A little message to @Xaze

I have sat down, written, and rewritten this several times. This is one of the most difficult things I have had to write in my entire life. There are just so many emotions that I have had to try and process and overall, I'm just so disappointed. For those of you who do not know, I am currently Mace Windu. I have known Par Par (Super) for a very long time. We never really used to communicate a lot, but over the past half year, we have gotten to know each other pretty well. I remember when he first put effort into rising up in Jedi, when he became a member of High Council. We worked together as equals, from Lulu's term, into Entity's term, and beyond. Which is why it is heartbreaking for me to write what I am about to, as within the past month or so Super seems to have become someone I do not recognize at all. The first two months of his term were amazing. We, the High Council, myself, and Super, met almost every night to discuss changes that we were planning to the Order, things that we were noticing, issues that we wanted to improve upon. We were all treated as equals; not one person acted as though they were better than any other, and things ran smoothly. After those two months, however, things started to slowly change. We met less and less, Super started to spend more and more time in the SOBDE channels or just with SOBDE members overall and the High Council heard less and less from him unless he wanted something done. Instead of being requested to assist with plans as an equal, the things he infrequently needed done became a demand. The person before me has changed in the past month, and not in a way that I think positively benefits Jedi. The High Council started hearing from him less and less. Any time we wanted to speak with him or we searched for where he was, the answer was always a locked channel that very few people had access to, most often the SOBDE channels. Sure, he was always available via DMs or could be pulled away, but you never had his full attention. Most of the time, within the past month or so, whenever I did need to speak to him, he was always engrossed in some other game, even when we had a pre-arranged meeting. I understand that I don't get on as early, EST, as others do and he is completely valid in playing other games with friends, but just as many people say they never see me on Windu, I never see him interacting with the Order because he is always in a locked channel. Speaking of meetings, there we so many times that I had to bring things up multiple times before they got done. For example, the rule rewrites he brings up in his app. I would bring a rule to his attention or something that needed further clarification, and would state that we would need to sit down and just go through the entire rule set to make sure everything was up-to-date. He would say "Yeah, we do need to get that taken care of." A few days later, I would have to remind him again that we needed to set up a time to get things taken care of. Almost everything that needed to be done required me reminding him several times that they needed to be done before we actually set a time to work on it, usually last minute. Half of those times that we set up a meeting, he would show up late and distracted. The High Council and I would usually do most of the writing and revising and he would just say "Yeah, that sounds good." We would discuss ideas and his biggest input would be "yeah." Some of you have asked why some of these concerns weren't brought up before today. They have. I have talked to Super personally about a lot of the issues with the current rank system. His reaction was to brush me aside stating that it was a work in progress and could always change later. My original idea for this ranking system was to allow Padawans to attend the trials in any order that they wanted, so that if there was a trial they struggled with, they could still see progress while they worked on their "skill issue" i.e. fighting the best sparrers in the Order. The original plan also included using merits as a way to progress further in the Order with maybe some kind of way to bypass a trial for outstanding performance in an event or tournament, as long as the action was related to the trial. After finding out that we weren't swapping to the new map, I brought up my concerns on needing to get dupes created for the rest of the trials so that they wouldn't be held up. Here it is, a month later, and they are "being worked on." I have not seen any of these new dupes, I don't know what the plans are for these new dupes, and I don't know how many people are involved in the creation of these new dupes. I've just been told that one is done and the rest are being worked on. A lot of the other requirements that are listed, I did not agree with and I voiced my concerns before they went live. "Work in progress. Can always change later." I don't doubt their quality and no offense is meant to the admin working hard on them. It's just nothing is really being communicated at this point in time. When Super has issues with someone, he doesn't really communicate those issues to the parties directly involved. He keeps lists of the issues he has with someone. He lets those issues fester and when he doesn't see improvement to behaviors that haven't been communicated, he either removes them or has someone else remove them. Often times, we as the High Council wouldn't even hear about these issues through him directly, instead they ended up communicated to us by third party individuals afterwards, many of whom shouldn't have even been involved. He dislikes directly confronting the individuals unless he is the only one that is able to. Sometimes, he has even removed someone without communicating why and that person then finds out from someone else the reasons. He was there when the Jedi Disciplinary Guide was written, when we stressed that when someone is removed, they need to be communicated the reason why and it needs to be clearly documented because of issues that have come up in the past. We have always stressed communication and no removal without warnings unless the reason is really egregious, in which case the reason for removal should still be stated. He throws that out the window. Let's talk about this shadowing system that Super brought up in an earlier post. One day, out of nowhere, this form was posted for shadowing High Council Members. No one in High Council knew this was coming out. I didn't know this was coming out. There was no discussion about it. A few hours after the form was posted, a message went out saying that it was full. The first two people to put in a response were the only ones being allowed to "shadow" the current High Council members. Those High Council members weren't given any input on who was chosen or why they were chosen. What if they wanted more than one person to shadow them at a time? Needless to say, concerns have still not gone anywhere even after bringing them up. I think it should speak volumes when the majority of +1s on this app are from people who aren't part of the Order and contain very little substance, but the majority of the -1s are from current Masters and Council Members who have at least attempted to explain their positions. A majority of the people who spend time in the SOBDE channels know more about what is happening in the Order than the people who are actually in it, including the High Council and myself. And I had DMs with Super almost EVERY DAY. This is plain to see when you look at the individuals who have responded to this app. If they aren't current Masters or Council Members, the majority are members of SOBDE or were recently members of SOBDE, the channels where he is seen more often than his own faction. To summarize, there are a lot of things that need fixing, things that have been brought up to him previously only to be brushed aside. Lack of communication has only further pushed the Order apart and I am worried about the future it will have. He has done some things that I believe will benefit the Order in the long run and I liked who Super was. I wish him the best, but I do not believe he is the best person to move the Order forward into a successful future without him relying heavily on those around him. -1.

Name: Clutch Staff Rank: VA Are you VIP?: Yes and Sub Date: 3/29/2024 Reason for leaving: In my 435 days as staff and 278 days as VA I've never experienced burn out like I have in the past 3 weeks. I get on the server and instantly want to get off to avoid doing staff work. I figured taking an LOA for a week would help but it just made me want to resign the more time I took off. My main push during my VA time was pushing to HA and with Kaiser taking the last spot and seeing the current HA team they aren't going anywhere and I don't have another 9 months in me to give it my all. It isn't fair to my battalion to continue with staff because staff is only killing my drive to continue playing. Any time I get in teamspeak and get a message like "hey can you help with an event" or "can you do my staff interview?" it kills my entire mood and like I said it's not fair to my battalion. I'm sure I'll be back to staff eventually just not right now. Farewells: I'm not leaving the server so I have no need for goodbyes, but thank you to everyone that helped me get to this point and to my peers for working along side me.

