  1. You don't play anymore. Now, as for Ren, I just feel bad for you, man. While I don't think that you were HC material when you did that application way back when (still don't think so), the amount in which you're shat on in your applications is fucking crazy. I've been peeking in and watching what you've been up to. Again, my biggest concern is your activity and always has been. But as soon as Odric came face-to-face with High Command's Infinity Gauntlet, you were on it. You clearly have the initiative and evidently some of these people haven't been in your position, a position I shared with you at one point with a similar mindset of feeling you were in a battalion crisis. People were willing to give me a chance, then. I think they should give you a chance as well. Drop all your boxes like it's fucking Christmas, kids. +1
  2. -1 some of these guys are morons with their -1 reasons. Mitchell, I believe that you're competent. I believe that you have the potential to lead the GAR in a good direction, but I also believe that this wouldn't be good for you. As your friend, I can't knowingly support your Marshal app for the simple fact that your headspace is unstable. This is a fact that people have taken advantage of in the past and for the longest time, you've let deplorable, manipulative people walk all over you. You never shook the "doom and gloom" attitude that I had warned you about with your... BCMD Rancor app if I recall (either that or your RCMD one)? Having to run the entire Republic side would exhaust you to no end. I'm giving my vote from a position of someone who gives a damn about you and the community. If you think I'm wrong or want to speak about it in detail, send me a DM.

8/10 Very creative use of main server and its underutilized locations. I have no complaints.
  4. 6/10 It was kinda short, you could've benefited from having someone help you with the spawning and such to keep it going a little longer.
  5. 4/10 Standard shoot-'em-up with some less than ideal enemy selection.
  6. 4/10 Good for some entertainment but it was a regular ol' shoot-'em-up with a few aspects that you clearly snubbed. In particular in regards to the fact that you didn't seem to pay much attention to RP in disarming bombs and also the bomb thing in general. If you're doing things alone, your inexperience shows a lot more. You're a GH and probably new so it's whatever, but I do suggest you have an admin hovering around helping you so you can actually do what you wanna do. You're very limited as an Admin so having someone around to spawn stuff and give you advice will help a lot.
  7. +1 I actually think Medical Syringes should be infinite. On a lot of servers, the "bacta injector" was used instead of the medical kit (or our reskinned "Bacta Kit"). My argument for the Medical Syringe being infinite is that it's just not efficient. It'll get your health up, sure, but in order to get it to work, the person has to be sitting still and not taking damage, otherwise the effects will be lost to them and the medi-boy has just wasted a perfectly good syringe. To be fair, people do always sit still while they shoot anyway, but if they take damage all of us a sudden (say a GM spawns a T-21 NPC) then you basically kiss that effect goodbye. HOWEVER, I can see why it shouldn't be infinite too if the medi-boy is a particularly good one... maybe go with Fyi's compromise and make them about 5? It's not the medical equipment that makes people not value their life. It's the fact that after someone bites it, they just lie there and wait to be RP revived. The ultimate way of making people not value their life is making "death" not matter. There's no regulation on RP revives. If someone dies and the medic fails their supposed three tries to bring them back, then another medic just rolls up and tries another three times. Their medical RP is slowly watered down to using "smelling salts" and is sometimes done right off the bat. If you want people to value their lives more, then these either need to be regulated or removed entirely. No one stays dead anymore and no one respawns to wait for NLR.
  8. +1 First one looks good for a GMOD version of Ewok Hunt!
