Steam Name: Its Me Tomm RP Name: Bad Batch Wrecker RP Rank: WO Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:184547615 64: 76561198329360958 Regiment you are applying for: Mechanized Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I have a very valuable reputation on the server, I am someone people can come to talk to about many things and not feel afraid or scared to come to me. I have a valuable reputation inside of 41st and GM as I was high command in both. The 104th has individuals I have known for a long time and will do everything I can to further my relationship with them as well. I will be a hands-on Regimental where I give my feedback and my advice on different topics involved with those inside my regiment and allow for those actions to be used in game hence the hands-on approach. I want to help the battalions involved to have positive synergy amongst each other and have a positive reputation with them. I am a very positive person, I like being there for people and being an Advisor for my battalions will be a role I’d have as MECH REG. Along with being a hands-on Regimental, I have been in almost every sub-branch on the server (ENG, PLT, MED, etc) so if any of my battalions need assistance with revising of their sub-branch I will step in and assist with those revisions, whether it be adjusting the tryout or making sure the right people are in the correct positions. With that I can also provide my experiences operating in those sub-branches and how they can thrive in each battalion. I will motivate others to branch out and participate in things they may not be so comfortable doing, I want people to try new things and to be the best version of themself they can be. I want to make sure everyone in the battalion is prepared for their role and their responsibilities and in the case someone is struggling with any type of issue I will do my part and guide them into the right spot. I will focus on regimental synergy so that members get along with one another not only for combat situations. I want to have fun nights where we all chill and enjoy one another as that will help us grow on the server and make others want to be a part of that. I actively encourage members to do internal and cross battalion training to make sure no matter the situation, the MECH regiment is always prepared. Not only will I encourage these types of training, I myself will attend them and give my feedback after them. I will make sure the battalions in my regiment have a great foundation for their infrastructure and make sure everyone inside of the battalion is doing their best and holding up to their role within their respective battalion. I want to be the individual not only a BCMD can come to but be that for all the members within the battalions I look over. I believe in treating others the way you want to be treated and that is how I will handle situations that come my way. I will make sure what is best for the battalions takes place and do my part on introducing them to High Command if need be. I am a leader and I make sure everyone is heard and that if someone brings something up to me that their opinion feels acknowledged. I will not forsake anyone or “leave them to the buzzards” I will make sure that my battalions flourish and strive for great things on the server. Mainly that push for Battalion of the Month! The mechanized regiment holds a good handful of the training the server provides and I will do my part, making sure they are hosted/making sure I also host them, to make sure the entire server can see what we operate and use during events and deployments and overall help individuals who play Synergy have a good time. A few things I wanna look closer at is inter-battalion and cross-battalion communication. For the most part the 3 BCMDs involved currently all know each other, they do a great job at making sure joint trainings are taking place and I will make sure those continue to happen but with a little more meaning and hopefully those trainings will become instinctive during an event or deployment. Overall just assisting with regimental synergy amongst one another. Along with those trainings I have Jedi experience as well. This is extremely valuable as if the case comes a BCMD or Jedi needs assistance with recruiting Jedi into the battalion or whether it be for a training or tryout I will be able to do my part and give feedback and help create an amazing experience for our non clone friends! If I am to be accepted, a motto I want to go by is “Stepping out of the box”, what does this mean you might ask; well it means trying new things that you might not feel very comfortable trying. I want to encourage new experiences and new ways the regiment can comfortably work together. An example of this would be to find a new way subunits can interact with each other in a way that is not shown in the TV series or in lore. Example of this: Green company is great in a number of things, one of those aspects being scouting, thanks to their camo colored armor they can hide and not be seen by most hostiles. This pairs perfectly with what Special Operations in the 21st can do. An idea would be for GC and SO to work together to do special take down missions that utilize both stealth and patience. This is just one of the ways I want to encourage my regiment to step out of the box and ultimately assist with regimental relationships. As MECH Reg I want my batts to shine, I want to help it grow and have positive reinforcement on the server, I want MECH to stand out and be a reason why someone joins. Making sure the officers in the battalion know their roles and responsibilities and that they then communicate with the NCOs and allow for great representation on the server. My role as a Regimental is to make sure the BCMDs are doing their part and I do mine with assisting them if they need me to. A term I came up with that I want to utilize is “Situational Guidance”. What this means is not me stepping in and telling a BCMD what to do however, assisting them or their officers when they need me, I will continue to do my part with the trainings but when it comes to strictly inter-battalion decision making I will only give my feedback if asked upon it. I will state my opinions, it's all about communication, but I will not make a decision for a BCMD unless they truly request that. With that, if a BCMD is going through a tough spot I will talk with them to find the best solution for them, whether it be an LOA, ROA, etc. I don't want to force anyone to leave a spot they worked hard to achieve so hopefully we can come to a conclusion for what's best for them, furthering why communication is so important. I have always been one to enjoy RP, and deployments are the best place to express that, through talking with the current BCMDs they all want their MECH Reg to be a leader, whether it be physically being on the front lines or RPing