Hello Everyone. The past weeks after i came out off surgery has put my mind to work, Synergy, The server i have spent the past 5 years on playing. Do i still wanna continue can i still continue. In these 5 years i have seen faces come and go, alot of the old heads from the old days are gone [Retired] from the server. some are still here but most are gone. The past Months ive slowly been fading from synergy and Gmod, to the point wich im at now. I tried my best to commit myself to any Battalion or Faction i became apart off. The 501st, my Very first Battalion, in command at that time @Omalic. god ive had fun with the boys back than on Endor. a year of consistant service to that battalion till i moved on. The Corusant Guard, i loved beating the shit out off people with the stick. god that was fun. So i can name a few other Battalions ive played with in the past 5 years. But i think the Major one people know me from is the Following. The Navy [Naval] [Base ops]. 3 Years Of service. 3 Years in the Navy, god what fun times i had with people. For the Navy my final goal would have been to become Yularen, but after a while i realised. Practicly ive been Yularen already 3 times. ive lead the Navy on my own for months after former Yularens were gone and noone wanted to join the Navy. I tried my best for the Navy in the end i hope it was worth it, else i would have been for nothing. But Ive come a far way under the command of @Brace @Freck @Brooklyn @Drone @Tec and @Fyi, under all these Admirals ive served, and im proud to have served them. Well, Every good thing has to come to an end. I just think that my time on the server has come to its end. I've been burnt out for a while now, and I dont want to keep on holding the positions I have while someone working as hard as I did not being able to get it. I will say though that this run that I had on Synergy has probably been the best run I have had probably since I joined in 2017. Wow, Almost 6 years on the server, and this run I had since early February has been my best one yet. I just want to say that I put a lot of effort and time into rebuilding and bettering my reputation this time, and hopefully I did. I think I had a big impact on many people, and hopefully changed some peoples opinions about me thus far. This has been one of the best server's I have played on, with a vibrant community that I believe will continue to flourish for a while. One of the things I wanted to accomplish for a while was to achieve legend in the community, but I think I came up short, but idk. I just want to thank a lot of people that helped me while I was here, and to thank the friends I have made along the way. @Zeros You made a big change for the better, and I can say I can see you going far here. But dont forget about school. Finish out strong and I can see you going far @gohn 1st favorite Swedish person. You have been a great friend to me, and hopefully we can stay in touch. Keep up the work as HA, I can see you becoming director in the future @Rohan Probably one of my best friends on the server. So glad I got you unbanned LMAO. But in all seriousness amazing person, and can see going to Director as well. Name: Kaiser RP Rank: 212th BCMD Suggestion: Bring back Foxtrot to 212th Attack Battalion as a 3rd subunit Implementation: For those of you looking to instantly -1 this suggestion based on negative experiences, I implore you to read the entire thing. After talks with High Staff/Development, the return of this squad is very possible if done correctly. There is no official rule preventing the addition of a 3rd subunit, and no rule on removing the whitelists suggested. This will be a major shift for the 212th as a whole, and as a battalion that has had the honor of success in the past year, I believe we’re the perfect candidates to test run an additional group. We would be removing 4 whitelists to make room for Gregor and the 3 additional Foxtrot members. In practical terms, we would work with former Foxtrot members and current SOBDE members that have already stepped forward to offer assistance with dupes and tryouts. With myself overseeing the first runs, we would invite SOBDE members to watch how we do tryouts which would affirm that RC standards would be met. Additionally, when 212th previously had Foxtrot, we held a very high standard of RP and have every intention to bring it back. SOBDE has a very high standard of RP as well, which gives us a great example to learn from. In turn, with one of our subunits acting more seriously, this will 100% rub off on our other subunits, in turn rubbing off on the battalion, in turn rubbing off on the server. Lore: Foxtrot Group was a commando squad led by CC-5576-39 Captain Gregor serving under Marshal Commander Cody and General Obi-Wan Kenobi. While it operated under the Special Operations Brigade, it was attached to the 212th Attack Battalion. Captain Gregor has been depicted multiple times in Star Wars media, giving merit to Foxtrot having the ability to build lore on Synergy. After talks from High Staff/developers, members of current SOBDE, and former Foxtrot members, I am 100% confident 212th can bring back this unit and support it in the right way. To start with the unit, we would like to include SOBDE in the initial process in setting up the tryouts. We want to make sure that the standard for RC squads is being held up overall and our Foxtrot members are of a higher caliber than any other trooper in 212th. The past 3 Barlex’s did NOT like being on the actual job, and would often prefer to sit on 2ndAC SUP if they have their training due to the low benefits of the Barlex whitelist. The 212th Officer whitelist isn’t used at all. The GC whitelists we would remove would change GC to a strictly stealth recon unit rather than Spec Ops. We would open up more 212th GC ARF spots to compensate along with 1 GC ARC slot. I look forward to answering any questions people have in the comments, and reassuring anyone with doubts that we can handle this. Even with myself only being on the server for a year, I know the server has changed significantly. Now is the time to bring back this once successful unit to the former glory of Foxtrot.

1st Clip: 1. This is on his BH not his BCMD job, I get your concerns about him but this is more of a staff thing not a commander report. 2. This by rule isn't fear RP because he has an Ally and never in here does he have 3 guns trained against one. 3. He literally wins the fight. Idk how someone can argue Fear Rp when they win the engagement. The motive behind FearRP is if someone is fully outmatched and its completely unrealistic that they would think they have a chance of winning the fight, but he quite literally wins here. Weird clip, makes no sense to include it. 2nd Clip: This is literally funny. Who cares? There aren't any inherent rules against this. He isn't responsible for the actions of the CT, and more than likely the CT was gonna do this anyways. This whole report is summed up in this clip. CG *nerd emoji* getting mad at everyone else having fun. 3rd Clip: 1. CT wasn't even on intercom. 2. Kaiser didn't tell him to do anything. 3. You are right there as a CG, arrest him. Its not Kaiser's job to go into staff mode and arrest him while you are standing right there. 4. It's funny. Its funny when a CT goes on intercom. Its funny when they struggle to figure it out as well. Who cares? 4th Clip: Maybe not the right time or way to call out the rules, but this is not grounds for a demotion from BCMD in the slightest. The mastiff rules are dumb. How can you expect to treat any RP with those things seriously at all. They look so stupid and 99% of the time go around and bark at people. People are going to act mingey when presented with a fucking dog in star wars. 5th Clip: 1. on BH. 2. running around bind where more than likely on Kaiser's screen you were no where near him. 3. FailRp from fusion cutters. 4. Your bind sucks, he still has his weapon. Commando Droid situation: If there even was a rule break (there wasn't) its Zeros fault, and not Kaiser. LAAT clip: Funny and he was already punished for that I'm pretty sure. I get some of the things Kaiser does are slimy and he isn't always the most upstanding guy in the community, but you really could've done better collecting evidence. The things here just don't warrant a removal from BCMD in the slightest, and his worst offenses were on his BH. These issues are more of a staff thing, so a staff report would have been a bigger issue. There has been tension boiling from the 212th and CG and its very noticeable from everyone else, but this is not at all the way it should've been handled. I do think Kaiser need to be more consistent in who he applies the rules to and who he doesn't, but this isn't grounds for a commander report at all IMO.