  9. Steam Name: Raddish RP Name: Rad Thekk (Sometimes literally just: “The Guild Leader”) Steam ID (SteamID Finder): STEAM_0:0:54192568 Battalion or squad you are applying for: Bounty Hunters’ Guild How many terms you've held the position?: One Why do you wish to maintain this position?: My primary motivation for continuing my time as the Guild Leader is heavily owed to the fact that I’m still very passionate about the position and the faction in itself. I still think it’s the very best group in regards to potential for individuality and roleplay, aspects that other factions simply lack in my eyes. Current availability: My availability hasn’t changed, but I will say that school work hasn’t been nearly as hectic as I thought it would be--an issue that had me worried when I initially applied. Mon-Thurs - 4PM-9PM (Can vary depending on the workday) Friday-Sun - All day What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: I would say that I’ve accomplished nearly everything that I set out to do during my first term. I’ve gone around to get a consensus of the Guild and I’ve had several bits of documentation adjusted in which I’ve made sure is public in the change-logs channel on the Guild’s Discord. My only regret is that I didn’t get to talk to every single BCMD because it was a task I took upon alone and I was working with my own schedule, but I believe that I’ve acquired enough feedback to get an idea of what the community wants to see from Bounty Hunters. With some sporadic conversations with the Founder team, I was a big part of getting Bounty Hunters their new loadouts for the weapon update and have requested several hotfixes in relation to Guild jobs and Guild assets. I’ve been one of the only Guild Leaders to date to be this proactive when it comes to physical content that benefits the faction. I’ve filled up my leadership positions with people that care just as much as myself and have been crucial to the Guild’s upkeep and communication to its members. I owe a lot of my accomplishment to my two Lieutenants (Scarecrow and Baron), which allowed me to accomplish many things in the first month that could have spanned over my entire time. I’ve also started several roleplay scenarios with various regiments and battalions on different characters and have gotten members involved in the fun that the Guild has to offer. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: Honestly, I feel that I could actually leave this section blank if I really wanted to, because at the moment I feel that the Bounty Hunters’ Guild is in a good place with factors I can control. Nothing is inherently broken, everything is being kept up with, and while I have had a few behavioral issues under my term, there was never a point in which my assigned leadership didn’t immediately handle it (they’re like vultures, I swear). Activity There is the issue of activity both on my end and the Guild’s. I think a lot of this is owed to the fact that there just doesn’t seem to be very many people hopping on the server as of late, which is a factor beyond my control. I believe something that can help tug people off of their clone jobs is engagement, and there’s a few ways that I can handle this, but the biggest improvement I can make is with myself when it comes to taking initiative on the server. I have the tools to do it, I’ve done it before, so I should continue to keep up with it. Another way that I could assist in this is to also potentially get Bounty Hunters more involved in events. These aren’t necessarily Guild-centric events, but events that utilize bounty hunters as an entity instead of a 20,000 HP event job with an OP weapon. Since the Event Planners and Bounty Hunters both work to entertain the server, I feel it would be beneficial for them to be brought together during the main server events. Self-Improvement Throughout my term, while I did get consensus, I was admittedly not proactive enough with consistently speaking with other factions or battalions. The discussions did help me, but that won’t change the fact that a lot of the issues happen in the moment. While I value my close friendship with Guild Leadership, I should be more open to speaking with others, an error I intend on correcting. Once again, the overall quality of the faction is correlated to the leader. Documentation I would also like to be more on top of things when it comes to documentation, because I’ll admit that I let myself get lazy due to the stability of documentation in general. In order to help this, it’s likely I’m going to push for more intuitive systems--particularly ones catered to contracting and clan leadership. As one of my Lieutenants put it, the Guild should run like a well-oiled machine. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes
  10. The Documentary's creator is taking a hiatus until 2022 because of what happened. Shit's fucked.
  11. Well, I don't want to mince words here. You've done this before so I'm not entirely convinced you'll stay gone. But if you truly mean everything you say then its as good a reason as any to leave this bullshit behind. Wish you luck in the future and hope to see you around every now and then, you've probably been one of the few people who's been able to make me consistently laugh (even when I was pissed off at you). But we all gotta take a bow at some point, you know?
  12. Where's that meme of Obama giving himself a medal?
  13. Hey man, I know you and I weren't that close, but I definitely do agree with what you said. You definitely do know how to roleplay and I enjoyed our crazy interactions with you as Sev, which was pretty much at the height of things. To see you go is incredibly sad, you were one of the few people left that really knew how to have fun and not at the expense of others. Rare I actually reply to one of these but I figure you should get a bit of a sendoff. Good luck with whatever you decide to do, Funder.
  14. Poor Mavelle. Man's expressing his adoration for some Star Wars music and is being ripped apart for it just because he misworded the post. Never change, Synergy. lol
  15. Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:54192568 RP Name: Rad Thekk Battalion: Bounty Hunters Who is in command until you return?: Scarecrow and Baron Length of Absence: 1 week. I'm tired. I must rest without the old lady in my head screeching at me to get on the server.

9/10 I had no problems with the ragdolls personally because I know you and I realized that they were completely player choice. I think the complaints are only valid for those who wanted to collect all the studs for "True Jedi" rating. Was nice and serious with a bit of GMOD silliness thrown in (looking at Scarecrow's merchant guy). The only thing that didn't make sense to me story wise was the gassing of the bunker. There was no Seppies to throw it down so maybe I missed being nuked again.
  17. Permission granted. +1 by the way.
  18. Stay safe, man. That sucks the chrome off of a '57 Chevy bumper.
  19. +1 I've seen many Foxes that have cared about the battalion, but never to the extent of your enthusiasm. Just discipline your men better. Not in the sense that they're constantly getting in trouble but in a way that they actually know how to defuse situations and uphold rules properly. I've told you this before but it doesn't seem like a lot of your guys know what they're doing. Take this with a grain of salt if you have to, "I'm just a hasbeen," as a wise Scottish man once said.
  20. I would also like one because I hate my "I can't understand you, go back to your country" voice for RP. And in general but I can't change that.
