The only time I look forward to getting on is when I have to do ARC training and that’s about it. Even during events and deployments for me gets boring. I have near completely lost interest in Star Wars RP. It has been a great two years on Synergy met some of amazing people. I'm simply stating facts that were reported to me as well as my own personal experience from actually being there but you are more than welcome to be entitled to your own opinion buddy. Also, the fact that he officially fully resigned from the server about a month before the post was made demonstrates a blatant lack of maturity and ill intent while failing to provide actual constructive criticism for the server in which you are labeling as "simply venting and or letting off frustration". The post was intentionally slandering the servers creation, mission, and operation with direct intent of getting a rise out of people. Joah, Jackson, Zim, myself and Ron have dedicated an immense amount of time within our lives to build and maintain this community for you players. Seeing blatant shitposts that are factually incorrect from uninformed players (especially the ones who resign and maintain their status as a keyboard warrior on the forums) is something that we have dealt with time and time again. Players that hate the server and want to stir the pot on their way out have no place in this community and I can't even fathom the mindset of wanting to come back to something that you hate but here we are I guess. I would also like to make my position clear. This is not me denying his ban appeal. This is simply me standing up for not only myself and my fellow leadership, but the community in general. If Doc truly valued his experience here, he wouldn't have conjured toxic behavior on his way out and lets be real here, this community already has enough toxicity as is. This is simply my opinion and I will no longer be replying to this thread unless absolutely necessary.

-1, with the current state of 41st I don't believe you'd be able to take on the regimental position and ensure that 2 battalions are running smoothly.

For a lot of people, this is more than a game. A lot more than a game. Not everyone has a great social life irl and this community honestly helps fill a gap that a lot of people have. People make real friends here, you don't see that kind of stuff from "just a game."

Barely any numbers? May be a Timezone issue but the 41st has people on. We are a late night battalion. Don’t make assumptions if you don’t know what is going on in the inside of the battalion

From the first day that I joined Synergy and got CT trained I went right to Rancor back in October. I have worked my ass off playing with this battalion as well as making relationships with lots of people in it. I worked my way up to WO Hammer where I stayed for 2 months helping bridge the gap between NCO and Officers. Due to my work as Hammer I was promoted to CMD where I have been for a month. As CMD I have been dealing with relations within the battalion and trying to help as much as I can with the Rancor [ENGL] Within Rancor I was the Engineer Lead. In this position I recruited people into the branch as well as trained the future of engineers outside the battalion. I am still focused with this even out by trying to help out as much as I can to get more people in the branch. Jedi: [Padawan-Knight of X] I have worked my way from Padawan to Knight of X. During this I have become Shadow Manager and Ace Lead. [Ace Lead] As Ace Lead I have revamped a lot about the program. I have reworked how the application and grading are done with automation. I have also brought back more active people within Ace and cleared out the inactive people within the branch as well as updating the roster. With this I have also worked through the conversion of switching over to LFS as well as Felucia where there's very little fly space. [Shadow Manager] As Shadow Manger I have helped recruit new Shadows as well as Sentinels into the branch. There is not much to say as this is more of getting people into the branch rather than a real leadership position. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I should become Rancors BCMD because I am dedicated to the Battalion. I am always there to help anyone that needs it. I have plans in order to improve the battalion as I am going to state down below. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes Availability: 8AM-12AM Everyday Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: 1907:42:43. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want my battalion to be more active on the server, as well as more interactive with other battalions. To achieve this I will be hosting more passive RP within the server for Rancor patrols. As well I will come up with ideas for deployments that can happen for rancor that aren’t just shoot’em ups. With saying being more interactive with other battalions I will host planet side trainings that include other battalions to get working with them to improve. I will also try to improve with the 41st as they are our recon brothers. -1. Ron has made it very apparent that channel key really isn't meant to be used on battalion channels anyway. Plus it takes HAs less than a minute to do. Just ask them to assign it. Edit: Also, I can see the conflicts happening with this change from a mile away.

5/10 was confused as to what was going on, as was most of the 501st, Overall pretty good for your first encounter/event.

Good plans, small event so not everyone could get involved: that's just how it is 6/10, more RP is always appreciated and maybe more set up or a base (despite the fact you're an A)

3/10 41st got nothing to do as always.

Great idea, and it was executed well, shame the slave camp wasn't noticed when they reached it but oh well. 7/10 - Mainly Because the ending was shortened but it was out of your hand. Good job and cant wait for the next one.

People on the other app mentioned how the 41st isn't holding up well. How would you be any different as a commander in 41st, as opposed to BCMD? Aka, how are you not affected the same as him in this claim? I will hold my vote until you can explain this.