with them through ./comms so I will do my part to make sure that happens but make sure it happens in a creative setting, preparing for a deployment, making sure defcons are followed correctly etc. I want my battalions to enjoy having me around and I want to be the best I can for them. Due to my hands-on approach and being this close with my battalions, it will be great for when I go to things like High Command meetings. I will be able to thoroughly talk about my battalions and what's going on and if any of them are requesting any changes. With that approach it also will help me in talking to the remainder of the Regimentals to find great ways we can all help the server become even greater. Whether that be Regimental trainings or providing each other with tips on how to make the server a more enjoyable place; and in result bringing all other battalions together as well to benefit the server. Availability: Finals are done on 05/10 but I will be free for the summer after that, so everyday of the week for the most part, besides when I am working! Overall building of different battalion documents tryouts for subunits and Jedi Trials Jedi Order: Jedi Master Jedi Council Member Kit Fisto x3 (And got RPer of the Month) Arligan Zey Ki-Adi-Mundi Iri Camas Eeth Koth Jedi Weapon-specialist Lead Jedi Guardian Lead All of these achievements listed above have taught me leadership, character, and what it takes to make an impact. Almost all of these positions I have been a part of have assisted me where I am today, and the person I am today. I went into every one of these battalions / branches with the mindset of “how can I make an impact” and doing that is why I have the relationships I have today. I have been on the server since 2018 and I have loved every minute of it. Some of these positions needed a lot of help, and I did everything I could to do that. Feel free to ask me any questions! Do you have a microphone?: Yes I do. Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: I want my regiment to have a strong officer corps unitedly. I believe a strong officer corps are individuals who understand their responsibilities and do not have to be reminded what to do or how to do their job. I want NCOs to be doing their part by hosting tryouts and trainings and have multiple Jedi involved with the battalions as well, making sure the lore Jedi spots get filled and activity is increased. I want my battalions to have great relations with one another and understand what to do during events and deployments. I want to make sure that communication is better and battalions are actually talking to one another to maintain the “lets have things going even during downtime” mindset. I want to show how as a regiment we all work unanimously and make the results of my trainings be instinctive when the time is right. I want the BCMDs to fully understand how to prepare their runner up for their positions and make sure that people who become officers will maintain their positions and do as an officer should. I want the Mechanized Regiment to be fun, focused, and motivated to grow and achieve higher heights. At the end of my term I want to have at least one of my battalions hit Battalion of the Month. I want my battalions to be hosting trainings without people begging for them to be hosted and with my help I want those trainings to be thought out and meaningful, with of course a few fun ones that people can go to and relax and have a good time participating in. I want my Subunit mashups to flow smoothly and form a new way for battalion coercion and be used by Gamemasters during events and deployments. I want the BCMDs to push for their troopers to go out of the box and form new ways the battalions can interact. I want Senior Officers in each of the battalions to be active and motivating to the lower officer corps to where they then motivate the NCOs to always make sure something is going on during downtime. I want to express how important it is to get on and participate in trainings and events and how doing so motivates others to get on the server and hopefully impact the server in a good way. Overall at the end of my term I want to make sure all of the battalions know how to work together to achieve new heights, I want my Jedi to interact with the clones and the clones interact with the Jedi. I want to see my battalions flourish and in result make the server a great place to be. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: First thing I wanna do like stated above is host trainings where they can be utilized during events that use the regiment as a whole to accomplish. For example I will host training sessions for the individual battalions so that they know during different events how I want them to operate and utilize their equipment. Once that happens a bigger joint training can be held where each battalion plays off of their trainings and as a group work smoothly with one another. Best example of this is this situation: (FOB taken, have 41st scout give report, then if need be 21st send in SO take out HC of who took over FOB, then if need be 21st fire AV-7s to take out possible AA guns, then 104th get in vehicles pursue the outpost, then as a group all regain the outpost) this will show how as a Regiment they can all work together for a common goal. Fun trainings. Not every training has to be a real event scenario, hosting things like game shows or dodge ball trainings will help interactions outside of what an event would have. RP situations are also a great way to interact, maybe things like vehicle repairs or patrols will help how our regiment reacts with each other. Me being an active leader during a deployment or event will help as well. It is helpful because I will remind the battalions of our trainings and make sure they understand what to do and how to do it, and of course if they need help, assist them. Some days I would want all the battalions to get together in Teamspeak and we all talk about how each battalion can participate to help the coercion between them, like a feedback response. No one should feel left out inside the regiment and if anyone is feeling that way I want to be someone they can go to and we figure out the best solution for them. I want to be an ally to all of my battalions, I do not want to leave anyone out and I will include everyone the best way that I can. I want the fellow battalions to have a goal to help the other battalions shine too, I do not want any negativity or talking down upon someone in any way, shape or form. We are all here to have a good time and that is all I want us to have, sure issues will arise and I will step in if need be, and solve it to the best of my ability. I want my regiment to be thoughtful and shine, but most importantly, lead by example. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes I do. Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes I do.

