Why Should you Become a Regimental Commander?: I feel I can Help Guide them into the right direction if they need help ill be there if their men Need a voice or someone to talk to im there 
it takes more to being a Higher ranking Personnel you have to get to know the Troops and talk to them and have a voice and know their wants and to let them address their Complaints I would Host Trainings Once to Two times a Week and I would have the Trainings Set for the Specialization's I would then for the Joint Trainings I would look at Each Battalion and Have a Set Dupe that can be Modified to that Said Battalions Specialization I would Also host Meetings once  or every two weeks to check on the BCMDs and their Officers to see the Overall. Progress  of the Battalion. I would Organize Game Nights to Improve relations with the Battalions  I know Im Cin Drallig I can easily Balance them Both I can be Spec in the Morning and Cin in the Evening and if the Battalions Needed me im a DM away and I can hop on the job

104th
The 104th are a Assault Mech Battalion. The 104th Specialize in using Heavy Fighting Vehicles to aid themselves and others in Conflict 104th is led by CC-3636 Known as Wolffe and Jedi General Plo koon 104th Specialize in on the server Hostage Negotiations Tank Training And they get Dibs on Vehicles

DU
  The Dooms Unit: is known for their name from there Commander Doom  the Dooms Unit is Known for their Special Shields that are Made for Sieges
And they Also worked Alongside Jedi Knight Tiplee and Tiplar and the 501st

21stNC
The 21st Nova core were under the commander of Jedi General Ki Adi Mundi  and CC-1138 Bacara They were a interesting ubit of clones They were Relentless in Combat
Their Special Armor Allowed them to survive   in Harsh in environments they had Sub Units such as KU Kellers Unit and 21stSO they were the ones they would send in for covert ops and stealth missions


Shock 
The Shock Troopers: or also known as CG They are a elite unit of trained  personnel doing tasks such as Vip Escorts Deplomatic Escort Services Military Police  Prison Guarding They were Lead by CC-1010, Fox after the death of Commander Thorn , they were fiercely loyal to the Chancellor

Where do you want your Regiments to be at near the end of your term:  i would like for all the Specialized batts to be able to sustain having more than atleast five members on i would like to see them host trainings efficiently while on a set time and schedule

How do you plan to improve relations within your Regiment?: If they need someone to talk to I will be there for them and Joint trainings between my Regiments and i would step in and see which batt needs help i would help them recruit depending on their Speclization i would host joint trainings for set batts to be able to work well together in battle

Do you Understand that if you go inactive you will be removed from your position?: Yes I highly Understand 

Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander Rank?: Yes I Agree to the terms

I dunno man. Specialized has proven with their last Reg that they are all really stable in their current state. I am also curious on how you are going to balance this and Cin Drallig and if you are even allowed to hold both positions?

The app is very, very, very little to desire from. It might be the worst regimental app I've seen, sorry to be straight up. Spec is in a perfect state, and I don't know how I feel about someone being over it unless they don't do anything. At that point, why bother?

Don't take this as I dislike you, I've had 100% pure interactions with you which could make a good reg. But you're cin. You have jedi duties. Unless you want to resign, idk.

-1 reasons above  / edit / after relooking at the app I’ve decided to show creative criticism over the app. 

1.) There’s little to know detail the majority of the app is lore of specialized battalions.

2.) you didn’t expand upon where you want the battalions to be when your term is done. You only said you want them to be in a good place. How will you achieve that goal? 

3.) The app in itself seems rushed for instance your name is spelled wrong in the title, spelling errors etc.

Ben, I have to admit that your app leaves a lot to be desired. I thought you had a full-blown novel written for this, lol. However, I fundamentally disagree with all the people saying you can't be Spec Reg just because Specialized is in a good state. That's the argument for SOBDE Reg that they're pushing onto ours... In my opinion, the position shouldn't be gatekeeped for that reason.

As your former commanding officer, there was rarely a time when I had to yell you and I personally believe this position will suit someone like you very well. When you set your mind to things and have a plan, you really push for improvement. I saw it with our Trackers and I'm seeing it with TG now. Approach Specialized with the same level of passion and you will succeed. Good luck, brother. I believe in you.

