Hello Everyone. The past weeks after i came out off surgery has put my mind to work, Synergy, The server i have spent the past 5 years on playing. Do i still wanna continue can i still continue. In these 5 years i have seen faces come and go, alot of the old heads from the old days are gone [Retired] from the server. some are still here but most are gone. The past Months ive slowly been fading from synergy and Gmod, to the point wich im at now. I tried my best to commit myself to any Battalion or Faction i became apart off. The 501st, my Very first Battalion, in command at that time @Omalic. god ive had fun with the boys back than on Endor. a year of consistant service to that battalion till i moved on. The Corusant Guard, i loved beating the shit out off people with the stick. god that was fun. So i can name a few other Battalions ive played with in the past 5 years. But i think the Major one people know me from is the Following. The Navy [Naval] [Base ops]. 3 Years Of service. 3 Years in the Navy, god what fun times i had with people. For the Navy my final goal would have been to become Yularen, but after a while i realised. Practicly ive been Yularen already 3 times. ive lead the Navy on my own for months after former Yularens were gone and noone wanted to join the Navy. I tried my best for the Navy in the end i hope it was worth it, else i would have been for nothing. But Ive come a far way under the command of @Brace @Freck @Brooklyn @Drone @Tec and @Fyi, under all these Admirals ive served, and im proud to have served them. Ima be real. I have not grudge or hate against you. But ive seen stuff from your end wich you also have seen in me. Plus helping people that are cloaked in BCC with data heist trough TS in conspiracy with an RC wich had his helmet off on purpose im curious to know what other thigs might have happend during your time as LT. I havent had the best interactions with you, actually the only times i talked with you were when you were mad about something 1 Naval did and yelled at me for it. Im sorry but i have to -1 you, with the Character youve shown me i dont think youre well fit for a High Command position. (This is based on interactions between BH/ You and Myself)

Now i will not dispute we all had things we could agree or disagree with Bacta, Hell in the past i did have Disagreements with the man. Your Communication Skill arent Lacking at all ima be real with you i whas sad to find out people were leaving Naval because of the merit system, i also whas saddend to hear that people went around me and Buzz and went to you disregarding the CoC. Did you attend to help us? Yes you did. March 27th whas the first time i heard of said problem with you asking the naval Officer Corp a question [What about removing merits for the time being?] At that time we werent aware of a big problem so we were thinking of decreasing requirements and increasing Merits per criteria. 2 days after that i posted my Yularen Application and from there i found out the merit system whas a BIG problem within Naval. you may remind the same day the first person posted anything about this Problem i went into a call with you. I asked if you knew and you replied with Yes people DMed me about it. That kinda left me broken and stunned after that conversation, the second we left call i PMed Buzz that we were removing the Merit System effective Immidiatly. Since than you have Helped us with Problems we had and Questions we had [Yes you preverred talking to me instead of Buzz] Should you be Judged for that? Yes and No. Other than that you dont lack Communication in my eyes. and ive read trough every comment in this application. Yes every bloody 52 of them. and some gave me a headache. Im still amazed how people can be Pitty about the events from stuff close to a year ago to well over a year ago. Everyone Bloody Human can change in a short period of time [hate me for saying this if u want] Do you sometimes come over ChildIsh? Yes but so does 8/10 people on Synergy. At the current time there are a few things i can promise yes. 1: Increasment of RP within the Navy [Mostly Passive] 2: A jump in activity from the old state it whas in. 3: more coordination with Battalions 4: an Active officer core that can procceed the Lagacy of the navy. 5: [a personal 1] my own personality and organization. Regarding to my Leadership capabilities. In my point of view im working with what i got and im trying to do the job to the best of my knowledge. Do i lack Leadership? At the current moment of time it had indeed been mentioned 2 days ago that the merit system was flawed, I personally dont look at the merits but the players. But to hear that people are leaving bcs of it worries me indeed. i have not been informed that players have been leaving because of this reason till now. It was brought to our attention 2 days ago by the Marshall Commander, Before that we didnt have any knowledge about big flaws / problems with the merit system we have. but im now just talking yes we are fixing this, For now we are removing the Merit system for the time being or even forever. During all my time within the navy the RP within the faction has only decreased instead of improved. I'm not gonna make it mandatory but I will surely promote it to a higher standard which might affect the person's standing within the navy's ranking structure. [Branches] 1: RSB The RSB branch has now been a promise to be done and set by different admirals, after all that time the Branch still hast been brought back since the last time it was seen. Now I won't make promises but I will do my best to try and get this branch back up and running again. I heard people have been waiting for this for a while now. Currently we have people working on idealizing this Branch, this will for now be a priority on our to do list. 1: Naval Outreach I want the Navy to increase bonding with battalions. The Jedi have done that by Battalion Jedi. I wanna implant Naval Outreach back into the Navy. What will they do? Naval Outreach is simple its an operative from PO+ that will attach himself to a Battalion, If the Battalion has any ideas or any Complaints from the Navy they can take this to their Outreach wich will relate it to the Officer Corp of the Navy, from there the Officer Corp takes that part over. The Operative can also tag along in missions for team building as for RP. -==[Naval Trainings]==- [Overview] At This Time Navals Trainings Are Something You Get Once Then Never Think About Again, However Getting Medical Training Just Magically Lets You Glue A Trooper Who Was Shot With A Rocket Back Together Apparently… What Could Be Done By Active Naval Would-Be Refreshers Or Drills Regarding The Trainings They Oversee. [ATC/Pilot] At This Time I See No Major Problem With These Trainings, It Is Just The Fact There Is Almost No Naval Ever On To Run The ATC System So Clone Officers Normally End Up Doing It. [ENG/MED] At this current time the Medical Branch has no CMO but there are 2 applicants on the way trying to achieve this position. Engineering is currently being handled by the newly appointed COE Buzz Aka Tarkin.