  3. From someone who just worked on the 501st it would be extremely unwise for someone who was not part of the restructure to be the person in charge. Silvian has been prep’d and has had ample experience to lead a battalion. -1

I'll leave a +1 I appreciate the response it seemed professional and truthfully didn't realize you were already bounty hunter lead that kinda fixes the issue of full new leadership as you can still kinda of continue and work with the next bounty hunter lead. As far as the thorpy thing it wasnt bringing up what he turned into but what he was at the time but it's fine I understand he was manipulative and showed some who favored him what they wanted to see. +1 good luck put your mind to it and I'm sure you could do great things... Just remember to listen to those below you and it'll be great try and find solutions into merging your ideas with others and find an overall solution... That's the best tip I can give you for RCMD positions

So for this first question I will be doing the exact same thing I have been doing as Guild Leader which is following the chain of command for disciplinary, but I will just be higher up on the chain. We have 3 Guild Marshals right now that have been doing great work and I trust them to do discipline, but if they are not there for whatever reason it goes up to LT, and then leader, and then Governor. Not much will change in that aspect unless I see the quality in our discipline decline, in that case I will evaluate our leadership and make sure they are doing their jobs. Edit: I want to add, us as Guild Leadership are deciding to crack down on more people breaking rules, so I will add we will use the same system but be more strict about it. I will be honest when I put Thorpy up for master I was not really friends with him at the time. I had seen his in-game roleplay, and mutual friends of ours that I trusted had said good things about him. I went to another Master at the time about it and he said he liked the idea (I don't remember who, sorry). I knew he had a joking side, but I personally had not seen it in game. I also contemplated it over a few different meetings, I know I had put his name down in the agenda and deleted it in one of the meetings after realizing it probably wasn't time yet. I mean the team running Citizen is much smaller, so if someone is favoritized in, then it will be apparent. I have not done any such thing in Bounty Hunter before, and two of my closest friends on the server recently applied for Guild Marshal, and I stayed out of the vote entirely, because I knew my bias might affect my vote. I value the quality of the person over my friendship with them. So in short, Yes I will curb any favoritism, but I understand your concern with the Thorpy situation. If I had any clue what he was going to do back then, I never would have considered him for master, but like I said I didn't know him too well and heard and saw a few good things about him, so I threw up a vote.

  10. This is hard :( On one hand, I think Hanz should have gotten Guild Lead when he applied last time, and I've been very open about my feelings about that since the vote closed. I also think you're one of the most dedicated people when it comes to BH, and I know you'll put 110% into doing what you think is best for the faction. On the other hand, you were really mingy after you left and when you first came back, you can be pretty unreasonable when you get into arguments with people on occasion, and I don't trust some of the people you're relying on to run the faction. It's clear this is a very polarizing vote on both sides, so I'm wondering if you have any plans on trying to reconcile the split between Senate and BHs? I'm also curious about your thoughts on how you've grown since the last time you applied for this position (as IIRC maturity was a factor for some people on why you got denied)?

