Fizzik
I am waived by the directors to apply for MCMD. Steam Name: Fizzik RP Name: Crosshair RP Rank: XO Steam ID: STEAM_1:0:68077876 Brigade you are applying for: Regimental brigade? Experience: 91st: 5 months The 91st was my first battalion and is the battalion that introduced me to the culture of CWRP and how things worked. I learned a lot here and eventually worked my way up to XO. As XO I was there to work with the BCMD at the time to enforce our standards and crack down on mingery. I also helped create and implement the (at the time) speeder training for use across the server. I was also the first in line (usually) to run deployments, this taught me a lot about managing a large amount of people decisively in order to succeed at a goal/mission. While my time here was relatively short and I didn't accomplish a ton here, but my position here was crucial for where I'd end up next. ARC Battalion -> Rancor Over 3 years, lost track of time. After my stint at 91st, I was introduced with an opportunity, which was taking over the ARC battalion which at the time was ran entirely by minges and had a ruined reputation. My task was simple but wasn't going to be easy, I was to fix the battalion and return it to at the very least, a respectable status. I was greeted with much hostility by the current members as I was an outsider and applied against 4 of their commanders. I ended up having to do a full battalion wipe which left me with this large task that I had to complete practically alone. Because of this, I had to learn to be resourceful. I went and talked to some people from other battalions (you could say I poached but I got their BCMD's approval) and convinced some people who I thought had true potential to join me. I also went to people from my old community I was in to ask for help from them. With the resources that I had, I believe that I made what has to have been one of the best battalions at the time. The ARC/Rancor battalion was well known as having some of the best standards of any battalion at the time. This was also when the first rendition of ARC training came into play, which I changed a few months later to the system that is still in use today after almost 3 years. Since then, I've taken breaks and come back several times. I've served as BCMD 5 times, commander 3 times, Hammer once, and have served as an advisory role ever since my last term. My time in Rancor has helped me learn how to work independently and with a team. It's helped me learn how to come up with plans and execute them decisively with a short amount of time. It taught me to really be able to recognize potential in people and how to utilize them to the best of their ability by appointing them to positions I think they'd excel at. Specialized Regimental Commander 3 months After some time as Blitz, I worked with Odyssey to help with creating the brand new High Command system. I served as the first Specialized regimental ever and as the 2nd regimental ever. The first regimental team basically served as lab rats to really run through the program to make it run as its best. This was the hardest time to be a regimental commander in my opinion. Not only did I conduct what is now standard duties, for example, hosting joint sims with battalions in my regiment, managing the battalions in my regiment during deployments, making sure the BCMDs performed their duties as expected (and if they didn't, I would take over for them) and making sure conduct in my regiment was up to par. Besides this, I worked with the other RCMDs to make changes to the system, for example, allowing high command to have a second clone was not a thing until I got with the other members of HC and Odyssey and pushed for it. During my time as spec-reg, the regiment was the most diverse it's ever been, which made me have to be far more creative in my assignments than the other regimentals. We had the blaze battalion, pilot battalion, ARC battalion, ARF battalion, 91st, and the Special Operations. Back then, all these battalions were very well populated, due to this, I was able to prove my ability at handling a massive group of people effectively. Base Ops XO 2 months This was a unique challenge I was presented with. I had applied for Base Ops Commander but got denied, however, was offered XO immediately after. This really threw me into something new as I had been spending my entire time on my clone and this was the first time I deviated from it. Husky and I tried our best and I believe that by the time that I was finished, BO was performing RP very well, we had the whole server-wide training system done pretty well as well as introducing Mining RP (which was fun, don't @ me.) as well as a brand new outpost built for us by Joah in order to promote this RP. This was very short lived for me and I didn't accomplish a ton, obviously nothing that stuck, but I did learn a bit about the culture of Naval/BO. Bad Batch 2 months -> current I joined SOBDE looking for something a bit new, to really see how the squad mentality is. I moved up to XO in about a week or two and have been XO since under Kojak. I maintained good relations with my outreach and frequently did trainings with em'. Despite my short time here, I think I did fairly well as a squad XO. Why should you become a Marshal Commander?: Since starting out in CWRP, I've focused entirely on the GAR, haven't stepped a foot in Jedi. This has given me a very extensive look into the field that, a Marshal Commander, I will be dealing with. I have learned a lot in my many times taking command positions and will excel as your MCMD. I've proven myself to be a capable leader under any circumstance and have proven that I won't give up until my end goal has been accomplished, despite all odds. After 4 years of being here, I've seen all manners of things happen, and have witnessed a lot of history and mistakes which I have used as an opportunity to learn from in order to better myself and whatever group I'm attached to. I can be very stubborn when I need to be and I can be very flexible when it's needed. I haven't encountered a challenge here that I haven't excelled at yet, and I don't plan to either. I won't have any issues delegating tasks to the RCMD team in order to accomplish whatever it is that needs to be done. I also have plans for a brand new event type called Galactic Conquest. Some of you older folks will remember my old system, I'm completely revamping it. Being Marshal Commander would greatly help me with laying the framework on how I want these events to be ran so they'll continue to be ran even after I'm gone. Do you understand the lore of the Grand Army?: Yes. Availability: Kinda no-lifing it right now, I'm on practically all the time. If I'm not at the computer, I can be contacted on Discord over my phone. Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: Creator of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 ARC trainings. Helped create the high command system Co-founded the Alpha ARC subunit alongside Dragon and Metro Achieved Rancor BCMD 5 times First Specialized Regimental and 2nd Regimental Commander to ever exist. Achieved Base Ops XO Achieved RC Squad XO Achieved 91st XO Achieved Game Master Manager Achieved Head Admin Do you have a microphone?: Yes. Where do you want the Grand Army to be at the end of your term?: Obviously I'd love for them to be the best that they're going to be. I'm not quite sure how far I'll be able to take it, but I will bring the GAR to the best point I can. I'd like to see all BCMD and Reg positions filled with competent people who are able to complete their duties as they're expected to. I want to see relatively healthy battalions (a good balance between all of them). I would love to see the Operations Regiment (particularly Naval) to be involved more with each individual battalion and perform more as a command element in order to give Naval some fun to do as well as to have them serve as a common factor between each of the battalions. Last but not least, I want to rebuild the lost respect people have for other battalion's officers. Used to be that if another officer told you to do something that didn't contradict with your current orders, you were to do it. I don't see this happening anymore for 2 reasons: Most officers just straight-up aren't ordering other clones anymore and most people don't respect an officer if they aren't a part of their battalion. Obviously there's a point where it can cause some problems, I want to find the best place for this kind of mindset to work before it crosses any line. How do you plan to improve relations within the Grand Army?: As I stated above, I've noticed that battalion officers don't really work with other battalion members of their own free will. I am willing to bet that in any event or deployment, you'll see officers walking by or ignoring some enlisted of other battalions who clearly don't know what to do. If these officers start delegating some tasks to these people, I'm absolutely certain it will boost relations between battalions. This will need to be accomplished systematically starting from the top of the GAR to the bottom. I'll need to promote cooperation between the RCMDs and have them work together to promote the same cooperation between each of their battalions. Obviously I can perform standard duties that other Marshal's have done, such as joint trainings and creative passive RP instances that promote cooperation between these groups, however, I believe that this paradigm shift I'm looking for is going to take the brunt of my time as I think it'll be the most important aspect of boosting relations. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes. Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Marshal commander rank?: Yes. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. 2 Report Rule-maker and rule-breaker. Link to comment

Gadget
Wow, another HA applying for MCMD... Right I'm kinda indifferent about this app 1 - the goals of you term are fairly basic and not very specific. Almost like you didnt speak to ANY BCMD+s before hand and asked to be waived. "I want them to be the best they can be but don't know what that is yet." You could asked the people you are meaning to be supervision/leading. 2 - activity. You say your "no-lifing it". I haven't seen you on in a long ass time and most the time your are AFK where you force set your name to a long ass french version. 3 - the whole battalions officer bit... when I first joined the server 2 years I was told that basically you cant tell someone not in you batt what to do. So this problem was somewhat engrained in by previous morons thinking that a Commander of the 501st is nothing to the 41st, interchange battalion for the same affect. 4 - Your other responsibilities. I am an avid believer that HAs make shit HC. Due to the fact they get pulled all the time, they are often busy or unreachable. Heck Qal gets pulled.almost daily if he's on and its pisses me off losing my BCMD with no warning. Like I don't know you too much as a person. I'm gonna have to -1 as you just have convinced me what so ever. Past experience isn't that much of a factor if your current plans are more dirty water to add to the dirty pond. Well tough luck, even if I did it would be just 3 things - Bacara, SPEC REG, Old HA. Once a Marine, Always a Marine... Always forward, never back... Link to comment

Marshal - Expected to be active, meetings every other week, babysit bcmd’s and Reg’s. Both have activity as the common factor! And in now way does one take away from the other at this point especially with all the extra time people have. Examples - Core (overseer? And marshal) Max (idk if he was hs yet but he worked his ass off on both fronts as palpy) Gene ( Overseer) I think he was still overseer when he was marshal? Square - Marshal & Director Tyennoch (rip) HA and marshal - Mans was active and involved in everything in his short term. etc etc Gmm is based on activity and leadership of their respective teams. - when it comes down to it if they aren’t active it’s a problem by applying for a position they’re expected to put the position above any other position they currently hold anyway 🤷♂️ TLDR; y’all some foreheads HA and marshal isn’t the issue. Omalic
Marshal Commander is a special postition. It requires ones full foucs (in my opinion) and the trust and knowledge of the current Command structure and the current workings of HC. I've never thought it was good to have people in HC that have other important positions such as High Jedi or High Staff, as it might not split their time but it will keep them from being fully focued on Marshal and HC. Some adapt for this positions, some don't. Each one to his own. But the willingness to do so shows that this is the thing your fully commiting to. And I find it hard to support someone who cannot commit fully this way that I believe is needed for such a role especially now with what happend to the last Marshal showing this to be true. You are Active Fizzik and you have the past knowledge and time on the server. But in my opinion one requires a current understanding and experience in something to do it properly which I don't deny you having but just not to the extent of being Marshal. I encounterd the same thing now with rejoining the 501st. I have lead it Before but I still had and still have to learn and adapt to what it is now. I Believe the same to be true for you and becoming apart of HC. With that being said I don't see you fit for the position of Marshal at this time.-1 4 1 Report Papa Kal Link to comment
