To put this into perspective for everyone, chambers is not a bad guy, he has done many great things and many of you have had good interactions with him before. We have figured out that chambers has been under a LOT of stress recently with both Finals for his university and running this server. Because of all of this (And running the community for as long as he has) Chambers has been lashing out at people for small things. Its not that he hates the community but more that everything is starting to get to him. So instead of removing him like some of you think we should do, we will be giving chambers a second chance like we gave to many other community members, like the community member who made this post. So in short, Chambers is human like the rest of us, once Chambers has destressed from everything, is finished with his finals and is ready to come back he will work as Director once again.

Also once we get these model's it would be only fair that the pay get raised to at least 450 for the alpha ARC's below Alpha-17, Fordo and Valiant and the pay raised to 500 for Fordo and 17 and possibly raising Valiant's pay to 700. The reason I say the pay raise is only fair is because for example most of Green Company have more pay than a normal alpha ARC, same thing with TC and K-company. I might even add just having all Alpha ARC pay at 500 and Valiant having 700. I personally feel and many others would say the same that Alpha is harder to get into over TC, GC, K-company, and other things like that, this is another reason for the pay raise. For the kit's we would right down a list and try to go over it with Dragon or someone else that would be willing to do so in order to make sure that they are fair and make sense. Implementation: We would with no hesitation pay for the new models. We don't care how long any of this takes we just want to have a fair amount of pay and have each lore character have there own white list that doesnt look horrible, also the kit's are very important in order to fit each specilization. Lore: The lore for each character would have to be updated due to the separate white list's. Also the lore is quite vague on the characters we have now. This is literally me reading this bullshit 1.) I already said this is the last chance Sith get until I remove them to prove that they can actually stabilize themselves without founder assistance. 2.) I've met more serious roleplayers in the sith then I have outside of it, It's quite sad actually 3.) Y'all search for the stupidest things to get upset about, I dont believe I've interfered with any battalions, and this is clearly because you're upset that I have a rank as a CT. If you really believe that I don't deserve to help the CTs then thats fine, and if this gets accepted then I will just go back to being a CT PVT, but by doing this I will also be deprived of helping with TR training, pursuing ARC, and all other skills required of higher ranks. Solely because my choice as a player is to come on a server and not join a battalion, kind of ridiculous that you're trying everything you can to limit the CTs. If you're so desperate for recruits that you cant bear the fact that 2 members of the server are higher than PVT in the CTs then you need to rethink how you run the battalion and how you conduct tryouts, as battalions who are respectful and nice typically have higher populations. (I dont believe that your battalion is struggling at all, and I dont believe my rank has impacted your numbers or other people new to the server seeking to join a battalion) If there is a valid argument that I've made the server worse than feel free to criticize me, but by leading the CTs when there is an event is simply an effort to keep them organized and to further build a reputable CT force, as I believe it is my duty to be an example to new players, and provide them a leader to follow until they ultimately determine the battalion that they wish to join. " I am suggesting this because there's no point of joining a battalion if you can get promoted in CT." The only people who have been able to promote CTs are Generals, and at no point do I believe that I or any other ranked CT should have the right to promote troopers, as I agree they should be joining other battalions, but at the same time this argument is kind of dumb, as people who join battalions are seeking more experienced reliable and consistently active players, ultimately its all up to what the player wants, so there clearly is a point to joining battalions besides for ranks (unless you think the only thing battalions are for, is for ranks?)... Anyways, I dont think that a player should be limited to their choices and be forced to join a battalion in order to hold a ranked position. And so far, the CTs have consistently been fresh players, who typically join a battalion almost right away, so what has been in place has not caused everyone to just sit around in CTs. "CT's shouldn't be a permanent battalion it should be temporary until you find a battalion." Once again I mostly agree with this, the CTs are mostly for inexperienced or new players who are seeking to join a more organized battalion, but that does not mean that the CTs are not allowed or shouldn't have leadership within them. I pride myself in being able to grab a group of random CTs during an event and have them run around and hang out with me as it creates fun bonds, and when they eventually join battalions I get to see them grow from the random CT they first were, this experience is always fun for myself and all the other CTs on, as well as other battalions who like seeing the CTs holding a firing line or being organized while fighting in the MHB rather than running about the ship. Sgt Lighter, and myself...