Thank god battalion lore character genocide didn't go any further. The order would've really been fucked if Super did that! Not gonna lie it's a skill issue. If they decide to not reach out to their mentors or find a mentor for help when it comes to the trials, then that is on them. If you want a position so bad then go out of your way for it. Yeah, funny coming from me, but you understand not everything can be a free pass. The previous trials were a JOKE. Can you confidently say though that the masters that JUST SO HAPPEN to be in SOBDE are putting in 0 work? Thats like saying all Applicable positions are biased to high staff since they make up over 50% of them. But no one is gonna say that, because people work for their positions. This is 500% the branch overseers problem. There isnt one as of now, but i also dont wanna hear "oh they went to shit when she was removed". TLDR: I really, really, really hope that all of these concerns were brought up to Super and not just used as a hit piece to defame super of what he has done. Bro put his heart and soul into the Order, and a lot of times had to make decisions that barely anyone would ever make. If this is just a hit piece. Resign. If not, again I hope you actually brought these concerns up. TO SUPER: You have went above and beyond. There are definitely times where you have had it rough or made bad decisions. But you did great. I'm sorry the hit squad came for you. Good luck at interview. PLUS FUCKING ONE

I've had a great time on the server since I've came back for the third time, I have met a lot of new people and a lot of friends who I feel I've made quite strong bonds with, ultimately life screwed me over with losing my job and having to get a new one causing my activity to end. I don't think I'd be a good fit on the server until I finally am stable in my life again, hopefully this will not be a final farewell but more of a temporary goodbye. Now time to shout out a ton of people. @KaiserNeiner Words cannot be put how much I respect and trust you man, you are easily one of the closest friends I made on the server from all the times I've played, you mean a lot to me and I am glad to have served with you. You are the best 212th BCMD I have seen and you are beyond measure of how great of a friend you are. I wish I could've been there with you as a Foxtrot member but it seems it was not too be. I love you as a brother and I hope you can call on me whenever. @Rizzo Rizzo you're also another person I don't think words could properly justify how much I respect you and regard you as a friend, you were always there for me and still are for whenever I need help. I'm glad I could be one of the squad leads under you during your time as BCMD and overall happy to be apart of SOBDE while you were in it. I know we've had rough patches over the course of our friendship but I'm glad that through thick and thin we stuck together and perceived. I'm sorry I let you down in my final months as Niner. @jacobfyfe Jake I hope you get BCMD, you deserve it in my eyes as a great leader and a great friend. I truly enjoyed almost every moment I was with you in TS and in game, you're a funny kind person who I respect deeply, I'm glad I could be in SOBDE with you in it, I hope you go for BCMD again and get it this time. I remember coming back to the server and recognizing you immediately from the amazing events you made on Titan Base and Anaxes. Stay in touch my friend. @Super_ Super I couldn't be more proud of you for what you have accomplished and achieved on the server, from Mas Amedda, Arligan Zey, to Yoda, while I was never a jedi main I have heard that you are a great Yoda and I couldn't agree more. From the time we met as Senators you are a great friend and person who I'm glad we shared time together throughout the several battalions we were together in. I hope you go far on the server, but you're already Yoda so I don't know how much higher you could get lol. @Sina Sina you're the best Etain any Niner could've asked for, you really are and I'm sorry that you have to go through another Niner again, but I'm glad that you were in Omega Squad with me as a friend and as a mentor. @Mystic I'm sorry if I let you down Mystic as a Squad Lead, but I want you to know I have a lot of respect for you and I'm glad you stuck with me in Omega for as long as I was in there, good luck in your future endeavors man. @Hector Hector you're also a good friend of mine who I respect, I enjoyed you as Fi and as Atin in Omega squad and am glad that you were apart of Omega, I know not of what your plans are for the future in synergy but I hope you achieve them. @Ollie_ I know we never really saw eye to eye on anything, or maybe that was just me, but when I was a VA I looked up to you greatly as a mentor and a friend and I still do now. BUT COULD JUST AS EASILY dealt with this kind of problem through directors if they thought it was that huge of an issue. No agreement was reached with SOBDE. We felt that in the current state of the server, and the struggles we have faced filling our own positions, this would hurt us and the server tremendously. It can take us weeks to fill just one position, let alone fill up an entire squad due to the length and difficulty of our tryouts. We spoke on this and I just cant trust that the standards of one battalion be upheld in another. Despite us speaking on this and disagreeing, this was still made and made to seem like you had our support. You did not. These members who are on board do not speak for us, let alone have the authority to leak our tryouts to help create tryouts for Foxtrot. If they did help and leak our tryouts, they would be blacklisted and removed. As BCMD I have to think about what is best for my battalion, but when making my decision I had the well being of the whole server in mind. a 3 sub unit battalion would cause tons of problems for the server. A new server member would look at all the other battalions before making their decision, and of course would choose the biggest battalion and the one with the most opportunities within it. This would severely damage the recruitment of other battalions no doubt. Let me be clear, this was made without SOBDE support. -1

Hello everyone, or should I say Good-bye. I have been on the server for a long time, I've left once already but came back to help out the 21st. I ended up getting to invested and one thing led to another, which lead to me getting Commander then getting Bacara... I have done many things that I am proud of, getting HA and VA, being SPEC REG for 2 terms, all the work I did in the Jedi Council for my stint there, And more recently: My time in the 41st as Barriss Offee and my 5 terms as Bacara. I wish I could have finished my last term, but I honestly despise the server, well more I just don't want to play on it anymore. It has started to feel like a part time job, the 40 hours over 2 weeks is basically the same as any normal job, just working half days. I have enough going on with work, life and everything else to be worry about some insignificant (in comparison to all the other things going on in my life) Gmod server which will be here with or without me. The server is going in a direction that I personally don't really agree with and are doing things that I personally thing are counterintuitive, and damaging the server, rather than helping (For GOD'S sake, give us back the event server, main server deployments are, and will always be, dog shit compared to an event server deployment.) But I assume the developers and owners are semi-competent and know what they are doing. I am sure Synergy will be around for many years to come. The Staff team is always fun to be a part of and work for, but it's also gotten really restrictive for someone who loves building, due to many props now being blacklisted. It just destroys me when I want to make something cool, but I can't use or find something (My prop packs are broken as well, I have to search for the props I need, I tried uninstalling and reinstalls, clearing cache, etc, none worked for me.) 41st - Always fun to vibe with you guys, you will always be my second home, as I just enjoyed the more chilled vibes and funny moments that would always ensue when I ran with you guys. No one will bomb the temple better than I did. 21st - My home, my family, the place I hold near and dear to my heart. I am sure all those in it now will be able to bring the battalions to a brave and great new horizon, I am just so very sorry I could not do more. You are all my friends and I will always want to check in and see how things are going. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BAN ME FROM ANYTHING ABOVE A CAPTAIN, I DO NOT WANT TO BE A COMMANDER OR BACARA AGAIN, 5 TIMES IS ENOUGH. I have the equivalency of a Degree in 21st lore and I would not change it for the world. Once a Marine, always a Marine. Always Forward, Never Back I would do personalised thanks, but I already left once, and I am trying not to get too emotionally just writing what I did. Synergy was a large part of my life, it helped me get out of my shell, be less introverted and anxious, it completely ruined my sleep schedule... I hope you all enjoy the server as much as I did. Synergy - The name says it all - All groups interacting and cooperating together to achieve a greater goal than they could achieve individually.

