Experience:
As some of you may know, before Synergy Roleplay existed, the people that started Synergy came from a server called Icefuse Networks. As of this I will be listing my experience in two parts, Icefuse and Synergy, as they are both experience with the same general playerbase.

Icefuse:

  • BCMD Bacara
  • Division Leader (Director)
  • Executive Liason (In charge of the intel team - Helping put together updates.)
  • BCMD Rex
  • Ion Team Squad Lead
  • Foxtrot Squad Lead
  • Multiple Jedi Masters.

Synergy Roleplay:

  • One of the original Head Admins from the communities launch.
  • Director of TTT server x2
  • Director of CWRP
  • First and Third Admiral Yularen.

In both communities, upon holding the role of Director (Division Leader) I was granted an honorary position as Marshal Commander. I used this role to increase roleplay and battalion relations.

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?
I believe I should become the Specialized Regimental Commander, as I have a lot of experience to offer the Battalion Commanders that are currently in place. I have played CWRP for almost 3 years and in that time I have held multiple leadership roles, many of which have been as a leader over a battalion. I feel as though I can be a mentor to the current BCMDs and help improve a lot in all battalions under me. I feel as though I have the knowledge to improve battalions in many ways.

Do you understand the lore of your regiments?
Yes.

Availability:
I am almost always available as of the current point in time. I am currently unemployed and no longer studying at university. I am in AEST time zone (UCT +10) therefore I may come online a little late some days, but that's only if I sleep in. Other than this I will post any LOA's or days/times in which I am unavailable.

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:
Within Synergy Roleplay alone, my achievements will be listed below.

  • One of the first Head Admins on Synergy Roleplay.
  • Director of Synergy Roleplay.
  • Multiple time RC squad member.
  • First Admiral Yularen. (Interim)
  • Third Admiral Yularen. (Interim)
  • Marshal Commander (Honorary)
  • I have also been a part of many battalions at multiple different ranks.

(This may seem dull but there is a lot to remember in the 3 or so years I've been playing CWRP and hard to remember which positions were Icefuse and which were Synergy.)

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?
I have created a list of items I would like to achieve whilst in the position of Specialized Regimental Commander.

  • Battalions enforce Serious Roleplay to a high standard.
  • Battalions are well drilled soldiers and perform in all situations at a high standard.
  • Battalions are actively and consistently holding over 10-15+ unique battalions members coming online, per day.
  • Battalions have documentation and guidelines for all possible situations that may occur.

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?
I plan to do a few things;

  • Create a Discord chat in which myself and the BCMD's of the battalions can communicate issues.
  • Have meetings with the BCMD's in the regiment.
    • First meeting would be BCMD's only.
    • In the first meeting we will discuss the parameters of meetings going forward, such as;
      • Who will be allowed to attend (Rank).
      • What time the meetings will take place going forward.
      • Etc.
    • Meetings will be aimed at how to improve relations, training and any other relevant information.
  • Create events and training in which the battalions will work together.
  • Run and operate sims against other battalions both in and out of the Specialized regiment.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:
Yes.

Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?:
Yes.

Please note, the following message was communicated to all BCMD's in the Specialized Regiment on discord, prior to posting this application.
 

"Hi there, 
So pretty much I'm considering asking for a waive to apply for Specialized reg commander but wanted to talk to you first.

I have currently spoken to the other BCMD's in the Specialized Regiment and I will tell you the same thing I told them about my plans if I do get the position, so here goes.

My views are,

You're the battalion commander of your battalion for a reason, you should be the one making the decisions.
My role would be more of that of an advisor with a lot of experience. In this role I would make suggestions to you and let you make the choice for your battalion (unless asked or instructed otherwise)
I will follow your punishment guidelines for your troopers in your battalion.
I will be around to hang out with your battalion every now and then, (Obviously with the understanding that I would have 4 battalions to look after as well as my Jedi)
I will run trainings and events (main and event server) with your battalion and the others within the regiment. Sometimes together, sometimes alone.
I will only step in and take action when absolutely needed (asked by a higher up, or if no officers are online in your battalion.) Again in this, I would follow the guidelines you set for your battalion.
I will attempt to bring together the 4 battalions and create a well oiled machine (Already mostly like that)

If there's any other questions or information you need, please don't hesitate to ask.
I just wanted to make sure I touched base with you and the other battalions in Specialized to make sure they understand how I would/could help and to establish communication that I intent to keep.

Before Synergy was a thing, we were all a part of a community named Icefuse Networks.
At Icefuse I was,

Division Leader (Director) (Joah was my Head Admin at one point)
Head Admin.
Executive (Essentially between Founder and Director)
Marshal Commander
BCMD Bacara
BCMD Rex
Squad Leader of Ion Team
Multiple Jedi Masters.

Within Synergy Roleplay I have been,

I believe all of this leadership experience will give me what it takes to help advise and improve the Specialized regiment.

P.S - I can assure everybody, I will not burn myself in the position. The only reason I have ever left the server/community was due to university commitments which are now completed. I will ensure that I serve out at least a full term and reflect on my term for whether or not I am feeling like I'm burning myself out and if that is the case I will not reapply. Trust me, I'm not going anywhere.

-1 now it’s you forseen obviously you’re a great guy, but you just came back, jumping into a position of high responsibility like this is a great way to burn yourself out and that’s not what we need rn.

I understand your concerns and have added this to my app.

Approached me a clearly described his goals to me, sounds and is clearly shown via his experience that he is capable..

I've seen him on most days since he has emerge and he has been very transparent  and concise, a good regimental commander.

What? Were you expecting some colourful thing denoting my past achievements?

Well tough luck, even if I did it would be just 3 things - Bacara, SPEC REG, Old HA.

Neutral, Personally for me I don't think we need a SPEC REG Right now. The only reason I say that is from what I read is that most of the issues or things you wish to solve are already in place, Its a passive fix, or something that most of the server already does. That's just me personally. I think you would be good for the role. But this just isn't convincing me. Nothing against you. Good luck.

Mate, I love you and I have no doubt that you can do a popping job but...

You have just returned and is why you retain most of your ranks today. You have not been "grinding" like myself and other players who have recently returned who too held high ranks, not in staff but in clone high command, I think this is a little rushed from yourself, I do not see this as power hungry as of yet.

I know of the problems of the server, i picked up on them within a week of returning and I am sure you have too. I have no worries that you can hold the position but I must stress you need to really enforced some top tier roleplay when you achieve spec reg after all you oversee the rule enforcement other than staff.

I will +1 this application Forseen.

with GM newly being added to the SPEC Regiment I think the new reg will have to be very prepared before doing with this and I personally believe that forseen has plenty of experience and would fit this role and do very good in this position +1


…. I wonder if he has forseen this outcome.