(not a very large part of the community) Ultimately if you believed that you could post this without me throwing everything into this, then you are mistaken, as I am proud to be a CT and no matter what happens I will continue to stay in the CT battalion, your obstacles are feeble in the ultimate transformation of the CTs and hopefully you and anyone else who agrees with you will see in the future that CT leadership has positively impacted the server and will if removed, then the CTs will quickly go back into the unorganized and poorly reputable group that it had become prior. There's a whole lot of evidence of wrongdoing and shady shenanigans here. You also use the defense of "I make mistakes, everyone does." yes, everyone does make mistakes, but sometimes, people have to learn that actions have consequences or else, you can't learn from them. In regards to the witch hunting in revenge to getting removed from ahsoka, just seems petty and the sense of entitlement from these chat logs and screenshots is astounding. You were removed for multiple reasons that are very apparent and I can tell you as a person who has been a former master and been playing star wars RP for a pretty long time, these things don't just happen without a plethora of evidence and MANY reports. A word of advice from a person who got removed from BCMD position of almost 2 years and blacklisted from that battalion for no real reason, warning, or consultation by people, take it and move on, improve yourself where you can, and be humble on your next go around. In regards to the "spent too much money to be demoted below knight" is just beyond stupid and proves that you should be demoted below knight in the first place. Yeah no I'm +1ing, as a RANCOR trooper who was told to leave one of their first ever BVB matches just to scum the competition, that pissed me off and generally left a bad taste in my mouth. Last time I checked BVB was a server wide competition for fun with your battalion, taking out the fun by kicking members out is fucking stupid.

I was having a discussion with him about why he would immediately deny a suggestion based on his own views instead of the community's, and this is what he says. Commander Fox came down to see what the problem was and he arrested Danil and my son for ERP. My son told me had to spend 15 whole minutes in a box.Its not his fault he was attracted to the wookie he just couldn't help it. Eventually, He got out and my son, him being only 24 didn't know how to control his emotions very well. He was emotionally distraught from what happened earlier. He saw Commander Fox and called him one of the nastiest words in the book B****. I did spank him for his behaviors. But, as a parent this pissed me off more than anything, Commander Fox told my son he needs to "suck a pecker." Oh baby. Name: Metro Suggestion: Remove the Sith Order. Implementation: Remove the Sith Order as a Faction. Lore: Listen, I am all for adding our own lore. Hell I have enjoyed having some lesser known characters and battalions on the server. But this is down right and utterly immersion breaking. Having an entire Sith Order after the rule of two was implemented breaks the whole point of Clone Wars. All the lore goes against having this here and it is CLEARLY not attributing to the roleplay on the server. Earlier today we had an incident were the 501st allied with the Sith essentially creating a treasonous battalion against the Republic. (Which would never happen due to the chips.) Palpatine would never have allowed this to happen, the rule of two is something he believed in. This is downright and utterly unacceptable. Like I said before, I believe in custom lore but only to the point where it doesn't make the server nowhere near what it should be. Currently, I can count on my hand how many good experiences I have had with the Sith. Most of those come from Lord Chrome which is the exception to what I am going to say. The Sith Order has no intent of roleplaying. They masquerade as "Citizens" who constantly harass the Republic Forces and straight up minge. This is NECESSARY to in sure this is taken as a Serious RP server like you wish it to be. This isn't a Jedi vs Sith server, its a "Serious Clone Wars RP" Server. Let's take the steps in fixing this now and promote better roleplay through a good strong lore basis.

It is very lightweight (14 kb) and low impact for servers. This could add a whole new dimension for players as previously being able to access certain areas can only be done by vehicle, jetpack, or jedi. Now all players will have the ability to access different areas without any assistance. This adds a dimension of skill missing from the clone perspective, combat in garrysmod is not very sophisticated due to NPC limitations but being skilled at Climb swep takes many hours of practice, which allows a new skill for players to work towards. Alright, I want some clarification. What do you mean by more "effort?" I'm guessing you want this so here you go. Oh synergy clone wars gmod role play server admin. I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have committed. I'm am accountable of my actions and I will never commit an act of horrible rdm ever again upon the server of yours. I was so close with everyone in this community and it was so fun pretending to be a clone. I'm am truly sorrowful for the absolutely atrocious deed I have committed upon you, your family, and probably your entire heritage. Please, I just want to play again and I swear on my mother that I have changed. Being away from this server has really taught me life skills and has benefited me both mentally and physically, but now I wish to return to my role playing en devours upon your establishment. I have come so much closer with Jesus and God and they have forgiven me. I could not sleep at night feeling the guilt committing such sin. Oh please unban so my great sorrow can cease.