This goofy form is one of your guys biggest issues. We should not have to fill out some form when we have an issue. You guys should be willing to talk to anyone about any issues they may have, it blows my mind every time an issue is mentioned one of the officers in CG links this form. This is another one of the many issues noticed looking from the outside in. You guys need to get rid of this form, delete it and never think of it again. Start talking to people and quit relying on this form.

I think the toxicity it creates under covers is wild. People are harsh on BOTM members. Everyone knows they're essentially the 3rd choice for BOTM if its not 212th. Nobody can keep up to 212ths man power and everyone who isnt 212th getting that knows. From what ive seen back to back BOTM is not possible, for good reasons like stated above. But its really just kinda meh at this point. The deployments are less the incentive as much as the hangar or own stand. I just think BOTM just rewards the battalion with the most manpower, and those that get it after a battalion like 212th feel less accomplished because they know they weren't actually #1. It also gives certain people a weird elitism kick.

Hello all just to chime in here, As a former member of foxtrot 212th edition their has been many arguments some valid some not so much. I will just say when SOBDE had Foxtrot it was misused or always needing positions filled one fix at a time was make Gregor the BCMD of Sobde and that didn't bode well now we have any person in SOBDE lead position can go for BCMD of SOBDE. Before some rant goes on I will get straight to the point Foxtrot has been out of the battalion and in a battalion a couple times by this point of the server and community. When Foxtrot was in 212th it did not effect the server like every has stated I firmly remember them hosting tryouts and they were difficult but not SOBDE difficult because they were not awarded the same kits or bonuses that SOBDE had. With that being said when they were moved back into SOBDE it just sorta went flat and was removed. So the conversations about how it will immensely effect the player base or change this or that is not valid in my opinion nor to stir the pot I should say. Now some egos may be bruised by this posting but at the end of the day SOBDE is elite for a reason just because one unit isn't applied there doesn't mean its any less I mean look at the History of the community and the use of units. People get big heads or elitism if things are just kept to one sector but if you add something and balance it properly all parties should be happy. Because at the end of the day this kind of change isn't a bad change it is one to give the community something more. Which added content is always important to me when I see a lack for so long or how people control or manipulate things. In closing I see both points but at the end of the day when people state this is ground breaking its not period. The only people affected are yes SOBDE and 212th but if things are coordinated and worked through properly this could just be a plus for the community as a whole unless people are so insecure their afraid their going to lose something that was never an issue in the first place. +1

Battalion: Specialized Regiment RP Name: Iceman Date: 9/4/2023 Reason: I have spent pretty much the last year of my life playing the server and its finally time for me to move on. With college, having a gf and spending more time with my IRL friends I just do not have the time that I used to for me to donate to the server. So I will be moving on to focus on my life. Goodbyes: I enjoyed every second of being here on the server and making the friends that I have. This is the greatest GMOD server I have ever played and I think I will be leaving with the closest relationships I have ever had with friends I met online. I am not sure If I will ever make a return to GMOD but if I do I look forward to seeing how this community has grown. I am not about the long @ everyone on my friends list to say goodbye. My friends know who they are and there is so many of you I cannot @ everyone. But to SOBDE you all will always have my heart and do the people that have been there for me every step of the way you are real ones <3