7/10 came in late so I didn't have all of the story and I hate the Fog.

7/10 Great Early morning / Late Late night event for the numbers that were present great RP and narrative and Really good spawns for the numbers though the health of the droids were a little much other then that it was a pleasure to take part in.

Oh shit, seems I forgot to actually base my 8. It was a nice event, good balance between shooting and RP, only issue was that the RP was only for a select few

10 out of fucking 10, I absolutely loved this, beautiful RP and really fun, I liked how this kind of pointed out how RP doesn't center itself around the base, because RP happens everywhere and ppl need to get it through to themselves that the event doesnt stop when the RP leaves felucia. but also this is probably my favorite several part event, I dont typically like them because they sort of tend to get drawn out too long but this was really good.

5/10 I 100% believe that there was good RP, however, more than half of the server wasn't involved for whatever reason despite there being only 20 or 20 active online. More people could've involved. And the gimmick of the invincible demi-god was underwhelming and wasn't fun (at least from what I've heard" for the clones. Basically, it was mostly boring for the clones (except 21st)

10/10 Really enjoyed. Glad there was a part 2. Keep up the good events!

Bruise your cool dude and a good friend but I've said this to you many times but you were pulled out of the oven to fast all though I dont play anymore I still get whispers and such about the state of the 41st. And from what I hear it needs someone to take control and actually be able to fix it. Whether it be by squeaky clean techniques or corrupt ones the battalion is dying and the blood of the battalion is on your hands and others under you no matter what in the public eye and seeing that issues are still unresolved in your term I am going to -1 you

Alright easy there with the lying @Square. The community barely knew about the post because it was removed from the forums within 5 minutes of being posted, It was posted later at night, only a few people saw it because both MYSELF and DOC were in the TS together while he posted it and we both were watching it. Also what actions could Doc have taken after the post was made when the founders instantly joined the TS channel once the post was removed and spoke with Doc and Myself. During our discussion Doc made it clear it was a joke post and he was venting out frustration with the server and I will say props to @Forseen for actually listening to Doc while it SEEMED like the rest yall had already made up your minds.

Aww im in there +1 I did go over some things with you and I am glad to see how this implementation goes if you do get the position. If you look at Bruise's original application, he has set out/implemented/accomplish most of his goals. Now does any of these take 2 seconds to do? No, and no offense from Bruise he came into his term on a dying ship and he has done his part to try and flip things around. Now it is not his fault others decided to leave the battalion regardless of their reasoning. He has no control over that. What people do not understand is that a BCMD cannot handle everything by himself. He needs a group of individuals to help him with the things he wants to implement. And he has not really received much until the last month or so. So trust me when I say the battalion is in a rise in which it is alright for either applicate can apply for said position.

It seems like we are remembering the situation much differently which is totally fine I would just hope you would be more informed on the situation before you hard stick and argue to one side. A vast majority of the community despised the post and the unprofessional manner in which it was written in addition to the actions of the individual after the post was made. I also value and understand your point as you've been a long term and influential player in this community, however, you are severely giving him the benefit of the doubt with his intentions of the post in which you believe to be much different from what they actually were. I would know as I communicated with the individual before his ban along with the other founders.

You are correct about there being a difference between the two things. But sometimes they can also be the same thing, and by making the claim that synergy had fallen into the same pitfalls as icefuse and become something that we never wanted to be was true for many people at the time. Nobody voiced out about it out of fear of it being 100% true, but many of us who had come from icefuse and been here since the beginning felt the same way. People have even been making the same meme for long before doc ever did. The banning of doc because of saying that synergy was icefuse v2 all but confirmed suspicions and fears that many people did not want to happen. Calling people retards and nwords and telling the founders to go die, is just someone trying to kick up dirt for the sake of it. Pointing out the flaws of the server that many people shared at the time (some even still today), while may not entirely be constructive criticism but it that doesn't mean it can't be. As I said before, people who make claims like this should not be forced away like some sort of leper, but instead talked to and listen to them and try to improve things from a foundational level by making that criticism into something constructive. In regards to pointing out how something had become the something that it fled from in the first place is one of the most important criticisms that can be made. From all of my experiences with doc, and many of the og 104th is that they are brutally honest and not afraid to stand up against something that they think is wrong and always wanted what was best for all the other gamers on the server, which is something that I personally really respect. This server was born out of the fires of icefuse but with the goal and some of those same values because getting gamered on for standing up for what you believed was right was one of the reasons we left that place, but here we are today. Making criticisms and claims, yes should be well thought out and put in the correct areas, but sometimes anger and strong feelings can cause people to act a bit without thinking.
