After have having a conversation with Finn about my -1 I have decided to change to a +1 the issues have been chalked up to things being blown out of proportion. I think Finn will do well in this position I mean he has the past 2 times thank you for correcting me FYI. So I am changing to a +1.

5. Was fun to try to locate Ventress. Would have liked some music being played in the Cantina but eh. Im nit picking. 5 on the effort. village actually felt busy and the bounty hunters were pushy as always. Didnt suffer any lag issues through the whole event.

I’ve never had a problem reaching out to him? He’s 41st intel director and a somewhat mentor for many and I’m able to contact him about almost anything and he responds within a hour unless it’s a ungodly late time for him. If we are talking about in game activities I can say he hasn’t been removed yet so he must be hitting the required hours and yea he may not go above and beyond and spends his life on the server but he’s always available if you need him either in ts or discord, he’s one of the few regimental I can talk to comfortably huge +1

Even tough our past isnt the best i would believe that you should get a chance for a interview. +1

4/5/5 Game play was pretty good, plenty of rp for most of it with a hectic fight at the end. The performance of the EJ's and the story being told was very in depth and interesting which helped make the event very enjoyable. No lag at all.

Gameplay: 4 - Gameplay was good, it was a great mix of action alongside roleplay and we were able to fulfil our roles successfully, especially @TessaKitty, you did awesome. Care and Effort: 4 - Seems like a decent amount of effort went into actually setting up good characters with a small story to follow, it allowed us to immerse, and have better RP as a whole. Server Performance: 4 - Server ran fine, small drops with some spawning, but shit happens, for me, it ran great and i could enjoy myself. Keep it up egert.

Missed the RP, but was able to join in later for the brig lockdown and clearing hostile BH's/Mandos. Was fun. 4/4/5

5/5/5 I know it was intended for all of CG but I was left to handle things on my own. And in doing so I got the best CG RP experience I've had here. Great roleplay, great storytelling and it was fun being able to do my job

From my limited interactions with you to this point, you seem like a cool dude who cares about his people. The fact that you were trusted in Doom enough to be appointed XO I think says quite a lot. You have an idea as to the issues your battalion is facing, and how to address them. +1

Well written application, and has some clear ideas as to where he wants CG to be within his term. I'm not too sold on the removal of tryout failures for regiments, but at the same time I trust that as a CG officer in that battalion already he knows and has a clear idea as to what is needed. If he says its needed, I'm inclined to agree. +1

I of course have high standards in mind but I will discuss them with my BCMDs and what standards they expect from their officers and I will attempt to alter the standards I have in mind to better suit what they want for their battalions.

This Application is VOIDED I'd like to clarify somethings before assumptions are made. There is a few reasons as to why I'm voiding this and stepping out of the race. The main reason behind this is I don't feel as if I can leave my boys in Doom's Unit in this new era they're about to enter. It's going to be a new start and a new day for Doom's Unit and I'm excited to be apart of it. It feels very selfish of me to leave the position I hold in the battalion and leave them in this new time that could determine the fate of the battalion. Another major reason as to why I'm stepping down is due to the other applicant. I believe Stix is a wonderful applicant for the role and I think he can take the ideas that each BCMD has had farther than any of us could expect. I do believe he is a great runner for RCMD and I hope to see him get it. Alongside this, I'd like to personally thank Void, Unkindled, and Arizona, alongside every officer for taking the time to speak with me when you didn't have to. Thank you for giving me at least the attempt to try for this position and I hope to go for it again someday. I hope to see your ideas and goals become reality and I hope I can help if you ever need me. Lastly, for those select couple who sent me those very hateful direct messages. I have seen them, but I hope that you'll delete them and we can move past whatever issue you may have had with me.

+1 After our conversation I am left in a excited position to potentially work with you closely in the future as our Regimental. You have practical experience throughout the community that I have witnessed. You were a brilliant Battalion Commander inside of Rancor and truly act on the best interests of those around you. I would argue that your activity would need to be upped in order to support this position. But, I know how you are, how you act and how you operate and you would be a brilliant person to represent the battalions that you will potentially be overlooking and assisting. I wish you luck in your interview.

