Experience:
 

212th 1st round [PVT-LTCOL]
This was my first experience as a leader on the server where i was more of a work horse working through the NCO ranks i became a member of GC has GC HVYO Crys and from there i continued to climb to GCO HVYO Crys and then GCXO REGA WO Boil in my JO ranks i was still a work horse and role model in the battalion and eventually got REGL and had tyennoch as my GCC and waxer eventually i rose to SO and hit major where my work horsing went x10 pretty much as i started pretty much leading the SO core setting up all the monthly evals and constantly making sure officers were getting promoted fairly and on time for their performance but after that i reached LTCOL and at this point i was Boil and GCXO for 7 months and REGL for 3 months that's when it hit me a feeling i didn't think i could have which was unfortunately burnout that's when i decided to resign.

DU [PVT-SGM]
Dooms unit was fun sadly i didn't last long as this wasn't long after i left 212th and was just after we went to onderon so i was still freshly burned out but i did enjoy my time i got into havoc squad and was lancer for 2-3 weeks before i decided to take an actual break.

501st 1st round [PVT-SGM]
I came in during zeros term and had a lot of fun. Eventually I got dogma and this round of 501st was short lived but I definitely made some really good relationships. Not much happened here, it was kinda a vibe.

212th 2nd round [2ndLT-Commander]

This was just after i came back from a 1 month break and the server was on its knees with only a max of 25 players a day sometimes less i decided to come back to 212th and took my legacy rank on my jedi as i want to focus on my jedi and i ended up becoming siri tachi i would spend a solid amount of time on the server during the time that it was dead to try to get people on and provide fun then eventually alucard,quassont,baddog,mazen and i were able to bring 212th back on its feets and start to pick up in terms of activity and RP which ended up with me getting master and eventually kit fisto from there it was pretty much smooth sailings atlex eventually resigned from obi-wan then i stepped up to the kenobi position where i sat for a month or 2 and ended up getting promoted to commander in 212th during baddogs term which sadly was short lived because i ended up applying for yoda.

 

41st [SGM-LT]

Short lived i got fi then gett but i didn't last long overall and ended up going back to 501st.

 

501st second round [SGM-Major]
During this round i was presented with the opportunity to get vaughn so i joined 332nd as 332nd gunner and started putting in as much work as i could while balancing obi-wan as well which was working then i ended getting vaughn where i sat at for 2-3 months then i got yoda and my balancing started not been the greatest so i stepped down and went to GM.

 

Galactic Marines [LT]
I did stay long this was during bitters term but i did have fun but i ended up seeing 501st start to crumble so i decided to go back and told bitter that as well.

Jedi Current
When i came back from my month break i decided to main my jedi and started with 212th siri tachi which as i said i helped 212th for a long time and eventually because of my RP and my work within 212th and the sentinel branch i got master at that point i was also given sentinel lead from their the first thing i did was get a vote started about making kit fisto freelance which passed and allowed me to go for kit fisto which i did end up getting from there i continued averaging 200+ hours every 2 weeks and was a workhorse. Eventually obi-wan opened up and 212th wanted me for it so i became obi-wan. From there i kept working and eventually i ended up applying for yoda after venoms term and i ended up getting it from their i played out my term and after some ups and some downs by the end of my term the jedi were in a 10x better spot then when they were at the start of my term and i managed to do all i wanted to do during my term and had an amazing candidate for the position after i was done. During this time I had a great mace to work with. Currently I am a master and luminara and haven't dropped in activity.
501st [SGT-CMD current]
After leaving GM i came back to 501st and got myself set down to SGT so i could have a fresh start and help the battalion from there i ended up getting hardcase and WO and have continued to do my best to get the battalion back on its feet. Eventually I ended up getting appo where i still am and I have been trying to get TC filled again which is coming slowly but its coming. Then eventually when my yoda term ended i got commander in the 501st and have been calling most the shots within the battalion as of current making sure the battalion stays afloat.
 

 

 

 

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:
 

Dedication i have been dedicated to the 501st for quite some time and have been working my ass off trying to make sure the battalion stays a float as well as that even after finishing a RCMD equiv term im still hitting the same hours i have been for half a year now and am continuing to better the battalion the best i can.

 

Experience i have had over my time on the server gotten so much experience which backs this position the biggest experience been my time in high command which allowed me to learn that thinking about battalion health is important but you also need to see the bigger picture like how does this affect the people and how is it going to impact the rest of the server now this could be a issue with Image,Respect or it could be a issue of bias and ignorance but i have been able to gain the experience to make decisions based on how it will affect not just the battalion but the server as a whole. Added on to that I have had a lot of experience as an officer+ and even been a commander in both the 212th and currently in the 501st which has allowed me to fully grasp what the job entails and prepares me for what's to come as an BCMD.

Activity/Availability as i have stated my activity has been consistent over the last half year and it hasn't slowed down which allows me to be an active presence in game and a face people can rely on when in need as well as that i am always online on discord so it doesn't take me long to reply to DM’s or jump on TS to deal with situations as fast as i can.

I am available daily at pretty much anytime but if I don't reply its because I'm busy irl or I'm asleep because of my aussie time zones.

Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?:

Theres a few places i want to the battalion to be at by the end of my term so i'm going to go over this by pointing out the key aspects of the battalion and how i want to improve them/maintain them throughout my term:

Officer Core
Now as of recent times the officer+ core has been dead or has had people who do the bare minimum and this need to improve because how are NCO’s going to want to host entertainments/patrols if they have no role models to follow as the officer core are not only there to promote and give orders they are suppose to be active role models for the battalion and the server which means leading by example. 3 words Presence,Rolemodelship and Dedication these are the 3 core values i want to be pushing onto the officer corps obviously irl takes first and i do understand that but if you know you won't be able to do your job i want to make sure that my officers know it doesn't hurt to resign or just step down and i want them to feel safe doing that and not to feel bad about it but along with that i want to uphold a higher standard for the officers in the battalion as i feel it is much needed and will benefit us in the long run. And by the end of my term i want to have a strong and active officer core and have at least 1-2 solid candidates to go for rex after me.

NCO Core
The NCO core has had its ups and its downs recently which all stems off them not having fun in the battalion due to lack of role models in the battalion. Which my goals for officers i hope that this starts engaging the NCO core a lot more but at the same time i want to NCO’s to start stepping up themselves to entertain the battalion and i think the best way to go about it is enforce a higher standard for the WO’s as they are the bridge between the NCO’s and the Officer’s and if we can get a solid WO duo i believe things will pick up immensely. As well as that i want to reintroduce Recruiter of the month and trainer of the month which will be a credit reward and well deserved commendation to whatever NCO has done the most trainings and whatever NCO has recruited the most i think this is a good incentive/moral boost that the NCO’s need right now.

Torrent Company

Torrent company have been lacking as of recent mostly because most people either want fives or people don't want to be locked to a lore character so they join 332nd instead. But this doesn't mean i don't have a plan so during and by the end of my term i want to enforce torrent company as an elite unit as it is much smaller than the 332nd and the best way to go about this in my eyes is haven't torrent company have the ability to split off from the main force and becoming a infiltration backline unit charged with gaining intel from the enemy backlines and infiltrating any compound or facility with the purpose of intel gathering and setting up a plan for 332nd to effectively siege said facility/compound this will bring a huge gap between what TC do and what 332nd do but will also give them a chance to work together as 2 sub-units as well as this im looking for TC to be our EOD specialist which they already are with the recent +15 to TC’s EOD rolls. By the end of my term I want to bring this concept to life and have a full TC and a great TCC in its place.
(Based partially on how 501st operated on umbara)

 

332nd
Now 332nd has had its ups and downs but recently more interest has been falling upon it because of the freedom to be your own character with that been said in the works right now is a 332nd document which will officially turn 332nd into a siege unit specializing in Breach and Clear and the capture/elimination of HVT’s and the recovery of VIP’s as in recovery of VIP’s i mean post negotiation exfil and pre negotiation of clearing the area and making sure there's no outside threat this will match perfectly with my plans for TC. At the end of my term I want to see a full or close to full 332nd actively playing and representing the battalion to the best of their ability.
(Based partially on how 332nd operated in mandalore)

Sub Units
Overall for subunits i want both to be good at recon and providing intel. And i want them to work in unison providing RP that everyone will enjoy.

Overall
Overall I want to see the battalion as a whole thrive to be the best it can be and I want to see the 501st start rivaling the 212th like it used to and provide a safe and fun environment for the people in the battalion. I care a lot for the 501st and all i want is to see it healthy again and i fully believe that i am capable of providing the leadership needed to bring it back because 501st needs a good rex to pick it backup and have a rex who goes through a full term and is activity participating in and out of game.

A big +1 for this man!! I remember I believe before Brak getting CO this dude was Hardcase and was carrying all 501st being basically only him online most of times. Silvian is now CMD of the 501st for his amazing job and I believe he will do amazing and carrying the legacy of Rex . Good luck Silvian you got this!

I believe you have what it takes to be Rex and have a good app however I do have an issue. Being a Jedi General and BCMD at the same time is most likely not achievable. Having to focus your time on two battalions like that will burn you out, so How do you plan on managing your time between the two?

Excellent question man. so obviously i didnt want to drop anything before i put the app up because nothing is set in stone and im not guaranteed to get the position. with that been said if i did get the position i have told alucard/gree that i will have 1-2 week grace period to see if i can manage both and if i cant balence them how i want or if i cant balance it at all i will drop my jedi general position as jedi master isnt hard to maintain + if i resign from jedi im still perma master eithe way.

when it comes to how i manage it ill do what im already doing and split deployment days between the 2 and mix match on non deployment days as i usually play a character based off the current environment or event.

Spoke to you abt this already but I'm super shaky on your switches between Yoda to Jocasta Nu to Luminara. I would've liked to see you leave a Jedi position before you applied as the next Rex needs to be undoubtedly and fully focused and devoted to improving the battalion. Regardless, you have the experience and knowledge on how to manage a battalion like this. If you do get Rex, I hope you and I can have multiple situations to RP together.
