The time has come that I say goodbye to the community. Unfortunately, as some of you may already be away, I have gotten some real life work that has got me working roughly 40 hours a week and because of this and timezones, I can't really be around when anyone from the community is online anymore. It's due to this that I mast step away as I am just sitting in the position being a Founder where I've done nothing for over 6 months now and that's purely because I haven't been able to find the time and/or the motivation right now due to the major fatigue from work. That being said. I hope that you all continue to enjoy and appreciate the huge amount of work and dedication that comes from the people that work on this community. Synergy wouldn't exist or be where it is at today without the long nights of work and care that these people put into the community. I will always have the utmost respect for these people as they have worked tirelessly to keep the fever-dream that this community is alive for so long. @Jad@Square - You guys were, are, and always will be like brothers to me from the other side of the world. You guys have always been completely honest with me, regardless of how harsh and it would be. People like you are rare and hard to find. @Woeny - You've always done everything you could for not just the higher echelon of the community, but mainly brought the voice of the players to the team and always kept up with everything, even whilst balancing other games and real life shit. @Xaze - I know that since you've come along you've never really seen me as someone that is above you within the community and probably rightfully so. You're an extremely talented, knowledgeable and self-motivated individual that I believe you are the catalyst to the communities success at the current time and in the foreseeable future. You're an amazing human being and I have huge amounts of respect for you and always will. Thanks for your passion in keeping this community going, it wouldn't be here without you. BIG +1 lulu since coming back months ago has been a great asset to the jedi master+ team and to the order as a whole being able to show aspects of the previous jedi orders and the new we have grown. i fully trust lulu to take over where i left off and i fully trust lulu with the order honestly you have been great and i see you doing even greater things!!

Biggest +1 I have to give, Lulu is one of the kindest persons I have ever met, always seeking to raise up others. If there's a standard for which you have to have for Yoda, Patricia has long passed it.

1/1/5 when the rp was just with cg and all of us where just told to wait outside and then when we killed all the scientist but somehow 1 escaped and we captured one

Gameplay: Was just really annoying to RP with scientists who were extremely ignorant. 1/5 Care and Effort: Does seem like there was effort but no effort to have good event jobs. 2/5 Server Performance: Laggy when there was droids.... on main server. 2/5

+1 Lulu helped me a lot when I was kinda lost and confused. Supported me when I must needed and everything and know and everything I accomplished in the Jedi Order was thanks to Lulu. Most active Jedi, always tries bringing new activities/challenges to motivate the others, amazing work with Rancor as they Jedi General Assigned and specially Lulu it's one of the examples I want to follow If one day I reached the position of Master! You deserve this position!!

Forseen, when my incident happened in the jedi order, it became on my darkest days. Everyone distanced themselves, started going after me and made this server awful. But you as Director didn't, you gave me a rightful bollocking but at the same time you were the only person willing to work with me as you were also squad lead. Man I hated you when you were getting up in arms about me getting shaak ti, but most people in this community would just be toxic. But again you didn't, you talked to me, guided me and those days you actually stood up for me. Your guidance and willingness to see the good in everyone is something I'll be eternally grateful for, my time in staff was your help and guidance, you were patient in my time as Head admin but also fair, when I got director I felt like I fulfilled my own promise to you. Its a shame I fucked up at the last hurdle.. for which I've failed you. I owe alot to you Forseen, your impact on this server will remain till it's end. Thank you

I'm a testament of what you've been doing for Synergy since I joined circa 2017 and I know how much love and effort you have put into the server, so I bid you farewell and wish that you find greener pastures in your future good sir. -1 If your issue is cloaking then I’d rather something be made to where people that can see cloaks can just actually see them rather than bringing this back which has led to a ton of meta gaming in the past not only with people that can’t see cloaks realizing that someone is cloaked near them and somehow using it to their advantage but with things like seeing who can hear you on the other side of walls, what someone’s name is without being able to see them and also using that to your advantage ie. Looking for an HVT during an event and searching the area but just using your mic radius to zone into their location. I was not fond of this when it was around. Coming from someone that has been in positions that could see cloaked people for most of my time on Synergy and also being a staff member for most of my time as well I would much rather take a bullet in my RP position then have to deal with all the meta gaming incidents that would occur if this would return. Not worth it. Also to give a semi solution to the whole cloaking debate - The current suit zoom we have had an option that would highlight players and NPCs and would actually highlight people while cloaked. This has since been turned off for everyone but if there was a way to give it to RC and SO so they could properly utilize it I would be down for it.

At the current moment of time it had indeed been mentioned 2 days ago that the merit system was flawed, I personally dont look at the merits but the players. But to hear that people are leaving bcs of it worries me indeed. i have not been informed that players have been leaving because of this reason till now. It was brought to our attention 2 days ago by the Marshall Commander, Before that we didnt have any knowledge about big flaws / problems with the merit system we have. but im now just talking yes we are fixing this, For now we are removing the Merit system for the time being or even forever. Im not going around that this whas my faulth for not noticing anytime sooner. I hope i answered your question with this.

3/4/2 - Just wasn't very fond of the Order 66 part, the first part on Anaxes wasn't bad, lots of lag, and raiding the temple then moving to the planets was just spammed with force powers and Jedi were dug in and just didn't seem to fair getting blinded and diamond stormed. I got a bug where I kept losing connection too mid event so I want very happy.

