How many terms you've held the position?: One.

Why do you wish to maintain this position?: I wish to maintain the position of Blitz because I feel my work is not finished within Rancor. If I were to obtain another term as Blitz I want to continue implementing more ideas that will make Rancor more unique between the battalions of the server. 

Current availability: I will be available most weekdays in the morning due to working in the afternoons and all day on the weekends.

What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: During my first term as Blitz, I have achieved many things. Rancor’s officer core has been made stronger as I’ve made incentives for officers and given them more opportunities to shine within their ranks (I.E the ability to host ARC trainings). I've created an environment within Rancor high command that makes the commanders want to be active and to get on the server, not only get on for ARC training's. I have implemented an automatic roster where Clone wars players can see the progression of their ARC status through the training's they obtain. 

What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: Since being moved to the Specialized Regiment, Rancor has had to become acquainted with new battalions to work closely with. I plan to work with whomever the next Specialized Regimental Commander is and have Rancor partake in multiple joint training's with fellow Specialized Battalions. I will also take this time to rework some of the ARC training's now that we can host a majority of training's on the event server. This in turn will help the player base and Rancor by making the ARC training's more immersive and RP friendly.

First of all a quick question, are you still taking into consideration of the eARC/Alpha system? It seems that it isn’t on Rancor’s high priority list but I am still wondering if it is still being reworded, reason I am asking is because previous Blitz said they were working on it and not much has been done with it or even talked about it. But I think you did a good job as Blitz your first term and hope to see even more next term! +1

At this point in time the eARC/Alpha training is being redone and will mostly likely be reconstructed into something completely different.

I've seen a lot of stuff criticizing you being a reclusive BCMD. I'm not going to take their word as law, so I'll ask you directly: What's your response to this criticism? Obviously this is the idea that you don't communicate with your Officer Corps/Battalion as well as some people would like. This, as well, falls under the category of you not speaking with battalions on the outside.

Would you say this is a real problem that you encountered through your first term? If so, do you plan to rectify this in the future?

Thank you for the question. 

During my first term as Blitz I tried to be as open as possible with my troopers. This being said I obviously cannot disclose everything regarding high command decisions with them unless it directly pertains to lower personnel within Rancor. 
 

For this term I will try to be more informative on the decisions regarding ARC changes for battalions if they are to come up.

Question, while it may be time zones or me just being a 6head, however, I didn’t see you on as much and I feel with my past experience that a BCMDs activity directly correlates to battalion success. So how active where you in this last term would you say, and how would you go about making your presence more known on the server?

I’m mostly on during the morning and late at night on weekdays due to working evening as stated above. I’m in ts during the hours at work whenever possible. I’m on all day during the weekends if nothing comes up. 
 

As per my last term I was on mostly everyday unless something came up.

I believe there is a good amount of non-alpha officers currently.
 That being said we’re always looking at SNCOs and NCOS for new officer positions.

1.In the time I have been in Rancor every NCO+ has been extremely helpful guiding me and getting me to where I am now. Everyone attempts to help others that I can see and me as well. 

2. I feel that Sixta is always making sure that Rancor is presented the best as it can be to the best of his ability. During Training, Events, and Deployments he tries to make the comms and us as rancor look the best.

Now I did give him a +1 but there is improvement needed to be made

 For one Activity needs for NCO+ needs to be improved where there are days where I am the only one on and nothing to do. People not filling requirements should be removed after a week or so and after you have you have warned then in a message.

Other then that It has been a great time having you as BCMD and I hope to see you run another term as I feel you are the best candidate for the position.

So I’m going to have To -1 for various reasons

first off, So basically after you got blitz oh my lord, I have never seen so much arguing within the battalion and fighting with each other that people like me and silvers for example who don’t even play actively on the server have to yell at you guys to stop fighting with each other, it’s like you just sit there and let it happen, you’re in the channel while it happens which just looks bad on you because like this isn’t the way people should act, and you might be like oh they’re just playing around, but it’s not that they’re playing around all the time either, for example, me and Nigel arguing that’s just us playin around, but lord oh lord, I’m not going to name people because I rather them just see this and be like oh that’s me, but some argue more than others and start it for no reasoning. Also it looks worse on you when you start laughing at the people arguing or adding onto their arguments when it should be something that should be handled in a different way.

2. Activity, Rancor is at its lowest activity for sure. I hop on hoping there’ll be some rancor on, but nope, 1 or 2 usually on consistently for the majority of the day unless someone announces there’s an event or ARC training, that is the only time people actually are on, and I haven’t seen you take any initiative to actually doing something about that, maybe I don’t know, but I’m not just going to take oh were working on it, cause anyone can say that.

3. So overall battalion standards also dropped and I just see people acting like normal troopers who haven’t been ARC Trained, during events battle comms is a such an issue with everyone talking, I’ve seen non ARCs have better battle comms in my time on the server, as well NCOs kinda just sit there on their rank for weeks and weeks without no punishment for not doing their requirements, it’s usually the same NCOs actually doing something and as well same officers. Trainings, they’re like unknown to NCOs I’m pretty sure cause they can’t really do them if there’s not anyone to do be there.

4. The lack of leadership is just awful and officers not helping lower ranks is even worse, I see enlisted asking for help all the time but there’s never anyone there for them, Samething in Teamspeak, I’ll hop in for about an hour when there’s not more than 2 or 3 people in TS and some enlisted in there are kind of just lost without having guidance as what they should be doing, so basically what I’m also saying communication within the battalion is shit.

5. last but not least, behavior, so when I hop in Teamspeak I won’t deny being a dumbass sometimes but I mostly do it in the alpha ARC channel, but the amount of just mingy shit that goes on is more than usual and nothing is usually said about it, which it shouldn’t just be left unnoticed because if it’s left unnoticed than that person will have the mind set of oh look I got away with it so then I’ll be mingy again and keep having that attitude and behavior and the only thing that’s usually done is moving them out of the channel and that’s it, also another thing moving people out of the channel for no reason just to troll them isn’t something you should do, cause it looks bad on you or whoever does it, just cause you have the power to doesn’t mean that you have to abuse it, if you have a good reason to use it go ahead, if not don’t.

6. So I didn’t even think of this before, but this isn’t just towards you, but to all of HC, but all of your behavior is questionable, some of you are very impulsive to say the least, Pranzer I would say it probably the most mature out of all the HC and I think he should serve as an example to the rest of you, When people are arguing like i said before, some HC are apart of this issue and add onto the issue by yelling too, yelling wont fix anything else than adding onto the noise and continuing it, I would expect y’all to be at the point of where not just you guys but everyone is capable of speaking without yelling, and some of y’all act immature at times.

also forgot to add that even though yes you’re active, but the thing is, are you even putting that time that you’re active to use, because I’ve hadn’t seen many changes else than Battalion ARC changes and that’s it and as well as dealing with other HC stuff that I just hear about.

Similar to Stockings I abstained on his original app not really knowing if Sixta had the capability to step into a role as demanding as Blitz.

I can say from my time working with him that he has handled it well. 
He cares about the unit, puts his men as a top priority, and creates a culture of inclusivity, and warmth that makes people want to be in RANCOR.

Many of the criticisms mentioned earlier aren’t really that accurate, and are more concerns labeled at the older high command structure which Sixta has been addressing as of late.

I think with his second term he will be able to put his palms into motion now that he has a nearly full High Command structure with those he has picked.

Sixta is doing a great work as Blitz, I believe his 2nd term will be the term that will defy his tryue impact towards Rancor, as he has created a foundation, now he is able to build upon it, improving the battalion even further.