When you’re thinking of setting a goal you think long term and short term, when I rejoined back I had a few of each of these. Make friends, become a regimental, become master, high council member, veteran admin and I stand here flabbergasted on how much I surpassed these. What stands above all of it though was fixing my image of being a hotheaded toxic kid when I first left this server. How I handled things and treated people was paramount to me and oh boy it paid off. I have gained so many friends and memories that I could and most likly will carry for a lifetime. Im just going to speak on some points to clear somethings up. From looking at the edit history of the rule document; not in regards to any recent changes that might have occurred; the documents is primarily a copy and paste of the old one with addition of other documents to combine them. There was an even amount of work done between Hanz and Rohan in regards to reordering/reformating/removing any rules. there was one addition by you and one by zeros. Some small changes to order and reorganization Purple: Keegan Yellow: Zeros It may have worked fine for the senate but from my perspective everyone was questioned whether a base permit was valid or not. This gave people a reassuring way and maintained log of who has an active contract. This is primarily just a reimplementation of the log that was in the previous commander discord which was archived due to being added to the main discord. TL;DR The system was always a thing it just got moved to the BH discord. Kirara? This kind of sounds like the problems guild HC and senate HC collectively had with her. If you can explain more in-depth about how specifically you have not felt heard or a conflict was resolved with Rohan explicitly that would be much appreciated. On to the last sentence, I would like to speak on this with past apps. There is no requirement to talk to anyone in positions directly under the applicable position. While I do agree that there should be some talk between them I whole heartedly don't agree that this should be a primary reason for a -1. From my understanding with the post, it seems that he will just be using pre-exisiting offences, ie. tresspassing, data heist, etc and they will be logged to keep a record. Not sure if any new things will come but there are already a lot of way to get a violation so to speak. This system seems like a way to keep BH in check with consequences in regards to doing hostile actions towards the republic. Frankly speaking this does seem like it could be an effective way if it was more ironed out and he could talk about it more. IDK about this one chief. I'm confused just seems like he wants to allow you to discuss your bills publicly. Maybe this could also be a way for senate to infect some sort of diplomatic status in the village to make you more apart of the faction. Doing this could allow for senate to have a greater presence in the primary facility where the faction is located. This isn't a diss that senate isn't apart of the faction but more of a comment on how they seem to operate almost separately from each other. I agree with the sentiment of bringing them closer just might not be the right idea in order to do it. For the first part I think it would be greatly appreciated to back this up with some evidence at least, otherwise this just seems like a baseless defamatory statement towards him. For the second part about him posting without having a way for @Hanz to post. This is something that is out of Rohan's control. The position is open for anyone that is able to apply, he should not have to wait for someone else to get out of a punishment that was given to them from above. This is not a vote. Throughout my time on the Jedi Council, I have worked on the Mentor program, changed the way that Knight trials are performed, helped create the new ranks and requirements, pushed for changes to Knight Watch that made the system as transparent as it can be, and created the High Council shadow program. I have been a Master for about 6 months now and have worked closely with the current Master team, so I am well aware of how to interact with them and how they work together. With this knowledge and team work, I know that I can work alongside my High Council to ensure that the Master Team+ is keeping up with their responsibilities and working efficiently in a way that allows the Jedi Order to keep moving smoothly. Yoda has always been the end goal for me and something that I have been working towards since joining the server last August. I have learned a lot in my time as a Council Member, and now a High Council member, that has helped give me the push I need to apply for this position with the knowledge and discipline needed to succeed. As Yoda, I want to provide more of an active presence within the server, working with the Order to communicate new and better ways for trials and systems that we currently have. With how things are now, I feel this is a major issue that has been long overlooked. Because of the new rank revamp, I would like to focus on improving communications between Knights and Padawans by introducing a more rigid system that has Knights focused on teached their Padawans more roleplay-focused skills. One of my first projects will be making a step by step guide on how to properly help Padawans as their Master. For Masters and Knights, I want Masters to take a more hands-on approach in mentoring Knights that are interested in potentially joining the Master team. I’d also like to bring back the High Command feedback form for Masters to fill out biweekly, so that we can know as the High Council what we need to be improving on. By the end of my term, I would like to have the Order be more RP-focused and be more open. Jedi Council/Master Team - When it comes to the current responsibilities of the Jedi Masters, Council Members, and High Council Members, I believe that they should work more side-by-side with one another. Council Members will eventually become High Council, as a result, I want them to start gaining a better understanding of those duties early on so that they can determine if being a member of High Council is right for them. Additionally, I want the Masters to work more closely with the Council Members so that they, too, can gain more experience and come to better understand the Council Member's work. One thing that I want to push the Master team to do is have more individual meetings with High Council members. This will ensure that standards are being upheld, give them time to ask questions that they might have, and also give the High Council members a chance to let them know how they think they are doing. Masters are an essential part of the Order and with the recent loss of so many of them, so I want to make sure we are properly taking the time to get them the experience they need and keeping relations with them so that they stay around as long as possible while we work on bolstering our numbers. High Council -The High Council team, I believe, needs to have a stronger presence on the server as they are positions that are held in high regard. Throughout my term, I want to combine my efforts with the Overseers to ensure that the Order is running smoothly without making it seem like I am micromanaging them. They were given their positions for a reason and I respect their abilities. The goal is simply to help make sure everything is being completed efficiently. The biggest change I’d like to make here is delegating some of the Chief Instructor responsibilities like hosting Master meetings and discipline to Windu. I think this change will positively impact the Windu position and keep them more involved. Consular - The Consular branch is in a great place with Soulless leading the charge. My biggest concern with this branch is working to create new opportunities that allow them to thrive. The best way is to let them do what they do best: roleplaying. I plan on using my abilities as a GM to host specialized SIMs for them to complete, allowing them to really showcase their roleplaying ability. I think that with the leadership in charge of them now, this branch will have no problem staying as a powerhouse for the foreseeable future. ( also diamond storm fix would be nice :) ) Guardian - The Guardian branch has been in a state of reconstruction for some time now. There are still a lot of manager slots open in the branch and it has never been more crucial to fill those spots with active people. The Weapon Specialist side has an experienced Jedi in charge of it, so I believe that will continue to grow. If Lightsaber Instruction classes continue to be held, along with trials, I believe Guardian will have no trouble continuing to grow throughout my term. A big thing I’ll be pushing for the Guardian Branch is for them to have ACE exclusivity. This will not only help boost Guardian’s numbers, it’ll also help with keeping the server at healthy tick rates. Temple Guard - Temple Guards have had their ups and downs, but now that it has been relegated to being Knight+ the branch is being filled with more established Jedi. My goal is to work with the Branch Master and their Manager team to help create more trainings focused on capturing targets and defending valuable areas. I also want to continue fostering a healthy relationship between Temple Guard and Coruscant Guard so that they are always on the same page. It would be beneficial to have them meet at least once a month to discuss how things are going and what improvements can be made. Lastly, after working with the current TG leadership to create the new Investigator trials, I’m confident the addition of the sub-branch will have a positive impact on the branch overall. Sentinel - Sentinel has been struggling with having steady leadership for a bit. Fortunately ever since Malakor took over, they’ve had a steady Branch Master. This main branch has always done well but the Shadow sub-branch is where it always struggles. A lot of people think of Shadows the “edgy” sub-branch and changing the mentality around it will be step one in making it better. With Investigators coming back soon, I’d like to see both Sentinels and Shadows create a good relationship with them. I also think it’ll be beneficial for the Sentinels to focus on growing their relationship with the civilian faction. Overall I want to see the Sentinel branch focus their efforts on reviving Shadow and making it a sub-branch that is respected. Battalion Jedi - Another of the large focuses during my term will be with Battalion Jedi. Clone and Jedi interactions are some of the best roleplay on the server and I'd like to see more of it. A lot of Jedi have the mindset that branch work is the only real way to progress in the Order, which just is not the case at all and I'd like to bring back the mentality that work in a battalion is equally as viable. I want all Jedi to understand that they have the option to focus on branch work OR battalion work. I would work closely with the next Military Advisor to ensure that standards are held for the battalion Lore Jedi since there are so few slots available. There needs to be higher standards for roleplay and activity for these Jedi, while still respecting the opinions of their battalions. Faction Relations - Creating and maintaining positive relations between factions is something that I believe is essential to the overall health of Synergy. With the recent addition of Jedi Diplomats, the relationship between Civilian and Jedi is stronger than ever. This addition was something that I personally oversaw along with Super, which means that it is something I am vested in seeing grow further. Naval Jedi, however, is an area that I believe is lacking and I want to sit down with Xander to come up with some changes to get more people excited to join. -TLDR; The past couple of months, more than enough big changes have been made. I want to spend my term not creating more big changes, but ironing out the existing systems that we already have to ensure that things are running smoothly. The most significant changes I am planning on making is restructuring what each rank is responsible for, redefining current High Council roles (specifically Windu and Chief Instructor), and involving the Master team and Council members more than they are already. I want to give more responsibilities to Masters and Council Members so that they truly feel that their opinions matter. How do you plan to improve relations within the Jedi Order between branches?: Consular and Temple Guard - The current relationship between Consular and Temple Guard isn’t the best, so to make it better I’d like to have the manager teams of both branches get together and discuss what they think would be best to improve relations. For Example, they could start running trainings together by having the Temple Guards and Consulars work to capture a Sith, the Consulars would be able to do conversion RP while the Temple Guard defends the Consular. Guardian and Sentinel - While Sentinel is doing good, I believe that their relationship with Guardians isn’t great as they don't interact with each other much. To strengthen the relationship I wanted to have both management teams host joint trainings and missions, as they are both lightsaber-focused branches. We could also have tournaments with the two and have instruction classes to improve their dueling abilities. -With these relations strengthened, I believe that the Jedi Order will be functioning much better. Many more opportunities will arise for people to be active and participate in events with their branches. I don’t want people to just join Branches for the skill tree, I’d like to see them actively engaging with their Branches. While I think there’s ways to strengthen relations between different combinations of branches than what I stated above, I’d like to start with what I spoke about first since these will be the easiest (due to branch similarities). This run was the first time I went for staff or went for BCMD. Going into it I had 0 expectations other than wanting to get Echo since he is my favorite Star Wars character. Along the road I kept setting goals for myself and I kept hitting them and going further. My life has just gotten too busy to continue this. I will still be around, just not like this. But then Baron talked to me about being an admin and it got me thinking a little bit. If I was an admin I would try my very best to make this server fun and enjoyable. Especially for the CTs like making small missions and spawn droids for them to shoot. But at the same time I've Never joined a Battalion on this server, never really Been part of an major event and most Importantly I've never been an admin before on any server before. I don't know anything about being an admin or how its done, But I'm willing to learn and try my very best to be a good ( or at least decent ) Admin. I remembered when I first Joined the Server, The Staff were very Friendly and engaging. They helped me flip over an ATTE and let me use it to Fight the droids, They also spawn help me with other things like setting up Missions for CTs or even making my kitchen and restaurant! ( Restaurant coming soon BTW!! ). But one IMPORTANT thing they is that don't discriminate against anyone, Especially CT's. the fact that this servers Staff Takes CT's ( If their Nice ) Tickets is awesome and no other Server has done this I think? But other than that I wanna Try this Staff stuff out and try my best at it. If I don't get picked out, that's alright! Then I'll stay as a Chef and cook food for hungry soldiers. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): My name is CT Chef Boston, I'm the Republic chef of the Onderon base and My duty is to cook and serve food to the republic personal like Clone troopers, Jedi, Navel, Republic Mercenaries, ect. I also run the RL droid program which are basically IG Assassin droids that follow my command and cook food, but their mostly good at combat, especially RL-0. I Mostly work in the kitchen with my RL droids, But That Doesn't mean I don't get my hands Dirty from time to time. Sometimes I go on Missions/Trainings with different Regiments and Battalions. Ima start with my +1, so y'all ain't gotta read the rest. This is a pretty interesting suggestion, especially as something that would not be utilized otherwise in Foxtrot. Regarding any thoughts about adding a 3rd subunit, you get 20 whitelists; how you divide them seems rather insignificant, especially when you have something as lore-rich as the 212th. Adding a RC subdivision to an attack battalion, in actuality, does not seem to degrade the quality of any branch entirely contained within SOBDE. The notion that it would be held to a lower standard mainly comes across that the 212th is a battalion without four capable troopers. Throughout my time here, 212th has been the most consistent battalion, and having the kinds of numbers that they do shows that their members, especially in officer positions, are in the mindset to be more willing to lead and consistently contribute over long periods of time. Adding a unit of those intended to consist of the most elite can still be filtered down to the most capable, and there is enough responsibility in their high command to demand a difficult enough tryout with a high standard to be held. In everything I have seen from SOBDE, I would hold consistency towards the bottom end, with constant rotation in the positions, and those that hold them rarely do so for long. I am not very close to most 212th members, but I know and recognize their officers personally because they've committed themselves to those positions and seek more than just what their specialization provides. Introducing the idea of community members who seek consistency and an elite unit should not be farfetched, and probably the intent of the officer corps within SOBDE. It remains, though, that this is not a present force and is something that can be brought forth through Foxtrot Group. Most disagreements about this situation seem like what implications SOBDE might bear, which seems negligible. Maybe this isn't the best comparison, but Alpha ARC acts as something within SOBDE managed by another battalion. Arguing that this affects SOBDE similarly begs why don't you ask how this affects LeBron's legacy, and the only difference 212th would have in comparison to Rancor is the general baseline for an "elite" battalion. I have not tried out for either, but I would wager to say it is a pretty similar difficulty to pass the tryout for either battalion. Yet, there are few active Alpha designated ARC troopers, and those with Alpha designated lore character positions considered under the purview of SOBDE, by lore, have been generally well-managed, something I imagine would not be too dissimilar from what 212th can do with Foxtrot. I have enough confidence in Kaiser and how he plans on running Foxtrot to be at least comparable with Rancor and Alpha, and it's not like SOBDE has been trying to bring back Froxtrot for themselves. It's not like they are pulling an RC squad out of nowhere, and the only precedence this might set is that for a 3rd subunit, which can be picked apart on a battalion basis as the future would ever deem so. This seems to be bringing back a unit, previously lauded under the control of 212th, that wouldn't damage the parity in general battalion success as a whole. It's four slots after all... Foxtrot seems to be something where people can develop their leadership skills within a popular battalion like 212th where once your skills are honed, you don't have to sacrifice your standing in a batt by leaving, and you grant yourself the relatively consistent opportunity of an RC spot. If anything, it's not taking members away from SOBDE. It's giving those who seek an elite kit and unit to work with in battalions where their influence helps out more community members a chance to do more. While people may initially stray from their battalions to go to 212th seeking this role, that fades quickly, and soon enough, people will join Foxtrot by being loyal first to 212th rather than wanting to jump to a SOBDE kit instantly. Maybe if you said this in March or June, but especially in what I've seen recently, even the complete activity of all four Foxtrot members at all points wouldn't constitute this. 1: Why have the same specializations in all the battalions if any has anything? People stay in battalions longest when you find a group of people you enjoy, jetpacks and cloaks seem to initially cater to those only seeking short-term benefits. Acting like different battalions don't attract different personalities, and people wishing to RP within the top priority of a certain server aspect is kinda wild. Still gotta be 104th if you wanna drive tanks all day, or CG if you want to negotiate. 2: Why not? Seems like SOBDE members can't decide whether you care about Foxtrot existing or if you just want more control. 3: Why not move Alpha ARC to SOBDE then? Standardization is extremely relative, and I'm not very certain I want the same person in Bad Batch as Null ARC as those are two different mindsets and they are managed by the same type of people under the "standards" of SOBDE. While these are likely different, it would only be the same with Foxtrot, and I do not see why they must be managed the same as any other SOBDE, when they could provide more aspects that integrate to the larger battalion, kind of like the limited lore we know Foxtrot from Sarrish. 4: Why does this matter? If anything it seems that this gives an opportunity to flesh out the individual roles any user might wish to establish, and provide a more concentrated focus on what any squad member's RP might be. In the main roles you could assign, you generally have leader (Sergeant), medic, scout/marksman, slicer, EOD, and heavy. Forcing a squad's structure to be limited to a certain framework seems pretty constrictive, no? It's not like the squad members' specialties were already dictated in lore. 5: IDK whether this is really overstepping if he brought it to y'all's attention and didn't just go over your heads. It's no one's unit currently, and y'all do not seem to want it by your second point, so why do you care if it wouldn't affect your battalion, nor its image? It definitely wouldn't be portrayed as such upon implementation. If you think the unit is being mismanaged, that would be another thing, but this comes off as more of a fear of not having an initial shut-down decision. 6: I get that you think an attack battalion handling an RC unit would lower standards, but have some faith and at least consider all the anecdotes that the 212th controlling Foxtrot wouldn't be an issue for your standardization. As I see it, SOBDE's problem isn't finding anyone to get a role but rather finding the right person who wants to stay in it. Most of the time someone tries out for a position in SOBDE is because the battalion itself is elite, and usually not that it's the lore character they've wanted to RP as. You guys will always have that "elite" allure and Foxtrot, and the anticipation others have shown for it, demonstrated it will be as competitive as an SOBDE spot. Four positions is seriously not harming your battalion's state, and would you really want the others that seek Foxtrot since they cannot get into SOBDE? It's not like Synergy has some training program to mold a few of its members into the elite bunch that is only contained within SOBDE. The management would be in just as good of hands. This would not be managed by just some random, it is someone with good intentions and the ability to enforce standards. I do not really know what problems having a third subunit introduces past what you mention for recruitment, and even then, it's not like the average CT who chooses to join a battalion since they are the largest is really the ideal archetype for an SOBDE recruit, anyway. They are just as likely to join the largest battalion at any point, I highly doubt the recruits ponder over deciding their battalion based on opportunities in subunits other than maybe an easy jetpack. Having a 3rd subunit is pretty insignificant when they are capped at four members, at that rate, you might as well say that SOBDE has four subunits already with them all being kept to limited squads. There are plenty of opportunities to go around in the server and any given user is going to be attracted to different ones naturally. I personally find that plenty of people do not want to get caught up in the specific grind of being in, and trying to move up, a large battalion. The hype over a new squad will die pretty quickly, and there will always likely be a 212th more willing to replace a Foxtrot Group member that leaves in comparison to someone of another battalion willing to risk transferring and halt any progress they might have achieved just for the Foxtrot tryout, and the number of new recruits joining 212th just for Foxtrot would be too inconsequential to consider. It's just one squad, and an opportunity to provide something fresh to the server and not mainly to those who just switch around in different positions withing SOBDE. Regardless, I would always rather have a trooper in my battalion who has a defined goal and the mindset to work and contribute until they can earn a position rather than one who seeks the most immediate new thing and does not show they are willing to maintain it. Having someone bide their time and really want one of these positions with the everpresent opportunity to work for it when any opportunity opens up caters to the type of trooper that is willing to benefit the battalion for what it can be, those who just want the position are the type who do not end up sticking around and are generally not worth the time. Most arguments around the addition of this squad center around what 212th would do with this unit, what it takes away from others, and how SOBDE is not behind this. What I mainly gather from this, is that this is not as big of a deal as most are making it out to be. It is four people. Not a 10-trooper subunit, but four members in an RC squad that provides a different aspect to large battalion interactions like 212th or 501st have, wherein the specific dynamic achieved would vary greatly from anything that the culture in SOBDE produces. I can see that it comes off as undermining when this is brought up through 212th without explicit approval of the implementation, but there is not much lore knowledge about this group, and under the manner of the lore, it is under SOBDE but an attachment of the 212th. The understanding implied throughout this post is that SOBDE has control over all RC's operations, yet their claim to Foxtrot seems holds as much water to the understanding that Foxtrot was with 212th in the war. No argument has been yet made in this thread to garner any concern on another battalion being granted the type of loadout that SOBDE has and that Foxtrot would receive, and no one else gets close without paying for the shotguns. Adding this unit grants that opportunity for more people, especially those who do not want to risk their standing or projective loyalty in their battalion by even just trying out for SOBDE, or sacrificing what they have built for their own battalion by successfully transferring for an SOBDE slot. I find it very unlikely that these positions would go to those who are considered "rejects" from SOBDE tryouts rather than those who have proved themselves within 212th and want a more elite unit to work within while attempting to make a name for themselves in such a consistent battalion. Overall, this seems much more of a benefit to the abilities of the 212th than a detriment to any other unit, much less SOBDE.

