Reason for leaving: Guys i'll be honest with you this is my home it always will be I see synergy rising to the best clone wars servers and beyond. I love this place and the friends I've made and what is still to come makes me excited. But I need to face facts and say that I have been burnt out since Nov 2017 I guess after 3 years of being high staff just took me down i'm not the Max back in the admiral days. Oxen and Jackson came to me so many times to become active and I've tried but holding on to HA with my kind of motive is unproductive. It would be better if I am replaced with the next generation of staff the old icefuse team is dying and being replaced with the new generation and I cant wait to see what they do so much positive energy within staff. I love you all and you made this last 3 years the best part of my life and I will never forget any of you from me being AFK to yelling and getting troops in line it was fun. Thank you all so much this is not a goodbye I need time to do other things and when I return it will be back to admiral max  I need to face facts and step down well I was talked to about stepping down then this happened anyway if any of you need anything let me know.

@Joah Thank you for trusting me back on icefuse giving me E.C you put so much trust into me and you were right I need to breath step back and rethink for awhile stay cool  also if it was not for you I would have been demoted from staff and this would have never happened you stood up to a random mod you never knew and it was me and you told me to make it up to you I hope i've done that thank you 

@Jackson / @Oxen Thank you both for so many chances you are true friends and some of the best staff members from any community I have ever seen. Jackson you fucking raised me when I left you became a legend thank you for trusting me as palpy and TRM. Oxen a true soldier one of the most hardcore staff I have ever seen keep it up and thank you.

You even had hope for me to be Senior Commander, and now look here... You were the Highest Rank I've ever interacted with, and you even still match me in honorary ranks. You deserve that perma-Marshal rank, and you did great work. I could write on and on and I'm rather tired, but I think you understand the point. You were a true classic lad, and a fantastic person. You better come back soon Max, or at least come on every once and a while and yell at people. You mentored me in High Command, and I will carry on what you started.

@Max Fuck man, I would've never gotten anywhere without you. You literally affected 90% of my journey throughout Icefuse to Synergy. You got me into the 91st when you were a major starting it off. Later down the line you'd be the big boy Palpy himself. You talked to me, gave me advice, and had faith in me. Without that I would've never became a BCMD and led the 91st to a strong population. Without that I would've never had the ability to competently become a regimental. You're one of the people on the server who I can't understand how anyone could hate you. You may have a been a AFK a bit too often sometimes, yet when you were here you put everything you had into improving everyone's experience. I can clearly remember all the way back on Kachiro you had 91st do a fucking cool ass simulation where we scouted out a base and infiltrated it. The times we spent chilling before and after commander interviews was fucking hilarious and there were so many great jokes.
