Jedi Master: I was first promoted to the rank of Jedi Master around February/March 2017 (Can't remember the exact date). I gained a lot of insight into the role of a Jedi Master. During that time, I assisted with many changes to the order that would eventually pass on that functionality into what the Order is today. I assisted the Jedi Order by hosting/assisting with trials, opening discussion for all Jedi to communication with the council/any master. At the time, Yoda & Mace were really the only "High Command" of the Jedi, so I spent a lot of time assisting them with tasks that needed to be done and helped other masters with any work. I helped make Jedi be more enjoyable, including revamping how trials are done, adding new trials, creation of RP situations for Jedi. Myself and other masters were there for the testing and release of the new King David Light saber Combat System and helped anyone needing it and assisting the devs and executives.
Luminara (Icefuse): Luminara was one of my first Master positions in my newly acquired role of Jedi Master (Besides the short lived Ima Gun Di). I assisted the battalion for all Jedi during Egg's term as Commander Gree. This was at the time I also stepped down from 41st XO. I assisted all battalion members with training, recruiting new clones including Jedi. I helped the members with battalion growth. I was in attendance to meetings to assist with changes and/or any discussion within the 41st. At this time besides my clone, I got to know my battalion more than I thought I could ever. I made good relationships with my Barriss Offee's at the time, as well as hosting the trials to ensure that a good candidate was suited for the position.
Luminara (Synergy): When I came back to the server in November, I got back into Jedi work and the first position of Jedi General I had acquired was Luminara. At the time I was already familiar with the members (Egg was Gree). I assisted to the best of my abilities with enhancing the Jedi experience, which also included creating the trial itself for 41st Jedi. I was on almost every day helping and attending events, meetings, general roleplay with the 41st. I created a standard for rules regarding battalion Jedi as well as the clone relationship within 41st.
Obi Wan Kenobi (Icefuse): This is probably one of the roles I stuck with the most out of all the Masters I have been, including to this day. During the time Billiam was Commander Cody, I assisted with everything I could have thought of within the 212th. I developed relationships that I still keep to this day. I did my best to assist to make the battalion in great standing. I also did clone work as a Senior Officer, but spent majority of my time occupied as Obi Wan. I assisted with maintaining Ghost Company as well as 2ndAC. I was in this role for a few months prior to the events that lead to Synergy's creation. I consider being the role of Obi Wan during Icefuse one of my best accomplishments as a Jedi Master since I was able to do so much with the battalion that only wasn't Jedi related. I helped others recruit and recruited myself, I assisted with changes and questions anyone had. I gained great insight to how other battalions operate (This was my first battalion joining other than 41st). I gained the trust of the 212th since Obi Wan is a highly respected role within their group. I was able to communicate on a daily basis, even if I was not present at the time. I formed friendships with a lot of the members and was able to comfortably talk to them about any issues, including any issues I had myself. Cabrera (AKA current Synergy Obi Wan) I was a member of the battalion with. I was able to leave an impact with the battalion even after I parted ways from the role of Obi Wan Kenobi.
Cin Drallig: I acquired the role of Battlemaster Cin Drallig around Spring 2018. During my time as Cin Drallig I assisted with the creation/clarification of the Temple Guard Rules & Regulations (Updated as of 2020). I was able to make the Temple Guards more at the hand of Cin Drallig instead of the council, which is still a thing to this day. I gained the trust of my fellow TG and was always there when they needed me.
Shaak Ti: During my time as Shaak Ti (Rider was Blitz). I was able to form a stable relationship with Rancor at the time before my departure. I was Shaak Ti for around a 1 month to 1.5 months. At the time I have never been apart of Rancor, nor attend much ARC selections/training's, so it was a very new experience for myself. I assisted Tyzen when he was Yoda and did my work as Jedi High Command. I kept track of Commander Reports for Battalion Jedi and reported them during our High Council Meeting, I assisted and helped observe with Rancor regarding training's and individual battalion work. I helped bridge the gap between Jedi & Clone relationship. I was able to form a stable relationship that enhance communication between the two. I helped keep track of battalion documents, training's, Jedi branches, and oversee the work of all Battalion Jedi, including Padawans and Knights.
Mace Windu: I had acquired the role of Master of the Order Mace Windu during the time of Llama's first term as Yoda. This was at the time of the creation of Synergy, but unfortunately it was short lived to a few weeks due to what had been going on and also life stuff.
Current (Temple Guard): I have been a Temple Guard Master for a couple weeks. During the time I have assisted the Managers with trials, assisted Cin Drallig with anything that needed to be done. The current Serra Keto (Clutch) I have worked with and assisted with anything needed.
Why should you become Grand Master?: Gonna be honest, this is my first time applying for a position. Back then, I did not acquire the privilege of being in such a leadership position. Since I have been back, I have developed a great rapport with the current masters and Jedi High Command. We have a lot of great masters, hardworking and passionate about the stability of the Jedi Order. We are currently still lacking in some aspects regarding RP & Stability. I want all Jedi on synergy to be on the same page. I understand that some stuff can be confidential, but the idea I have been pushing for is to make sure everyone is informed on various situations, not leaving people questioning what happened. In my honest opinion with Jedi itself, masters especially, it is not reassuring and helpful to say "Don't worry about it" which is a current issue we still face but improving. I have (along with other masters) pushed for great changes that can improve the status of the council and the server Jedi to be more synergistic. A lot of ideas from my end are slowly being implemented with the assistance of others. I do not believe only one or two men (Yoda & Windu) can ultimately bring back 100% stability, this includes the work and dedication of all Jedi, especially masters. During my term, I will heavily be monitoring the work of my Masters, including all Jedi High Command. Currently we have a lack of effort by certain individuals and are slowly dealing with the situations. Recently, we have had issues that lead to an unexpected event today, but I want to be able to use that as a learning opportunity during my time as Yoda, to be able to build off mistakes that have happened and better them for everyone, to make the server more enjoyable. Communication right now is the #1 killer in my opinion, I want Masters that are passionate about there work and actually care to login to the server and RP as a Jedi, not a minge. It puts a bad reputation on everyone, especially Yoda. Right now, the masters seem to not be on the same page. I want to eliminate any gap that we have in communication because this issue has lead to many individuals feeling secluded, angry, and ultimately depressed.
