Experience: I have been in the guild cabinet now for almost 3 months, I am a former Commander Valiant, Current Dash-29, Former Commander Colt, Former Mereel Skirata

 In real life I work with the YMCA in which I am a site coordinator of multiple different areas of our branch. Which basically means i am in charge of scheduling activities and staff schedules. And being a source of fun for the children that come into our programs

Why should you become Guild Leader?: One of the main reasons is that i can say without a shadow of a doubt that i am one of the very few reasons why bounty hunters have seen such a resurgence in recent months. I am one of the most active in the community on my bounty hunter character and I am more known for my bounty hunter than my clone. I want to bring about the full resurgence of the Guild and see it reach a new pinnacle the likes of which haven’t been seen before. Bounty Hunter activity is currently in a wave like flow meaning that for a few weeks we are very active and then that activity will basically die down to me and malore barring a few others here and there. My main goal will be to make sure that wave turns into a more consistent line. How will i do this you might ask? Of course not alone. I commend Rocksteady for reviving our cabinet and bringing in fresh faces with amazing new ideas as well as bringing Satan in as our new Intel Director which has been amazing. These people are who i will use and work with to help bring about these changes such as, A better understanding of what clones should and shouldn’t do when engaging a BH in rp, Making major interactions with clones feel less hostile by the end of it, and making bounty hunter be a fun job you can hop on and just let loose for a little bit and have some great rp. Speaking on Rp, I feel that RP is one of the key things that make bounty hunters so successful and i can say it is most definitely my favorite part, and i want to share that experience. So I will also start helping people by breaking down the barriers that some people have and showing them all the wonderful ways you can rp as a Bounty hunter because if we’re being honest it's not easy when you're starting out.
Next our Roe is still being worked on and I will most definitely facilitate that completion as the first thing. I also know that it is more important for clones to know the proper Rules of engagement for the Bounty Hunters so that we don’t have as much tension between the factions outside of rp and we can have less OOC arguments that could’ve been avoided had these rules already been made aware to public knowledge. This has been talked about and needed for a very long time and I am upset that it has not been acted on sooner than this.

Another thing I want to rework is our ranks. There is currently no reason to have them go up to level 9 other than the title it comes with, which now that we are instituting our own custom titles into the guild won’t be used at all. We need new reasons for people to want to use renown other than Just for jobs and Credits. What I would like to do is work in conjunction with staff to have certain weapons be buyable, with renown, as a one time use in order for someone to use another weapon. This could also allow us to make special bounties that must be completed with certain weapons in order to be fulfilled. Of course there is no guarantee that this can be a thing as I will need high staff approval but we do need a new reason to spend renoun.

Speaking of renoun I currently do not feel that prices and renoun can be brought up.i feel that it isn’t exciting to get 6 renoun for a bounty but add a 0 onto the end of that and it's a whole new ball game. In terms of the way that Psychology works people are 9 times out of 10 happier to get 60 of something than 6 of something because it is a larger number. Hence why instead of me getting 45 credits for a job I get 450. It's all about perception. You can get people more excited with big numbers.

Activity and consistency as i have mentioned are a problem for us so one thing I believe should be implemented is an incentive for activity to be improved and positive roleplay to be encouraged. As of posting this i do not have a solid idea for this currently if that changes throughout this process i will update my app

Another thing that I will do is Communicate with my cabinet. In the last few places I have been as a high role communication has been somewhat of an issue so my main goal is to strive for clear and concise communication with my cabinet. I will also strive to be transparent with my cabinet so that they know what I am planning and how I believe we should implement things. Now with that being said there is a lot of I’s in those statements so let me make this part very clear. I am going to communicate any and all changes with my cabinet before I implement anything and make sure each of them have a say or a hand in these decisions. It is my belief that this is how any good commander should be and it has been a staple in how I have led before. And my men were some of the most consistent in a while partly because of that.

Lastly and finally, I love Bounty Hunter. I don’t just play on it to have fun by myself. I do it cause i love the interactions i get to have with the player base and these interactions are all enjoyable whether good or bad. For those who don’t want to rp with me, i dont force them to and for those who do have told me and pm’d me after saying how much fun they have had with these scenarios. I made Willy for the enjoyment of myself AND for our playerbase and The  Bounty Hunter faction is what allowed me to do that. I care for this Faction and will guarantee its prosperity under my watch. This i Swear

What do you feel the role of the Guild Leader is?: The Guild Leader is someone who sets the standard that all Bounty Hunters should achieve. He/She is the person that personifies what it is to be a part of the guild. Out of the game, They are the person who sets up all of the rules and delegates the Guild Cabinets roles. They set expectations fo0r themselves and those under them. They update the docs and make sure that Bounty Hunter is running smoothly. They are also in charge of running any major changes they wish to make by the high staff team and ensuring proper communication lines are followed in regards to that side of everything. I know there is a lot more to it then this but I have not gotten many responses into my inquiries of what else it is about.

How do you plan to improve relations between the guild and the server?: Well I have already been trying to improve these relations already. Anytime an argument breaks out in ooc i always try to defuse that situation. It does no one any good to have people arguing about stuff in ooc. If this is the case i have and will ask people to come to the hunting room so we can talk it out like civilized people. I plan on continuing that if I am chosen as the Guild Lead. Also as i have stated before i am going to be making a roe for the clones to follow when it pertains to BH’s so that there is overall less confusion. If anyone ever has any questions i will quickly respond and sort out their problem immediately. I will go around and actively promote good relations with people in the TS as well.