-1 This app presents a lot of problems without prescribing any real solutions. You are purposefully avoiding making any promises on this app by saying that you will "try your best". If you aren't confident that you can do anything you have planned than how can the rest of the community rely on you? Not only that, but the app is incredibly vague in many aspects. For instance, the RSB section you once again avoid the responsibility of failure by saying you cant make any promises with the only hint to what you have planned being the sentence "currently we have people working on idealizing this branch." and this sentence does not actually say anything and uses vague buzz words to seem productive.

This was my second time on a SWRP server seeing as my first experience ended in me getting banned. This was a new breath of fresh air and even if i didnt really do much in the positions handed to me besides ARFO, i attained some decent knowledge on how to operate inside synergy leadership positions. Dooms Unit: PVT Vertical - LTC Bandit After rejoining the server and having my PC fixed this is when I started to gain some leadership qualities and actively search for more knowledge as then I was under Dennis, Trixx and Synyster. I used Trixx as a role model trying to mold my leadership style after him while adding in my own flavor to it. I was sadly blacklisted for abusing the whitelists given to me to get my way in an argument. 501st: CSM - 2ndLT Preacher I joined 501st to attempt to get a new start on synergy seeing as I had never been in an attack battalion besides 41st. I led a few sims under deku and rohan (dont quote me) and was ready to begin anew but my mistakes from DU followed me and resulted in a blacklist from 501st as well. I then took a year+ break. 21st: PVT Misfit/Preacher - Executive Officer Keller I returned to the server originally completely just to be there. I bounced from a few other battalions before landing in 21st and once I did it was almost exactly what I was looking for. At the time of joining I was under Oxen and after he resigned (and the battalion was wiped) I took a front seat attempting to grow in the battalion and learn as much as I could. I got ARFO/L, Joined SO, Became Spark, Joined KU, Became Charger and then Keller. I held up the standards as XO, sadly without improving them while gadget was BCMD and away until the next battalion wipe/reset into GM. GM: Executive Officer Keller - 1stLT Misfit - CMD Keller After the battalion was wiped I took a far backseat approach in the Marines to focus more on Staff things and my mental as a whole. After Mazen/Bacta’s “term” was up and the battalion was in a different spot than ever I started putting in more work to grow myself and the battalion as a whole. I continued making consistent progress until I was under Mystic and back as Keller. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I love the Marines to start. That wont help me in the interview but regardless. I want to become Bacara to continue putting in the countless hours of work I already have. Before the wipes and 2023 as a whole I was not prepared. Now with a lot of revision and help from previous battalion commanders I believe I am ready. My plans below are extremely simple and straightforward for what I want to do for the battalion during the 3 months I am GM BCMD Bacara. Server Appearance: The Marines are slowly growing day by day with numbers, no matter if its old members returning to get some Devil Dogs action or New members looking for a good sub-unit to grow in like Keller's Unit. With this I will continue to host semi-daily patrols out and around the planet of Onderon to show the server as a whole that GM is not just another battalion with weird armor. We are and will be model troopers for the server and new recruits looking to join a battalion. Outer Battalion Communication: GM has always been one of those battalions more secluded in events and with trainings and I want to bring us into the spotlight. I have previously set up joint trainings with 41st seeing as I'm personally close with Cooter and 212th as well due to our battalions being so similar but beyond that I want to work with SOBDE, CG, 501st, 104th, even jedi. I’ll begin to reach out to more battalions starting today to set up some training dates and hopefully by the time I become battalion commander everything will fall into place as planned. Trainings: GM Currently holds I believe EOD, TECH, Boarding, TX-130 and AV-7 right now, specifically giving boarding and tech to DD with EOD and tx-130 going to KU. The training assignment part is more just in name seeing as DD has jetpacks and KU specializes in more aggressive approaches to situations but by the end of my term I want these to be set in stone. GM Controlling AV-7 and general boarding, Devil Dogs Controlling the majority of Boarding with Tech and Keller's Unit in control of TX-130 and EOD. This way everyone the battalion has something to do and it will contribute to their promotion rates (may contribute to being a promo req but that might be dumb) and as a whole will increase GM ‘s appearance on the server while giving the general population a great variety of trainings to participate in. Inner Battalion Structure: As of now GM is slightly off the rails when it comes to structure. Some of our docs are out of date or we have the wrong ones posted and anything beyond discord is slightly out of place like for example our rank transfers and promo requirements. I won't put this on myself to do seeing as that would be extremely micro-managed but as of now the GM officer core is OUTSTANDING and with all these amazing troopers under me we’re going to reform, replace, and even remove old docs that are unneeded or unwanted to create a great system to be working in that will eventually set up better things for the future. Battalion Jedi: As it stands Battalion jedi in the Galactic Marines is little to none. We do have a mundi that was recently appointed last night so with this new addition (especially with it being wolfro) i believe the jedi core will be improved majorly in the coming weeks. Tomm, wolfro and myself have talked already and started sorting out what to do with jedi and have began making/returning and reforming old jedi docs to begin growing the jedi branch so in the foreseeable future we will have a standard tryout hosted by the current jedi leads and myself to not only help promote battalion jedi but to grow them as well.
