  1. heres my bored lurker opinion Community opinion at the end of a term through an application is just the best way so that there is many voices. Evaluations weigh too much on the evaulators not being pussys/favoritizing/not trying to upset anymore. Which I can't say that historically that the majority of people in positions like that are willing to swing the sword. Theres a lot of people in the past (and currently probably) who just sit on positions and you shouldn't depend on most of the resigning out of goodwill. Cool idea on paper imo, but it falls apart because it usually enables poor performing leaders to stay in their positions more than terms. Heres an example for around 2-3 years ago from my time in HC. All of HC unanimously voted to remove a commander due to clear violations and multiple warnings. However, when the person we placed to demote went to do it they backed at the last second and gave them another pass (most likely due to their friendship).
  2. we do not FORGIVE that man for him leaving to SO in 2017. Just like you killing two battalion full L.A.A.Ts. from a wee confused PVT under Black, to a SGT goon under Thexan, a commander under Zander, and finally running to battalion and going on to be SPEC REG. Spent over a year and countless hours with the battalion, sad to to see it go but its honestly the right time and I prefer it ending rather that its deadman walking status also @BigMan/TimmyThicc = bad.
  3. +1 Apparently the difference between "go up one" and "move to [rank]" is the center core tenet holding the officer corps together and separating the lazy from the hard working and respectful.
  4. I gotta agree with this, cause tbh I know everyone would get pissy if ARCs got reset, but when I still actively played (and how it definitely still is) the hardest thing about getting ARC was figuring out how to go to each scheduled training lmao. ARC should have a < 50% pass rate for a minimum and be like SOBDE in that you usually have to try more than once to actually get in. Seems like any person can waltz into it being one. Anyways, back to the topic personally if ones gotta go it should be 327th or 187th. 187th i've been against as a battalion since the split and its multiple attempts at coming back and its resurrection. Just cause ya know, the no lore outside of being a Hasbro toy and aren't really justifiable to have in what they do to compensate for that. Regarding 327th, their specialization is just meh and they're another 212th and 501st, but without the exposure. Like they're a basic attack battalion and I get the whole idea of hostile strange outer rim worlds or whatever, but thats not really an applicable specialty on the server. Overall they've just been meh in my mind.
  5. “Overseeing division around 10~30 active personnel, in charge of documentation, leadership, relaying executive decisions, managing recruitment of new potential employees, communication.... “ Imagine putting that down and they go “Oh thats very interesting, what organization did you do that for?”
  6. Square's frat is 100% triangle. Doesn't even have greek letters.
  7. 2 divided by like ten battalions makes fractions of people homie

  9. -1 No real evidence supplied. In the future i'd recommend downloading ShadowPlay if you have a Nvidia card which is constantly recording and allows you to save the last certain amount of minutes.

Discord sacrifices an advanced permissions system and organization in exchange for user friendliness. Teamspeak allows for an in-depth configuration, setup, and customization which discord comes nowhere near. I've only seen the forums go down a few times and every time it was resolved in less than 24 hours, and as people say it would be toxic and theres some people on this server i'd prefer only having to see them in-game. -1
  11. I'll give this a +1, but for the love of god a lot of y'all gotta stop with cult worshiping of the man. You did do a good job in the times where you really did show up and put you're all, but from my point of view and what I know, I feel as if you got way too comfortable in your position before and weren't exactly on your toes, which evidently would happen after the long service you did. I wouldn't say the battalion was necessarily mingey, but by god there was extremely leaking toxicity from those in the upper ranks of your command. I know you like to have fun as a BCMD and some times stretch things, but always keep on the lookout for those subtle problems that can become big.
  12. -1 You handled 91st pretty poorly tbh especially near the end. The battalion was being carried by a few officers and you pretty much neglected it, I understand you did have some stuff going on with theatre or whatever but you should've resigned if it was going to be that bad. On top of that, once you returned from your LOA you spent a majority of your time playing on other games such as battlefront and Sims. When you did come on, you did pretty much random promotions of people who were doing inadequate work compared to the officers and NCOs carrying the battalion. You let inactive people sit and hold positions despite averaging less than 10 hours every two weeks. Most of the suggestions took forever to be pushed through and left officers struggling with a limited scope of authority to make dramatic changes that needed to be done. If it wasn't for your term closing near the end you would've been removed easily. I don't have any trust in your judgement skills nor leadership, and I cannot see Base Ops doing well under you so for that reason I cannot give any support towards this.
  13. -1 You promoted the kid who almost dicked your app? Nice. There is been a bunch of people who have done similar things and gotten demoted heavily, no matter what he did in the battalion I feel as if his punishment should've been stricter instead of a slap on the wrist. I feel that the 104th situation has been touched on enough here, so I don't feel the need to reiterate it. I've heard from around from a few people within the internal structure of the battalion that you play some favoritism games, I can't be too sure on the validity of this as I can't see it for my self, but based on some of your previous actions but I don't exactly trust your side of things. I've heard from some people I find to be reliable and have no reason to have a bias against you,, and its things like pushing for a small group of people to get promoted repeatedly despite their work not exactly being superb or beyond. Also imma be real and some people will disagree: 90% of doc work outside of rosters and a few basic things isn't real work, it's something everyone does to get promoted and say "Look how much docs I'm working on!". So it doesn't really impress me, and creating a bunch of docs for ez promotions is kinda shady. IMO theres no reason to have that much. I genuinely disagree with how battalions over-document nowadays and make a form and sheet for everything, but thats another story for a different time. In summary, -1
  14. If this is true then, fat +1 a bold leader who says what he wants.
