big of an issue as others are making it out to be that you are scared to get the job. I don't know your age personally but I was 18 when I first went for a BCMD equivalent position and it was terrifying. It took a lot to even get the confidence to start writing the app, let alone press enter and put it out there. Ever since then I've gone for multiple more positions and have even interviewed quite a lot of people for such positions. I still suck at interviews myself even though I've been in plenty myself. It's only natural for a lot of people. Some people not so much. I haven't played in the last 4ish months though I have heard that 21st has been pretty stable under Gadget during my time away from the server. I see where you are coming from when you say there probably wouldn't be a ton of changes done if you got BCMD which is ALSO just fine. Not every BCMD has to be a game changer. A lot of people believe that and it just isn't true. You don't have to flip the battalion over like a pancake to leave a mark. The 21st won't die because the next BCMD didn't change the merit system or change/make some google docs. If it ain't broke you don't have to fix it. I would personally like to see more effort in the app overall. Less so in the experience section though I thoroughly enjoyed reading about your multiple removals from several different battalions while I was shitting. Maybe try writing about some current systems in the 21st, how they work, and whether or not you would want to make any changes to them. How do you feel about your current Officer and NCO Corps? What about what you have done since becoming CMD/XO in the 21st? Have you helped with any major projects? You talk about your time in KU and what you have done there but what about the 21st? Could you possibly go into more detail about how you are improving the "quality of life" in the battalion? Etc. Not everyone is great at writing applications either. Some people grade GMOD applications like they're high school English teachers grading essays. Anyways I am personally gonna stick to a -1 for now. If you happen to add more to your application I will definitely reconsider. I really haven't had any negative experiences with you, at least none that I can remember, and I have no other reason to -1 you other than your lackluster application. Nonetheless I do wish you the best of luck and I hope nothing anyone says here offends you or gets to your head.
