ICEFUSE: Staff Trial Mod - Head Admin:
I made my way through the staff team at Icefuse working my way up to Head Admin after about 6-8 months give or take. I remained in my Head Admin spot until the split of servers.
91st Recon Battalion Commander Neyo twice:
As my time as Neyo first run around I rebuilt all of the documents that they used at one point, implemented the speeder training and more advanced training for our Stak and Razor as well as get Lightning squadron more elite trainings. As for my second time around I didn’t get to do as much due to applying and getting the position of Regiments but, during my time I did get Thunder implemented and rose the battalion back out of the grave and got activity from enlisted and officers both.
Recon/Specialized Regimental Commander:
As a Regimental Commander I accomplished many things, I was able to unify all battalion within my regiment through trainings and events. I brought a sense of respect between each battalion and if any disrespect went on it was squated right away. I worked alongside Core getting rid of inactive officers to make room for fresh new ones.
Senior Commander:
I am not going to lie I did not “earn” Senior Commander it was given to me by receiving HA, although, I did enforce very hard RP and did trainings with the battalions.
Vice Admiral:
I served as a Vice Admiral at the time of Max, we accomplished many things together, We made the tryouts difficult but at the same time, the right people passed. Naval was active, We had really really good numbers averaging around 10 people on per day every day. We got trainings back on track, we made sure that people were doing their trainings in their branches for the Clones.
SYNERGY: 212th 1LT Waxer:
I joined the 212th as an MSG, I made my way through the ranks and got offered an interview to become the next WO, I later got accepted for WO and attended and passed Waxer tryouts. As WO within I was the main discipline within the battalion, I did daily PT, trainings, events ETC... with the battalion and also made a bridge between the officers and enlisted to communicate.
Commodore Block: After leaving my position of Waxer I wanted to pursue my naval once again, I worked up from Midshipman and got to Commodore. Along the way I had picked up the positions of Intel Director and Chief of engineering, I fixed Engineering to the best of my abilities doing traings and all as well as at the same time hosting a ton of naval tryouts when I got officer. As Intel director, I helped fix and build our current Intel team and update the roster, tryouts, recruitment and discord.
New Admin - Head Admin:
Since the split of Icefuse and Synergy I had worked my way up through the staff ranks, working as hard as I could to prove that I was worthy of a higher position. I later got to Overseer and did my work the best that I could, the Overseer wipe later came and I was one of the fortunate few that got to go up to Head Admin. I am still working day in and day out to keep the server up and running and serious as well as keeping hte integrity of the staff team to a respectable level with the help of the other Head Admins.
Why should you become Admiral?: I feel as if I should become Admiral for the Following reasons:
Working Well With Others: I have always seen myself as a likable person, I have had issues with people in the past and still do but 90% of the time we are able to work them out and be fine in the future. I also like to run my battalions/branches/regiments as a stated above very close together and uptight with each other but also have a good compromise with training involved.
Leadership: I have been in many leadership roles with my time on the server. I have been in higher-ranking positions in all possibles fields such as clone trooper, naval and Jedi. I have worked very hard to get to such high positions and have grown from a little CT PVT to a very respectable person. I am almost always with my naval in events which plays a huge factor since you get to see your men in action as well as use it as a learning experience for not just them but for yourself as well.
Temper: I am very level headed, I will not blow your brains out if you do something wrong I will simply confront you and point out the things that you need to improve or change on.I myself do not believe in yelling at people unless completely necessary because, in my opinion, it causes more issues than it solves. If you keep making the same mistakes over and over again I will just simply remove you if you are in naval or talk to a HA+ if it involves staffing I have no desire to fire up an argument that is pointless and will get nowhere I just wasn’t raised that way.
Motivation: I am always willing to work hard to improve something that I believe in, as you can see with the naval in its current state it isn’t in the best spot and needs some work but if I truly put my mind to something I know that I can get it done, it may not be the fastest or most effective way in other people's eyes but in my eyes I have a vision for the future and I will go balls to the wall until my very last breath to make that vision become a reality.
Knowledge: I am not the smartest person but when it comes to adapting to things on the battlefield or training or anything, in general, I am a very fast learner. I am also a gamemaster that is how most of my events work out I set down a base of what I want to happen and let them do the rest and change the storyline along the way, in my opinion, I work very well under pressure maybe even better if you would like to go to that extent. My experience on the server is a very vital thing when it comes to certain things such as knowing the type of people that I want with me and under me, I exceed in that as well as weeding out the so-called “bad people” from naval.
Do you understand the lore of the Republic Navy?: Of course, I do.

Where do you want the Republic Navy to be at the end of your term?: - I would like Naval to be in a self-sufficient position, I would like to be able to be gone a day without having to worry about all my naval not doing anything and going inactive but that takes time and effort.
- I want my naval to be serious, I don’t know how many people were around when Max was Admiral but I can assure you naval had plenty of respect towards them and towards the clones and Jedi.
- I would like trainings to be going on left and right, there should be no reason that naval are just sitting around doing nothing they should be doing trainings for their specific branch and helping to run and teach the ship what is needed.
How do you plan to change the Republic Navy under your command?:
- First off I would like to bring back the seriousness of naval to what it used to be, Naval hasn’t been the most serious lately and that is a bit of a problem. I plan on implementing leadership courses and punishment guides for certain offenses, strikes ETC…
I would like to change how our recruitment works, We need to get more active and dedicated naval and if we give them an incentive to join such as more RP naval will be better off as a whole.
Hear the voices from everyone on ship, not just my naval but the Clones and Jedi on ship as well, In my eyes it would be ideal to have meetings with people on ship to get feedback on what we can change and or improve on.
Improve relations with CG, in order to have good naval you have to work well together with CG because all in all they basically own us. I want to have CG in the same channel as naval during an event to have as clear communication as possible.
Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I do
Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Admiral?: I do