  12. Big +1 When I was told Brooklyn was interested in Admiral, I got excited. This man has put countless hours into Naval and working on new ideas for the Faction. He's been open in his communication and has answered any questions relating to it. He's had very good communication, very easy to talk to, and very dedicated. It's clear he wants best for Naval. I do ask though, if you do get Admiral, will you take over Yularen or another lore character? If you do get Yularen, would you be open to some roleplay aspects with 501st, such as the interactions between Anakin, Rex, and Yularen?

  16. So I'm more just curious as this is in super quick succession to joining, but who were some of these people? And if you can't say, would that come forward and comment? Cause if the 501st came to you and asked it would be a huge positive, but if people from other battalions told you to it would be a huge negative. I bet that answer would help flip a vote or two, as it seems the main issue is your intentions and how you applies so quick.

  21. Warmacs entire -1 was based off one time personal interactions. Keegans response was written by three people who all experienced the same things from Rohan. I'm not sure if you're lying or if you misunderstood what I said, Rohan did pull their IP through another communities forums, and it was in the past, I have acknowledged that. I was using it as an example, because you are actively trying to antagonize and lie about Hanz on his application, you have no proof/actual reason to accuse him of not owning up to mistakes. if you don't have any actual reasons you can just -1 and go on with your day, you don't have to copy others and lie about your own personal experiences. That's fine and I respect that, however the same could be said if Rohan got it, people are going to hold grudges, if the person who Rohan flaunted their IP to got unbanned and came back you think they would be intimidated? The point I tried to make was people wouldn't be scared to go to him as a person, rather than the fear of previous interactions, usually relating to punishments he gave out during his time as 104th XO, etc. which don't prove that he's power hungry or scary to approach, he was just doing what was required of him as a command member. But my point still stands, unless one of these players does say something and has an actual reason to be intimidated, how would I know you're not just making another lie up about Hanz? How can you form your own opinion based on someone you've never met entirely off of other people interactions? you're purely judging him based off what others have said, you cant form your own opinion on someone if you've never interacted with them, or have never seen him consistently make these mistakes you dog on him for. At that point you're following other people to fit in. Everyone has been clipped doing something stupid at least once, and Hanz has been around on synergy for a very long time, of course he would make a couple of mistakes throughout that time, but the difference is they were small and dealt with right after, not major things that effected his time on the server. I used the word Slander cause you aren't just calling him out for how he is on Gmod, your actively trying to defile how he is as a person, which is why I would obviously defend him. As I have stated time and time before, if there's no proof and you are just saying "Oh no trust me it happened" how am I supposed to believe you? I'm not trying to come off as toxic, I was just saying and attempting to convey the fact most of your topics are futile when actually reviewed, due to all of them having no evidence. And lastly, I'm not angry about it, nor am I trying to make you look bad, I was addressing your -1 as I personally believed and still believe (especially with your most recent response) that majority, if not all of it, is either made up or simply formed by other peoples opinions, and not your own.

  24. Is there any proof of that? As far as I can tell, your fairly new/recently came back and dont know Hanz at all, he's held countless leadership positions and has upheld their duties without bias/conflict throughout the entire time he held the ranks, the only exception being TCC which was literally years ago. All you're arguments are fruitless and until clips are shown, they have no actual backing. Your just making these assumptions based off what other people are saying while barely knowing Hanz. Warmacs entire -1 was personal, how does that sum up you're own opinions on Hanz? And for the activity part, although Rohan is active I will not say he isn't, Hanz fully focuses his Guild Leader character, while Rohan has A'den (Which has a 20 hour requirement every two weeks) which takes away from his Guild LT's focus, let alone Governor. Hanz does have a 41st SFC character, but if you actually looked at his hours and compared them between his Guild Leader/Clone its obvious he is dedicated to the Guild, on top of all of that he has been in Guild Leadership for a year+ since his first time getting Guild LT back in January 2022 (Although he did resign originally, he returned not to long after which the exact same drive and optimism the guild needed.) You're entire argument here make no sense, and like I said before your just making stuff up based off assumptions which have no backing. What? I cant name a single hunter who would be scared to go to Hanz to voice their concerns other than the worry of not following CoC. I'm assuming you've never had a major interaction with him in game, but he doesn't come off as scary if that's what your aiming for. What major mistakes have their been? As far as I know Hanz didn't pull a community banned members IP and showed it off to them and tell them to "stay safe", something to that degree should be spoken about and apologized for. From my own interactions with Hanz everything he does is within reason, whether that be demoting someone, promoting, etc. the only somewhat example of this would be when he is messing around with friends, making playful jokes which are obviously satire. If you are expecting someone to apologize over a joke made to their own friends, I don't think Synergy is the community for you, there is much softer and stricter communities to play. And lastly, can we see those clips? if you aren't comfortable posting them on the forums please send them to my DMs (Toaster#5569), but you cant just make these allegations off of clips you aren't sharing, especially on a application for a regimental equiv, it seems to me you're just trying to slander Hanz's character. If the clips are damning enough, I wouldn't be opposed to changing my vote however.

