+1 I have know this man for a good while and will be an excellent choice for BCMD. He is capable of handling others in whatever situation that he might face though it might be in his own way but doesn't matter as long as the other understand what they are being told. He has some issues before but I know he will be able to overcome them. I like his honesty. I remember he called me a retard long ago.

The only time I look forward to getting on is when I have to do ARC training and that’s about it. Even during events and deployments for me gets boring. I have near completely lost interest in Star Wars RP. It has been a great two years on Synergy met some of amazing people. Steam Name: Pranzer RP Name: Rancor Executive Officer Colt STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:80156776 Battalion or squad you are applying for: Battalion Commander Colt Experience: Icefuse - 327th (PVT-MAJ) I joined 327th back when in 2015, this was the first time playing any Gmod RP so I wanted to learn quickly how things go. The guys there were able to teach me a lot of how things work from the ranking structure in the battalion to the overall community, from there I wanted to help the battalion grow. When I was eligible for K-Company I took the chance and was able to become part of it. Once the battalion was in decline I did my best on keeping others to join and others to stay with us but to no avail. Once I got Major I did my best to do more, but college exams came up and got in the way of things I planned with the group. Then once I came back nearly everyone left and it was quite demoralizing for me so I left Icefuse. Synergy - Rancor (PVT-XO) I was luckily able to become Rancor back in 2018 and I stuck with it for the past two years. I was able to learn how Rancor is able to work from the bottom up during my time. As an NCO I had always try to make it to each ARC training so when my time came up that I would be prepared. Once an officer I did my best to keep things going make sure that others are okay. Once I got Major I was able to do ARC training on my with supervision and then later on by myself. From CMD onward I am usually able to be at each training make sure that the information given to new ARCT is correct and able to understand. As well be making sure that ARC documents are updated from those at training and the public roster. Why should you become a battalion Commander?: I have been with Rancor for the past 2 years since I joined the server. As well I have been making sure that all of the ARC docs are up to date. I am always been available to talk to on Discord or TS if anything about ARC comes up. I try to accommodate others the best I can without giving to much leeway as well making sure that others can do a lot better than they are. I also want to ensure that others are able to express their own leadership styles and free will without it impeding on others or causing any problems. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes Availability: Always on discord, weekdays usually in the afternoons past 4 pm CST, weekends past 12 pm CST An estimate of how long you’ve played on Synergy Roleplay?: Will be 2 years in July Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want Rancor to be known as a place where players are welcomed and will be lead through as they climb the ranks so they can be the next Colt, Blitz, Havoc, or have a greater role in another battalion. Making sure that ARC training's are always on their appropriate dates and making sure that training's are able to accommodate every player that joins the server. That Rancor is a place for ARCs that want to make sure their battalion is going strong in their ARC programs. As well that Alpha ARC designation training will be ongoing after my time and that most of the designations are taken. +1 This could help in case ES get clustered in the future and I got to agree with others of having it at a 30 player limit.

+1 doesn't quite make sense that Battalion ARCs make more than Rancor ARCs

4/4 I do enjoy that was Rancor was used for its main purpose of going behind enemy lines and clearing the way for reinforcements. I do hope this can be done again in future deployments.