The main issue I see is how every clone battalion is almost a copy of each other, it's not fun having every battalion be able to do the same thing, to me that just ends up making the big battalions that have a lot of numbers do everything and the battalions with fewer numbers get pushed out from doing anything. All the Subunits and battalions that were able to do stuff others could not get removed or lost that power to other battalions. There are no special incentives in joining a battalion you mainly join for one for 3 reasons. You like them in lore, you know people inside that battalion, you like the color of the armor. The Clone battalions which is the biggest factor is just being made more and more stale. When SO was just wiped from the face of synergy it destroyed most my fun from the server

+1 Stix has genuneinly been one of the easiest people to work with on the server. He is ready for this posistion and I truly can't wait to see him in it if he does pass.

I know we had our issues in the past however over the past month or 2 I feel there are no qualms between myself and you after the situation that happened I personally believe that speaks volumes. Have been able to just sit in a channel and talk about random shit with no issues. After reading your app and seeing this extensive history that truthfully I had no clue about. I believe you have the experience to take these 3 battalions where they need to be +1

I have a question pertaining to your "Officer Core/HC Quality" section. If your high standards do not overlap with the wishes of the BCMD, what would be your course of action? More specifically, if a BCMD expected far less out of an officer than you do.

Honestly, I'm not super confident in Synergy. Right now, the population is dying, and with this new update they promised a fix to Synergy not showing up on the server list. Now we don't even have a consistent ETA. We're dying, every day I notice the server waking up later and later, and getting less and less people. While the new update was fantastic, the awe is dying off, and with all the bugs, mainly the ones on Jedi (which did numbers on the faction's activity), we just don't get as much livelyness and activity. The events are great, the engagement could use a little work (I'll address in game roleplay as a solution later), but there's not an influx of new players to keep the spark alive. I also think that Synergy is not serious enough. I understand there are more serious roleplay servers, but it feels like with the dying activity, people's care has died. In the last 5-6 months, the server went from having several serious roleplaying battalions to every battalion being seen as a joke. The other day, I RDMed a Senator Infront of not only several officers, but a member of High Command (who I will not name) during prime time, and faced no repercussions. That's all Synergy is anymore outside of events, is just mass RDM and constant bullfuckery. Synergy was never super serious based on what I've heard or seen, but this is an all-time low. I think Synergy needs to kick into gear. We need to fix this player issue, and we need to re-establish a sense of seriousness and discipline. The CTs we used to deal with on Anaxes months ago that would RDM and intercom abuse have become the entire player base, with few desperate people trying to cling to serious and reasonable roleplay. At this rate, if there isn't change, I don't see Synergy lasting long. Changes to regiment names, changes to force ability animations, or other minor aesthetic changes are not going to save us, but they're the only changes being made. I'm worried, but I'm hopeful. I like Synergy, and we have a strong community. We aren't lost. Not yet, anyways.

The abbreviations were put into place as placeholders so we could see what battalions actually needed. We already intended to go back through and touch up each unit to what fits their needs.

Hi Valakyth, thanks for the input. I'm not sure about any rules that I might have broken, but I do my best to follow base procedure when it comes to Hunters. I'm interested in what you think I might have done wrong, and I encourage you to tell me if you think I'm overstepping, as it's rare that I'm told I truly overstep, and this might be just a misunderstanding of what the rules are. As FYI stated, I've only been a RCMD for 2 terms, not 5, but I can understand the confusion in the thread title.

Shit sucks when u voice your concerns and instead of your concerns being taken seriously, you get blamed for not "being the change you want to see". Or when you voice your concerns and it isn't even acknowledged. The only way I find fun on this server is farming drama for rep for some empty feeling of happiness because green number get higher

I can't believe that in your mind you actually had the ability to think of something like this to say. Also "The guy we shouldnt know" is not the right way to think about devs, These people that you say you shouldnt know pour hundreds of hours developing maps and other functions for you to treat them like this. So maybe on this post you couldve kept your opinions to yourself. We are asking your opinions, It's not another ongoing issue it was just an opinion base questionare on the forums from part of the development team.