Im ngl I don't have anything against you nor do I really know you, yet with how 501st is currently changing and with everything that has been happening to the battalion, I just do not think someone who had just recently came into the battalion can see all of these issues. Not to mention that the other candidate silvian has been in 501st when we wore popping off at 10+ people on at once to today's when we are maybe 3 people on. I simply think silvian is ATM a better face for the battalion and better choice. Not gonna -1 just gonna throw a neutral in here. neutral

  29. In all honesty, I was unaware of you stepping back from 104th. This does help to clarify why I didn't see too much of you, even with maybe a 2-3 day break every few weeks from March to now. But yeah, my schedule does make it impossible for me to attend any of the staff/GM meetings as they're hosted too late in the day for me unfortunately. I'll be keeping my vote as a -1 because I believe Silvian has stuck it out and is well deserving of Rex, but I'm thankful for such a quick response from you and it shows great communication skills. Hope this helps others to find their opinion/vote as well.

  30. -1 Looking at things, you were recruited three days ago into the battalion. This shows that Rex is really the only motive here and you immediately went for it. Not to mention, I honestly never knew you were Comet until the tail end of your time which I still rarely caught a glimpse of you. Maybe once or twice. If you'd given this more time to learn the current landscape and prove yourself, I'd maybe +1 this. I'll be honest, Silvian has stuck around for the long run and has shown he can be a worthy, active, and responsible Rex/BCMD.

  34. Im just going to speak on some points to clear somethings up. From looking at the edit history of the rule document; not in regards to any recent changes that might have occurred; the documents is primarily a copy and paste of the old one with addition of other documents to combine them. There was an even amount of work done between Hanz and Rohan in regards to reordering/reformating/removing any rules. there was one addition by you and one by zeros. Edit History from creation to post: https://prnt.sc/8nu7FAWUbWmg To April 9th Blue: Hanz 4 Edits. Primarily copy and paste over from other docs. Green: Rohan 4 Edits. Primarily copy and paste over from other docs. Some small changes to order and reorganization Purple: Keegan Yellow: Zeros It may have worked fine for the senate but from my perspective everyone was questioned whether a base permit was valid or not. This gave people a reassuring way and maintained log of who has an active contract. This is primarily just a reimplementation of the log that was in the previous commander discord which was archived due to being added to the main discord. TL;DR The system was always a thing it just got moved to the BH discord. Kirara? This kind of sounds like the problems guild HC and senate HC collectively had with her. If you can explain more in-depth about how specifically you have not felt heard or a conflict was resolved with Rohan explicitly that would be much appreciated. On to the last sentence, I would like to speak on this with past apps. There is no requirement to talk to anyone in positions directly under the applicable position. While I do agree that there should be some talk between them I whole heartedly don't agree that this should be a primary reason for a -1. From my understanding with the post, it seems that he will just be using pre-exisiting offences, ie. tresspassing, data heist, etc and they will be logged to keep a record. Not sure if any new things will come but there are already a lot of way to get a violation so to speak. This system seems like a way to keep BH in check with consequences in regards to doing hostile actions towards the republic. Frankly speaking this does seem like it could be an effective way if it was more ironed out and he could talk about it more. IDK about this one chief. I'm confused just seems like he wants to allow you to discuss your bills publicly. Maybe this could also be a way for senate to infect some sort of diplomatic status in the village to make you more apart of the faction. Doing this could allow for senate to have a greater presence in the primary facility where the faction is located. This isn't a diss that senate isn't apart of the faction but more of a comment on how they seem to operate almost separately from each other. I agree with the sentiment of bringing them closer just might not be the right idea in order to do it. For the first part I think it would be greatly appreciated to back this up with some evidence at least, otherwise this just seems like a baseless defamatory statement towards him. For the second part about him posting without having a way for @Hanz to post. This is something that is out of Rohan's control. The position is open for anyone that is able to apply, he should not have to wait for someone else to get out of a punishment that was given to them from above. This is not a vote. This post is to clarify some points made in the original post by Keegan as well as to ask for evidence to support said claims.

