How do you feel your previous term went?:

I feel as though it went very well. I obviously had a few bumps in the beginning due to me still adjusting to Guild Lieutenant and then starting to run the Faction as Guild Leader. After I adjusted to the work load it was easy to manage while also pushing out my agenda. I did all of the things I wanted to complete, which I was surprised about in all honesty. It was a lot to get through, and I mean A LOT. From completely revamping the Black Market, to introducing a completely new gambling system to the server, to balancing renown and whitelists, to updating Clan Leader Roles and Clan RP Cultivation. Even getting Marshal+ access to the base full time played a big part in all of this. The inclusion of hunters’ into the Clone’s daily lives was a huge step, thanks Conrad. We have finally started achieving the balance we have been working towards for the last 3 months, and it’s paying off.

 

Moving onto the bad side. I definitely screwed up on a few things during these 3 months. First thing was not responding to Guild Leadership Applications on a timely matter, at one point we had 2 people waiting over a month with positive applications with no response from us. Due to this, all applications will ping everyone in the Leadership team so we know and won’t forget. Next thing was the balance. I spent a lot of time developing the Hostile side of the Faction, but neglected the Friendly aspect of it until ⅔ into my term. I also wanted to spend more time developing storylines for the Faction, but this was neglected due to my laziness contacting the GM team, and the deciding to get Staff on my own, only to then start doing stuff.

 

Between the two sides, I would definitely say that the positives heavily outweighed the negatives, at least in my opinion. The Faction now has a plethora of new avenues to play around with; and with the progression ladder being updated to fit the long run, more people can enjoy the grind for longer, while putting in a lot more love and care into their characters and associations.
 

Why do you wish to remain Guild Leader?:

I’ll be blunt. This is the best position I have ever held on this server. This beats every other applicable position, every lore character, everything. It is only second to my First Wolffe Term since I felt the most emotional bond with a group of people at that time. I wish to remain in this position because I want to see all of my plans through. I’ve spent my entire first term doing doc work and yelling at Satan to code stuff for me, that I haven’t been able to search for any issues. I want to remain Guild Leader so by the time my successor get’s the position after me, they won’t have any issues and can spend their time doing what they want to do; instead of fixing my mistakes. I want to stay as Guild Leader because I love the position. I love the ego boost. I love the people I work with and I love yelling at Satan to code for me.

My job allows me to be on my phone pretty much all day. So I am basically available 17 hours a day for 7 days a week. Only time I am not is when I am sleeping.
 

What have you achieved within your faction during your past term?:

I’ll just give a quick list.

• Renovating the Black Market

• Introducing a new Gambling System the server has never had before

• Restructuring the Cabinet to include 1 more Lieutenant for a total of 3 and dropping 1 Marshal for a total of 4

• Restructuring the Neutral / Hostile / Friendly Sub Factions to have more defined roles and individuality perks

• Condensing Documents and equalizing the workload from Lieutenants to Marshals

• Succeeding in allowing Marshal / Lieutenant / Leader on base with permanent passes to represent the Faction and it’s interests

• Reworked Clan permissions and Structure. Moved Clan Leaders to Guild Leadership and allowed Clan Members to vote out their Leader should they be inadequate

• Reworked Renown and the Tier System

• Remove Clan Whitelists so people actually go through progression

• Reworked the Priority Tiers for more simplicity

• Added Renown Ranges and Caps for Bounties: Cabinet & Commissioned

• Worked to incentivize Hostile and Friendly Action. Made Hostile Hunters’ more utilized and Friendly Hunters’ more included

• Cracked down on the Cabinet. Removing people that didn’t do anything or show any want for improvement

• Elongated the Progression Process by making more obtainable items that can unlock more pathways. I.E. Black Market Licenses / Personal Lockers
   

What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your faction?:

I’ve taken my breathe of fresh air after completing everything I set out to do, and no intend to work on Improving the Foundations and Systems I laid in my first term. 90% of the decisions made in the last 3 months were only talked about through Clan Leaders and Guild Leadership. Now, I intend to take the opinions and suggestions from the rest of the Faction Members. Since they are the ones who will be using these systems the most, their suggestions are invaluable right now. Everything has only been set up for a short time, so now it is time to seal any issues sooner rather than cause problems for the next Guild Leader.

 

Obviously if I think anything else can be changed or added I will definitely be on the lookout and actively searching for it. I don’t have any immediate plans to change much other than ROE, as this is probably the most outstanding issue Bounty Hunters’ face on a daily basis. Other than that, all community feedback.

I’ve gone from a Regular Hunter to a Marshal and now a Lieutenant under you and it’s been a great experience. You make BH even more fun that it already is, and your involvement and revamp of the black market has been amazing.
