Battalion: 212th RP Name: Commander Cody / Leche Date: 4/20/2021 Reason: Its my last day and i'm not going to be on tomorrow to put this in. Goodbyes: It's been a pleasure serving in the 212th for over 2 years and I never expected to play past my initial plans to RDM. For some reason I grew an attachment to 212th after being fished and didnt feel like RDMing. Down the line there's been ups and downs but I couldnt ask for better people to hang out with and talk to during late nights. There are a couple of specific goodbyes I have @PogI couldn't be anymore proud for you to be the next Cody, I'm sure you'll do fantastic and you'll have a good term in general. @Finn I'm pretty sure I'm gayer than you without actually being gay. However, I used to not know you at all but since we've been HC together you're one of the funniest dudes ive seen on this server @BroLiterally a legend, man does so much for this server and for some reason hasnt stopped @JaggerMi amor, eres lindo. I am confident in my own abilities to produce high quality events consistently, while maintaining a refreshing feeling after every event. I would also like to expand on my ideas with the other members of the gamemaster team as I have seen many great events and would like to see what we would be able to do together. Question: Does the server/High staff have any solution or ideas to increase server pop, also would the server ever come out with a roadmap to see the future of what we can be expecting to come for synergy? Comments: I am commenting this because there has been a trend with all servers where the community waits for a long time for one large update that increases server pop. The thing behind this is when the new update comes out, server pop increases then several weeks later players already get bored of what they're given. The solution I was thinking would be to take all the server suggestions and categorize them into sections. Then Every 2-3 Months each section would get the update to the server. This would possibly keep server pop higher with new content coming out every few months keeping players engaged. The Idea for Suggestions would be. {Battalions}, {Server/Map}, {Additions}, Etc. I also feel like having community events/Holiday events to interact with the players would have good enjoyment for players. I'm aware this rambles on but I would like to hear what we got planned to be the best SWRP server on GMOD that we should strive to be the best available. Staff I'm asking: @ Founder@ Director

Well Damn.... 6 years of being in the community couldn't prepare me for this. Imma miss it but I think it is time to move on. From starting out in icefuse to the server rebelling and switching over to synergy, it has been fun. Man there are a lotta people out there that have been with me for my time here. Yall know who you are and I thank you for it, if I miss a name trust me you are in my mind somewhere. @Gears Jesus, been through it all huh? You honestly helped me and were always there for me man. Couldn't have stayed this long without you. @JaggerThanks for giving me a chance with Gregor, honestly made my time the best on the server. Thanks man really, you know where to find me. @Forseen I know we dont talk much now but man looking back on those icefuse days in SOBDE was fun, even when I cam back you still remembered me. That made me very happy. @Comics@Whisper@Carson We spent a lot of time laughing at the stupidest shit, but man it was the fun. Keep in touch. @Alien Alien man you are my best friend on this server. From our time working as Commander Cody and Reg we became even better friends. I ain't saying bye cause I know I will see you a lot more. @Leche I phone. Seriously though like Alien we are homies. It was great being a part of your HC, and thank you for everything you’ve done for 212th. I was able to learn a lot from you and don’t think I would’ve been in any sort of position to potentially be your successor without your help along the way. We already got rid of the "waiting for a big update" concept a while ago. Prior to the weapons rework there is already a smaller update planned for current server suggestions and bug fixes as well as a few other things that will be going into motion. I understand that this one however has taken an extra month considering the last one was put out in January, but there have been several obstacles along the way that have prevented a lot of work being done such as getting the new map/v3 properly working, the server box switch which was a pretty big inconvenience (as you can tell by the issues with the event server) and other work that has popped up in my life, as well as other founders. We definitely want to get content out to you guys consistently but it requires a lot more effort than just adding new stuff into the server. Currently our load in is around 11-13 gb which can be seen as fairly large to some people. In addition we have to constantly combat lag by cleaning up old stuff on the backend whenever something new is added. Nevertheless, we still have a lot of stuff planned for you guys especially with summer coming up. A lot of stuff is unannounced and I don't really like putting things out there when they are in development which gets peoples hopes up in case things don't work out as expected which I am sure frustrates you guys as well. In short, update is already being worked on, big weapons rework/balance coming too but will not directly hold up a suggestion/bug fix update for you guys, and there will also be a ton of other things that Maxwell and I will be throwing at the server. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them.

Great Cody, you had a great term and the battalion really went up, the rising action were having with each cody is not something to scoff at, thank you so much leche, to all the criticism and life advice you took the roles of a community leader and changed it beyond SWRP. Thanks.