  36. No. I strongly disagree with this from an anecdotal perspective. I highly respect you reaching out to leaders in the server and asking what could change with civilians. Rohan didn't do that but you did, and it shows you care about the faction. However, when I gave you my feedback I felt extremely brushed off and you asking was just a formality. I see that you've addressed some of that in your app, but talking to me about it at the time would've been appreciated. I understand that doing that with everyone you probably asked seems tedious, but it would've changed my opinion. I wish you the best of luck with your app and the civilian branch as a whole but it's a -1 from me.

TL;DR: We, the Senate Leadership encompassing Senior Senators Vasco and Cheez, and Vice Chair Keegan, do not believe Rohan is the correct fit for this position given the ideas, his personality, and the complete backstabbing that has just occurred, which we had honestly hoped would be completely over with at this point as we are sick of drama. We do not believe Senate Leadership or some of the Guild Leadership will be able to properly work with Rohan to get anything productive done. Regarding work ethic and dedication, you have been a Marshal for 2 months, and a LT for around 20 days. During this time, while the Guild has been in a good state and the things you say you worked on did happen, we cannot attribute them fairly to you as an individual as you neglect to state the other people who put in time to work on these things. In particular to the new Guild Rules document, this is something that many people have wanted to do for a long time, and while you kickstarted working on it, it is something that we know Hanz (the Guild LT at the time) did the majority of the work and actually completed the document itself. After you stopped in the initial stages, Hanz completed the project itself. Regarding the contracting system you say you made as a temporary solution, this is something that isn't worth being mentioned as an accomplishment. All that happened was someone else linked the Discords to the BH Permits, and a channel was created in the BH Discord to log when a contract was put in. These are good things, however not anything of any major value or major change. As a group who has contracted more people than anyone since we got our positions, we can say completely that the system before worked just fine and adding a channel didn't change anything. Regarding approachability and conflict resolution, we honestly do not believe in your abilities with this or trust to manage it. On several occasions we have felt disrespected and felt we have not had the chance to fully say or allow a proper amount of time for people to consider what we have had to say. While on these occasions this is not necessarily something in which our opinion is necessarily required, as someone potentially going into the Governor position, we feel as if Mas Amedda and the Guild Leader should be able to give feedback and feel welcomed when discussing things with the other faction, rather than their input being thrown aside. We have felt disrespected and treated like nothing before by others in this position as well. Given how you couldn't wait a day to post this to give us a chance to talk to you and explain our goals and what we want to see in the Senate to you, we see this problem only continuing and not getting any better. Regarding the role of the Governor, if you had given us a chance to actually speak to you, you would know that a lot of the Senate is looking for someone to actively RP with them in-game as a Governor would, not via changes that could occur without the Governor’s involvement. Most of the Senate, its leadership, and its long-term members, absolutely despise the position of Governor due to total neglect of roleplay since its addition with potentially the most RP-involved faction on the server, the Senate. In fact, for our Senate Selections, one of our Senators' tryouts revolves around the concept of the position of the Governor, and that is the most roleplay we get regarding the Sector Governance Decree, despite the fact there is an established position for the Governor. The absolute neglect of including solid plans and communicating them to us regarding roleplay as a Governor, and not just "roleplaying on all sides and involving myself with the Senate, Guild, clones, and even Jedi", completely neglecting the RP reasoning for what a Governor is, that it is someone imposed by the Chancellor to take powers away from the Senators themselves, is abhorrent and fails to address this concern to us. Regarding relations, the concept of a "public violation log" is absurd. Not only is this implying there will be some sort of law system for a violation to be under, which was suggested in the past few months by a member of HC and shut down by Mas Amedda and a Governor due to how it would only limit RP, but we have serious doubts as to if it would be used by the server after around a week's time has passed. This is similar to what RSB had in the past which failed as well and just limited BHs and annoyed them to the point of getting off the job. Furthermore, this completely goes against what you know we (Keegan in particular) do not want to see from the Citizen faction's interactions with clones, complicated systems. The entire server has to come to understand these systems that BH uses, and if they are something of this nature, such as some Google Form and Sheet system, it will not be used, go out of date, or fall into irrelevance and see total apathy from almost every member of the server, similar to how the base pass has worked, and still does work to an extent (even with an in-game system). No matter how "self-evident" these systems are, you still rely on the player-base to be able to understand them and memorize the information. This puts further burden on your average player who wants to join CG or any clone battalion to know of this system and know to a basic extent how it operates. Regarding relations from the Senate to the server, the concept of public bill discussions has been pushed many a time but always fails due to fundamentally changing how the bill system works. Senators first prepare their concept, and pitch it to some people around the server, then publish it in the bills channel in the Discord (which has been public for some time for people to view), which gathers feedback from the Senators, then after any initial changes are made there is then a vote. This is asynchronous to allow for people with varying schedules to get their thoughts out there, rather than the votes being unfairly affected by who is present at said discussion which is inherently going to be "won" by one side. Between the Senate and the Citizen faction, saying that the Senate will collaborate on bounties is something that is already a potential, however, simply no Senators can work on a hostile bounty outside of Gume Saam and Mas Amedda, and for the friendly bounties, most of those are quite frankly boring to discuss and the interaction is done better through the implementation of bills like our recent one which gave a system for setting up public clinics with the citizens. Most of those bounties just make boring, repetitive RP. If you truly understood the current state of Senate (or had waited to let us give you a full understanding of it, as we were willing to do), you would understand that the Senate Guard's position is much more fragile than you believe it to be, but its reliance on the Senators is something that it has lived through for quite some time. Regarding Senator involvement, there is great opportunity just around the corner that resolves a great deal of these concerns, and you know it. Keegan sent you two documents a bit ago that add immense RP back to the Senate, and you don't even mention the existence of our committees at all or wanting to help them succeed given they are new. Regarding the discussion of bills with Civilians or having bills related to the village, there are actually several bills relating to the village or the citizens as a whole spanning back years, it is just the case that these things are not often applied because nobody likes having a certain type of RP forced upon them. We also see you as a sly and dishonest person, given your past with leaking IP addresses on another server abusing the powers given to you, and how you post this today, not even a few hours after telling your clear other opponent you would give him a chance to be able to post his own application, since he is unable to post it right now due to a frankly silly ban reason. This application feels rushed due not only to its content, but it being posted not even a few hours after your one attempt to reach out to Keegan, and zero attempts to reach out to the rest of us, and even posted less than 24 hours after the position opened suddenly without any planning behind it. It's actually fucked up that you'd apply after telling someone you'd give them a chance to post their own app in an attempt to get the position before they can even post any kind of response. -1 if it wasn’t clear enough.

