I also want the ability to help my community like I have done many many times before. This server has always been a family to me, so I want to return to helping it as best as possible. It would also be great to come back to the server, with the same amount of force as I had once done. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I rose through the ranks rather quickly I would say, staff kind of came naturally to me, and I loved doing it. I was always active, as well as participating in the training program quite frequently. I felt like I made a good change to the staff team, I feel like I impacted the disciplinary side of things quite well. I have never had a staff report against me, in the years I have been staff, so I would say that is a good thing. I felt like I was a useful asset to the staff team, and I felt needed. +1 When I was Bacara, and Dennis was BCMD Doom. I will admit, he was very mingy, but I knew him better than most. He showed me all of his work that he did for his battalion. Dennis is a hard worker and it is evident that he can handle the logistics of being a BCMD. Dennis and I have always been friends, but that does not sway my reasoning for giving a +1, just as I knew him better than most, he knows me better than most. And he knows what is expected from a Bacara. He understands it is a serious position to be in, and that he is the FACE of the battalion. I had a thoughtful discussion with Dennis prior to posting my +1, and Dennis promised me that he will uphold the standards expected out of a BCMD, including the standards set for Bacara. I understand why many may -1, but that is due to ignorance, Dennis has had issues in the past, I will admit. But you never know what can come out of someone if given a chance. Dennis is the best option for Bacara in my wholeheartedly opinion. And I examine everyone in the battalion for their potential to live up to such a position, and so far, Dennis has stood out the most for me. He understands he won't be able to just focus on doc work, but rather the battalion as a whole. Dennis has worked hard to get where he is in the server, and I feel he is absolutely the best candidate eligible at this point and time. Be the face of the battalion that it so needs

+1 I haven't been around the battalion in a while, and I am only just now starting to come back. But judging from what I have heard about your activity, I believe you aren't meeting the standards this battalion has set, a standard that was set as a MINIMUM requirement. Yes, you may have enough hours in Gmod, however, most of your hours are from being AFK, otherwise, I wouldn't be receiving a constant string of messages stating your lack of activity. I have always believed that if a BCMD is failing to uphold the standards that they have set in place, then they do not deserve the leadership position they were appointed to. Appointing yourself to a position, such as intel director, is appropriate for a BCMD to do. However, some individuals are more active, as well as more motivated to be in such a position. From all that I have heard about you and the way you function, you are unfit to be a battalion commander. - Matra / Bacara x2, Keller x2

I love this entire community like a family. But I have been burnt out for so long, I just can't go any longer. Gmod has become dull to me, due to how much I have played it. I know I have resigned before, so I may be back, I may not be, it depends on if the 501st, or 21st ever need me to rise from the grave again. I shout out a lot of people typically, but there are so many of you that I love, so I won't shout out anyone this time. I may be back, I may not be... if one of my battalions needs help I will come back out of necessity. Farwells: There are too many of you that I know, you all know who you are. Everyone I know, I will miss you, including everyone I don't know.

+1 I have been on this server since the very beginning, and before then. I have seen my share of BCMDs, a lot of bad ones, a lot of good ones. You are one of the good ones, you bring your troopers moral up just by your presence, which can be hard to achieve.

Battalion: 21st RP Name: Battalion Commander Bacara Date: 1/30/2020 Reason: I have been in this position for almost 6 months now, I promised if I became what I deem as inactive, I would resign myself. If I am not going to be giving my 100% in a position, I feel I am useless in that said position. It saddens me to do this, but at the same time I feel there can be a more active Bacara. I have been in this battalion for 5 years in a row, I have seen it at its best, and at its absolute worse. So it means a lot to me. so when I am able to make changes to make my battalion better it makes me quite happy. This doesn't really feel like work to me, it feels more so like fun because I love the battalion and everyone within it. I also know that the battalion trusts and respects me quite a bit, so as long as my battalion wants me to be in this position, I will be. Current availability: Work Week 8PM - 2AM Weekend 4PM - 3AM What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: When I first became Bacara, there were many inter battalion issues between the Galactic Marines and Special Operations which I addressed fairly swiftly, I have made them closer as a battalion by having them talk about their issues with one another and actually mediating the issues and finding solutions to them. I try to become very close with all of my troopers, from helping them when there is something in-game that they don't understand, or helping them in real life with their actual issues. I have made sure that the battalion functions more as a family, allowing us to become closer as a battalion. And ultimately when their are inter battalion issues, I have taught them all to handle their differences with professionalism, as well as respect. I have also reformatted multiple trainings such as EOD, boarding, and even the removal of gate repair training. And on the topic of trainings, I have been monitoring as well as enforcing our server wide trainings very strictly, and can safely say that training quality as well as quantity has drastically improved. I have also drastically changed our intel team, first off by reviving it the second I became Bacara, I have remade intel applications, and received as well trained the new intel members with my intel initiation document. My next decision with intel was then to add all regimental leads to intel so they can edit our regimental tab for their regiments. I have also remade our regimental tab via coding to tell us which regiments need help and which ones were fine. I have also reimplemented meetings to ensure that everyone is on the same page with changes or votes within the battalion, this includes Battalion, Regimental, Trooper, Officer, and as well intel meetings. I am also moving towards a very strict battalion, so I have implemented an officer check-in sheet in discord for all officers that are not on ROA/LOA, 3 hours every 3 days at least, in the hopes of strengthening the battalions officer core, there is also an activity guide that I made for intel so they can use it to tell if people should be considered active or not. I have also reformatted Keller's Unit along side with Keller all in the hopes of increasing roleplay within the battalion. I have even hosted most of his tryouts with him so he can get members in his unit. I have also, in all these changes essentially forced the officer corps to have constant communication with not just myself, but with other officers as well. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: I plan on furthering our communications to other battalions, rather than purely focusing on inter battalion communication. I am currently in the initial stages of making the battalion more strict, so I plan on focusing on that as well by continuing the enforcement of it within the battalion and making changes as needed. Another focus relating to strictness is I will continue working with my officer corps to be much harsher with punishments rather than letting problems slide. I plan on attempting to even out Galactic Marine numbers with Special Operation numbers as they both play a vital role within the battalion. Most of the changes I plan to do with the battalion is just a continuation of what I have achieved in my term as Bacara and continuing to enforce rules that I have set in place. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: If I were to go inactive in this position, I would remove myself from it.
