Its what the title says. Leaving the community due to the fact I don't have a strive to get back on the server. I will be back on TS once and awhile to see whats going on and what not. Not gonna @ people since I already @ed them in the resignation logs. Well im out. Yeet

Battalion: Bounty Hunter RP Name: Vas Rau Date: 3/5/21 Reason: My in-game activity has fallen off immensely, the past two weeks I believe I'm under 15 hours. There's many reasons for this, but they probably just sound like excuses. I've remained active on the back-end of BH, but that's not enough to retain the position. I originally took this position in order to steer BH in the direction I thought would have the most success. Five months later, here we are. I've made some mistakes along the way, but also developed some cool stuff for the Guild. It's finally time to hand the Guild over to the next person, and see where they take it. Goodbyes: Not going anywhere, just going to remain at low in-game activity unti summer, then i'll be playing more. Until then i'll just be lurking in discord and the forums, popping up in game a couple times a week. Apologies for letting my activity get so low before resigning

Similar situation for me. I got GMod in December 2015, and one May/June night I decided to hop on, and I found Icefuse because I saw StarWarsRP and thought "this sounds interesting". I wanted to originally join the 212th, but the 91st advertised riding speeders, so I went to 91st tryouts, failed but was let in anyway because they were low on members at the time, and the rest is history.

Hey, first I'd like to thank you for your response. Wasn't planning on replying until I saw the last sentence. With that being said, Parjai is by far the most active members of 212th alongside GC as of right now. Their contributions to the whole of the battalion are amazing. If we didn't think that they 1000% deserved these models, we wouldn't of suggested them.

-1 I didn't support the last suggestion and I'm gonna stick with my original reasons as well. 1) 212th already has so much more in terms of jobs and models than every other battalion and group on the server. I do not believe a sub-unit within a sub-unit deserves their own models as they are not a server recognized group but rather a inner battalion group. 2) Parjai in lore looked exactly like the rest of 2ndAC. White and orange. I can understand wanting to make different designs on the armor instead of the generic two orange lines that 2ndAC have but making the armor black just doesn't fit in and is exactly why I -1'd the pumpkin Ghost Company models. 3) Models don't make groups elite. Once Parjai get's models, soon enough they will ask for jobs. If Parjai get these models more are gonna follow suit. Who's next, Foxtrot? Do they wanna be even more elite and have Night Ops armor? These models just aren't necessary and they don't follow lore or the 212th's uniform. Like I said I would much rather see different designs rather than black spec ops like armor. I also genuinely do not believe that a subunit of a subunit deserve their own models.

sometimes I reminisce on the old days, memories from 2017, 2018, and 2020. The memories I made with friends who I don't talk to anymore and some that I still do. It's odd to think about how fast these years past by. It doesn't feel like too long ago that I was a 14 year old freshman spending a majority of my time playing SWRP and having a blast doing it. Now almost 4 years later, as an 18 year old with college on the horizon and my last year in highschool . It just feels odd how fast time flies and how little you can do to stop it. Friends came and went. Through the good and bad, the memories linger and you think about the good times and how you would do anything to go back. All the 4am shit show events that had me laugh so hard my stomach hurt. To the friends I made along the way. I thank everyone who has made the community what it is because Im not sure what I would've done with out it. Synergy and SWRP will always have a place in my heart. Thank you for reading. I'd like to see what this community means to you guys and how its changed you.

Your biggest hurtle that you'll need to overcome is that you're very adept at turning what should be leadership positions into tard wrangling, and a lot of that is in your head. You're competent and know what you're doing but are easily made upset or annoyed by people being dumb. Try and work on this and view things from the perspective of others. What seems dumb to you might be perfectly logical to someone else -- no matter how brain dead it objectively is. Tentative +1 because while I do like you, that type of attitude can really make or break someone.