I'm just curious if something will happen to the 501st that orchestrated such a traitorous deal; Even if a Founder/The Sith Lord endorsed it, seems like new ground. My 2 cents, revert the Sith Order into the CIS. People could be B1/B2 droids, Tactical droids, etc. Abridged rank system, could have Dooku be their Palpatine, Asajj as Mas Amedda and Grievous as the Marshal equivalents. Would be seen as just one big Battalion with some sub-units (Magna Guards, Commando Droids, etc) while underneath one or a few "BCMDs" (Maybe even bring in General Kalani as the BCMD of the Droids). They could part-take on the offensive side of events where the CIS is attacking and give more depth to the story/characters as there are on-going situations. Could even include CIS Senators and double agents where CIS Senators who are masked as Republic Senators have interactions. Also adds more to the role of Palpatine to be able to roleplay with the CIS as Sidious. It's simpler, more streamlined and doesn't require VIP so open to all. Best of all, lore friendly.

I'll just address some things that you guys have brought up so far. Lack of TR's: I can't really force people to become TR's. I've been working on the TR program by promoting Technodad to the Trainer Director position, and talking with him and Bruno about incentivizing training like it is on Clone Wars to have more appeal in the program, as well as the TR of the week program that's already been started. There isn't much beyond that to be done, besides just hosting TR tryouts, which is the shortcoming of the TRO's, not me. Lack of Staff: Again, how am I supposed to get people to apply? We already incentivize staff with staff of the week. People that want to help the server will apply. Those that don't, won't. Activity on MRP vs CWRP: There's only been one day this week where I have spent more than an hour on the CWRP server. Today. I got two hours of sleep, and wanted to relax. I've logged just as many, if not more, hours than most staff and Commander+ on the server, and I never AFK for more than 15-30 minutes. I don't spend as much time on trump as I'd like to, I'll agree with that. Reasoning behind that is that the Russian side has been lacking a lot more than the United States, and I swap to Russian jobs to give the US something to do, and boost Russian numbers. "On Everyday": So going a day or two a week without loading up the server makes me a bad Director? I'm on discord 24/7 unless I'm sleeping, and am often on teamspeak for 6+ hours a day, spending a lot of time talking to Square about the server. Pythin does more work: Pythin is doing a great job as a staff member. He's doing what he's supposed to. But hosting events isn't the same as running the server. Few other things: -I had nothing to do with the release date of the server. -I've spent almost the past two months working on this server and the development, I want to see it succeed more than anyone because if it doesn't, I just wasted two months. -There are a ton of issues on the server. I will agree to that. The inactivty of Commanders & Higher ranks, lack of TR's, lack of staff, lack of population, the list goes on. I can only do so much as one person to combat it. -If there was someone that could do a better job, or even help me work on things, don't you think they would be Director or Head Admin? We have multiple Head Admin positions open, and one director position. -Very few people come to me and ask if they can help, look for responsibilities, or try to solve problems. Everyone loves to point out issues, but very few people want to put in the effort to solve them. Those of you that are putting in the work will be promoted to the ranks that you deserve, such as Buzz getting Head Admin recently, and Technodad getting TRD. It's a process. -I could list off all the people that are actually doing absolutely nothing that will be removed or demoted soon, but I won't publicly list that information. There are people doing what they can to help the server. There are people doing nothing, hurting the server. You all can decide which type of person I am. I see this more of me being held as the scapegoat for the issues going on. But that's my opinion, and we're all entitled to our own. But, ask and you shall receive. If this "report" gets enough support, I'll back out of the role and leave High Staff empty.

The excuse of its school is something that can be only used so many times. The directors and High Command aren't on the same page and don't communicate with anyone and say things that contradict themself. Staff is dying and inactive and don't help the server like what they signed up to do. They sit there and do nothing when tickets are put up and then complain when people talk about in OOC. I love the server and want it to be active but when there is nothing to do people don't want to get on.