I have faith that Ben will put all of his effort and dedication into the position. He's the best Aayla that I've ever seen, and was a key position in my high command when I was Bly. Although he had his commitments to Shock at the time, he put the time he could into the position, and I feel he could do quite well in the specialized regimental position.  I wish you good luck Ben, and I'm sure you'll do your best with the specialized regiment! Ok, I usually don't do "long" responses for applications but this one deserves it.

Ben has done an amazing job in EVERY. SINGLE. BATTALION. hes been in, there has never been a bad experienced with Ben.

He takes RP seriously and also is a very friendly person and very reasonable when it comes to anything OOC/IC.

I would give my recommendation to Ben any day. He 100% deserves this position.

Where to start. Ben is a really hard working person and i believe he can manage both TG and Spec Regiment at the same time. People have done this before so i Don't understand why he can't.  He is trying to revive Temple Guard and he is doing it. We are at way better Shape than we used to be after he got Cin. 

Ben is also very helpful and he is ready to answer any questions or help with anything he can. Personally i do believe that he can and he will manage both Jedi and Clone at the same time. Especially if he has @Ratio's support.

Well I guess it’s my time to say something on this. 

First off i met ben way back when he was staff he was the staff member I wanted to be a good guy overall, it doesn’t hurt to have a guy who has done just about everything on the server so he has my +1

So yes you just got cin, but within the 1st week of getting Cin this guy literally had TG get active numbers.

I can clearly see that people have a few different views on Kaiser getting SPEC Reg. Here is why I think he should get Specialized Regimental Commander.

1. Experience

Kaiser has been in the Community for over a year. He has been around for a while and has made his name clear through his high rankings in Jedi and Clone. He got up to the rank of Commander in Shock, a SPEC Battalion. He has been within a Specialized Regiment for quite a long time and has definitely been through a lot. He spent 2 months being a Commander in Shock. He has been around for quite a while, and he clearly has enough experience for the position.

2. Activity

Kaiser is easily one of the most active Community members. He is on for anywhere around 6-12 hours a day! He spends a lot of the time being on Cin, but still balances a good amount of hours to be a Major in 327th. He is on for all different time zones to see him. He is on during the morning shift, afternoon and Late nights. You will always see this man on no matter what class he is. He clearly and easily has the ability to balance Cin Drallig and Regimental Commander due to the fact that he has enough time and space to get on both classes equally. Like he has stated, when he is on Cin, if anything would need to be handled he would Immediately act on to it as a Regimental Commander. He has a ton of time on his hands for this position and you can expect to see him quite often as a Regimental Commander.

3. Maturity, Kindness  and Leadership.

A Shock Commander is probably one of the toughest positions to deal with on the server, only because not only do you have to manage and lead the Battalion, you have to deal with all kinds of server issues. During his time of Shock CMD he was always dealing with issues on the spot, and being mature during tough situations. His leadership was outstanding, and as a previous Commander in 104th I still looked up to him for advice and help with anything.  Kaiser has always had a calm and relaxed attitude when dealing with issues in Shock. He acted very professional and serious when it was needed. 

4. Creativity and Flexibility

Kaiser clearly has a ton of ideas for the position of Regimental Commander. Yes, specialized Battalions are doing amazing right now. The fact that he will go out of his way and take time to bring the Battalions closer together is amazing. His innovative ideas with the position put him at a unique perspective. He has the ability to make the Battalions relationships be a lot closer together as well as helping gain more friendships within the Community.

5. A Good Friend and A Very Approachable Person

Kaiser is one of the nicest gamers you will ever meet. He is extremely fun to be around and he has made a ton of friends within the Community. He has always been very very approachable with issues and problems on the server, and always deals with such things quickly and efficiently. I think as a SPEC Reg he will be able to make high iq decisions and bring growth to more ideas. People like talking to Kaiser because he is a good person and is approachable to pretty much anyone. It is big that he is able to have a civilized conversation with someone no matter how frustrated or pissed off they can be.

I know you can do this, and I have full faith you are the best choice for this position at the moment. Good Luck my friend!