"Last online eight years ago" Somewhat not related, but I started my journey gaming on Halo. Halo Three was the first game I ever owned to my name, and I fell in love with it. As I grew older, I delved deep into the lore, the amazing story, everything. I was apart of many communities, groups of friends and clans before I moved to PC. I've meet friends who I use to play Halo with in person, Travelled to England and other parts of Scotland to meet them. Sure, I speak to them every now and then. But what Halo taught me is that we didn't know we were making memories. We just knew that we were having fun. The one person I've stuck around and always made sure to talk with from my Halo days is @Marvel. We both planned to move to PC for better things in terms of video games, He got his first. I later joined up months later. Truth be told I probably met him before hand in some clan match against one another, because that's how we eventually met. It's been two years since I joined the server, marked the day of January 11th, 2019. I was so excited, my love for star wars and being able to immerse myself in it from a gameplay standpoint came true, Marvel left SOBDE and we joined the 501st. It marked the start of my Journey. I met awesome and interesting people in the 501st! Like Aaron, Cronis, Bleach, Eclipse, Harte, Piff, Omalic, Killjoy and Phil. I climbed the rank and got to Colonel before leaving and joining SOBDE. To be honest, ever since March of 2019, that's all I've known in the server is being in SOBDE. Sure it ain't the same, It isn't like it use to be when we use to all sit in a TS Channel, Goofing around during downtime or just vibing and playing other games. God, I still have hilarious clips of that time. Though, the people who were there. Marvel being my XO, Korm my first squad lead, he was truly a beautiful human being and inspiration to me. Baxter, Greek, Lucky, Thunder, Derv, Scribbles, Blue, Pancakes, Trad, Metro, Nigel, Kronos (Craig), Richard and the many others. Sure, we may talk or game once on a blue moon. Though, talking with these people and reminiscing can be a somewhat fun and nostalgic time. SOBDE's members are always changing. Eventually, I took the mantle of Squad Lead's and eventually Reg, and those who came after me and once before me like Venom, Llama, Snow, Rezdor, Kopple and such. Hopefully, I and others at the time bestowed upon them the feeling of nostalgia and fun we once had. The things is, those memories aren't getting any older. We are. I love this server, and the people who I've interacted with bring the best and sometimes worst of the community, Although even there is something I would alter about the past. The experiences, encounter and interactions I've during my time on Synergy Roleplay, I wouldn't change for anything. We gain many new faces on the way, and lose others too. The best we can do is honour them. I digress, I love this community also. I wouldn't change it or the people for anything. Stay safe everyone <3

Good ol' Dino... Miss that guy, what happened with him is BS. Honestly I'm amazed by the odd string of events that brought me here. If I never won the Gmod giveaway I entered I probably wouldn't be here. If I never just so happened to change my mind about going to DU tryouts after passing by a 91st on my way to them, I wouldn't have ANY of the friends that I have, probably would've quit a long time ago, definitely wouldn't have gone to Synergy at any rate. Butterfly effect man, almost brings a tear to my eye. First started when I was a wee lad just finishing high school and now I'm soon to graduate university, time flies.

I cannot see these models creating any RP whatsoever with any group. They're legit just the 2ndAC models but black... 2ndAC receiving jetpacks is a direct result of the inability to add any type of parachute to the server or anyways to effectively use them on the server. If 2ndAC didn't have jetpacks there would be almost no reason for having them. This is just a buff for the subunit to make them actually different then the mainline battalion and is one of the reasons the 212th decided to get rid of their Jet Trooper job. I've done the math and the 212th and 501st (Since that's who we are comparing) have the exact amount of jobs at 20 each. I'm also not saying anyone should lose anything because they have more than others however I know that both the 212th and 501st have more than everyone else is because they have triple the lore than everyone else. The 212th has a total of 28 models already whilst the 501st only has 20. This is entirely because you already have a set of different models for your mainline battalion and now you're asking for your other subunit to get two sets of models so that a fraction of the subunit can look different than the rest. I mean you guys already got three subunits and this just solidifies Parjai almost as their own subunit as well making it 4 which is way more than everyone else. For my third point I added that on because it's happened in the past. Not with 212th but with other groups. I also understand that the 212th has a lot of lore. Y'all are basically more or less the 7th Sky Corps since you have 2ndAC and Parjai however that doesn't justify a small group with an already small group getting non-accurate models and just because we have some lore inaccuracies doesn't mean we should keep adding onto that already huge list. Overall my entire argument is that this is a tiny group with a sub-unit. I don't see why they need extra models even if it's to stand out from the rest of their group. Not tryna hate or anything and I respect your opinions and willingness to talk this out like normal people unlike a lot of others so I appreciate it. I just am not a fan of this suggestion so I do apologize if that upsets any of you. I'm just a big nerd and a huge stickler for lore. Also I don't really see my mind being changed on the subject and would prefer for the sake of your suggestion that any further points be brought up in dms and not here on the Forums.

Not hating on anyone but black and 212th orange don't mix very well imo. -1 on the color layout +1 make them look different even tho I don't see any half the time i'm on so who cares right?