  38. +1 As someone who has spent countless hours with you in regards to time in 212th, 104th, and the GM program, your intentions are more than positive and you have the experience to back it up. With your assistance, 104th was revived into a state of healthiness and I believe you can do the same with 501st. In the past 3 days since you've been in the battalion, 501st numbers have doubled. While some may see this as a coincidence, I do not. Time spent in the battalion isn't everything and I aggressively disagree with the -1's on here. As a current BCMD I believe Woods has the dedication, loyalty, and professionalism to turn 501st into what 104th was when it had BOTM. Constant activity, good RP, and positive interactions with other battalions. I truly hope Directors look at this application and consider all the work you've put into the server as a whole recently.

If his -1 was personal I guess that Keegans -1 on Rohan's is as well, Regardless of Rohan having another character to focus on that doesn't mean anything. Half the time Hanz is on the server he's usually just AFK, so hours is out of the equation here. If you feel my -1 makes no sense, wonderful. That's your opinion homie. 3. I can name a handful of Hunters but I'm not going to since that'd go against them wanting to speak out. 4. You clearly haven't researched the whole IP pulling situation like I actually did so that's embarrassing. Especially since that conversation was a whole ass year ago lmfao. If you're here to judge somebody's past based on a present application then I'm sorry but maybe you'd fit better on Reddit than here on the forums. 5. I don't have the clips otherwise I'd showcase them. I've just seen them. I'm not a witch-hunting nerd who saves clips of people. Sorry that I am unlike any of those weirdos. Like I said, this is fully my opinion and based off of what I've heard. My opinion is valid to be shared. If you'd like to come at me for that, that's really sad of you but I wouldn't be surprised. Slander is a strong word to use in a comment section for a roleplay position, it's an opinion. get over it. You aren't very commendable for your attitude on the forums either so if I found the clips you're the last person I'd send them to. Have a good day.
