I didnt vote on Finn's first app cause I had worked with him pretty closely for 5-6 months prior and I was extremely biased towards him. I can definitely now say that watching and working under Finn as ATK Reg was extremely easy, in a lot of cases helpful and a pleasure. Finn takes a nice balance between hands on and hands off approach, he knew when to come in and give 212ths HC his thoughts and he knew when we had things locked down and to let us do our thing. Finn was very responsive and when it came time for him to use his RCMD position to help us with changes and relations with other battalions he proved to be very effective and an obvious person to lean on. Lastly his communication was amazing, telling me when his focus would shift more towards another battalion within or even outside of his regiment, he would come and personally talk to me or one of my CMDRs to let us know! Bane has been a power house of a worker in 212th almost to a Bacta level. He carried out what I need him to every time I depended on him, he found issues where I could not, he had creative ideas that I would never think of, and he knew when I was wrong and was not afraid to tell me. I was a stagnant Cody who was there to be an active BCMD, keep the ship floating and to fix minor things. Our core structure works very well, why change it? But after 3 months of me at the reigns 212th needs someone who will advocate good changes and I believe Bane will fit that suit very well. Its the circle life of Codys! To respond to this I will say that it can be hard to tell when Bane is teasing/messing around (which he does a lot). But as I became very close with Bane it was so obviously clear what was teasing and joking compared to his normal attitude. As I'm sure his relationships within 212th are only gonna get better as he continues in HC; being Cody or not. Bane cares deeply for 212th and never had intentions to make anyone feel like he was being mean towards them and when I was brought to his attention, I immediately saw him working to improve that skill set on this server. I'm certain that he will do well and carry out things that I never did and I am excited to see what he'll bring to the table in 212th. Good luck brother ill be around! +1

+1. Palpatine is a very strong tool when it comes to in game roleplay and your interpretation of Palpatine seems to be a fan favourite. Most of us experienced players don't appreciate it as much as we used to but each one of us has that memory of someone in a cool position roleplaying with us and it making our day, and I constantly see new players in my battalion/other battalions have those cool moments with you as Palpatine and they'll cling on to that for the rest of their time on synergy. That alone warrants my +1. I haven't worked with you personally in my time here in CMD+ positions but the HC surrounding you seems super healthy! Cheers to another three months!

Look I don't like to vote on apps when there's multiple up but I cant not support Bacta. All though everyone has their opinions on Bacta I dont think anyone in this community can say that he doesnt put his entire effort into the positions he achieves. 212th did extremely well under him and I'm sure he'll do well here too! @Bacta If you remove outreach, I'm keeping @Drayton I like this man too much! +1