Jedi have recently been under fire regarding RP as a Jedi. I understand that sometimes people like to have fun, but recently, many individuals are treating Jedi like it is a meme. I want to put my foot down and help reduce the meme someone people think the Jedi are. Recently we are having people disobeying the ROE and overall Jedi Rules. Again, communication is apart of this issue. I personally have been discussing with individuals regarding problems and concerns they may have for Jedi, especially towards masters. I have participated in meetings to discuss the RP aspect of Jedi. I want people to roleplay what they are playing as and at the same time keep it fun. I don't want forced RP but I plan to heavily encourage people creating their own roleplay and obeying the rules at the same time. Branches are improving immensely, especially with the implementation of Padawans becoming Managers.
Many individuals on the server have been feeling discouraged to give feedback on Masters out of fear of being reprimanded. I have actively been trying to talk to others regarding this, utilizing our form and my personal feedback to relay to the individuals including Yoda & Mace. I am going to talk with all Jedi more in depth to discuss every single issue with Jedi, not only RP. I want the overall opinion of the stability of the Jedi Order, if we cannot keep it in check, everything will collapse.
I will be cracking down on individuals taking advantage of the name Jedi Master. People think of this position as something "I've done my work, I can chill", keeping that mentality is a no go. Being an great Yoda means providing and obtaining constructive criticism and relaying that information to your team. It is most important to keep the server/Jedi updated with all current events happening. Reforming the order for the best interest of everyone. There are immense changes that need to be made to ensure that no one is in a situation scratching their head or hating themselves. I want the mental health of all Jedi, especially Master to be in good standing. Regarding rules, we are implementing measures, and I will be ensuring those measures will be taken into account regarding discipline for those breaking rules and degrading others. I personally have taken into account as a Master to help assist with the system of actually helping others within the server if your discipline was not severe, but will be severe if you do not commit to what you are assigned.
Overall as Yoda, I want to assist enhancing the relationship between every single individual on the server, including all clones and all Jedi. I want everyone to be aware of the current standing of the Jedi. I want everyone to look at the Jedi like it used to be, prestigious. Masters will be looked at as prestigious individuals and role models to those below them as well as being role models as Commanders and Generals, as well as overall Jedi with their battalions. I will be implementing measures as we currently are, and continue improving and applying concepts and ideas to better communicate with everyone. I want everyone to have a voice and feel important, which is a major indicator of a person enjoying the server. Right now for some, being a Jedi feels like an obligation more than a hobby and I will put an end to that.
Do you understand the lore of the Jedi Order (as relevant to Clone Wars)?: Yes
Availability: Currently I am available every day, some days are after the hours of 4:30 on weekdays. In a couple weeks, for 3 days a week I work and will be available after. But the other 4 days I am available all day.
Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:
Gaining the rank of Jedi Master (2nd time).
Gaining the rank of High Jedi General: This gave me more responsibility with the order as well as a higher responsibility within the Republic Army and within my battalion.
Shaak Ti: This provided me with a chance to interact fully with Jedi & Clones. I was able to assist and represent everyone on the server with Jedi.
Cin Drallig: Being able to work personally with the most prestigious branch on the server is an excellent and rewarding experience. I was able to focus 100% on Jedi and assist the Temple Guards with innovation and reform.
Mace Windu: Although this was short lived it is still a great accomplishment to get the chance to become this role.

Where do you want the Jedi Order to be at the end of your term?: I want to be able to make a lasting print into the Order. I want to be able to set a goal for all current Jedi to achieve and work towards. I want people to be able to look back and think about the changes that were made and innovation that was applied to make the Order in a stable position. I want individuals to actually want to play Jedi, not feel obligated to do so. No one will follow you if any resistance is felt, I want everyone to trust each other after I have parted ways from the position. I want to make a lasting impact that hopefully will pursue through all future Yoda's and apply to the Jedi in the same aspect. There is always room for improvement and I believe that I can help spark that. I want all Jedi to feel accomplished with anything they achieve. I want the Knight and Padawan relationship to be an actual friendship, not feeling like it is a job.
Overall, at the end of my term, I want to be able to look back and have the trust of all server Jedi, as well as other individuals such as clones. I want the Jedi Order to be a stable position where everyone is on the same level, even with Yoda. I want the communication to be crisp, I want everyone talking to each other, making suggestions, talking to all Jedi with ideas, new rules. Engaging with people who feel left out and ultimately, have fun.
How do you plan to improve relations within the Jedi Order between branches?: As of now, we have implemented measures to create more responsibility with Jedi between branches. Such as allowing Padawans to become Branch Managers. I will continue to improve this relationship by helping branches be able to balance their work in a branch, their RP, and ultimately, not feeling burn out, which is a major problem with managers nowadays. The same way I have discussed communication for all Jedi applies to the branches as well. I want individuals that know what they are doing and truly plan to do good within their branch. To be able to implement measures that allow for open discussion and creativity within their branch. Currently I have been dealing with situations where managers are in a completely different realm than their leads, I plan to eliminate any gap that exists between branches. Branches are getting better about working with one another and not trying to ride the high horse thinking they are better than the other branch. I will be allowing and implementing my own ideas to allow branches to be free of stress.
