I will say a couple of things: Ive always been a bit skeptic of Bacta and his ability to lead as well as make change. When i was Cody Bacta had a tendency to over work himself and come up with ideas but was very stubborn when it came to these ideas and wasnt willing to let much insight into them. All of these things would typically lead to me not likely him; however, he's adapted and become more of a leader than i ever expected. He's a little bit less stubborn than he used to be and is now working really hard to further the battalion even more than he did when i was in it. He's just a tad bit more matured now but to be entirely honest, he wouldnt have much of a personality if he didnt say half the stupid things he says. With all of that being said, i really enjoyed watching you get slightly better. Please dont make decisions purely based off of emotion +1

Battalion: 212th RP Name: Commander Cody / Leche Date: 4/20/2021 Reason: Its my last day and i'm not going to be on tomorrow to put this in. Goodbyes: It's been a pleasure serving in the 212th for over 2 years and I never expected to play past my initial plans to RDM. For some reason I grew an attachment to 212th after being fished and didnt feel like RDMing. Down the line there's been ups and downs but I couldnt ask for better people to hang out with and talk to during late nights. There are a couple of specific goodbyes I have @PogI couldn't be anymore proud for you to be the next Cody, I'm sure you'll do fantastic and you'll have a good term in general. @Finn I'm pretty sure I'm gayer than you without actually being gay. However, I used to not know you at all but since we've been HC together you're one of the funniest dudes ive seen on this server @BroLiterally a legend, man does so much for this server and for some reason hasnt stopped @JaggerMi amor, eres lindo. Here we go, in complete honesty one of my biggest reasons for becoming Cody initially was because I didn't feel pog was ready at the time. He was a people pleaser and constantly advocated for the addition to things into the battalion. This came with a draw back, he would advocate for things he didnt entirely understand and didnt have as much experience in. That could lead to confusion and later frustration when we denied suggestions along those guidelines This isnt in any way me disrespecting pog in any way but more of saying how much he grew. During my term he changed by looking at things at every angle possible to get the full picture and would give his opinion about the topic. Overall, his communication skills are on point, dedication is above anyone else's ive seen, and his overall attitude is always positive. There's no one else in this battalion that I could see myself handing over the mantle to other than Pog. With that being said +1

8/10 wasnt bad for just letting us shoot things on a map, will say the people on the vehicles and lasers were a bit yikes, we constantly would just get mowed down and couldnt do much

As I stated, It's in a dropbox and its a separate bodygrouper/reskin not a completely new model. Also, it's not going to only be used like once a month which is what everyone may misunderstanding. I guess the best way to describe it is, if its on a reasonably dark map they switch to it. If you really think about it, parjai is an elite squad within Airborne and they are to conduct missions that are a bit more difficult. For example, doing any sort of night op parjai has a higher chance of being used more efficiently, seeing anything white on a black background is easy. With other sets of armor (you can kind of compare it to omega having a lot of colors) this would be a bit better. You can easily argue "now one cares what color your armor is, ai will still shoot you" or something along the lines of that; however, It's more of a rp kind of situation and I truly think that I can start something with this to further the rp in the server considering 2ndAC are a very RP heavy subunit especially parjai. With the last thing you brought up, I already stated that this is by no means something that's high priority and I'm not saying that these should be added over everything else. This is truely to improve the quality of life within battalion especially 2ndAC because all of us want them and are hyping them up. I dont mean to be rude but I really don't understand the "not necessary" argument. What's the definition on necessary? Nothing is really necessary on the server but is added to make the players happy and hopefully make others more interested in the server. If we got rid of everything that didnt improve the server integrity then I truly believe that it wouldn't be as populated as it is today. With all of that being said, thank you for responding!