Seems pretty idiotic and ignorant to say "SITH SUCK AT RP" when 6 times out of 10 that's the experience the clones give for "RP". So what? OKAY SO, everyone is just saying to remove ARQ training. Which, ya I agree with. But no one is giving an alternative. AT-RT/BARC training is pretty cool and stuff. So like, Why not just update the already existent ARC training? Add a stage for whatever ARQ training teaches and boom, ez. From what I understand, ARQ is like a gateway for people to UNLOCK the ability to attend ARC selections. So that kinda like, takes away what ARC selections are lol. It's just kinda redundant and doesn't make much sense to me. So ya. I think ARQ should be removed and added to the initial ARC training. Your date of ban was " 8/5/2020" basically tells me you've only been gone for 53 days as of my post. (That's not alot of time for a Community Ban in my experience, this would be the shortest one I've seen) Your ban was for "Targeted a member of the community in order to harass and create a toxic environment, in an attempt to gain evidence against him. / toxicity" which is just wrong in general to treat people like that. I get it you messed up, and you didn't realize that until after you were banned. "Shocking" You apologized and that's a good start, you're making progress towards reforming the bridges you destroyed before you were banned. You state that "This will not involve what happened in DU" but essentially that DU is involved in why you were banned correct? You harrassed a member of DU whom you worked with closely as you state (Both of you in DU). Another issue here is that you claim that what you did to this person was in good fun and they knew about? Yet you have others saying you had a discord full of goons to initially plot against DU High Command & then picked Cyan out of the bunch to target for a power coup of DU. So what was it fun banter or a power coup. did it involve DU or not? "The quotes that were said was after one of our more heated banter moments. I will admit without context the quotes that are said sound bad. I won’t deny that, but what I will say was that this was said within a discord server that was a friend’s and not affiliated with synergy (even though synergy members were in there and I also understand Directors can use other discords if they involve something) What was said in there wasn’t to leave there as to not cause issues in the server. Your statement taken directly from your ban appeal regarding the other discord server. I mean you bring the fact of the discord not being synergy based & understanding that even though it isnt it can be used for evidence. That's good that means you don't need someone to explain to you that just because someone plans an Attack on the US from Brazil doesn't mean it can't be used as evidence against them for said attack. Would they have cleared your name & if so if it would've benefited you in terms of your ban appeal why not post them. Screenshots as hard undeniable evidence would benefit you so much in a ban appeal because regardless of how someone feels towards you facts don't care about their opinion of you. But withholding or being unable to provided these screenshots that you mentioned you would provide to me shows that either they wouldn't benefit in your appeal, you didn't take the proper time to compile your appeal, or maybe you don't have access to that server anymore, but you did state it was a friend's server and that means you could easily just be reinvited unless they deleted it in retaliation of also being banned from the community. To take a few statements from Cyan the young man that you were banned for harrassing stated in his post "1) Ninjaman's ban was a direct response from malicious actions towards a member of the community (who was then demoted from all his positions and is now at 2ndLT, thanks buddy). His actions were not a "one time slip up", it was a result of weeks of planning and talking it out. Thus, premeditated and specific targeting." Right so i understand this is gmod but understand that if you take time to plan and target an individual for weeks at a time for any reason shows that you knoew what you were doing and thought it would benefit you in the best way possible. "2) Like I said in our PMs together, I personally don't forgive you for your actions. You can critique me all you want, which it is your right to, however I don't think anyone should forgive targeting, toxicity, and drama for the sake of...power? Relevancy? Greed?" Do i agree that he doesn't give you a formal notice of forgiveness no, I believe in forgiving those that have wronged and mistreated myself regardless of how bad it was. That amount of built of anger or distain for a person is wearing and hurts an individual a lot, it also can affect a young individual in many ways for a good portion of their life. But this is the consequences of your actions regardless of how you want to say you meant them you mentaly and verbally harrased and abused an individual for personal gain & not even 2 months later come back saying I understand what I did wrong I've changed. I'm sorry I don't buy it It takes time to change on a personal level that is something I believe others here regardless if they can agree with my stance on this can agree on that change in your character takes time. I know you've gone to the staff that did your ban and cyan the target that you made and decided to harass and attempt to rebuild broke bridges but your decision had fall out & others who care about cyan were also hurt due to your decisions. I don't see that you reached to an of them. I know you state that you don't want this to involve DU but the underlying reason and one of the only one's that add up is you attack him for a power play/coup in DU. You need to go to the individuals iin DU and try to make amends before an appeal you need to cover you bases and make the attempt to repair what you've destroyed. I would believe you then if you made the statement I'm working on being a better person or however you want to phrase it. "3) Ever since you left DU, your actions have directly harmed the battalion, and virtually all you did was gaslight a precarious situation, which would lead to your eventual ban. If you did happen to get unbanned, your first destination would likely be DU, which is a prospect I don't think would help DU." This also speaks volumes but i won't write another novel on 1 statement. 