Battalion: Coruscant Guard RP Name: Knight Date: 08/02/2023 Reason: My three terms have come to an end. A life that I need to pursue, which sucks, but that's how the world works. Goodbyes: My term as Fox was a rollercoaster with amazing and upsetting moments. Although we did have some ups and downs, I had an amazing time on Synergy with the amazing people in the community. Synergy wasn't great when I came back, but that's okay because I helped as much as I could to bring back that rp and fun time within the server. I can say that the server is doing more amazing now than ever with bringing back the population and making good ass events. There are people from the past and present that I want to thank today for making my time here on the server a great time. There are so many people to tag, but I don't think I can tag everyone in this post. So know anyone that I had a chat with on this server, you made a big difference in my life and are a great friend. Keep the server pushing on and make sure the new generation within the server has an amazing time. I tried my best to make CG great and respected on the server. Who got Battalion of the Month for June 2023? Special Operations Brigade SOBDE has had an amazing month during June. They have done some wonderful work improving their image by engaging with the rest of the server and not just being tryout goons which has always been a long standing issue with SOBDE in the past. Not only have they increased their activity and engagement but they also managed to nearly triple a lot of their stats from last month and previous months. SOBDE has a slight disadvantage when it comes to BOTM stats due to them not being able to recruit nearly as much as everyone else but they have the ability to host multiple different trainings which they finally took advantage of. They hosted a total of 95 trainings this month. They gained 6 new members this month and trained a total of 33 CRs as well. @Boof @Slak @Pythin

