I went through many situations within the Regiment dealing with either Corrupted Officers to situations where people felt like the action is not being done. With that, I've helped the battalions CG, 104Th, and DU with their troubles and problems my best throughout my term and hope that I can continue that. 104th MECHANIZED ASSAULT BATTALION COMMANDER WOLFFE: During my time in the 104th, I've learned all my training and leadership from that battalion throughout my time in ICEFUSE and now SYNERGY. All my Mentors I looked up to being Jayarr, Zyner, JBFox, and many more made me who I am today. WIth that in the battalion, I've learned especially as a BCMD to know how officers work together to structure a battalion properly. One mistake I made as a BCMD was ignoring many of my officers work and not realizing how much work they put into the battalion nearly having my XO (Chop) at the time to leave almost. But I caught up thankfully and made sure those mistakes won't happen again in my term as Wolffe. From these experiences, I learned plenty of things which I can employ in the Specialized REGIMENT to make sure its one of the best regiments on the server with ACTIVE BCMDs and good leadership under them. That I would always keep them up to high Standards and make sure they are running correctly like I did in my first term. Due to what I learned to work with Panzer and Chop (and other Past BCMDs) is that every battalion functions differently depending on how they were thought as an enlisted and or NCO with that making it more clear for me to make sure the higher structure of a battalion in the Regiment is always disciplined and non Mingy. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: Why I should be Regimental Commander, is that now I know how the specialized Regiment runs and works from my first term and how I can improve on it to make sure it keeps its status as one of the BEST REGIMENTS on the server. So I can keep it at the high standard and make sure the battalions are known as non-mingy battalions. With that, I am able to resolve any situation that was to happen within the regiment from past experiences with dealing with certain officers in certain battalions under the regiment. These are the reasons why I should become a Specialized Regimental Commander again (2nd Term) Do you understand the lore of your regiment?: Yes, I do Doom's Unit: a battalion led by Commander Doom (Ghoul) they are the heavy troopers of the server carrying Z6s and Shields on all of their classes. With that, they specialize in tactics and formations involving their shields and z6s. Due to their overwhelming power and skill, Commander Doom leads in the front with missions and is sent out for heavy Defense Operations. Doom's Unit is tasked with holding out and defending areas and terrain which is usually not in their favor. But with their equipment and intense training they are a deadly force to meet, they know how to handle their own and each Doom's Unit trooper can take out dozens of droids at a time. Only battalion on the server that carries Shields and Z6s Rotary blasters on of their classes. With that, they are also led by General's Tiplee andTiplar in the Star Wars the Clone Wars. 104th Mechanized Assault Battalion: 104TH MECHANIZED ASSAULT BATTALION - Commander CC 3636 (Wolffe) - Chop The 104th Mechanized Assault Battalion is led by Commander 3636 or Wolffe (CC-3636)-(Currently Chop) and Jedi General Plo Koon (Avavel) The battalion specializes in Hostage Rescue, negotiations, and tanks, they are usually in charge of driving ATTEs and TX 130s on the battlefield. With that 104th is the only battalion on the server with the most Jetpack Based Classes meaning they have a Jet Trooper Job and Sinker, Dash44, Dask29, Boost, Comet and Wolffe all have jetpacks as well. The 104th is the only battalion under the Specialized Regiment that also has its out elite Subunit known as the Wolfpack. The Wolfpack is led by Commander Wolffe and Comet 2nd in command of the squad. Wolfpack is usually tasked with handling difficult negotiations missions with that they also lead with hostage rescue operations. Coruscant Guard: The Coruscant Guard is an elite security battalion led by CC-1010 or Commander Fox (Panzer) They are usually tasked with defending VIPs and high ranking personnel on Ships and on planets. Their skill with keeping VIPs save is known throughout the server as well as maintaining the law and order on the ship as they are known the police. If a trooper breaks a rule on the ship the Coruscant Guard are tasked with finding the trooper and arresting them for further questioning in Brig. Commander Fox and his officers and NCOs - Commander Thorn, Commander Stone, Lieutenant Thire, Sergeant Jek, Sergeant Hound are always tasked with doing what must be done for the greater good of the Republic. With that Coruscant Guard is the only battalion that can deploy MASSIF UNITs on the ship with their Tracker's an elite division clone in Coruscant Guard that they specialize in tracking down those who break the law. Trackers are ARF Troopers but retasked and sent out on different assignments. Instead of them reconing they are sent on tracking missions. Which got them the name TRACKER'S THE LORE IS MIXED WITH THE BATTALIONS ROLE IN GAME AND OUTSIDE LORE (CANON/LEGENDS) Availability: 6+ Hours everyday (since summer) Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: 104TH PVT-BCMD (ICEFUSE and Synergy) Specialized Regimental Commander 2MONTHS NA-VA x2 (due to resignation) GM-GMO x2 (Due to Kirara) TR-TRO Do you have a microphone?: Yes, Logitech (Spent 200 dollars on finding this mic and actually to work on my PC) Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: I want my Regiment to be working and running Functionally with no problems consisting of officers. With that I want the Regiment to be held at High Standards before I leave so it can continue to be known as a Good regiment towards the rest of the server as well so this can increase player count with that I also want it to have a positive relationship towards other battalions on the server so it can continue to grow. And create excellent officers and upper leadership on the server. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: As I did in my first term always branch out my joint training and making sure the battalions work together as a collective team with the same goal in mind. With that Ill continue to try to expand joint training with other battalions on the server either working with the BCMDs or talking with Regimental's. This will continue to improve the relationship with other battalions making people have good terms amongst each other and to create bridges so people can experience new things and know how other battalions operate in different situations.