1st this tells me this does involve DU regardless of whether you want it to or not, his statement implies that for some underlying reason you did like DU and that you wished to do them harm and that is how targeting Cyan began with a underlying root cause of resentment towards the battalion that you previously were in and spent your time trying to better in the end to just tear them now, that since you left DU you started this plan with a bunch of goons to perform maybe a powerplay or an attack and began to target officers of a battalion. This adds up with statements made by others stating you had abused priveleges given to you by others in good faith to use as intelligence against DU and to plot against them. To target and harass an individual is wrong and unjustifiable as well is to abuse positions of trust and use that position against the organization that gave it to you. This is a direct display of you character leading up to & at the time of the ban and it justifies your ban in my eyes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------My final Thoughts (TLDR)---------------------------------------------------------------------------- How should this situation be looked at? The only parts of this situation that should be looked at ar - what did he do to get community banned - what was the reason or the goal he had for doing these actions - what did he do in response to the ban - what has he done in order to make ammends and has he exhausted every avenue of attempting to make ammends with Cyan & the community as whole that was affected by his actions. - During this appeal was he open and fully honest about what happened and lead upto the ban. What should not be taken into account of his appeal - Any friendships or grudges you hold against him before, during, or after this incident. Only Facts should be taken into account. - Was the ban fairly given? (The answer is yes harassment is a crimanl sentence up to a felony degree in the US regardless of the scale and media it is done over) Should you be unbanned today? No, the return time on this is just to soon & I don't believe you've done everything you could have other wise this thread wouldn't be the dumpster fire it is. There seems to be and feels like you are either downplaying your actions in your statement or bringing to your appeal a situation that doesn't apply yo your ban mainly because they used evidence from a non synergy discord and you claim the evidence was out of context but didn't provide any context for that what you provided was a chat in the SYNergy DU General chat.This is a community ban and a community devided on a topic would press me to hold off on removing your community (if it was up to me) the ban would stand where it is today and you would maintain privelege to contact a member of management to post on your behalf for when you believe you've made ammends with not only cyan but all the members of the community you affected with your actions. Sure, Part of appealing bans is being capable of knowing if someone has truly understood the depth of their actions and made the greatest attempt in order to repair the damge done to as successfully as possible; granted that yourself and all parties involved can move past the situation. I see you've started the process and have made some headway. you've talked to the staff who banned you, you talked to cyan, but you haven't talk to all of those who where also affected by the fall out. some might say he only needs cyan's forgiveness (Which he formally stated cyan hasn't foregave him yet) but understand this is about his return to the community and the community by the looks of this dumpster fire are devided, personally i believe you need more time and to put effort into contacting those who have been vocal about your plea to return. *sigh* I really didn't want this to happen in the slightest . First off, Thank you @Forseen for giving me the chance and opportunity to come in here and make a statement. I apologize for all the staff and fourm mods that had to overlook this entire post because of how bad the arguments got. I want to thank everyone who did +1 my appeal and willing to have faith in my words and I'm sorry for all those who -1 it I left a disclaimer in the appeal to help divert and avoid something like this happen. I was contacted and given the chance to post 1 message here to help give some clarification and answer a few questions. Out of respect for forseen I will not attempt to attack or call out anyone who have said some things that lead to some of these arguments. Now for some Clarification. 1. There was a massive reason I had made the disclaimer, because unfortunately I was heavily involved in some "things" that were involved with the other banned members, but thats also why I was making it revolved around what I had personally said as i can't control what other people would say. I WILL not go further into this because I want to move past everything that happened hence making this attempt at a ban appeal. I will own up to my mistakes and what I said and I thoroughly apologized and tried to make the attempts to "bury the hatchet" as the saying goes. I threw mine down first I just hope everyone else will. 2. In response to @TheCyan, I'm very happy you did read the appeal and did respond to it. I will never expect you to accept my apology. I just wanted to own up to what I did and make that attempt to repairing it. The reason behind that is because yes there were complaints about you, but there was NEVER an attempt from MYSELF to maliciously target you in anyway. This report has been accepted as Laski not only confessed to what he did, he also attempted to delete battalion documents while kicking people off of them. This behavior is not tolerated as it spits in the face of all those who worked on said documents. As a result this individual has been permanently banned from everything related to synergy.