One thing I've noticed on high command application recently, this one included, is a lack of anything about actual high command business. Palpatine is 1 of the most important positions on the server. You have a lot of strength in a position like this. Your app & answers paint a picture yes. But you, alongside directors, would be the leading authority on change and player development within the community. How have you proved you can be trusted with such a position? Another thing, getting factions stable is great. It's your job. But do you have any agenda on anything you want to push for these factions? Literally the sky is the limit for you. It will be a HOT minute before we see a Marshal. If you are given the ability to step in like Palpatine's before you, will you be able to deal with all that responsibility? It is a massively different beast. Yoda, you get the council and all that. Right now though, you would be running a very bare bones high command team. I wanna be confident in your ability to deal with situations quickly. Can you do this? How will you avoid a potential overlode/burnout? I don't wanna be the guy to say it, but I will. The current Guild Lead and Mas have been around for how long? If this is still a problem, that in itself is an issue. If something like this gets worse, how will you deal with that? One thing I butted heads with you a lot was your purpose of a Windu. When I asked you about updating his perms, also you being asked by your windu to update his perms. You didn't for almost a month. Still haven't. Can you commit to make changes quick and efficiently? And not waiting on the next guy to do it? The last thing I gotta ask, to kind of include everything else I've said, we haven't had a Palpatine in a long time. Why should it be you?

