I realize I never officially voted on this application. I'm sorry brother but I gotta -1. You say how you're "already doing the work for the position"... but you're not. You haven't been working on anything as of this application being up (yes, I am cutting you some slack because you're on LOA, however I feel like you shouldn't even be allowed to have an LOA up with an active BCMD app). I know you're a good guy, but since I've joined 104th I haven't seen anything from you nor do I agree with some of your ideas for 104th, so it'll be a -1 at this time. Before your LOA when I joined, I didn't see you around, and obviously now that you're on LOA, I still don't see you. It's hard for me to +1 an applicant I haven't seen in game, I'm sure you're a good leader, but I have to vote based on what I've seen. So far, I haven't seen anything that you've talked about in this application nor you working on any of your ideas already. Good luck man, I wish you the best.

+1, Honestly, in no way will this suggestion even effect me as a 104th member. If the battalion wants it, and I have no reason to care, why not +1... I mean, surely if it's a dumb idea as everyone says the founders will just... not implement it. Anyways, good luck

This application needs actual plans on how you will achieve these goals... you tell us what you want for 104th, most of which I can agree with, but you don't provide a plan. The only actual plans you speak about in your application are that you want to update docs, add rewards for training and recruiting, and then make SGM babysit other NCOs to get promoted. (The point of having an Officer Core is to watch the NCOs.) I can't give an accurate vote as so much information is being held back in this application. I suggest revising your application and trying again. There are no clear plans, no explanation of how you'll achieve the goals you talk about, and a few spelling mistakes within your application. Good luck with your application; use this as constructive criticism to make your app even better.

I'm interested in what foundation you're talking about? In your app, the only thing you say regarding it is that you want to have higher standards for Council... but you don't explain how you plan on doing it? You go in depth about how you WANT the standard to change, and you explain why Council members are just Masters who can vote... but you don't explain your plan on increasing said standard. Also, from what the app says, you're focused mainly on just filling your council and lore characters... what systems do you have/plan to have in place to ensure the people you're putting into these positions are worthy of it and know how to roleplay as that character?

+1, I've been absent on the server for quite some time, but since returning, I have seen Jedi occasionally doing decent work. However, one big thing for me is to start the narrative now, before you even get your interview for Yoda. I think the importance of roleplay needs to be a big point for your masters and lore characters. There have been numerous times when I've tried to roleplay with some of the lore Jedi characters but got no response or received cut-and-dry responses because I wasn't a lore character or someone of high rank. Just some food for thought: good luck with your application and the interview.

I can see why the suggestion was posted, nobody uses their battalion officer whitelist unless they're a brand new transfer. However realistically, unless they get rid of ALL battalion's officer whitelist, this won't pass. It's either every battalion changes the whitelist, or none do. Good luck tho (+1 for changing officer whitelists, but -1 to everything else tbh. They won't only do this for 212th and not the rest of the battalions as well)