I successfully ran 212th for 9 straight months and represented the battalion well besides 1 month. I’ve been a lot of different things in 212th such as REGA, SUPL, and in both subunits. While 212th is a very different battalion than CG, a wide portfolio of positions allows me to relate with a lot of different positions in any battalion structure. My experience with staff has given me firsthand experience of how differently rules can be interpreted by people of power or authority, and I have made constant ruling and decisions within the gray area that can sometimes exist. This will allow me to rule on CG arrests or enforce rules within the server efficiently, especially with the new changes to the rules document. Why should you become a battalion commander?: So the primary reason I’m applying for Fox is to help fix CG. After seeing the negative community sentiment around the most recent Fox applicants, the general distaste for CG, and all the issues internally between staff and CG, I want to make CG great again. I genuinely have positive and sincere intentions to help get Coruscant Guard back on track. It is my belief that we’re one openly bad experience away from removing CG’s ability to arrest and have staff handle it all. The battalion needs to start producing results in terms of a lack of problems and helping the server run smoothly. After speaking to both CMD’s of CG, I’m confident I can make this happen. While I may not have experience in CG or any SPEC REG, I have what’s needed to run a battalion successfully and the knowledge of rules, standards of the server, and a connection with the staff team to bring CG back into the spotlight of success and glory. Availability: I currently have no firm availability constraints, and am mostly reachable whenever needed. Estimate of how long you’ve played the server: I first joined Synergy back in October of 2022, and have not made any significant resignations or taken any long breaks from the server. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: This is where I get into my plans. Officer “Wipe”: So it’s not a full wipe, but if I were to be accepted as BCMD, I would give every officer 2 weeks to prove they deserve to be at their position. I would evaluate communication skills, sits handled, and overall impact on the battalion. If they do not prove themselves to a certain level of standard, they would either be put down to SGM from a Junior Officer or a LT as a Senior Officer. There seems to be a LOT of animosity within the officer corp of CG based on being told about it from multiple people within CG, and shaking the tree is how we get the bad apples out. Open Communication: So the password for the CG main channel was already removed, which is a great step in the right direction. If members of CG need to speak privately, they can talk in the other 3 channels they have available. For the first 4 weeks, I’ll host “Office Hours” where MAJ+ of any battalion can come talk to myself about ANY inconvenience or issue that they or a fellow battalion member have experienced, and we can create an open dialogue and attempt to solve the issue. After the 1st month, this will be opened up to other members of CG High Command to help assist me with these problems. I’m also considering removing the CG Feedback Form as I believe it to be impersonal. If problems are going to be solved, actually speaking about them in TeamSpeak is the best way to do it. If we keep the feedback form, I’d like it to start pinging officers every time it’s filled out. After the ping, an officer “claims” the case, and has to reach out to the person and deal with the problem within 3 hours of “claiming” it. This is my first step to improve battalion relations. Officer Evaluations: So this is something that I brought back in 212th and it has worked exceptionally well when educating and helping officers work on their problems and become better leaders within the battalion. This is a super simple process where all officers fill out a form on their other officers at the start of every month and CMD+ of the battalion sits down and talks to them about their responses. This gives direct things to work on to hopefully better shape officers to be future CMD’s or BCMD’s. Myself and another VA sat down and listened to two Senior Officers within CG speak about how they were worried about standing up to authority in the battalion at a risk of being removed. Hearing that made my jaw physically drop, and is one of the main reasons I’m seeking out this position. Officer evals will help open communication between officers making sure issues like this never happen. I hope to create the next Fox after myself with good mentoring of current officers and potentially NCO’s. Respect of CG in Game: When a CT comes into DB and starts mic spamming to break PTS or starts shooting up DB, it can take some time before they’re properly arrested. I think this is a very in-game reason as to why people don’t respect CG. A lack of efficiency with doing a job is a great way for people to make fun of or disrespect CG. I plan on hosting weekly baton training exercises to make sure CG is as effective as possible. Pushing RAOS’s: Over the past 30 days, myself and Bacta have been pushing the idea of RAOS’ing more than snap AOS’ing. I believe this opens more communication on intent and brings the humanity of another player to the situation rather than just a sheer judgment call based on one individual's perspective. Obviously it also makes the arrest a bit more concrete due to evidence. This mindset is something I’m going to be pushing at the start with CG officers if the rule break is against themselves, and this will hopefully trickle down into the NCO corp. This will decrease the amount of false arrests FROM CG members, and improve our judgment by having experience looking at both sides of situations. This is my second step to improve battalion relations. Subunits: I personally dislike tracker RP, but I know it’s important to members of CG. Unfortunately I do not see a lot of action from anyone besides Hound right now, so my priority will be to focus on DS when I first take office if I’m accepted. DS has a very unique ability to RP with civilians and senators, and also be the front line of base defense events and responsibilities. I want to start working on this a lot. DS could lead patrols to the Guild Hall or Village to inspect and patrol civilian hotspots and work closely with the senate if the Senate Guard doesn’t come back for a while. I really believe DS could lead the higher combat level of CG with their kit shields for tactical maneuvers, and I want to start working with that a lot. If senators aren’t online, DS should be on the front lines supporting other battalions with armor, medical, and protection. Bridging the Gap with CG and Staff: Right now I think a lot of CG that are staff actually know what they’re doing, they just need to communicate better. As someone with experience as VA twice and a lot of other times as SA, I can mentor and lead these guys to be more efficient with hosting entertainments for the battalion, hitting quota constantly, and using their power for good for the server and the battalion. This is my third step to improve battalion relations. There are a lot of small expectations I have for the intricate parts of the battalion, but I wanted to focus on the ideas I’ve listed as I think they’re the most important. I also do not want this to be extremely long and wordy, and I’m more than happy to answer questions about other issues y’all might see with CG and what I want to fix. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes and I do not plan on going for a 2nd term.

-1. Lying to save face is just dumb. Would've respected you a lot more if you would've just been open about it. One of the senior officers that left the Battalion is saying both you and chips were there when these threats were made. Even if he is lying, which he has no reason to, you really haven't done anything to prove that you're going to take CG in a better direction. At this point wipe the battalion and call it a day. The CG issues haven't stopped since the start of the current BCMD's term and continue to get worse and worse.

Branch Overseer didn't do their thing. Got removed. Hasn't even been a few days don't expect instant improvements. It is going through testing. Right now. There has been several changes made to it and several suggestions pending. The Order is a playground with changes. It's so hard to kill Jedi that you can make all the changes you want and refine shit to a T before the Order is harmed at all. Anyways. +1. Super has made some of the best decisions lately, Though i don't like the rank changes i really don't think theyll impact the Order at all. They just need refined, which is what i plan to see in your 2nd term I get alot of you are new. The Order has been through worse. There is dedication and love here its better off than it was before. Take the time and realize that because a change you didn't like happened, doesn't make the Order horrible.

Picture this. You’re new. You join a battalion and don’t like anyone there. You want to leave but if you do you can’t join a batt for 7 days. You must stay for 3 days. We’ll time to just go play on another server. I know we had the “you can ask a officer permission” thing when we last had this. But who wants to have to ask for permission. It just feels icky and awkward. Don’t force people to stay somewhere they don’t want to be. Give them easy outs.
